Great value for money, very easy to assemble and it’s a good strong bench very happy with this purchase.
Very strong an sturdy , easy to move about and change height and angle . A great addition to my gym

Well worth the money..
It went together quite easily. I’ve been using the bench for about 3 weeks now and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The important points for me:
– quality materials and manufacturer
– comfortable – thick padding
– easy to adjust the angle
However, I’ve not folded it up yet into “space saving mode” but I’m pretty sure that it will perform as described in the video.
Using this for a garden gym. Great value for money and really comfortable for weights and exercises. Instructions were a little hard to follow, more bullet points explaining the pictures would help. Overall highly recommended
WIth 8 backrest positions and 5 seat positions, it’s more adjustable than my more expensive bench and probably even better quality. Nice and easy to store too.
This is probably one of the better Folding Fitness Bench’s in this price range, easy to change and set different positions. Assembly was easy using the video instructions on the Amazon product page.
The rest of the bench seems to be of a decent enough quality, but without the footrest, half its function is off the cards.
I will update this review once I can fully assemble and road test every aspect of the bench.

1 week later. After submerging the rusted bolt in vinegar and greasing it thoroughly, we were able to use the bolt provided. I am glad to say it is now fully functional and the bench is a great addition to our home gym. The bench is sturdy, comfortable, and the foldaway means it can be stashed in various spots – useful!
I stand at 5’10” and the length is ideal for me when used for sit-ups. My partner, who stands at 6’4″, is too tall for this function. Perhaps if the seat were longer it would be a better fit, so tall people take note. That said, using the bench for bench pressing, army presses, shrugs (basically your standard upper body workout) has been great for us both.
Overall, 4 stars seems fair. Will update with more pics soonish

I bought this on Black Friday (along with some other reasonably priced home gym equipment) and I’m glad I did!
The item itself is very stable, and either I didn’t read the text closely enough or it’s not mentioned but there are some mildly egg-shaped bits on the feet that you can twist to make sure you’re properly levelled out correctly when using the bench. I’m using it on thin carpet at the moment whilst I sort the garage out and it’s surprisingly well balanced.
I did have an issue with the attachment that goes on the end that you can wrap your feet around when doing decline exercises, as the one I received had completely seized up and wouldn’t unscrew. The seller was very understanding, replied to my messages quickly and got a replacement part out to me sharpish – very happy about that!

We needed a bench that we could fold away due to lack of space. Easy to assemble and feels sturdy when in use. Good meterial, built quality and finish. it doesn’t take up a lot of space when folded, I would reccomend this.
It’s really cheap, functional, and easy to assemble. When it’s not in use, it doesn’t take up much space. It helps me with my training and is by far the best one I’ve used.
This bench is great, it does what it needs to do and it’s good value for money.
The cushion is very thick and it is very comfortable to lie on. The price is also very suitable. Recommend
Really easy to assemble and good instructions. Once assembled it’s extremely sturdy and supportive.
The weight limit on the device is almost 300kg meaning you can support some serious weights on the bench without a concern. The weight bench is also easy to adjust with a range of options from 70 incline to -15 decline, you can of course also use it as a flat bench.
There is a foot grip at the bottom allowing you to lock your feet in place for sit ups and leg / ab workouts. The seat also has five positions too. Overall a great bench for the money and love the vibrant orange design.
