I love it! I’ve used it a couple of times for winter when tires lose a little pressure. Very convenient to keep in the trunk. I bought a second one for a present for my dad.
Works perfect. The cord is 11 feet long but it should come with an adapter to add more length or tell you how to add on.
Its great and worth the price. However the accuracy of the psi is a bit off. But I am still happy with my purchase.
It is very easy to operate, and it takes the guesswork out of pumping your toes as you can set the pressures you want it to be.
Only tip is too make sure you get a good deal when you attach the air nozzle to the tire so you don’t get an erroneous baseline your pressure, cause then it won’t work.
I am not sure how accurate it provides reading but for the price it is good tool to have specifically in winter.
I have had similar products before but they did not measure the PSI accurately. This one does. It is also nice to be able to set the desired PSI in advance. The pump stops automatically when the desired PSI is reached.
Cord length has not been a problem. I will usually roll down the windows on the driver side and passenger side to make set up easiest. I have yet to use the built in light for any emergencies but I’m glad to have the function!
Ordered this when my ‘low tire pressure’ light came on and I’ve gotten tired of pulling into gas stations with tire pressure machines with broken parts i.e. psi indicators. I would have no idea how much air I was putting into the tires. Problem solved. The directions on this were very easy to follow. Very satisfied.
Great Gadget to have. it comes in handy when needed, I had an old one that used for a few years until it broke, so I purchase this one, much better, you set the PSI desired and it does stop when it reach that number. The long cable is good to reach the rear tire.

It was good when I purchased it. The long of the cord is OK. I rarely used it But lastly it takes a lot for doing just one tire and started to make a lot noise.
Even though it says it won’t do lite truck tires it does (not sure if that will impact its longevity but as of now don’t care). It took a newly plugged 17.5 PSI tire to 35 PSI in a matter of minutes with ease. Small enuff to keep in my trunk. Glad I purchased.
Perfect for topping off tire pressure. You can pre-set the desired PSI setting, and pump shuts off automatically when tire pressure is met.

It’s hands free and it reaches all 4 tires. The Slime 40059 Tire Inflator that I originally ordered would not reach the rear tire on my Toyota pickup. The auto shut-off is nice. It does take a while to fill but that’s probably normal with a compact pump.
She set the desired psi on the device and had all the tires up to level in just under ten minutes. The one tire took about seven minutes to reach desired level. The pump was so easy to use. I ordered one for myself.

Works great and inflates quickly. Much better than I expected. I was able to top pff all 4 of my tires in minutes, with one being extremely low. Also, fits perfectly in the rear cubby of my 2016 lincoln mkc. It’s as if it was made for the spot.

One of the easiest to use. Perfect to store in trunk. Noticed car tire looked low. Plugged this in and attached it to tire. It showed 18psi. I set it to 35psi and turned it on. It went from 18 to 35 in about 2 minutes or less and shut off. Super handy

It plugs into your cars electrical system via an electrical outlet like a cigarette lighter. The cord is long so that I can easily reach the back tires on my van.
I especially like the auto shut-off when my auto tire reaches the proper pressure.
This device doesn’t pump any air. I followed the directions, plugged it in and out, pressed the power button, etc. The display works but there is no air. What a waste of money.
The pressure that it reads is sometimes slightly off from the actual reading but otherwise it works greattt! It is very easy to use! It’s not the fastest way to blow up tires but it will always work when you need it! It is so worth the buy. It also looks cool and doesn’t take up much room.
What made me cautious after reading manual is just 10 minutes use then pause for cooling.
But it’s not for inflating tire from scratch and it’s taking just a minute to increase pressure from 33 to 35 PSI so no worries, also I was looking for only 12VDC pump motor no 120VAC and that’s the one. I’d recommend it.

I bought this due to slow leaking tires. I Just had to use for the first time today. It was really fast and very easy. Came pretty much ready to use. After years of hunting down gas stations that have air and then scrambling for change, I decided it was time to invest in this. I am not very good at filling my tires with air but didn’t really have an issue with this one. I did only get 2 done before I had to wait the 10 minutes to do the other 2. It was a pleasure not having to leave my home to inflate my tires.
I only used it one time. It works well. As it says in the instructions you can only do two tires. Then you need to let it cool . It gets hot if you do all four.

Had a slow leak in my tires. Took this out and filled my tire in a few minutes. It is a bit loud but worth it! Beats scrambling to find an air pump or gas station. The light is bright. Directions simple and easy to use. Bright color so I can find it in my dark trunk. Life saver!!!!
As for the unit itself: the only thing I have is, if you had to fill a couple car tires, it does get hot if you run it for a while. Which is normal, So follow the instructions and let it cool down between uses.

