I have bought high end projectors with the ability to 4 key stone correction. This does it all but no auto focus. This beats the high end xgimi projectors hands down!! Under 200 vs 700 this is a great buy! Love it!! You’ll not be disappointed at all. Bluetooth too!!
Connection is appalling! Doesn’t connect easily at all, especially to macbooks. HDMI connection goes to a green screen and wifi/ wireless connection is a waste of time. Have contacted the customer service but it still doesn’t work properly.

Its been an excellent buy and we have enjoyed watching movies through the projector.
Incredibly easy to setup and adjust the focus, clear sharp image with good colour reproduction. Device speakers are clear and surprisingly good, better than built in TV speakers. Having 2 powered USB ports is very useful, as have used to run my Chromecast streaming device, as well as my Xbox for gaming. Using the projector on a freestanding shelf 3M away from the wall and getting a 2M / 80″ diagonal image projected. As with all projectors, better in low light, so curtains recommended if a bright room to get better contrast.
I was looking for a projector for my daughter and after a lot of research came across this product and bought it. My daughter being a tech savvy teenager has put it through its paces and is thoroughly delighted with it.

Sound is alright, and the picture is really really good.
The screen mirroring isn’t great but ok for showing photos or a presentation from your phone or iPad. Would definitely recommend, even for gaming.

Delighted with this projector. Very good value for money. Works well from an angle and ceiling mounted with keystone correction very good. This is a long throw projector and I’m getting an 88 inch screen from around 3 meters
I’m really impressed with this projector so far. Bearing in mind there are far more expensive projectors on the market, I think this wins on bang for your buck. Its 1080HD, so best suited to screens around 70-100″. The brightness is really impressive – which tends to be the most contentious feature and often overclaimed by many manufacturers in terms of lumens. The built-in speaker is OK, but if you want a proper home cinema experience I’d recommend plugging into a sound bar of set of speakers (if you want to keep the budget down try Logitech’s Z263/265 THX speakers). The best thing is you can plug an Amazon fire TV stick straight into the HDMI socket and access all your apps and streaming content from one source.
The picture quality is far better than expected,great colours,projector is still watchable with light on which was surprising,remote is easy to navigate and being able to adjust the image size on remote and keystone is a massive help,the only down side is if you want 100 inch image the projector I would think would need to be about 15 ft as I have mine at 12ft and have about an 80 inch image,something to consider if your in a smallish room,other than that it’s a great projector.
Very impressed with the quality of this projector for the price. I purchased this primarily as an art aid to project my reference onto a canvas, and the scale adjustment and keystone adjustment come in handy for this. I also have doubled it up to use as a tv in our bedroom which is great. picture quality is very good imo, the speakers are ok, but not amazing, if you are considering this as a home cinema you may want to use some bluetooth speakers, i would also recommend a firestick or chromecast, as bluetooth from a mirrored device such as phone or tablet can result in some audio sync issues. All in all very pleased, and the wife has stopped whinging at me about the lack of tv in the bedroom.
The ability to adjust the screen shape when projector is not parallel to the wall is excellent.

We bought one for testing as it’s one of the first affordable standard HD LED projectors we have seen. It supports a wide range of inputs, including mobile devices over WiFi and 2 HDMI inputs, and we get a good brightness for daylight use with this flexible setup so we can use it in a range of spaces for our training meetings. It’s quiet but not silent in use, and has OK sound output too.
And an amusing aside – the supplier name is 3 lines long! Chinese manufacturer but with a UK registered VAT and invoicing setup, and very quickly delivered by Amazon Prime.

