Amazing ankle suppo
I fell down the stairs and twisted my ankle with a painful bruising to the front of my foot. This ankle support has provided the strength it needed to recover and feels so much better after a few days. I will continue wearing this throughout the day until I can walk on my leg without support.
Good for the price
It is on the cheaper side, so can’t expect that much. It does its job though, it’s highly adjustable and you can apparently use on your left or right foot, no issues there. I just feel like the velcro will destroy the fabric in general after some use, only downside in my opinion.
Very supportive on ankles
Very supportive on ankles, but did hurt my heel after wearing for a couple of hours. Used to play a 90 minute football match and my heel was bleeding by the end of it. If you don’t have to play rough sports you should be good

Found this very useful when I badly sprained my foot. Supported my foot well. Did find the velcro quite strong though which although good, was hard to take off without adding to pain. Have also used it wrapped round gel ice pack.

Ordered this support having tried a few others before. This is the easiest to put on, best supporting aid for ankle, comfortable to wear out walking but by end of day starts getting a bit too much. Not too bulky and can fit most footwear. Really pleased with the support given.
One little comment the velcro is really strong meant to be of course, but with arthritic hands a bit of a challenge to get off.

Bought this as I needed something to help get me to work on a sprained ankle. Best decision. This strap provides support and immediate pain relief. Comfy to wear during the day and has kept my ankle from rolling again.
Excellent support for your ankle
A very simple and very effective ankle support, have twisted my ankle recently and I found the support a real help.
I used it for four hours at a time and rested the ankle and also to make sure the blood flow to the ankle was not in anyway restricted.

This brace does the job they are meant for. Initially I struggled to get them on but when I got used to it they have been fabulous with my ankle pain relief.
Effective
This has helped with a very badly sprained ankle I recently sustained. Like a previous reviewer, I found it a bit large for my small feet (size 3), but I got round that by wrapping it round the bottom of my foot a second time, then going on to the next stage. Also, part of the velcro fastening can be removed and re-positioned. It definitely helped to stabilise my ankle and stop it flexing, which is very painful and probably doesn’t help the healing process.
Great support for hiking
After injuring my Achilles’ tendons in both ankles after a hiking trip, I thought I’d give these a go and see if they offer any protection for my ankles. They wrap round your ankle firmly and are easily adjusted to add pressure to different parts of the foot if needed. It takes a couple of tries to get them comfortable and not too tight. I wear them over hiking socks and they are comfortable to have on for several hours of walking. They provide a good amount of support on hikes and so far the pain from my injury has not returned so I’m very happy with my purchase.
After one night my foot is nearly all healed
After kicking incorrectly in kickboxing, I found my foot injured. I wore this wrap, brace overnight, but somehow in the morning it was off. Either way, I found my foot 99% healed, and I am ready for another accidental injury.
Does what it should.
I have worn this support a couple of times now, when I have been out and about. At first I couldnt get to grips with the instructions, but eventually all became clear. It is a good support, however, the strap that goes around the foot is a bit big and tends to slip until you have everything secure. Overall it has really helped with pain and offers good support where you need it.

Ordered this after standing up with pins and needles in my foot and my ankle snapped as it was at the wrong angle, Pain was so intense and I couldn’t walk on it. This arrived quicker than I could get an appointment at the doctors and it was a life saver. I still wear it just to support it.
Magic
I badly sprained my ankle when over compensating for damaged cartilage in my knee. The pain & swelling was very bad & unable to stand, let alone walk. Researching options to help alleviate, I found this ankle support.
I wore it overnight & the following day, the pain & swelling was much improved & was able to walk. I continued to use it to go out, although adding some bulk to my foot i was still able to wear some of my boots.

Brilliancy
Had a very swollen ankle after a dislocation and felt like needed a bit of support once the cast came off .
These were great . Could get trainers on when wearing . Applied like a bandage but stays in place and doesn’t move . Recommend reading instructions to get the technique right. loop goes over the foot and then just wrap around and Velcro .

