Product seems to be generally good, however the assembly manual has never been read by someone at Webb Garden Power attempting to assemble this mower. For such a simple thing they have sure over complicated this and left large parts to the new owners imagination. A few clear photos is far better than the assembly manual. Installation of the stop start lever and cable is not covered in the manual. The collection bag tongue had me stumped a couple of minutes with no idea what is was for, as its not on the majority of collection bag photos. The collection bag photos in the manual are so grainy i couldnt make out it was even the collection bag. The “multch plug” referred to numerous times is not included. I assume this is no longer included and the back flap is used with the lock tab? Who knows. There’s a strange double sided sticky taped foam rubber black piece that just does not stick where intended. The stitching on the foam bag is so bag i’ve gone round the base with a staple gun to secure it. Runs well. Start really easy. Never have I seen a manual state take the cable off the spark plug before emptying grass collection bag before. Why was the grass collection bag fitting to the mower so intricately designed. This fitting alone needs an instruction manual. Here it is: Stop the engine releasing lever. Pull the cable off the spark plug, get on your knees at the back of the mower, hold handle, lift flap, lift bag. Bag was designed to be too wide to fit between bars like a decent mower so swap hands with bag under mower frame and empty. To reassemble, on your knees again, hand bag under bars to other hand over bars, lift flap, line up the tongue, and then the hooks, check the flappy low rubber seal fit last minute in design hasnt fallen off, let flap down and make sure it hooks on the bag top correctly. Now you have been on your knees more than a prostitute today, get you arse round to the front of the mower, back on your knees and fit the cable onto the spark plug. Thats you done. We hope for your sake you do not have a big lawn.
