This headtorch is very bright and in that respect is great but you will have to charge it about as often as you charge your phone.
If you do not it will go out right in the middle of doing something important…… when it does you can turn it back on for a few mins and then lights out.
So good value for the money but charge 4hrs daily if using regularly!
A very bright light. I’ve been having fun just playing with it. I don’t recommend working out with it. Exercise in the dark isn’t good for you anyway, but it’s a lot of head luggage to wear working out, but for working in the dark, it’s great. The weight is all battery and there’s no avoiding that. Batteries are heavy if they have any power or staying ability. If I was into jogging, I wouldn’t need a light anyway, but I’d choose a smaller, lighter head light…
Planning to do the West highland way and it’s always cold and dark in Scotland so these are a HUGE help when setting up in the dark or just finding my way around. I have a huge head too so highly recommend as they are comfortable and adjust to my swede

Bought this for my step dad as a gift and he couldn’t be happier, battery life is amazing and brightness is superb. Only downside is the mount for the torch at the front is a bit bulky and feels cheap but does sit comfortably around the forehead
This was a Christmas gift and the recipient was delighted. It has already proved most useful. It is light weight and easy to use.
So far it has worked, just a bit worry the back part that houses the batteries is closed only with a rubber lid,, hopefully the batteries dont fall off. I guess it has to be soft as it is in contact to the back of the head.
But that is a minor concern, my husband is trilled with it and the amount of light it gives out.
Both I and my wife have used this light. I used it for lighting the work area when working on my PC. My wife used it for dog walking. In both cases the light performed very well. My area of concern is that the cover for the battery compartment is not a positive fit. That having been said the battery cover is held in place by ones head when in use. I do not think that having to cycle through the modes to turn off is a problem as you know its turned off because it goes dark. I had the light fitted loosely as I was not moving around very much, if it were a lot tighter i.e. when running I am not sure how comfortable it would be. That having been said it’s not an uncomfortable head unit. The light is excellent from any of the settings, guess the flashing setting is for cyclists or unlit roads. All in all a useful device at the price, time will tell how long the charge lasts but the batteries are big.

Arrived quickly, easy to charge (comes with charger too!) Had many different settings. I use this to turn out and bring in my horse before and after shifts when it’s dark and I’ve never any issues. It has a tilt mechanism so I’m not blinding my horse or other people with it. It’s kept in the car so i have it whenever i go. Superb item.
emember the batteries wrapped up so remember to take put them in the torch

The light arrived well packaged with no damage ( always a good thing). The light has rechargeable batteries included and a usb lead for charging. Now the positives
1) it’s bright enough to cause passerbys to cover their eyes. It’s also great in areas with no lighting ( I walk the mutt through forests ) with good visibility.
2) there are 4 light settings , the last of which is strobe effect good for brain dead motorists not paying attention when cycling with it on.
3) it has an adjustable strap to fit most human skulls and doesn’t appear to move about( I’ve only walked with it on )
The negatives
1) it’s heavy enough to feel you have something on your head . Saying that it looks well made
2) the beam can’t be turned down so walking in fog or drizzly weather makes visibility a bit poorer as the light reflects( think driving with full beam in fog)

Bought as a present for my son for walking his dog when its dark. It looks a solid piece of equipment with a bright long range beam.
Very bright torch with four settings. It’s very big headset but allows me to see right across the field when I’m out with my dog at night. The battery life is good, I’ve had it for several weeks now and I’ve only charged it twice.
I was lucky when I got this I didn’t pay full price, it was on offer for 17 and honestly I’d pay a lot more! It’s brilliant so bright I feel safer at night walking the dog , took a little getting used to for how to adjust it so it’s not too high, but the fact you can lift it up and down is ace! I feel I can go on walks out at night and
Walk the dog and feel very safe! I like it that much I’m ordering my dad one! I can’t recommend enough!! Oh and the red light on the back doesn’t mean it needs charging I didn’t realise that at first but honestly it’s so bright it’s brilliant worth the money!

