Very light, so easy to move around. Tells you with lights how bad air quality is. Using in son’s bedroom, cleans air very quickly. Not noisy in sleep mode. No issues. Bought because gets rid of mold.

An indicator light shows the level of measured filtered particles. This works surprisingly well, always turns off at night and always turns up when a door or window is open. Great product.

This is my second air purifier and I love it.

But firstly, my first one was a VAX 300 which I liked a lot initially, but then it packed-up in a matter of weeks. Something inside it burned out and it smelled of nothing but burning plastic thereafter. No idea what or why but I wanted to avoid another failure. The only weakness I could surmise with the VAX was that actually the popular vertical cylinder design might be a weakness. There is no great protection above the top exhaust fan. The guard will stop fingers but not anything smaller getting/falling in there.

The Winix design is totally different. I wasn’t sure whether I would like the look of it but it actually blends into the room better when you push it up against a wall. It is also much lighter and has a handle which allows you to move it around – or to a different room – very easily. So important for me!

I wasn’t sure whether to get one with an ioniser type thingy – so much debate on this – but it seems incontrovertable to me now that it’s the ioniser thingy that really nips those smells in the bud. Whenever I walk into a room after it’s been running, the air just smells so much cleaner. I probably just wouldn’t leave it running all day if I had it on in the same room as me. There is something about the air which feels very conditioned after a while.

It has an automatic air quality detection sensor that adjusts the fan speed and it will quickly adjust if you start painting your nails in the vicinity – so it does do something! So far I’m just testing it through winter – cleaning the air after fires, cooking, having Covidy people over – and I have not had a chance to test it through hayfever season. That will be a real test to see if it keeps my asthma from kicking off. I will update then.

This seems to be the sweet spot of best result for best price as far as air purifiers are concerned, completely eliminated a chronic runny nose and sneezing from a long-term dust allergy, nothing else I have tried has been as effective.

It noticeably reduces odours, I occasionally move it to the room where we keep pet rats (which, you may know, have a very strong musty smell), and after a couple of hours on maximum the smell completely vanishes.

The night mode is extremely quiet andcompletely shuts off the lights on the appliance. I happen to be a light sleeper, and it has not noticeably disturbed me in the past 3 months.

Nothing but praise for it, worth every penny.

I find this is the best machine ive bought so far. The last one,( which wasn’t a winix,) worked fine until i needed new filters which i couldn’t get any where and now the original filters have degraded

I happened to see this air purifier on Ideal world TV, The announcer told us and showed us all about it. It looked very good so I bought it. It is excellent, I put it in the bedroom and left it on all night on the night mode. It is so good that I decided to buy another one for the lounge. However when tried to buy another one from Ideal World the price had gone up considerably. So I looked around and found it for a very good price about 130 on Amazon. So now I have 2 and are very happy with them.

The auto and sleep modes are just brilliant. As for the cost. I’ll need to look over the course of the year. I’ll try & report back if i can. That said; I would absolutely recommend this product.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis is a wonderful device. We live in a dusty and heavy pollen area and suffering from asthma means air quality is of vital importance. I put a Winix ZERO S in the bedroom and a Winix ZERO Pro in the Hall. Once they had been turned on and settled down they both showed good air quality. However, when the heavy curtain between bedroom and changing room were pulled back, on came the orange light showing air quality had dropped. Curtains in the wash today! At night, the sleep mode is so quiet and the light dimming is particularly good. The next day there was a definite improvement in the general air quality. I am very pleased with the design a, operation and sensitivity of both machines. A very good investment. Thank you Winix!

Furthermore, I bought amazon used and it came as a brandnew product with extra filter etc. The package I noticed was just sealed again. Very impressed

High quality unit. One of the reasons I chose this was that it had a pre-filter. Its a small thing but it means things like fabric is picked up by a washable filter before it gets to the expensive filters. I’ve had this one almost constantly when I’m in the room.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis Winix is not as sophisticated or technically brilliant as my old Sharp FU-40S which even had an odour detection system but for which I can no longer get genuine filters.

It it is still a reasonably good Air Purifier but not as good as my old one. Very simple to set up straight out of the box and it is surprisingly light to move around too. It looks smart, has plenty of ventilation holes and side ducts too that will insure decent air intake over a wide angle.