As a podiatrist, I bought a number of different ankle supports to help a 97 yr old lady with severe ankle pronation which has caused very painful arthritis and wear and tear on the bones. The pain was ruining her life as she was very fearful of walking as it caused more pain, and would never consider going on a slope. This device was way and above superior to any other, and equally one of the most simple. I tried all the supports myself, and this one was really comfortable both emotionally and physically. When I taught her how to use it today, and she finally walked out of my clinic, she was crying with relief. She has been in pain with every step, and now she can get on with her life again, in comfort, up and down slopes and steps. It has changed her life. Thank you so much WASPO!
Great help with weakness in ankle
I had to wear this when running for several weeks with a dodgy ankle and heal. It proved to be of great benefit and helped a lot during rehabilitation. Never knew it was on it was so comfortable. Even matched my compression socks colour wise. Easy to fit and plenty of scope for various foot sizes.
Supportive and comfortable to wea
Bought this to help with Anterior Tibial Tendonitis. Had it on all day over my sock and it’s been very comfortable but more importantly supportive to wear. It slightly restricts the up and movement of the foot which is perfect for tendonitis as it’s that movement which hurts the most. I’ve not had to adjust it all day as the grippy rubber and strong velcro has kept it in place. Deffo seems to be helping so far.

The support brace is flexible easy to put on and take off, it feels soft yet supportive. While the brace itself does not give pain relief I believe it reduces unnecessary movement and therefore helps to lessen the painful problem.

Design is different from most I’ve tried having a loop that goes over the foot before you use the rest to strap around the ankle.
I’ve found that in certain positions it can crease and be uncomfortable but did find that having it over the sock it was much better.

Provides great suppo
I was looking for firm support for an avulsion fracture of the foot and this provided exactly that. Other reviews mentioned that the velcro strap was difficult to undo, but I have had no trouble. I found a number of different ways to use the brace to get the relief that I needed. Having used this continously for a month, I can testify to the quality, as it’s as good as the day it dropped through my letterbox. Highly recommended!
Well worth a try for relieving symptoms of plantar faciitis
Wow! I was a little sceptical that such an ankle support would actually deliver the relief promised, but after only 1 day of use, my heel pain from plantar fasciitis was very much reduced the next morning. Been using for a few days now and it has helped enormously until I get to see my Physio next week. Only downside for me though is that I can’t walk too far with it on after a while as it gets too uncomfortable under the arch of my foot, but the answer is not to anyway and to rest up . This is the same product my Chiropodist uses too for her PF apparently, so I’m on the right track. All in all a great little item that is certainly worth a try. (Would be great for sprained ankle too )
Does the job but bit thick
It’s easy to wrap and it does stabilise the ankle. Having said that it is pretty thick so it made my football boot feel a lot tighter. I think it could be thinner and still do the same job. You do forget about it after 10 mins of playing though.
Helped sprai
I purchased this due to my pupster dragging me over and sprained ankle. Must say it gave really good support. I would recommend this for any sprained I prev had one for a prev heel injury, so I would recommend general usage.
They work
Ive had pain in my archilles for over 12 months – which appears when ive run over a certain distance or tackle any hills. Ive tried the socks but they just dont help – these straps give me as much support as i need (wrap them tighter or looser) and fit inside my trainers. I wear them over a thin pair of socks so they are comfortable too – would highly recommend these
Really impressed
Have struggled with aggravated Achilles for 18 months, I decided to purchase this item. It took a couple of hours to get used to, that said I probably put it on too tight the first time of wearing. Within several days my limp is almost gone, I’m back up to 25,000 steps a day and happily dancing again. I only take it off when I have to, it’s brilliant. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase one earlier.
Absolute life saver.
This product helped me alot when I injured my ankle. I couldn’t move or apply pressure to my ankle because of the pain. Once this arrived through the post, the instructions were very clear and I wrapped it around my ankle. The brace would keep my ankle in a neutral position so that it may heal without any discomfort. First aid in a strap
Great for relieving pain in the ankle and the arch of your foot! I suffer from plantar fascia and this strap helps with the pain and provides support where needed.
I’ve found that the rubber grip can pinch if you wear the strap too long but since I started wearing the strap on top of a compression sock, it’s not been an issue.