I can see right down the bottom of our park when walking the dogs at night, 3 brightness settings come in handy. Perfect for walking in the dark. It’s comfortable to wear. The battery life is good. Overall a great product.
It’s very handy for situations when it’s dark and you need both hands. You can use just the main centre light on its own or all three. If you want to go crazy, you can have them all flashing, maybe handy if you are cycling. The straps for your head have a lit of adjustment, I have a child’s size head. I can’t comment on bettery life as not had it long enough. Its rechargeable, plug in to TV or computer.
Great head torch. Plenty of light for working in these dark winter evenings. Only thing I wish was different is that it had 2 switches – 1 to switch mode and 1 for on/off. You have to click through all modes every time to switch on and off. other than that, Its a good buy.
Delivered quickly, Much heavier than expected due to separate battery pack for rechargeables , but robust. Used so far 3 nights. Good illumination for dog walking and “poop pick ups”. I have dogs on lead at night but programme giving wide field could be useful if dogs loose.
I use this about the house instead of a torch freeing up both of my hands and lighting up where I’m looking. Ideal for when I have to go into the loft or to the garden shed at night, both places where we do not have lights yet. I also use it for fine detailed crafts that I do. Even in daylight the bright light removes all the shadows and makes the work much easier.
This thing is insane! Like a small sun on your forehead. Can see so far in the dark it’s amazing. Bought for dog walks and am not disappointed at all. Have only used once so can’t comment on battery life yet.

You need to wear this with a hat or a beanie because it’s very uncomfortable without. Only problem I had was the battery was wrapped in plastic when I got it so open the compartment and check whe you get yours.
All in all I’m goin got buy another pair.

Unable to repurchase a previous Amazon recommended head torch that after 3 years stopped working, I was swayed by the reviews to purchase the Vicopter. With 3 torches it is very heavy to wear. The only cushioning to the forehead is the head strap that runs behind the plastic housing that the lamps are fixed to. I find it uncomfortable. It is bright but compared to my previous single lamp torch I don’t think it is any brighter. I have to have all 3 lamps lit at all times. I have the torch for walking two dogs. A disappointing purchase. I am going to have to buy a different one and keep this as a standby.
We bought this head torch so we could see to take our dog out at night. It is fantastic. Very bright so you can see where you’re going as there are no street lights. Leaves your hands free so you can still hold the lead and pick up anything as required. I like the fact you can have different lights on so you can have it dimmer etc if you want. Easy to charge up and comfortable to wear. 10 out of 10.
Great bit of kit, super bright, good battery life although size of battery does make it heavy and head straps a little uncomfortable initially until you get used to it, four lighting options making it quite versatile.
I go for a lot of runs. And I get through a lot of head torches. I read a few reviews I thought all the 1* reviews had done something wrong and the 5* reviews a bit over the top. First impressions are it’s typical of this kind of thing. Cheap construction, I expect it to last a winter.
I put it on charge straight away and left it for a few hours. After which I set out to test it. It didn’t work. Turns out the batteries have a plastic cover. So this explains the 1* reviews.
Correcting my mistake, I put it on charge for a few hours it works well. Ideal for dog walks, night runs etc. As bright as other similar items around the same price. They used to cost 10, now 17. That’s inflation for you.
The lumens are greatly exaggerated, but it’s still very bright. If Car headlights are 3000 lumens, this is never 6000, maybe 1000. Not bright enough for mountain biking on their own.
Still worth the money though.
This product is absolutely amazing! I live in Somerset where the country roads are dark and dangerous, but this headlight brights up the whole road, so I can see where I’m walking and can avoid any potholes, what makes for a safer walk.
I would say this is surprisingly good but I read the reviews before I bought so was expecting a good little light for working on the house and in the garden now that the nights are drawing in. I have only charged once so far and used every night for 10 minutes and again whilst working on a window for a while too. Looks like it could be handy even for cycling too, with the red light on the back. Yet to try it for that but will. Good value for what you get, although you get those familiar blue rechargeable batteries likely from China, some people are careful with those as they believe there’s a fire risk. Not something I can comment on further.
Good head torch. It is light and bright. Battery lasted a long while so far. Don’t forget to remove the plastic from the rechargeable batteries like I did. Donkeys lugs, but hey ho I am getting on…..
The light was fantastic, bright and awesome battery life. Gave me excellent visibility in poor nighttime conditions in Snowdonia.
The only point is that it was heavy on the head and this starts to take its toll after a few hours of wear. This complaint was common among my group with other headlights, so I believe this is a shared issue. I did keep mine for the duration of my climb, with the help of a Terry headband underneath to protect my skin.
First I’ve bought but had other head flashlights given to me and by far this is the best I’ve used especially for the price and if you want spare batteries you can get them easily enough. Plus the battery last a long time. The pic and video I’ve uploaded don’t do it justice it’s a very bright flashlight.
I’m am very impressed with this head touch. The best one I’ve bought. It’s a great light. Well worth buying if your looking for one.