This is a great little tire inflator. Works very well and does it job, like a workhorse! Had a minor problem and notified company and had a new product in my hands in 2 days!! You really can’t get service like this these days very IMPRESSED
The power plug (that plugs into a car lighter) has a car fuse inside. The inflator comes with an extra fuse as well as instructions on how to use the inflator so as to not blow the fuse and how to replace the fuse. Of course, I had left those instructions (and the replacement fuse) at home. After blowing the fuse, in SW Harbor, Maine, I emailed VacLife and Lily emailed me the images from the instructions. The local hardware store had the fuse (cost was one dollar) and I got the pump working.
When back home in MA, I noticed this pump was listed at a great reduction in price on Amazon. Thus, I just bought a second pump for our other car. I stapled the small plastic bag containing the extra fuse and small small screwdriver that VacLife ships with the inflator to the box it was shipped in. No doubt, one day I’ll happen upon the plastic bag that came with the first pump I purchased from VacLife in 2019.
In contrast to the previous tire inflators that I have purchased, this one is high-quality.

The air hose is longer than any other pump I have had. It reaches to the valve stem when on top of my 18″ tires with no problem. Have only used it once. It pumps up much faster than my old pumps. I am not sure how accurate the gauge is but then I don’t need 0.5 lb accuracy for a tire.
Size is nice it is easy to store in the car.
Low pressure light went on in car. I had all tires up to pressure with this inflator in five minutes time. Love the setting and auto shut off features. Comes in handy for many projects with grandkids.
Good product and customer service is prompt and excellent. Weeks after our compressor began having issues. I contacted the seller, She simply asked for evidence of the faulty unit and quickly sent a replacement and even followed up after to make sure the replacement was satisfactory. I’ve had this pump for 2 years and it is still going strong. I really like that I can set the desired pressure and it stops when it reaches it. Most used on bikes to inflate them to 65 pounds. Also have used it a few times to pump up truck tires to 75 lbs. So far, so good.
I liked that it works as expected and it seems very accurate. I wish that it included a case or bag for proper storage. Right now I left it in the cardboard box and place it inside a shopping bag. Not too elegant, but otherwise the small accessories could be lost.

This aired up my riding lawn mower tire quickly. I like how you can set the psi, which I googled for my specific mower. Set it, and let it do its work. The cord is a great length, which was needed. Does a great job. It comes with other attachments for, for example, pool floaty’s but I’ve only used the tire. Great value!
We bought this after the rubber tube on our last inflator perished – the tube on this one feels different so I guess it’s not made from 100% rubber which may turn out to be a good thing in the long run.
It’s nice and slim so fits under the false floor in the boot. The 12v cable could do with being maybe a metre longer – the only 12v outlet we’ve got in our car is in the boot, so I need to use an accessory socket extension.

Three different air pressures, all easily set, pumped up, and auto shut off when the air pressure was reached.
All three sets of tires were flatter than pancakes, but this unit pumped them up in 1 or 2 short minutes
Fairly quiet, certainly not over-powering.
My two suggestions would be 1. Make the unit a little heavier, so that it doesn’t vibrate all over the place, and 2. Make the air hose a little longer so that it gives you more leeway in placing the unit beside the tire.
All in all, a dandy little unit.

I was very nervous to try this product out but my tire pressure was very low. It was very easy to use and it worked very well. Tire pressure is now great.
The VacLife air compressor is brilliant product. Very accurate in displaying the current tire pressure and superfast in filling desired air. Highly recommended product and a must to keep item in the car.
I used to live in Chicagoland, where the weather fluctuations would change the pressure in my car tires so often that I memorized where all the good places to refill them were (particularly the places with “Free Air”), because it often took visiting two or three locations before I found one where the air pump was working. I’m now in Florida with the same car, and when our Florida “cold” weather finally sets in around mid-November, my car tires, of course, lose pressure with the temperature drop. Problem is, there seem to be even fewer gas stations that maintain their air pumps for customers, especially the free ones.
Since I knew I’d be using this device most often in my attached garage, I decided to also purchase an AC/DC electric converter ($23 from a different seller on Amazon) since the Vac Life itself only comes with a cigarette lighter adapter and I didn’t want to risk carbon monoxide inhalation since I’d have to run my car to get its outlets to work. I was happy that the Amazon Vac Life listing showed the power specs since its wattage and amperage requirements are higher (120 W, 10 A) than the cheaper converters Amazon sells.
It required every bit of the Vac LIfe’s included cord length and the converter’s cord length to reach from a garage wall outlet to all four tires of my car. If I ever need it on the go, the included cord will be sufficient to reach from inside the car to all four tires, but it will be a hassle having to pass it through the car if tires on both sides need inflating.
Out of the box for the first time, it took a bit of button pushing to get the Vac Life to switch from its default metric display to PSI (the buttons next to the display are not particularly clearly labeled and the quick start instructions seem to have left this part out), but, when I figured it out, the device worked very well, adding 6-9 PSI per tire in just a couple of minutes per tire, and then automatically shutting down. I double checked the pressure with a trusty gage which matched the digital display.
When running, it was about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. That makes sense given its name, don’t you think?
Adding: when I wrote this review, I noticed that the price had dropped $10, but, absent starting a return, there was no way to receive an adjustment on Amazon. That’s disappointing. But great customer service from the product distributor has convinced me it’s a 5* outfit.

