This is pretty much exactly what I needed for my small setup. Works as intended and has already helped raise some seedlings.
Heat control is the problem in a small tent, so I need a good fan pumping on two of these. They do the work but I have other, similar lights of the same output that perform well. They have performed steadily for about 6 months so if heat isn’t a problem for you then try it.
I just bumped my rating by 1, because the end result shows me that this light is superior to my other two, and they were in the same price range.
I will just put a better fan on it, which is also good for the crop… or I might separate the two. Then two tents can share the bud building power, and the heat?

This is the second grow light that I bought. While designed for indoor use only, the two lights are used outdoor at a dark corner of a tiny garden. I would definitely advise against outdoor use for its lack of weather sealing. For outdoor use, it’s essential to seal all joints, screws, etc… and to provide means for protecting the lights against heavy rain and winds, and also to shed potential water infiltration away from electrical components. I hope the covering and sealing still allows heat dissipation–time will tell.
From the economic standpoint, with the energy cost, the harvested veggies and herbs will never recover the initial capital investment; but it’s more important to make my wife happy as she loves caring for plants. The benefits from physical activity & pleasure of growing things makes it all worthwhile.

It’s like stepping into the sun But seriously though, my tree grew like 3 inches in days. I was using a different one and my success rate is sucky
I personally wouldn’t rely on this light for a serious flower stage grow but I used 2 of these with SF 4000 for a 5×5 tent and got better yields without breaking the bank !
1 month in and I find this light to be great. My pepper plants have been thriving under it in a grow tent.
A side effect of the light is that it generates a considerable amount of heat, so if you do have to be careful with temperature control, but in my case I’m happy because the heat in my tent stays between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius (while the room it’s in is at 21C).
led light gives off more heat then stated in the info. after almost a month it started flashing intermintently aboiut to burn out. now it is unavaible on Amazon. Contacted seller Nyork Fitness, no hassels sent a replacement led light. Highly recommend seller!!!
This light seems to be quite durable. Solid Aluminum body with LED’s embedded beneath water resistant membrane. The dimmer/on-off control dial responds very smoothly. My seedlings are absolutely loving the light produced!

Bought two of these to give our veg seedlings extra light whilst its too cold at nights to have them outside. So far they have been great and we can fit many happy plants under them.
Good quality light especially for the price. Competes with some of the higher end brands too. Worth the purchase.
An absolute 5 star product. It has been 5-6 weeks since purchased and my plants have reacted superbly. Dimmer function is a bonus and normally only found on higher end lights. Please note that when on full power, wear safety glasses: the diodes are super bright! Also, although the lights do become warm, overheating is not a problem so safety is ok. The one negative is the short lead length (it is not a daisy chain) but used an extension lead to overcome this. Super happy.
A seriously good light at a seriously good price. Strong steady LEDs. High quality dimmer you can tell when you adjust by the feel. Thin takes up little space and get this I ordered it at 1 o’clock in the morning. It arrived at 1oclock in the afternoon same day. I amazed truly at everything.
Love the simple design and functionality of the dimmer, if I had to pick fault it could have a longer power cord… One very happy bunny.
This is my third budget LED grow light off Amazon and definitely my favourite. It’s as bright as what had been my best light but I can place this closer to the plants without stressing them. Also compact and surprisingly lightweight. Great deal.

It doesn’t have a timer. It has a dimmer… which helps a lot when growing.
The product has a surprisingly sturdy feel to it and is easy to hang. The lights themselves aren’t bad, but are but not completely able to support the area that ia advertised accurately. I am using these lights in a 80cm x 80cm grow tent and can light most of its surface if I want my plants to get adequate light. Using it on a smaller surface, the results are very good.

Its really good for my citrus tree. Got a lot of new growth. The only bad side is when you put the button at off, it doesnt really stop the light. You have to unplug it to completely shut it off. But overall its really great. Would consider buying again.
It is much brighter than lights i’ve had in the past. Covers a large area. Like that I can dim it for initial start of seeds. Adjustable height hanger is a nice bonus.

This was my first growlight, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how much light it sheds! It was smaller than I thought originally but the coverage over my plants is more than enough! Right now I’m using it to try and revive some plants that took a hit over the winter season, and already after 11 days I see improvement!! There is new green growth and the plants are growing in a more upright fashion. I easily put the light on a timer (not included in this light) . Looking forward to starting seedlings very soon! Would buy again! The instructions that come with the light are minimal- but the write up on Amazon is very helpful and answered a lot of my questions.

size is smaller than I expected, but it seems to work and we have small green tomatoes growing. They did not mention that one should wear special glasses for the various light rays I guess, they did include a form of sun glasses. Very solidly build.
smaller than I expected, but what the stated size seems to mean is that it cases a light about 2’x2′ not that the light assembly is that size. The light is only 9″x12″.

Love this light! Quiet, dimmable, bright! The only thing it needs is a reflector if you use it in your living space. I made a drum shade of aluminum foil in a few minutes. Works great and looks okay.
I only got it an hour ago but ive pluged her in and whooo good job i put the shades on. I have a 1.2m x 1.2 would it be enough or should i need another light in there. but great well packed can t wait till summer. Thanks a lot you may hear from me soon. I just wish they would start doing really good LED s cheaper lets hope so. Thank you. This is a nice quality and very sturdy built light. So many other brands I have purchased have been flimsy and dim. The seedling I put under it are thriving and growing very sturdy.

This light is bright and quiet and my plants responded positivity to the light right away … Sometimes things go wrong, as it did in this case, but the seller was very quick to look after my wrty needs… The replacement arrived within two shipping days, considering it came from the other side of the country I was very impressed…

I like the the ability to dim the lights to my plants requirements. Good bang for the buck. Will update after the next growing season but so far seems to be a good purchase.
That said, it is still a very good value for the money and better than anything else in its price range. It will never compete with my Viparspectra XS1500s as far as brightness goes, of course, but they cost more than twice as much so it wouldn’t be a fair comparison.