Good quality, the light is bright with various settings. The only downside in the battery pack which sits on the back of your head is pretty bulky.
This lamp is super bright when flashing and great for daylight cycling. Love that it can charge via USB. What it LACKS is a bicycle mount so once you remove the headstrap you are left with a headache if you want to use it with your bike.
I had one bought for me and it’s an absolute boon in the workshop no more propping up torches or holding
one in my mouth to aim exactly where you want so your hands are free. Battery life seems excellent as I
got mine at Christmas and have not had to charge it yet that said I don’t use it every day.
This one I have bought for my son. the only bit are don’t like is the 3rd stage because of the flashing
i was talking to the wife when I turned it off and it dazzled her so head down when switching off.
Use mine whilst working in confined areas such as in a cupboard etc. Like the idea you can have it on lower brightness without blowing out the subject at close quarters. Don’t buy this for any type of physical exercise. It’s to heavy for that & they are other much more expensive head torches designed for that. This is ideal for what most people would a head torch for.
As I have said this is a great product, big tick in the box easy to use bright, fits comfortably.
One little issue, when I put it in my pocket the soft touch on off cover came off, its back on no problem, I would of rather it didn’t come off.

Daughter is a vet and she previously “inherited ” an old set of these which were lying around in her practice. When these eventually broke due to age, she asked me order a replacement. She often has call outs at night in the middle of nowhere, and this headset has bright and reliable lamps, allowing her to carry out examinations without a torch.
This headlamp is awesome. Super bright. i use it for hiking in the mornings and wow, it doesn’t half brighten up your way. It overpowers a cars full beam. Battery life not the best, takes a while for it to charge but i would absolutely recommend this to anyone

This isn’t as bright as i was expecting, there are a few different brightness options but even the brightest isn’t that bright. The light is quite bulky and heavy.
Pros; very bright you won’t be disappointed. Cons; not the comfiest of head torches to wear. It needs more padding where it meets your forehead. Fortunately I wear it on top of my beanie hat.
Great headlight! I walk at night quite a lot and patrol forest type areas with zero lighting and this headlight is absolutely perfect! Once its had a full charge, the brightness on this is actually blinding
Well as head torches go this wasn’t the most expensive. It was also adequate for my needs! Their are one or two niggles, it’s not the most comfortable to wear.
It has a mounting plate on the front which could be contoured to the profile of the wearers forehead. It’s also weighty and unless you do the strap up tight won’t stay in a central position. Don’t get me wrong it will do the job but to get the perfect torch you will have to pay lots more.
The lights are bright. They cycle from one to three lights, and strobe!
It fits perfectly because of the highly adjustable straps.
My wife wore it to go down the garden and I realised the battery pack at the rear lit up red…awesome!!