I spent a good few days seriously debating over getting one of these “cheap” projectors, especially considering how much criticism they seem to receive in general from the serious die-hard projector crowd. It wasn’t until I accepted my low expectations, did some research online and kept coming back to this very product: the Wimius K1 that I finally went ahead with the purchase. And wow, I can’t believe how good it actually is!
It’s not super sharp, crispy 4K resolution or anything like that, so definitely go in fully aware of that. BUT even at 1080p, you completely forget about resolution while having the cinematic experience in your own loving room. You do need to be watching it in full darkness to get the best image, which isn’t a problem for me anyway – considering I only watch films in the dark anyway. I tested the image quality with both vibrant colour-popping films like Soul, and also the darker cinematography with Rogue One. I expected to lose crucial details at darker levels and to have ugly issues with having so much colour, but they both appeared gorgeous in their own right.
Although, I did try a bit of gaming on the projector, with Skyrim. I struggled to see anything at all in the dungeons and general shadowy areas in the game, so there is some issue with dark levels – I just haven’t had any issue with TV shows or films in this regard. Also, there is a very subtle but noticeable input-delay, and it consequently makes playing games feel that extra bit “heavier” to control. Not a big issue and I definitely can play non-competitive games just fine once adjusting, but I just thought it was worth pointing out to anyone curious.
Other than the gaming side of things, I’d say the projector outweighs any small issues you may have with it through the simple fact that it just looks so good anyway. Especially at the price! I had a super cheap projector about five years ago (like literally 40 cheap) and that soured my “cheap projector” experience so much that I seriously thought you HAD to spend thousands to get a decent cinema experience, but nope; the Wimius K1 proved that argument very, very wrong.
If you’re on the fence about biting the bullet on this projector, I’d seriously say just go ahead with it. The worst case scenario is that you need to request a return anyway, so there’s no harm in trying? If you don’t go in expecting 4K quality, HDR or any of those fancy details, then I’m sure this will be a great addition to your home.
A friend recommended the WiMiUS K1 and so I bought one this week. It arrived in a good quality box and carry bag and was very simple to set up to my wifi and bluetooth speaker. It makes my weight workout much more fun and we haven’t even started linking it to my SKY box or watching films – great fun!
Picture quality is perfect as well as brightness. The sound is loud enough but it’s better with speakers. Easy to set up and use.
A bit bulky.
Great projector that is a step up from my current old 720p. Technology moves on as well with the digital keystone control working very well if you are unable to position projector directly in front of screen. Picture bright enough in a dimmed room and overall, for the cost, a great picture. Even moving to the larger screen sizes the resolution holds up well. I’d say ideal for the odd movie night or an impressive gaming session.
Could not find information on what file types it would play if running from USB and it did not recognise some of mine. I have mine situated 3.2m from the wall to give 3.2m picture so measure up before purchase to ensure it suites your setting.
Arrived nicely packed. Really good sharpness while projected from straight line. While placed in slightly angled place, corners will feel bit shaky, but I prefer using it from the straight angle.
Very good viewing experience in dark room or little bright room.
I was doubtful of my decision to have a projector instead of TV, but trust me this is much better than a smaller TV. Kind of fun as you can watch your favourite movie or show on any wall and direction.
For the best cinema experience you may want to use a good speaker system.

Great at night and useable in daylight which for the price is amazing 3rd projector I have owned very nice andqiete small footprint.
It’s taken a little while to set up as had to gave WiFi installed to my man cave and received soundbar yesterday. Superb now with great picture, sound and clarity. Well worth the wait!
Great projector for the price. I have it connected to my laptop via HDMI. Picture is of a great quality. Fan is a bit loud, but can’t hear it while watching movies or playing games.

I connected a HDMI via to my Humax box and added a firestick to the other HDMI, the firestick is powered by one of the two usb. both devices run smoothly through the Projector.
Seriously, the Wimius Projector is a must-get for the sheer quality of the picture, you can make out and read small text on the screen so clearly.

