Excellent little fire bought it for mother she loves it falls asleep watching the flames
Throws out a good amount of heat. Just one issue. We probably wouldn’t have bought it if we had known it was a fan heater. Didn’t really say it was a fan heater on the product information. Decided to keep it anyway as it’s quite reasonable to run.
Purchased to replace faulty item – fits into my room well & helps to maintain a nice heat when used. Flame effect comforting.
This fire was lovely. But smaller than I expected. Dimensions on info page were wrong! Had to retu
After contacting Amazon, they offered me a partial refund to purchase and fit the LED lamps myself. The fire needs two E14 dimmable LED candelabra bulbs (plenty of choice here on Amazon) and fitting is easy: just unplug the fire, remove the 4 screws holding the small plate on the back of the fire, reach in and replace the bulbs.
If you want to check if a fire has LED lamps fitted, switch on the flame effect only (no heating), leave for half an hour, then feel the top of the fire. If it is warm, you have incandescent bulbs fitted. If it’s cold, they are LEDs.
Bought this as a gap filler while we waited for a new solid fule stove to be installed. I was very impressed with the guilty and design for this price range.
Pleased with size, heat, easy to use controls, nice in a small room
I am very pleased with this ~ I have only used it for effect and not tried the heat. It would probably look better with small legs or feet. But makes my room look very cosy.
Lovely neat little heater, throws out great heat and looks great in the spot I wanted it for but it is very loud. That’s not a deal killer for me but others might find it annoying.
The size of it is just right and fit in just right were we wanted it to go
NICE ELECTRIC FIRE. FAN A LITTLE NOISY WHEN HEAT ACTIVATED BUT THROWS OUT A LOT OF HEAT ON FULL POWER AND HEATS ROOM QUICKLY. THAT SAID I THINK IT IS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH THIS FIRE.

Great electric fire and love that it’s curved so the heat spreads around the room
It fits into my old fireplace extremely well, l turn it on during the day when required until my central heating comes on early evening. Very pleased with it.
It works fantastic and the light bulbs you have to get is 230 v to 40 w and you can oder them on amazon too.

Looks very stylish. I am very pleased with its looks and heat output. When I have the central heating on I just put on the flame effect and it looks great in the fireplace. My fire doesn’t have a remote control and the switches are at the back of the fire which makes it a little awkward. Even with this little problem I absolutely love the fire.

Light weight and modern makes the room look cosy glowing flames.
A good quality solid ( heavy ) construction fan heater / fire .
Looks wonderful in my sons house with a fire surround . He rents his house and the gas fire was broken so I decided to try this out as a feature .
I am really pleased with it . In fact I rarely write reviews but I want people to know it’s a lovely product . With a 2 year guarantee aswell .

However, there are some points of limitation that require highlighting and to bear in mind this is a very inexpensive item & ought not to be relied on as a main full on fire. If you intend to replace a regular fireplace unit with this one be prepared for the shortness in height as it is not regular size.
This is not a true stove, more of an immitation as no doors or cooking facility is present and should really be titled better I think.
The most obvious flaw once unpacked is the fact all of the control switches and dials are on the rear of the unit??.
Furthermore, due to the power supply cable exiting from the rear backplate (rather than beneath a unit or recessed somehow) the stove cannot be pushed backwards to fit neatly against the wall. It can only stand out proud. From a safety point of view if the fire is used over a decent period of time it is likely to get hot and in order to switch it off or down it needs physically pulling forward first!I. . . Ouch.
So to recap, it’s a cracking small occasional & compact fire at a competitive price but it has to be loosely placed/installed for easy access to its rear backplate for switching on and off etc.

The fire itself is pleasant to look at but soooooooo short, it doesn’t fill the gap left by an average electric insert fire. It’s short by about 5 inches !
Its free standing and would really benefit from some metal legs to get it to the correct height to be attractive and would look more like a wood burning stove. It has 3 tiny rubber nubs instead, underneath to stop it scratching the floor.
Also whos bright idea was it to put the controls on the back, you have to move it every time to turn it on !
The panoramic window appears to be glass and not some nasty plastic.
It gives off a reasonable heat and is far from quiet, sounding similar to an electric oven when on full.
All in all It is an attractive fire and does the job but if your buying it to replace an old fire in your fire surround you’d need to look for something talle