The touch control panel is made of black plastic with a slightly rough surface, it’s clear and simple to use. It has a light bar to indicate how clean the air it is pulling in is. Blue is clean, orange is slightly dirty, and red is very dirty. The word dirty is not truly accurate but good enough for a basic description. There’s a ‘Power’ button, an ‘Auto’ button which selects the mode that you require the unit to employ (auto or sleep). I rarely use anything other than auto. It has a button to turn off PlasmaWave which is definitely worth doing (see further on and if you are interested in why, then also at the end of this review). There are four fan speeds controlled by a single button, each press of which selects a different fan speed from 1-3 and then ‘Turbo’. When pressed it will also override the Auto or Sleep settings. There is also a pre-set ‘Timer’ button which allows you to set the length of time before it shuts off, 1, 4 or 8 hours. There is also a light sensor which dims the LED on the control panel at night when using it in ‘manual’ or switches it to ‘Sleep’ if you are using it in auto as soon as the ambient light gets low enough. Finally it has a ‘Check Filter’ light, which will advise you when the filter needs changing, it has an accompanying reset button that needs to be pressed with a pin once filters have been changed in order to turn the light off.

What is annoying though, and it cannot be turned off, are the jingles it plays for certain functions. For example it will sound once it’s reached the end of the timer setting you specified, or when you turn the power off. It’s not a beep, it’s a little jungle and it get on my nerves. Of course it beeps too with button presses.

It is quiet, doesn’t bother me on the lowest setting whilst in ‘Auto’ at all but it is louder than my old Sharp was by quite a bit, so much so that when I first got it I kept checking it was not on fan setting 2 all the time. However, if I have the TV on I cannot really hear it on fan speed 2 either.

Power usage is low, free in my case especially on sunny days as it uses well below what my solar panels provide.

Now, regarding the PlasmaWave technology that Winix use as a selling point. If you read the in-depth description of it on a website called breathe quality, what it does and how it does it, it all sounds scientifically accurate, it sounds scientifically and chemically plausible – but I suspected that it wasn’t so I sent it to my nephew who has an IQ of very close to 200. I consider him a genius and he has an interest in the sciences, particularly chemistry and molecular physics.

His response is based on that description on that website which may not even be sanctioned by Winix, and while it may well be that PlasmaWave really does something, I very much doubt that their explanation is accurate of what it really does.

If you are interested in why he stated that this PlasmaWave is pseudo-science, then at the end of this review is a breakdown of some of the errors, should you want to read about them for fun or out of interest.

So to continue with the review then.
PlasmaWave technology is not the reason I bought this air purifier. I’m certain it doesn’t have an odour sensor like my Sharp used to have, a test I did and one which I used to show off to my friends and neighbours with on my Sharp, is to hold a freshly cooked food item like cheese on toast by the sensor and give a little blow, on the Sharp the red light came on and it switched to full power, but this Winix does nothing with PlasmaWave on or off.

But it is pretty good at removing odours all the same. These odours are more likely to be neutralised by the normal operation of the unit pulling in air and through the carbon filter than the PlasmaWave technology, and the remaining ‘particles’ in the air are taken care of by the pre-filter and True Hepa filter.

I really bought it to lessen the amount of dusting I have to do as I have black ash everywhere. I’m getting old and finding it difficult to do the dusting as often as I used to. I also wanted it to remove pollen and other fine dust and airborne contaminants that cause me to have runny/itchy eyes and a blocked nose and associated sneezes. These annoyances came upon me a few years ago despite never suffering with any allergies for all my life before that and was the reason I bought the Sharp. Unfortunately though, at least for me, the Winix does not significantly lessen these two problems, but I believe it does help with the worst of the symptoms, but definatley not as much as the Sharp used to do. I now take an antihistamine each morning as an aid to control it, instead of relying on this unit completely.

It certainly removes odours though, and light smoke from my occasional over enthusiastic grilling of toast or crumpets. I even burnt them once and it cleared the light smoke in a few hours so it does clean the air of this type of contaminant with efficiency. It turned the light red and upped the fan speed to max and went to work, as the smoke was cleared it turned to orange and lowered the fan speed until finally it went blue and set minimum fan speed – done.