The projector is much better than I expected, after watching many many reviews of lots of different projectors, I decided to go with this projector and I am glad I did! The customer service is also Amazon which is a plus! The quality and brightness of the projector is amazing and the simplicity of it means anyone is able to understand how to use it.
Well this has changed everything, what an amazing projector, i paid a fair price (190) and it turned up quickly. Very easy to set up but remember a mount if you need to wall or ceiling mount it. Once up we added our 4k fire stick and hooked our Virgin tv, wow it was bright and clear. We have it at about 91 inches wide, probably not bright enough on a sunny day with the blinds open but for that brightness you will pay. I would highly recommend this Wimius projector. You wont regret it.
The projector is very easy to setup and connect to my computer and the wi-fi setup was a breeze.
Crystal clear picture. The speaker is not too bad. You can listen through a Bluetooth speaker, again easy setup. I use wireless headphones.
I am very impressed with this projector for the price the quality is amazing and I can even watch stuff during the day. It is a massive step up from the previous budget projector I used to have and can’t recommend this enough. You won’t regret it.
The projector has been a Godsend during lockdown making dull evenings a tad more illuminating, I was concerned about using the projector during the day and it does come up faint but as soon as the sun goes down then this baby really goes to work! For outdoor viewing, I would also suggest connecting to a Bluetooth speaker. However, in the house, the projector is vibrant and boasts a good volume but again to fully immerse yourself into the cinematic experience I would suggest connecting to a Bluetooth speaker. This is surely a steal at its current price!?!
First projector ever bought and even I who has limited tech ability/knowledge found setting it up pretty easy.
The quality of picture is fantastic and although initially I paired it with my iphone I quickly graduated to using it with an amazon firestick and added a soundbar to create a more cinematic experience.
Only issue I had at the start was getting the sound to work but the support team very quickly advised me how to fix this!

Straight out of the box, tested in my lounge around mid-day, plugged in the fire stick and watched a movie. That simple !
Picture is good – I’ve not messed with any settings and it’s definitely watchable straight away, sound is ok – but I have since paired with a Bluetooth speaker (easy!) and that’s noticeably better. Yes, you can hear the fan – but that seems to be par for the course for projectors unless you fork out.

This was a real surprise. First time I’ve bought a projector. The first one I received had a problem, but it was simple to return and replaced immediately. The new one works fine. The picture is bright enough that I can watch with curtains open. I just airplay from iPhone (has to be on same network) and connect my Bluetooth speaker and it’s there. Thoroughly recommend
I use this with a Chromecast plugged into the HDMI socket. This allows me to use various apps as sources and use a Bluetooth speaker independent of the projector thus avoiding lag. I love the quality of the image, even though using the keystone can give soft edges. One problem I have noticed is that the output from the headphone socket is very low, so I can’t get much sound out of an external speaker if I’m plugging in a DVD player. The on-board speaker is fine however as long as the source audio is an acceptable level. Buy what you can afford, but this is well worth the money. Oh and my first favourite bedroom gadget is my CPAP. Get your mind out of the gutter.
We ordered this projector having hired something similar for an 18th birthday party. We’re very pleased with the performance and have had some great evenings recreating that large screen cinema feel in our cabin at the end of the garden. For the price we were impressed with the quality and were able to get a pleasingly colourful and bright 1080p picture. Providing you adjust your expectations, this is not a high end 1000 4K projector you’ll be plenty pleased enough with it’s performance. My only criticism would be the slightly noisy fan but this soon fades into the background if you use the 3.5mm headphone out jack and plug it into a decent set of speakers for that louder cinema feel.

Very impressed with this projector for the money, quality jump over the years is staggering, works extremely well in low light situations, so need to wait til dark for outdoors, also like the ability to plug-in a firestick but also over the air from mobile works well too, user interface is very simple and intuitive. Moreover i had problems with bluetooth audio and the support was fantastic and responsive, sending me a replacement straight away.

The projector is good value for money and more than satisfactory for home use. The fan is a bit noisy but acceptable. I contacted the online support for some help in using PowerPoint and got a rapid and clear answer with a short video clarifying the issue.
Having had a cheaper model we decided to splash out a little and we are very happy with this great projector. The pictures and videos are very viewable with some daylight present, which was important as we wanted to show a lady of 96 with faltering eye-sight, some pictures and videos of her great grand-children when we visit her during the daytime. The noise from the fan in the projector is something we have got used to. There is plenty of scope for adjustment of the pictures/ videos. Hubby and I now have film nights. Happy customer.

It’s ok if you are in a dark room like most projectors, the fan is a tad noisy, there isn’t much adjustability but for what you pay you pay for. it’s connects to my PS4, phone and laptop perfectly with a cable and the display is brilliant but the wireless not so much video’s are choppy but it may be ok for presentation as obvs less info trying to be processed. any way good luck and enjoy.