I have Plantar fasciitis, and every morning it takes a few steps to get my foot going.
I do not wear this during the day, but wear it on an evening watching TV & in bed. I really do think it helps. At first I was fastening it too tight, as I thought that’s what was needed, but it just needs to be comfily tight. If I sleep in it my foot is definitely a lot more moveable the following day. I am impressed.
Comfortable ankle suppo
I have tried several different ankle supports for my peroneal tendonitis but this is the best yet. Most of the others have been elasticated stockings but the support is minimal and the elastic tends to loosen after a while. I realise there are more substantial supports available but this one is easy to fit, tension is adjustable and fits comfortably in a shoe or boot. Will certainly buy agai
Good ankle support bandage
The product is robust, easy to use and basically does what it says on the tin. The rubberised backing ensures it doesn’t slip. I personally find the Velcro fastening a bit difficult to undo, but that might just be because my hands are weak. It certainly holds it in place. Having part of the strap under your foot can be a little uncomfortable, but the support it gives more than makes up for that. I can recommend this product.
Useful cheap stop gap suppo
Bought this to put with hiking kit. Turned ankle day before I was due to go hiking and used this to give added support during walking. It does what it needs to and can be adjusted to give reasonable amount of support. Versatile as can be used with either foot. Did the job. Velcro seems ok, although imagine it might deteriorate over time.

For some reason my a ankle, which I sprained many years ago, became painful but gradually improved. Had an x-ray. Nothing broken. I saw this on Amazon and thought I’d give a go. It’s easy to put on, hasn’t stopped me wearing socks and shoes as usual and has reinforced ankle stability so worthwhile for it’s modest cost.
Sturdy ankle suppo
Used this product to get some relief for twisted ankle. I had to stabilise my ankle for any movements for few days. I was not expecting a lot from this product considering the price. But this product turned out be excellent value for money. I recovered in 2 days (It was a minor sprain). This product really helped in avoiding unnecessary movement of my ankles during those rest days.

Does what it says but it can occasionally slip but minor adjustment. Handy to fold and carry in a bag and use when necessary.
Very good support for sprained ankle
I bought this ankle support after I twisted my ankle and it has really helped with the healing process. It has been especially good at supporting my ankle whilst walking, which was causing me some discomfort before I purchased the support brace.
The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is because I can’t wear it with some of the shoes I have. In particular is it is too thick to wear with any of my boots or anything with an elevated ankle, going into winter I will have to find something thinner to wear under my boots.

Very impressive
Fiddley but does the job
The strap to hook it around your foot is very fiddely and can come off in your sleep especially if you move around alot during your sleep, but it does have good grip so while it may be a little uncomfortable if the strap comes off, it is very unlikely to come unravelled unless you have done a bad job of putting it on. If you must wear it with shoes, make sure to size up and that they are a little bigger than would normally wear because the wrap is like think socks and can be very uncomfortable to wear with normally fitting shoes. Also don’t do what I did and dispose of the little cloth thing that comes attached to the velcro as it will prevent hair and fur getting trapped in the velcro during wash. Overall good product, maybe buy two pairs so you can have them on rotation.
Brilliant suppo
After badly twisting my ankle and pulling a tendon I couldn’t put any weighton my foot at all. Any and all slight movement resulted in acute pain. After reading reviews I purchased this support and I am thrilled with the results. Keeps my ankle secure and the pain relief was instant. Now with just a dull ache I have been slowly able to walk on that foot again. Highly recommend