It also turns orange and ups the fan speed if I open my front door and leave the living room door open! So it definitely works in that respect.

It does also reduce dust. I do still have to dust of course, one of these will not completely replace that need, but now it is once every two or three weeks instead of sometimes twice a week and always at least once a week.

For these two reasons alone I am happy to have bought it.

I’ve turned the PlasmaWave off now. I don’t expect it’ll save much in the way of electricity apart from the miniscule amount of power that the LED backlight uses to light up the ‘PlasmaWave’ logo. But I’d not hesitate to recommend anyone to buy one if these if they were looking for an air purifier.

OK here is the reply to my email from my nephew – debunking the PlasmaWave…

“Yeah, it makes no sense. It is bunk and pseudo-science. “.

Just for fun, let me break down some of the errors.

“PlasmaWave, unlike other ionisers, uses the electricity to create both negative and positive ions.” – a device can create one of those, but not both. Negative ions require giving electrons to a molecule while positive ions require taking them away.

“In Winix air purifiers, the process of PlasmaWave puts the air in a plasma state” – I would love to know how they do that without using incredibly high voltage or heat to do so. Plasma is incredibly hot (think the Sun, lightning or nuclear fusion). I would assume that you have not been turned to ash the moment it was turned on given that you have sent this E-mail. Either that or you have just confirmed that ghosts are real!

“[…] and strikes the water vapour to release the hydrogen and oxygen from their molecular bond.” – Ionising has nothing to do with molecular dissociation. Plus if this were the case, the heat from creating the “ions” above… Would result in quite a bang since the hydrogen and oxygen would immediately react again.

“The hydrogen and oxygen are now free to form alliances, and they will form a hydroxyl radicals (OH) ” – neither hydrogen nor oxygen will react with a hydroxyl free radical. The hydroxyl radical is negatively charged (it’s formula is OH), meaning it will want to donate electrons to become neutrally charged. Hydrogen (in either its base or in its molecular state) will not do that. It does want to receive an electron (generally speaking), but the hydrogen to hydrogen bond has a higher bond energy and so will be more stable. Oxygen will never accept electrons in this circumstance, period. It would not react with the hydroxyl ion under any circumstance. Both of these are moot points as it would not cause the water molecules to undergo dissociation anyway.

“The hydroxyl radicals are unstable molecules seeking equilibrium by stealing atom from the neighbouring molecules, thereby destroying them in the process.” – the hydroxyl ions want to give away an electron (they want to be chemically reduced), they do not want to receive more electrons. Nor, for that matter, do they want to “steal an atom” as doing so would not help balance their charge. Chemistry is all about electrons and the bonds created by the exchange of electrons and so on. No chemical reaction involves one molecule giving an atom to another molecule in the manor described there.

“And the neighbouring molecules, they are indeed the airborne pollutants that include viruses, bacteria, germs, odors, chemical gases and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).” – so now that we have established that hydroxyl ions are indeed bad, they are now saying that they will destroy those bad things… which means, what, that they are good?

He added, “perhaps they should sell the technology to the industry that is attempting to develop Earth-based fusion technologies. Winix have cracked several of the technologies that are proving to be roadblocks.”

A great Air Purifier, despite the Pseudo-science

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI suffer from severe seasonal allergy and live near a busy road. Before ordering I was a bit apprehensive whether it would be effective for our large living room. However, it exceeded my expectations and I can breathe freely again. Also, the carbon filter is made from real carbon pellets (unlike foam sponge found in cheaper models), and is quite good at removing odours and toxic fumes from traffic. Perfectly done in my mind. You can only hear airflow, fan is silent. I guess it can’t go quieter than that, however keep in mind that on top speed airflow is loud. Cheaper than comparable ones and quality is solid. On automatic mode works well during the day with good filtering volume and reacts to pollution with higher speeds, at night turns off the lights and gets super quiet. That perfectly fits my need as other filters woul require constant tweaking to maximize filtering volume and quiet times.