Good quality product. Good quality HD picture on an uneven wall surface and even with direct sunlight through window it can be adjusted to suit although it’s obviously better if sunlight can be avoided. I’m going to try a Tinted or mirrored UV protected window film To minimise direct sunlight. With the projector mounted at 3metres throw distance I have a nice 80inch picture. the 4D keystone makes it so simple to adjust without having to move the projector. Adjustable brightness,contrast,sharpness and saturation gives that bit extra control over picture quality. Overall good quality for a relatively unbranded product. Won’t get anything better at the minute for the price also easy to set up Wi-fi and screen mirroring with iPhone is simple and works fine. Highly recommended
I have only just bought this projector but have to say I’m pretty amazed at the picture quality. Attaching my iPhone I have played a movie and an UHD video from YouTube and the definition is fantastic.
The only downside is the speaker is a bit tinny, but solved that with a portable speaker.

Never owned a projector before and purchased this for my man cave conversion. Having never owned a projector I was sceptical to say the least but have to say I was impressed with how bright and clear the picture was. Excuse the pictures currently converting the garage to a man cave so few items in the way.
Outdoor footie evening and with friends and movie and a few friends even wanting to also purchase the same says a lot, and me being a techno dunce I even managed to Crome cast and stream from my phone and also Netflix from my fire stick so really easy to operate xxx
I’d say picture quality is above of what I expected from a 200 projector.
Key stone correction (digital) worked well with a variety of positions and angles.
There are multiple features that I have not used yet – cannot comment on those, such as: phone syncing, bluetooth etc. I use it with fire tv stick and it satisfies all my streaming/casting/syncing needs, including bluetooth speaker.
My heart sank when I saw blue strips appearing across the screen after a week of use. Quick contact with the customer service and they sent a replacement that came day after next, 2 months in, no issues so far.
Sure, room must be at least somewhat dark (I blacked out one of the windows – closest to the wall where I project to, and heavy drapes on another one further away).
Also, important advice: stick to the “less than 4m” rule! you can “unzoom” image very well using the keystone correction, but quality deteriorates if your projector is too far from the wall.
A good projector, and good for the price tag. The 8000 lumens is still not enough to be able to watch outside in the evenings, until the sun has gone. Good for indoor use.
A good projector, however, I was expecting a little more of an improvement over my older non native hd projector that I was upgrading from. It was purchased with football in mind and while it does give a decent picture for movies, I struggle to get a very sharp focus for football games, which I assume is down to the lens.
It is a definite improvement and the brightness is decent enough, so overall I’m pretty satisfied for the price.
Only received this yesterday had only short time with it before the football came on so far this projector is top for me can not see anything bettering this projector not at this price bracket anyway. . When I get time I will do more tests but so far 100% good

Previouly I owned a WIMIUS P28 projector (my first one) and WIMIUS K1 beats that interms of features (wifi and bluetooth connectivity) and its even very light comes with a nice bag. Screen mirroring with Iphone is good. Easy to set up and operate. Picture quality is good too. Strongly recommend if some one is looking for an economical projector.
I did buy another projector but the image was not that good but this one blew me away. I’m really happy with my purchase. Recommend if u want great image quality. My only bug would be the fan noise but im not worried about it as for the price range the image quality out ways my issue with this. Great buy.
Have been really impressed with this product. After looking around for ages for a projector i had seen some great reviews for this model. Many Youtube videos later i was convinced to buy and i haven’t been disappointed. The quality, look and feel of this projector is really great. I’ve watched it many times and remain impressed, especially for the money. Well done!
So I had a perfectly functional projector that I bought a couple of years back as an experiment for a home cinema. Whilst it worked great, it always required the room to be blacked-out completely – and it was a 3000 Lumen, 720p native that struggled in a well lit room. . With the summer of sport planned I set it up outside to see if I could get something watchable – not a chance, so I decided to upgrade to the Wimius K1.
I cannot believe the overall improvement in picture quality – with a Native 1080p and now working in a Daylit room. I am yet to try outside but am confident we will be good to go.

