Heater is as detailed in description! Great having flame effect which can be adjusted! Would like to have the heater retain previous settings eg flame control, but this is minor issue.

Same day delivery amazed me, fantastic. Packed well, nothing missing and everything as it should be. Fits beautifully on my fire surround, absolutely fantastic size compared to others I’ve looked at. Seriously looks very real. Cosy, beautiful colour, remotes fabulous too. I am more than happy with the quality, not noisy. Makes my room so cosy and snug, I have it on first thing in the morning for half an hour and my room quickly heats up super.
Coal affect appear unreal as too red otherwise fire fit for purpose to hide old fire place.
I like the fact I can control the heat from the comfort of my chair. It looks very nice and does an excellent job of heating my lounge.

Value for money and looks good heats the room very quickly. The only thing I have to say is that the fan is very noisy.
Love this fire great value I choose the cream & the remote control is great .I haven’t put the feet on yet as my tiles need changing .pluse it came early !!
This fire looks great and warms my large dining room no problem
Capable of heating quite a large room, blower efficient but quite audible although not objectional. Quite cheaply made but passable, Small digital display on the inside is offputting as it is in the projected flame effect. A few moans but generally happy with the product and Amazons quick resolution of a minor problem.

Good value for money and you can spread the payments. Gives off a good glow from the artifical flames makes the room feel cosy without the heater. Guves out good heat from the blower. Overall very happy

The flame effect is a nice touch but it’s very obvious that it’s fake. It’s very noisy as a fan heater too so we’re not expecting to actually use it to heat the room up or anything- it’s just a glorified lamp inside the fireplace.
Overall though its a very good looking heater.

Excellent product nice and light wieght. Very warm if using heater but its also very good to use as a light for the room excellent, the remote control saves alot hassle to saves me getting out the chair lol would definatly reccomend this heater without a second thought style and price was brillia

Fabulous looking fire, amazing price and quality. Very durable even though it is light. Highly recommend. My daughter wants to order one. Would be great if it was available in white. Delighted with this purchase.
Really pleased with this item ,it looks really good in my sitting room.It is a bit noisy when in use but not overwhelmingly so.
Unlike stated in other reviews this came with a remote that works just fine. Easy to assemble and looks great. It is noisy and I can’t tell the difference between the two heat settings….but is great for the money.
The glow provides a cosy feeling but the heater, once switched on , is noisy. Does warm the room quickly though

The flame effect isn’t as light or bright as I had expected.
Nice size. Can get really bright. Flames are OK. Heater is warm but bit loud.
For the price can’t complain.

Came today took 2 mins to put together good product would recommend but wire could of been longer using extension lead
Throws out good heat and the remote is an added bonus