  33. Sterling Anton says:

I was unsure of getting this model as it only has a carbon pad, not the thicker charcoal filter..however being over 100 cheaper I took the gamble.. In the end there was nothing to worry about, it does the job nicely..
We have had air purifiers before and the most important thing is having a washable pre-filter, which this has.
There are 4 fan speeds, on 1 we couldn’t tell if was turned on, 2 wasn’t much more…3 was just a slight background noise which we got used to, 4 was loud…
We have left the unit on 2 as it is right behind where we sit in the lounge the noise is not noticeable.
Didn’t bother with automatic as it might go to level 4 which was annoying.
We have a woodburner and a cat and now there are no ash particles or hair floating round the room anymore.
To sum up, it does what it said it would and at a fair price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have had various types of air purifier in the past, and although this was highest priced one we have ever had, it has definitely been worth the investment. We live in a wooded area and early May is hayfever central for us in the house, but this has reduced our symptoms significantly. We also recently got a new kitten so have 2 of these (one upstairs and one downstairs) as my son has had allergic reactions to houses with pets in when he has visited previously, but so far so good no reaction to kitty as yet, although time will tell as she gets older I guess. The great thing about this air purifier is that it’s basically “set and forget” as the auto sensor does the work for you. It changes from blue (good) to amber or red depending on the air quality and adjusts the speed accordingly. It definitely works as whenever I change bedding etc or we have windows and doors open it changes colour. The sleep mode is fantastic, super quiet in a bedroom at night. We are light sleepers and this doesn’t cause any disturbance whatsoever, in fact it is the quietest purifier we have ever owned by far. Coupled with the fact that it does a fantastic job of keeping the air clean we are very happy with our purchase indeed.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWinix Zero: Works quite well but the brightnesses of the indicators on the frontpanel are an issue when the unit is used overnight in a bedroom. Even in just the Sleep (overnight) mode, that particular indicator is far too bright and left the bedroom well illuminated. The long air-quality indicator, auto, fanspeed and plasmawave indicators are, in my view, also unnecessarily overbright but are of little nuisance for daytime operation of the device. For the Sleep mode, I found that the use of a semi-permanently applied LightDim patch (also purchased via Amazon) over the Sleep mode indicator made for an ideal solution to the overbright indicator. (Hint: use a scalpel to remove the patch from its backing, rather than peeling with your fingers). A single one used over the Sleep indicator cut the brightness of that indicator right down, so that it no longer produced annoying, extraneous illumination of the room at night, but usefully you could still, in the darkness, see the indicator. A very simple solution, but those LightDims are not cheap. Still, I can more easily get to sleep at night now. LightDim patches of so-called ‘original strength’ are reckoned to cut down the amount of light by 50 – 80%. I had hitherto briefly experimented with standard black insulating tape over the Sleep indicator but that cut the light output 100%, which is not what you really need. You could add further of these Lightdim patches to other indicators when it’s in Auto mode if you wish, but thus far I’ve needed to treat only the Sleep mode situation. Thus, for me, if there’s a criticism at all of the Winix Zero, it’s that all the frontpanel indicators are unnecessarily overbright. Incidentally, I found that during the day the Zero automatically dealt with strong bathroom and cooking smells that found their way into the bedroom, where the unit normally stands. Note that although you can select just Sleep mode, you can also put the device into simultaneous Auto and Sleep mode, whereby it’ll automatically go into Sleep mode when it’s dark enough, and then in the morning it automatically switches back into Auto mode. A good number of those frontpanel indicator lights are lit whenever anything other than Sleep mode is selected, though.

I bought winnix as this is korean company. As I know korean has air purified in every single house as they are care about air quiality. I expected this must have functions I need.

my boy has hay fever and it is geting worst so I was seeking functional air purify..

it has extra carbone and main filter inside of package which will save another 6 month . Easy to use and Love the sensor to check the air condition in the space which is really working good. It change strength of wind and go to sleep mode at night time about 7 to 8pm.
it covers mainly living room but also my dining and kitchen. When I cooked in kitchen winnix gets mad and turn red for stonger wind. the light show blue ,oragne ,red( orange and red are quite similar).

another extra advantage is this cooling air like air conditioner. so We turned stronger manually on these hot weather( closed area). with the money you pay for ,you get air purify with extra filter and also helpful to cool off the hot weather.

I have African Grey parrots that produce a lot of dust. This product is great at removing it from the air. I now own 2 as I’ve bought a second for my bedroom.