Brightness – So much better – and can tolerate greater light interference. In a daylit room its perectly good – colours tend to wash a little with the main room light on

Cons :
Wireless / IOS connectivity a little gimicky – never going to find a use for that
Remote – Identical to firestick which is good but “Exit” button on the opposite side

This projector is a rather good for the price. The picture quality is sharp, the internal speaker is pretty good and the functionality from initial set up through to adjusting the sound and picture is really straightforward. Add a fire stick and this projector comes into its own for outdoor cinema and tv. There is a lag with my Bluetooth speaker but as said befor the internal speaker is good enough. For an outdoor experience at a budget price this projector really delivers
This is brilliant. We wanted a projector that would be able to be seen in a bright room with roof windows and this does the job perfectly. Definitely worth the money.

Bought for movie nights in the back garden and is honestly brilliant, picture quality is perfect for the job and the built in speakers do a fair job if you don’t have a set to plug in. Really easy to set up and get going, plug in your dvd player or fire stick, pop some popcorn and put on your favourite film. Fantastic

The support Wimius respond to me and it the turn out that the device does not support Dolby 5.1 that is why I was not able to heard any song from the speaker device so I change the setting on Netflix. Apple TV + and Amazon prime and now everything is working fine
Thank Wimius for that advice. Now I just need to test for few week just to see if everything working alright
The quality of the images is very very good and not really noise and not heating to much
Even on daylight you still can see the images almost clearly
is just a shame that a very good quality images does not come with a very good quality audio as Dolby 5.1
I dont think I disliked anything about this projector (if it were free then yes). I know its a budget one – its no Epson. But its not Epson price either so my expecations were inline with this. I would say my expecations were exceeded with full HD on youtube – on a wall – at 60 inches – very good detail and no blurring. Built in speaker – again its not a Sony soundbar – but for group work or a few people watching a TV show or Youtube – or musci, you wouldnt be wasting money. Its a good deal and good kit.
Picture quality is excellent, I’ve combined it with a 4k fire stick. I’ve Never seen a better image on a tv or projector anywhere. You don’t need to pay any more, you won’t find a better one for sale. If i’d paid 1000 for it id still be happy and feel like a bargain, but for just 200 its almost a laughable price for how good it is. Thought it should be good having read the reviews, but my god, the reviews are underrated!.
This is an awesome projector for the price. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but am really surprised at the quality of the picture and sound from the built in speaker.
I have it installed in my bar (converted garage) and its even watchable with some ambient light.

Overall very happy with this. Did quite a lot of research and priorities were the wifi and Bluetooth connection which both work perfectly. Good quality picture and easy to use the cornerstone correction.
Purchased this Projector as a direct replacement for a cheaper one that I ended up returning.
The Wimius K1 is well worth the extra cash over the much cheaper projectors that are on the market.
Colours, brightness and sharpness were much, much better and its “True” native 1080p.
Its like when you went from an old fashioned TV to a LCD HD one (showing my age), picture quality is much better.