Genuinely love my head band light.
Really pleased with this, bought for a festival (2020 then happened), so ended up using for the first time when the evenings got dark and I still needed to get out for runs/walks. Brilliant brightness, really comfortable when running, doesn’t slide or make my head ache and easy to adjust to get the right fit. Bands are wide and soft and the one over the top goes round my ponytail and still holds with ease. Also been out in the rain and it’s prooved waterproof. Would say I don’t find much difference between the main beam vs side beams vs both together. I haven’t really tested battery life but having opened and not charged it fully, it lasted for a good 4-5 hours – I’m sure it’ll last far longer on a full charge. Recharged and back to being super bright. Really happy!
It has 4 settings which make use of all 3 lights, bright (main), bright enough (2 sides) and even brighter (all 3). The 4th setting is a flashing light (think 90s dance strobe lights). I won’t use that one in case someone takes a fit!
Two downsides, one is that to have this level if brightness, it needs a power source (battery pack) that sits at the back of your head. You feel it when you first put it on and then you get used to it. I’ve not worn it for a great length of time but would imagine, despite a little padding, it may get uncomfortable after a while. Second issue is that, unless you point it downwards, the brightness will annoy anyone you are walking towards.
Despite that, I still give it 5 stars as it does what I expected it to.
Great product well built brightness is good I get about 100m range down my 200m track with good visibility with all lights on – only tried it for a week but for the money it’s very good – I like the fact I can just have the main light on then the other two – good adjustment for angle on the light and doesn’t take too long to recharge – all in all good head light and I work in the electrical wholesale business and bought similar for more money and not as a bright or rechargeable
Only used once for walking dog at night. Impressive illumination & certainly enough for my needs. Hope it withstands the Scottish rain.
A very good head torch. I use on my safety helmet at work so it needs helmet clips to hold it in place. The beam brightness and distance is excellent and the torch is easy to charge and use with a single button.
I Don’t know how I’ve got this far in life without one.
I have used it for fitting a new fan in my bathroom that meant I had to get in the loft and had both hands free so it was safe and had both hands free to do the job.
I have a shed at the bottom of my garden and the lock is a pain to open when you have a touch in one hand and trying to unlock a padlock with the other, this headlight makes it so easy.
I fixed a derailleur today on my bike and had this on because the light in my garage is not very bright, this was again perfect because wherever I was looking I had light.
Kept it on for when I went for a test run on my bike to make sure the derailleur was fixed and it lit up the road in front of me perfectly.
Brilliant bit of kit and wish I bought one years old.
My son said it made me look like I was in the SAS when I had it on….
We have 3 dogs and live n the country. Evening walks are in the dark, pitch black sometimes. This headlight is serious stuff! It’s so bright you can see way ahead or you can dim the light so not to blind anyone walking towards you. This really is the business and could be used for much more than walking dogs on cold dark nights.

I bought this light to assist me when checking livestock and also for exercise during dark hours. I live rurally in an area with no street lighting and this head torch is fantastic. The light itself is very bright but can be dimmed ; it also has the ability to swap from a single beam to 2 and also 3 beams and has a rear light for the back of the head. The light also has a pulsating mode. I have also worn it when exercising and it is lightweight on the head , adjustable straps and also waterproof. The charge also seems to last a long time but inevitably greater use will need a quicker recharge.A brilliant head torch for under 20 – what is there not to like – a great buy !
Only bought this as I lost the charger for my original light which were similar. Downside is the charge point is now a micro usb type thing, but all I do is just swap the batteries from torch to touch and use this as the charger. Used for sea fishing and fog walking and camping. Battery life not fantastic, 1 – 2 hours max if on all the time….but the light power is bright on the adjustable spot setting
I don’t know why you’d spend 220 on a branded product when you could buy one of those for less than a tenth of the price. Clearly the build quality isn’t as I’d expect of a 220 unit. However it’s good enough for jogging and basic camping etc.
Bought this for a work friend they haven’t stoped talking about it they love it they say they use it for walking there dog at night in fields and it’s great they can see there dog anywhere in the field
Needed this for work outdoors and in the dark. It looks a little silly on the head but it does the job. If anything it’s too bright sometimes when it reflects off nearby objects but I couldn’t be happier with it. It uses 18650 batteries and has a charger built in. I get about 4 hours of full brightness (all 3 lights on) before I notice any dip in luminosity. I bought some extra batteries for longer jobs and swapping them is straightforward and easy even with gloves on.
This will be my present for my great great grandson, !’m sure it will come in this winter and more winters to come it looks as though it will stand up to a lot of abuse!
Once you adjust the headstraps properly, this is a great headtorch which you can angle downwards when, eg, speaking to people, otherwise you might blind them !
I received this yesterday, and its supposed to be for my dad BUT I’ve never seen such a modern headlight, with a cable that connects to a rather large battery at the back. This is no joke headlight I love it.
So, I decided to keep this for myself, for times of camping or doing acupuncture, and get another one for my dad. Well impressed.
4 settings, 1) main light, 2) two side lights, 3) main light & 2 side lights at same time and 4) alternating or flashing lights.
I like to use setting 3 when running in the dark early in morning. My run usually lasts about 45 minutes. After 30 minutes on setting 3 or less, 20 minutes, light power stays on but does noticeably drop power/brightness output.
It is fine to use still but there is a noticeable drop in power output.
Great- use it for dog walking in the dark and gives me an extra sense of security being able to see far into the distance.
Tbh — I bought the same things off eBay for half the price but it only lasted an hour. I’m glad I sent it back. This unit take a few hours to charge but lasts for at least 5 hours.
The battery pack is quite heavy but it’s really comfortable.