This is a pretty good purifier / filter. The auto setting seems to be quick to react to air conditions. I have dropped a star for night mode, as although it detects darkness and turns out most of the panel lighting, it still leaves some lights on so it does generate a little bit of illumination at night. Not the end of the world though. Just check the price of replacement filters before you buy! All in all I recommend i

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI cannot overstate how good this is and the difference a good air purifier makes.

I had a much smaller cheap one and it was noisy as hell and seemed to make no difference.

I saw great reviews for this and decided on the Winix Zero.

The difference this thing made in the first few hours alone was so amazing that the next day I immediately bought a second one.

Best purchase i’ve made by far.

Don’t waste money on cheap little air purifiers they are no comparison to this.

A really good product, you can really notice the difference in air quality and almost no dust now. The only down side for me is you can’t put it on auto without it being in sleep mode as well as I like to keep it on continuous.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersHow could we live without it?

I suffer from dust allergy and my partner has crazy hay fever. All symptoms reduced significantly as soon as this magic helper cleared our air for an hour or so.

Always take it to the bedroom for the night, then I don’t need to open the window and suffer from either drafts or noise yet enjoy the feeling of nice fresh air.

Seriously thinking about one or two more for other parts of the house and for my dad who suffers from crazy strong pollen allergies.

If you switch it on and leave a room for a bit on entering it again the contrat in the quality is striking.

    Worth every penny.

Have had this now for 7 days and the difference is fantastic, did’nt think that this would be as good as it is. My eyes have stopped itching and watering and my breathing is back to normal, just like it is before hay fever season. Would high recommend.

Quite often suffer eye and nose irritation whilst sitting in our lounge, so decided on this air purifier after doing the research. Very pleased so far. It is quietly collecting a comforting amount of fluff and cat hair on the first filter when I clean it and believe it to have been beneficial to my allergy. It comed to bed with us and sits quietly in nighttime mode cleaning the air, it comes in the kitchen with me during the day as I ‘work from home’.
I was glad I spent a little more compared to the competition.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve had many air purifiers in the past, with the only one I ever rated as any good being the Sharp Plasmacluster ABC-VW24 and a no-name vertical unit with an encased UVC lamp (you couldn’t see it in operation – a good thing!) and a platinum grid which cleaned the air very efficiently but was very loud. The various Philips air purifiers were simply heavily overpriced junk – too weedy for words.
The Winix Zero (not pro or the like) has no pointless bells and whistles such as wifi connectivity and app support. Instead it has efficient filtering, it is easy to clean, the auto-mode actually works (Philips take the hint), and it automatically switches to night mode when it gets dark.
One little gimmick I can forgive is the happy little tune it plays when turned on or off.
The construction is excellent, which I would expect for the price (Philps, again take notice please! Stop using crappy plastics and find better ones.).
I wish it was a but cheaper, but I am very happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersAfter constant research from website to website for 6months I finally bought this purifier.
I have now had it for around 5months now. It is an excellent product, the auto function and the cheap replacement filters make a great combination.
I used to wake up with a stuffy nose and a soar throat in the mornings but ever since I got this purifier, no more!!
I can feel my lung capacity has improved too, from the results I have experienced during playing sports.
There is no denying that it is expensive, but you have to decide, is your wealth more important or your health?

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersAs a COPD sufferer, this product is a must! The sensitivity is brilliant. Have had a less expensive “air purifier” which was very good at extracting dust, but this us in a different league. It detected the fumes from nearby traffic & wood burners and increased the filtration rate accordingly. The air within my small flat has dramatically improved and my breathing has improved accordingly. Tied in with the knowledge that it also “zaps” viruses by neutralising them into harmless compounds is a bonus – especially under current circumstances. It doesn’t connect to Wifi so you cannot use the app, but it makes up for it with build quality and efficiency. The adage of you get what you pay for is definitely true and if you have any form of respiratory problem I highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 30 From Our UsersA few weeks ago I purchased an air quality monitoring device and saw that my indoor air quality is not that good, especially CO2 and VOC, so I decided to buy this air purifier. Overall it is a good product. It is good looking, silent and modern. But…it doesn’t collect VOCs as advertised by the manufacturer. I started it to maximum power and periodically checked my air monitoring device, and what I saw is that PM10 and PM2.5 drops to virtually zero instantly, which is nice, but CO2 and VOC is not affected in any way. So if you want to collect all particles of any kind from your home, it is awesome product, but if you think it will clean your home of VOCs and CO2 – it will not.