I searched for a product like this fo a long time. I read so many reviews and I was sceptical about buying an affordable projector. However, I was surprised with the quality of the picture. The device is easy to install and it works in angle. Easy to connect to a laptop. I didn’t check how it works with a TV stick. However, it connects easily to an external speakers through Bluetooth. The device makes sound if you put it close to you ( less than a metre ) you can hear it but if you want to watch football or movies with high volume, it is not a big problem. someone like me who has zero experience in projector, it was a good entry choice.
Did loads of research before purchasing this product, basically I came to the conclusion that unless you want to spend in the region of 4K nothing works that well outside in the daylight. That said, I purchased this as it appeared to have a good brightness rating. After unboxing I set about setting up in the garden at about 7.30PM by this time the sun had already dropped enough and with a shaded Gazebo around the screen we were able to watch a football game. As the evening went on the picture got brighter and better. By nightfall I was really impressed with the picture quality and brightness. The sound was surprisingly good too. I did end up connecting to a Bluetooth speaker later on when we were watching some music but that was more for positioning of the speaker near to where we were sitting. There was some slight lag when wirelessly streaming but when connected with HDMI it was perfect. The remote control and menus are really easy to use which made the set up incredibly easy and quick. This projectors optimal pic quality is at a distance of around 3m and that results in a 100″ screen but it can go as big as 300″ if you have the distance (approx. 7m). I have bought some blackout curtain fabric to put on the sides of the gazebo to get the outside viewing to a slightly earlier time which will be good for the Euro’s. Not tried it inside the house yet but can’t wait to set it up for an indoor movie experience. I might also add that as I hadn’t purchased a screen yet, all the above was projected on to 2 sheets of lining wallpaper which actually worked really well. Now that I have a proper screen the image quality will only get better. I would recommend this projector but take into consideration the throw (distance you need to position the projector) and what time you want to view if using outside.
Before I start, I’d like to point out that in no way was I expecting this Wimius K1 to perform as well as a 2500 short-throw Epson 3LCD projector – but the kids kept asking to use the projector in their bedroom and I didn’t feel confident of letting them ‘play’ with such an expensive projector…so started looking for something relatively cheap.
I’ve read lots of the reviews of similar models and as always have to take them with a pinch of salt, as you just know there’s a lot of them which have post-purchase discount, gift offers, etc. in the packaging. I’d even considered one of the ‘throwaway’ 50 offerings, but the ‘real’ reviews/pictures showed picture quality better than my expensive machine, so I just knew they were fake.
I also ignored the listed lumens claims, as the ‘Chinese’ lumens tend to be about 10x that of the real ANSI lumens…but for a kid’s bedroom with the blinds drawn, 500 lumens would suffice for a painted wall. With a proper projector screen it would be even better.
Now, at the price I wasn’t expecting a lot, but the kids are over the moon with it, and I’m pleasantly surprised at the speed of the operating system and responsiveness to inputs from the remote. All the video/music formats/containers I’ve thrown at it from USB sticks have worked without issue (WMV, MP4, h.264, h.265, MKV…even some that have caused issued on SmartTVs…and the focus and keystone adjustments work just as well as on my high end machine (albeit without some of the clever auto-focus/auto-keystone bits).
I’ve even recommended it to other family members who were considering one of the 50 ‘1080p-supported’ projectors…that actually only do 320p. Even planning on letting the kids use it in the garden in the evening once we get a suitable screen.
Was a little worried given the price. Used it last week for our first family film night and it worked surprisingly well. Good sound from the unit as well which was a bonus
I bought this projector as a present for my son, he is very happy with it. The picture is bright and crisp, the sound quality is good and the controls are easy to use. We mounted it on the ceiling and I suspect the ceiling is not perfectly level but the using the keystone adjustments it was easy to square up the image.
I didn’t expect a great deal for a sub 200 projector, and I’ve had 1500 Optoma projectors in the past, but this little projector has surprised me on many levels. I just wanted something to go in my gym and music room so we can follow yoga and Joe Wickes on YouTube. I had to off set the projector quite a lot to one side, and the keystone pulled it back in to a correct rectangle, although the focus sharpness wasn’t quite bang on over all the screen from this offset angle. However, apart from the very edges it is perfectly acceptable. The image is bright and colourful and the sound really surprised me in terms of it’s depth, bass and clarity. OK, the sound comes from the point of the projector but I found that the brain soon compensates.
It was very easy to set up and I just shoved a firestick in the back and was watching Netflix, Prime TV, BBC etc in no time. I can highly recommend and you will have to spend many times this price to get a ‘perfect’ picture, so for the value vs bucks it’s definitely a five star purchase for me and I’m thoroughly happy.
Picture quality is great, nice quality build, good options for adjusting size and angle of projection. Fan a bit noisey but normal for these projectors and don’t notice when watching film.
I have purchased this projector for using in a classroom, mainly sharing ppt and video. The image runs well even during the day (turn off the light in the first two rows). The speaker is loud enough and it’s no necessary to connect to another bluetooth speaker. Previously I used a very low resolution projector and the children may lose interest after running the ppt for a while or they cannot hear probably the sound. Now, with this new projector, the children enjoy a lot of the information I share with them via the projector. I highly recommend this product.
