Sadly, my hands are too small to reach steamer switch & hold it.
I’m hoping I can return & exchange for a different one.
There is NO PROBLEM with this machine it is, unfortunately my hand & finger size that’s a problem.
One full is enough to steam one pair of curtains 46 x90inches Great on cooker fridge and to sterilise worktops. All round useful tool
Bought this for removing heavy-set grease around edge of my hob extractor fan and it worked better than anything other method I’ve tried.
I was pleasantly surprised to realise there was a window squeegee attachment but (and this is the reason for not giving top rating) using this with the flexi hose I got scalded when the squeegee head fell off. As you use the flexible hose you may be going this way and that with the attachment and this then it works loose off the hose and you get scalding steam escaping at the point where you’re holding the tool head.
Perfect for what I wanted to clean the pushchairs and high chair but ended up cleaning the whole house with it lol was a bit off a carry on having to stop and refill and wait to heat up but doesn’t take long to heat up and it’s only hand held small one so expected to not last long and then need to refill I used it on baby items tiles floors oven sink bath skirting boards and corner sete happy with it but did go on to buy a vax steam cleaner even though it’s more expensive it’s worth buying if it’s going to be something you use a lot this hand held one’s ok for smaller one off jobs but not for every day use as it’s a bit of a faff on with filling it up but for the price it’s cheap and does the job but I wanted to steam clean often so the vax is better for me
Easy to use. The on/off button is a bit awkward at first but you’ll soon get the knack. The steam pressure is good. Lasts about 10/15 minutes before needing a refill.
I cleaned everything with it from bathrooms to bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms. Just so easy to use

I bought it to make household jobs easier as I have arthritis in my hands
Great little steamer, use it every day. It won’t clean 6 years of build up from a oven, but for gaps, and silly spaces it does fantastic. Very versatile for many different jobs

This is a nice little steamer with lots of accessories. After some initial enthusiasm I haven’t used it much, but it is in the cupboard should I suddenly need to steam something… which is comforting!
Only drawback would be its size if you were doing a large area it does need refilling quite a few times but excellent value for money steamer.
Does his work and it’s worth the money. The on/off button is a bit uncomfortable to use, specially for long works but otherwise Is very good product for the price.

felt the steam could be hotter . quite a lot of moisture. We steamed our kitchen lino. Did lift the dirt out of it.
Did exactly what it was bought for, cleaned my upvc window frames effortlessly.
It’s a powerful little cleaner, produces very hot steam continuously but you have to keep finger on the trigger, which then makes using it difficult as you have no hands left to mop up excess water on the glass or item you are cleaning. Would have been much easier to have a button to start and stop steam.

Quite ok when sorting out the car. Although when tried on my super dirty oven would not get any results.
Very easy to use. Fairly light weight. Heats up quickly. Has a small water capacity but does work very well. Very good value.
This is a really handy cleaning tool. So far I have used it to clean a rug and it brought out all the cat hair that was stuck in it! Have also used it to steam bed covers whilst on the bed and to clean mirrors and shower doors. It makes the jobs so much quicker. I am going to clean my oven and car seats with it next. The only thing that I found is the cable sometimes not long enough so I use an extension lead. For the price this is a great piece of kit.
Great little steamer for the money. Tackles small jobs easily.
Perfect for my needs, however, I do not have much strength in my fingers and I find the button to make it steam quite hard to press.
I don’t know what thickness means? The product is okay with two containers of water,you’ll get 5mins of pressurised steam
The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because the steam seems to run out quickly. You can’t tell if there’s any more water in it until you let it cool down. Then you find there was still a bit of water…..apart from that it does what it’s supposed to.
Compact hand held steamer ideal for kitchen or bathroom use. I would have liked the electric cable to be a foot longer but never the less I’m happy with my purchase.
Ignore the one star reviews they appear to be user error, having used this thing to detail the kitchen sink and cooker they came up like new
Yes it was a bit off a faff due to it being a handheld unit and the small tank capacity, so it does have limits but for 20 quid it did everything i expected it to and i was left incredibly impressed with the results!

Takes a while to finish a job because you have to wait 5mins to open in order to top up.175-200 mls capacity soon is used.
Brought this bit of kit to defrost an freezer, have since used it to clean tile grout. Good tool. Would recommend.
Heats up quickly and lasts for good amount of time. I have used it to clean my house’s carpets and it did a pretty good job.

This steamer is good did not realise all the different attachments good value and good jet of steam makes cleaning easie
I was surprised how good this steamer was i cleaned inside my oven got rid of the build up of greace its like new and also cleaned my leather sofa were my dog got it dirty it cleaned that too would recomend the steame
Obviously the price rise is in part due to the virus situation and I still think this is good value for what you get. I’ve been steaming all afternoon cleaning my car upholstery and removing stickers from the paintwork, I may have to start on my kitchen tiles and oven at some stage.
It is worth reading the instructions carefully especially the advice to empty the steamer after use.
My own additional tip is not to lend it to a neighbour who may squirrel it away in the hope it is forgotten about. Mine was returned after sitting full of water for 2 years, totally furred up and useless.
