How to install printer driver?
- Insert the power cable into the thermal printer.
- Connect the printer with windows PC via USB cable.
- Place the thermal paper into the printer.
- Install printer driver by following the User Manual along with the package.
How to connect the printer with the cash drawer?
- Connect the cash drawer with the printer through the RJ11/RJ12 cable.
- Install the printer driver and set cash drawer from Printer Properties.
- Set Open cash drawer before printing from Device Settings.
How to connect the 80MM printer with your software?
- Please install the printer first on your Windows PC.
- Set the printer from your software “Printer Settings”.

Plug socket that came with was faulty, they didn’t have the same model in the warehouse so sent a different model but works as intended. 10/10 would print again.
I’ve been using it for a few months without any problems, it’s easy to use, and it has a simple and beautiful appearance. Driver is easy to install
Easy to setup, really fast print speeds. It comes with a bar to insert into your paper rolls however I was initially concerned that this resulted in me not being able to use my existing 80mm rolls due to them being too large with the bar inserted – you can use rolls without the bar inserted and the printer still works perfectly. Decent price, decent product.

Great printer now working but couldnt do it myself had to pay a computer wiz kid to do it !
We run a small business with 2 sites and have used Epson TM-T88V printers, which are good but VERY expensive. I have recently migrated and upgraded all of our PC’s from Windows 7 to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (which is brilliant by the way – MUCH better than windows 7 or 10 for business use). One of our Epson printers packed up and I saw this one is Linux compatible so went ahead and bought it. It comes with a manual and drivers for Linux, however the instructions were not very clear and did not seem to apply to Ubuntu 18.04. On the user manual it gave a e-mail address and skype address for support, so I contacted them with the issue I was having installing – They could not have been more helpful and with a couple of exchanges of messages on skype, an instruction video was made and sent over showing me how to install which I followed and it worked perfectly. Brilliant customer support so I am very happy to recommend this product and am about to buy another one.

We were using the printer for a custom Android project and needed help with interacting with the printer, the manual was a little tough to follow but support were fantastic.