What a brilliant support brace. I hurt my ankle badly and wanted something I could easily slip on and off whilst getting good support. This was perfect and I’m going to go as far as to say.. I think this has helped the healing process a great deal!
Wish I'd bought this soone
I broke my ankle in two places 10 weeks ago. I’ve been in plaster then in an airboot. I never felt like my ankle was supported in the airboot and found it heavy and cumbersome. I ordered this inexpensive support thinking it may work (but not being entirely convinced) and all I can say is wow! I can now walk with my ankle feeling supported. I’m so happy I’ve bought this. Its def made all the difference. I only wear it walking and rest my ankle when I’m sitting down. Anyone thinking about buying it – just do it!
Does a decent job at supporting a painful Achilles tendo
I have a long term issue with my right Achilles tendon and have tried a couple of other products. However the toeless sock types end up being a nuisance because I always end up with a ridge under my foot when I pull a regular sock over the top. No such issues with this device. I have just returned from a week in the Lake District and while this did not turn me in to a mountain goat it did help to make long walks tolerably comfortable.
Back to my old tricks!
My daughter (age 10) badly twisted her ankle at the beginning of the summer. After a few weeks recovery she still needed to take a seat part way through dance class and avoided tricky maneuvers at gym as her ankle ached and she felt it to be weaker.
We bought two ankle supports (this one and a elastic sock design) and this one has been the clear winner for her.
She reports a difference if she is not wearing the support when doing activities (like school playtime)
With the support she has been able to complete full dance classes , Yoga, gym and netball and feels her ankle to be very well supported. No pain or discomfort post activity or reported during her rest periods.

Better than I hoped for!
Broke my ankle and damaged ligaments in a cycling accident about 6 weeks ago. Although I am now out of the moon-boot I still have problems with swelling even when just sitting, and jarring it is painful.
Bought this just to see if it worked; at 7 the financial risk was minimal.
It has been great, my ankle doesn’t swell at all and I have just done a 20+ mile bike ride whilst wearing it – virtually no pain (any I have I think is due to lack of use of my ankle) and no swelling. I can even walk the dog without too much limping.

Great improvement to ankle support and pai
Very pleased, I was sceptical given the price of the item but am very happy with the results so far. I have an unidentified injury to my ankle which seems to be tendonitis or similar. The strap gives me the support I need and seems to ease the pain. It still hurts when I take it off but I feel it’s improving and keeping my ankle safe and secure whilst walking around etc. Easy to put on once you follow the instructions once. Don’t make it too tight!
What a relief!
A sudden attack of tendonitis has had me hobbling about for a few weeks. Ibuprofen and Voltarol have had little effect on the pain, so in desperation I bought this item, having found nothing in the chemist, and what a relief! Still feel slight discomfort but not limping as much. Fast delivery, too. Comes with clear illustrated instructions on how to wear, but make sure it’s not too tight. Highly recommended for short-term use. I’m speaking to a physio on Monday for further advice.

I very recently fell and twisted my ankle quite badly, so I needed something to help support both my ankle and foot. I hope this will do the trick until I recover.
The brace is has a lot of stretch and support, with a great deal of comfort, and is easy to put on.

I bought this for achilles pain that I was aware of during the day but at night time it would wake me and no matter how I massaged or stretched it would not lessen the pain.
Instant relief from the pain when putting this on, I wore it on and off for 2 days and 3 nights and since then I have only worn it once for a few hours. I think it’s evident that by giving the support it not only stopped the pain but allowed whatever was causing the pain to heal. I truly believe without this cheap little strap I would have had weeks of more pain, I only wish I had thought to buy one sooner 😀

ok make the main strapping longer now as a lady who not only has lager limbs that swell up from arthurites im not only suggesting u make the the strap longer and get rid of the foot strap i have today made a discovery by holing the pesky foot pit out the way flat on my arms ive made it fit my elbow wish is helping the pane in the bone of said elbow so i think by getting rid of said strap and making item twice as long it would have a multi purpose as i know people in my place will have issues with the current arm ones wen the av to fit it by them selves cos of moving the arm in to position and having to pull she sleeve on with one hand so i like to strongly recommend u post this so the sellers and factory can see this and hopefully make the changes i have suggested and a new multi compression strap can get born for people like me witch i think could be a big selle