If you have respiratory or allergy issues, I cannot recommend this product enough. I live next to one of the busiest roads in my city and since I have owned this purifier, my breathing, sleeping and general wellbeing have all markedly improved. Remarkably quiet until on the highest fan setting, auto mode is extremely useful and effective. If you have difficulties or don’t like dusting, this wonderful machine will keep your living area wonderfully dust free. Before I used this purifier, dust would reappear on surfaces within an hour because of the high levels of pollution in my area, now they dust free for a week at least. I cannot praise this product enough, purchase with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

Bought this to help with the stench of a visiting smoker over the Christmas period. Although the smoke still pervaded every room of the house it was noticeably less than previous years. Had it on full power next to the smoker and the toxic cloud was reduced somewhat. It also takes cooking smoke from the air quite well. Less dust from our dogs too. I would have more if I had the cash to splash – one in every room! Recommend.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersOverall this is a good air purifier, powerful enough to properly filter the air in a large room. Originally I bought the WINIX U300 but as it had an odour sensor instead of a dust sensor, it was less useful in the room we wanted. This model has an effective dust sensor that automatically changes the power. It is very quiet in night mode, which is automatic based on a light sensor. Even normal mode is not that noisy. It seems well built and is still working well 7 months in. The only downsides for me are it doesn’t have a remote like the U300 and there is no way to programme on/off times – it won’t work with a timer plug either because the power button always needs to be pressed on the unit to turn on.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was a bit sceptical about this machine and the value of an investment in it (it’s not cheap), but bought it for my wife who suffers from severe pet allergies. Personally, I don’t notice the difference really, but my wife is noticing the air in the house being much cleaner after 1-2 months being on full time. Evidence that it is filtering the air is clearly demonstrated even 1 month of use, is that the white HEPA filter quickly becomes more grey from dirt gathered (we live in Central London). The machine is not too big and smaller than many air conditioners, and better looking too.

Noise levels are impressively low in its low (blue) setting, barely audible, and in silent (sleep) mode completely quiet, so great for in the bedroom overnight. It was mainly in blue mode for the first month and then switching more to amber levels (still quiet but noticeable if close to you), briefly blue and then amber again. Now in month 3, we are getting more blue setting and for longer.

A potentially useful side effect, especially in summer, is the air coming out is slightly cooler than going in, even though it isnonky circulation the air through filters.

Overall, good investment, especially considering it comes with a good supply of spare filters.

This Winix Zero has surpassed my expectations. On the first day we could feel the difference in the air quality. We live in Portugal and here they do not have this type / quality of product. I am very happy to tell others: very good product.

Golden Review Award: 37 From Our UsersThis is my latest filter in a long line of filters. Most of these are just overpriced fans with a filter in front and it’s amazing how much they can charge for that. This is good, I opened it after 2 weeks and was amazed by the amount of dust it had gathered inside. The most annoying thing about this one is the stupid lights all over it, it’s a pet hate of mine as to why manufacturers insist on putting lights all over things, especially when their potential location is in a bedroom. I’ve had to get the black tape out again to tape it all up. This one has a sleep mode where the series of lights are turned off and replaced with just one annoying light. The sleep mode can be set to auto, whereby it senses the light in the room and switches accordingly. Unfortunately, sleep mode also means that the fan is set to the lowest level. So I’ve gone with the black tape and a higher fan speed.
Overall a good unit, overpriced and actually if you’re after just a good filter without any frills https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B074FZLGZY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 the ProBreeze is a bargain (I have 2 of them also).

This unit is very easy to use and seems to be doing the trick for my daughter’s dust/pollen allergy. It’s in her bedroom and I switch it on around 30mins before bedtime and leave it on overnight as it automatically moves to sleep mode when the room becomes dark.

I am prone to sinus infections so when we lived in Arizona I had a Winix in our home as well. It really does get rid of dust etc in the air and makes a big difference in air quality. The other thing I love is that it is so quiet on the low fan setting which is most of the time, after it has got rid of any particles it senses. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