It seems that there are hundreds of generic-branded portable compressors with many of them being similar design. I suspect that most of these come from the same manufacturer, marketed under a number of different names. I was looking for a gift for a relative the holiday and this one looks pretty similar to many others, so when this went on sale for 30 bucks, I decided to get it.
As it seems to be with less known brands, the instructions could be a bit better written with more detail to the features/operation of the device. It took me a couple minutes to figure out how to get the PSI setting for the car tires.
As far as quality, the inflator is better than I expected. The housing is, of course, plastic, which is standard for air compressors at this price point, but overall seems to be solid and well made. I am not a fan of the open bottom where both the power cord and inflator hose are stored, but that also seems to be common for a variety of brands. It isn’t quite as difficult to get back the wiring and hose back into the bottom for storage as the opening is a bit larger than a different branded compressor that I use in my car.
The biggest issue that I have found with generic branded compressors is that the digital gauges of these tend to be off. The one I have for myself, a different brand, is off about 2 to 4 pounds, compared to a trusty analog gauge. To my surprise, when I connected the gauge and checked the tire pressure, this one was within a half a pound of the reading of both the car and my analog gauge. Being a smaller compressor, this does take some time to air up the tires, depending on the level, but no more time than most portable compressors do. I went from 28 lbs. to 34 in about 2 minutes or so, so nothing out of the ordinary.
The display is bright and easy to see. The buttons seem solid and decent quality. They could be marked a bit clearer as the digital display adjustment buttons are a bit hard to read. The light is adequate and will do the job at seeing what you are trying to do in the dark. The power cord reaches all of the tires on the car, but it could be a bit longer.
According to the manufacturer, they offer a lifetime warranty of sorts. It remains to be seen, with an unknown brand, if easy it will be to obtain a warranty replacement if there is a problem.
Overall, for the price of less than 30 bucks, this is a pretty decent compressor. After making sure this worked like it was supposed to before giving it, I liked this one enough to buy a second one for another holiday gift.

The cord length was like no other I could plug it into my AC lighter bring it outside of my car and fill up all four tires without trying to reach

The cable is long. It’s great. Doesn’t circle the car, but it is long enough to easily reach. I hope I don’t have real reason to use it outside of pressure maintenance. But if I do at least I know it works very well. Works on a lot of stuff I suppose thanks to the attachments.
It took me around 10 minutes to pump up a large SUV tire 265/55/18 from 0 psi to 35 psi. See my video for details.
Some of the features that make this product stand apart:
1. Digital gauge- set the desired pressure and let the pump do the rest, it will turn off once the desired tire pressure has been reached.
2. The plastic is of good quality, even the tie around the power cable is conveniently designed for reusability (see pictures)
3. Some additional attachments included for pumping items other than tires.
4. The light is also handy and provides plenty of light output.
Wish it came with a case, and had some additional room for the cables, but I liked that you can tuck the cables into the device, and the plastic is nicely finished around the edges so that there are no hard edges.
It would also be nice if there was a battery operated version that did not have to rely on the chord, but at least this way it won’t ever let you down.
It’s a great product that does what it is advertised to do, I believe that the specs are true to the actual representation of the item based on my experience. If you are looking for a great pump, look no further!
I really like this VacLife compressor. The first thing I noticed when I pulled it from the box is that it felt solid and well made.
I did not try connecting the power cord to my car, I used an AC converter instead. This unit’s plug fit snugly into the converter.
Pro’s:
1. Quiet for a compressor. I don’t need ear plugs like with another compressor I own.
2. The hose is not stiff, its flexible and easy to maneuver.
3. The nozzle is NOT the screw on type. It has a quick disconnect that works well. I didn’t lose any air pressure when attaching or removing the air hose from the tire stem. Just a quick ‘hiss’ but no real air loss.
4. Easy to use, just connect the hose:
– Then set the desired pressure unit (psi or me) with the “R” button – not sure what the “R” stands for though
– Then set the desired pressure with the +/- buttons
– Next hit start and the unit will shut off automatically once it reaches the desired pressure
5. The pressure was very accurate when I tested it with a gauge after I finished filling the tire.