Sprained my ATF ligament. Had a previous break on side of foot aggravated by sprain. Bought this to add support and offer pain relief. I have size 3 feet so was a little long which bulked out my foot but as I say I do have small feet. Couldnt have done without it round the zoo and for being back at work.
Does the job
Bought this for my husband to support his ankle while playing cricket. It was despatched and arrived quickly. When asked how it was the response was ‘does the job’. After a little practice it was fairly easy to wrap around the ankle and fitted reasonably comfortably in a cricket boot; can’t really say more than that.

Disappointing
I purchased this to try and provide some relief and stability for achilles tendonitis. Unfortunately it does not really offer much support in that area. However, I would imagine that for an ankle injury or similar it would provide some measure of relief. It is strong and comfortable to wear.

I’ve got Achilles tendinitis and have been using elastic bandages as per GP advice, however it wasn’t providing enough support. After suffering 3 more bad “pulls” of the tendon I decided to look for something more robust. I found this item, ordered it, and received it next day. Straight out of packet and straight onto ankle, I tested it by walking about… sheer bliss! It is very comfortable to wear, not at all bulky, and I think it helps to remind you to take care when walking. Apparently it can take several weeks for the tendon to repair itself.. I won’t mind using this until the jobs done! Excellent item and price, and I think it is so well made it will last for ever.
Swelling Reduced
Easy to fit onto your ankle, and be used for both feet. Noticed swelling had reduced after one wear. I’ve also been able to wear this with walking boots too.

It was a bit tricky at the beginning but once I got the method to put it on I was fine with it.
Had to wear a brace like this one after twisting ankle spontaneously lol. So I try to wear to work, exercising or when the pain emerges.
Only down side it after few hours of wearing you do get the silicon Shape imprinted on your foot. Not sure if you are supposed to wear for so long but at the moment I need and the marks disappear after a while.

I had a fall and twisted my ankle in the process, although it wasn’t a hospital job, I applied ice packs and my neighbour recommended the Waspo ankle support. Achilles tendonitis from over-training with heavy skip rope (got to newbie-excited and thought I was Mayweather).
Right at the dodgy part of the Achilles where it meets the heel.
This strap is perfect as temporary support when not ice-treating.
It means I can do isometrics on the tendon without exacerbating the inflammation but getting some blood flow. Essential not to test the stability of the ankle but just activate the tendon along it’s length.
As an idea. With strap on I can virtually walk normally – beforehand I was doing the “Half-Charlie-Chaplin” shuffle.

Good value for money
Bought this as I came off of crutches after a long time & my ankle objected strongly. Has definitely been a big help. Easy to apply & provides a decent amount of support.
Great support for bad sprai
My badly sprained ankle where I thought it was broken. I am 4 days in the sprain and got this support the evening after my X-ray. It felt so unstable! This support making walking so much easier and feels so secure. I had a lot of swelling and it’s taking it down nicely! A great fit and amazing support! I’m a size 7 with a wide fitting foot (that’s even before the swelling) I struggle to walk without it. So I’ll be keeping this on until I’m healed enough it eases the pain as well.
Ankle Suppo
I found the ankle support very useful as I suffered from severe ankle swelling following knee surgery and had difficulty getting shoes on. At first I did need help putting it on but soon managed myself. I find it comfortable and it is helping with my problem. It arrived very quickly and i think it was good value for the money it cost. Incredibly good pain reduction for Achilles injury.
This thing is amazing, I had an Achilles injury that caused significant pain and a horrible gait. I bought this on a recommendation from a friend but was a little skeptical due to the very low price. I need not have worried, from the moment I put it on the pain relief was instant and walking was almost as normal. This is an exceptional, simple support that I have already recommended to others.
Forty years ago, I tore the ligaments in my ankle. Over the last year or so, it has become weaker and weaker and would “turned over” with no warning.