Bought this for using at Scouts as I’m feed up with rubbish light quality and having to buy new batteries all the time. Saw this and thought bingo!. Super bright with all the light functions. Fits very well and is so stable on head considering the size and shape. Really light as well. Battery life is fab and is great being able to stick on charge like your phone so its full and ready for its next outing. Would recommend this to others as the price is fab
The brightness is superb. Off road, with no street lighting etc, I was getting around 80 metres of visibility, which is simply fantastic.
Took around 3 hours to charge. I haven’t used to enough yet to know what the battery life is like. I used all three lights for just over an hour and saw no deterioration in the light quality.
Well packaged – not used yet but will be great for walking in the dark as the light is very bright with 3 brightness settings and 1 flash setting.
The elastic straps are also adjustable so will fit any size and also over a thick hat.
I would imagine this would also be great for exercising with although not actually used for this

Great product to help my milkman brother see house numbers on the dark morning as he deliver his milk. It’s brilliant and works well and helps him to see the door numbers or signs as he is done his job.
The brightness is good, and the various options work, though I’m never sure of the point of the stobe setting.
Easily adjustable to your head size, and the battery pack mounted on the back means it balances well.
Charging port works, and you get a red or green led indicator so you know when it’s charged. I previously had a he’s torch with non rechargeable batteries and it was a pain to keep having to change the batteries, no such issue here.
Great for activities you do in the dark, but need your hands free!

Great torch!! I go out in the fields looking after horses and It’s often pitch black this time of year. This torch is so bright I can see a long way off where the horses are. It has different brightness settings and can be tilted up or down so you don’t blind the horses or anyone else out there. Doesn’t take long to charge and the charge lasts ages. I’m very happy with it.

A brilliant head torch that fits comfortably. The light is really bright so great for walking at night and has several settings although I haven’t needed them. Not sure on battery life yet as only recently purchased but like the fact that it arrived ready charged so could use it straight away after taking the packaging off the batteries.
Very bright – and has a setting which gives good peripheral lighting combined with the main central beam, which is really helpful. Adjustment to angle the beam of the headlight holds steady once you set it (ie not easily knocked out of position by accident). On and off button well positioned so it doesn’t tend to get knocked on or off by mistake when in your bag as with other lights I’ve had. Easy to charge. Light weight and comfortable to wea
Excellent for trying to find the dog at night or search the attic. Despite a somewhat large battery container, it’s very comfortable to wear when walking or working in the dark. It’s very good value for money. The star is lost because the instructions are non existent. The outer packaging warn that care must be taken when charging the battery but no further advice as to what, how or why. I contacted the seller and response was excellent.
Brilliant light and excellent battery life. Needs a charger or better instructions as to what level of charge to use. Charging is via a USB cable which IS provided, but without a charger. It does have a good indicator light which changes from red to green when charging is complete. Quality could be better. On mine a bulb suddenly popped out. Luckily it fell on a rug and was undamaged. I pushed it back in and the light came on again ok but it was only afterwards I realised that a thin rubber gasket had gone missing and in the interim must have been vacuumed up. Overall, light is powerful but it could do with its own charger and the quality lacks a little.

The light this produces is both bright and has a good range. It is perfect for dog walking across dark fields. I am able to safely see the ground and into sufficient distance to see what is ahead of me. The torch mounting adjusts up and down which enables me to point the beam into the distance or more towards the ground should the need arise. I’m not sure the charge lasts 8 hours as stated. I have been using the brightest setting and that is lasting ~3.5 hours.
Good light, comfortable to wear. I chose this one because of the centre, top head strap which I thought would be better than just a band around the forehead. I am pleased with this item and will try it out on a night kayaking event soon.
Charged fast, will suit anyone with outdoor life style or having to work in confined spaces with no light, the only thing I did not fin useful was the flashing mode, unless in an emergency I cannot see much point to it. Perfect for night fishing
I was impressed by this product it gave a good light and was not too heavy to wear.
I would suggest that the addition of a small soft pad for the forehead in order to prevent the line from the strap after wearing for a time. Although it doesn’t effect what is a good product, it would just enhance it.
