Not used the bevel much yet, though it looks solid. I use the square constantly & it’s nice & solid & looks aesthetically pleasing to my eyes, with the wooden handle with brass fittings. Seen a lot of use & abuse and still in great condition. Certainly favoured over the aluminium handled square I’ve got, as the thick wooden handle helps balance it when checking square on most surfaces.

Comparata con una squadra che uso al lavoro il discostamento c’, piccolissimo. di dimensioni ridotte quindi qualche decimo non pregiudica il lavoro. Quella registrabile. Trovo macchinosa la rotellina che serra l’angolo. Bisogna stringere con forza notevole e non sempre basta al punto che si potrebbe muovere.
Nel complesso sono soddisfatto.

Es ist schwer zu verstehen, warum rechte Winkel so selten wirklich rechtwinklig sind. Ich habe eigentlich einen E.C.E Winkel, der auch mal rechtwinklig war. Ich wei nicht was passiert ist, aber auf einmal zeigt er eine Abweichung von 0,5 mm auf 30 cm. Was tun? Auf Nummer sicher gehen und zu Ulmia greifen, oder Workpro von anderen Ende der Preisklasse eine Chance geben. I gave it a try. Und sie da, der Winkel ist 100% rechtwinklig. Er ist nicht so perfekt verarbeitet wie Ulmia, aber sehr gut zu verwenden. Die Schmiege ist hnlich verarbeitet und eine nette Zugabe, ich behalte es wegen des 100% Winkels.
Sin grandes alardes, pero cumplen perfectamente con su cometido. Perfecto para conseguir el ngulo ms raro. Y la escuadra para lo que es. Perfectos para colocacin de parquet.
Die Winkelmessung stimmt exakt.
Preis/Leistung ist voll in Ordnung.

Lo compr porque necesitaba la falsa escuadra, pero las que vea eran al mismo precio o ms slo la falsa escuadra. Vi reseas en cuanto a la calidad de la escuadra y supongo que es una lotera, pues haba con mucho error y torcidas y otras estaban bien y eran bastante exactas.
Creo que tuve suerte y me ha llegado una con buena exactitud.
La falsa escuadra no tiene mucho misterio, la buscaba con rueda de apriete en lugar de con palomilla para que no moleste al utilizarla. La parte de madera en ambas piezas no tiene ningn acabado, pero con un poco de lana de acero y aceite o cera puede quedar mejor terminada y agradable al tacto. Las partes metlicas con los bordes un poco afilados, tambin necesitan suavizarse con una lima fina, pero el grosor del metal es suficiente para darle rigidez y que no se doble con facilidad. El marcado de medidas en pulgadas y mtrico es claro y est grabado y pintado, por lo que no creo que se borre con facilidad. En resumen, mejorando los detalles de acabado dedicndole unos minutos y por el precio que tiene tengo dos herramientas muy tiles en el taller.
Der Winkel ist Przise & fhlt sich solide an. Die Schmiege lsst sich gut einstellen und fixieren.
Man muss nur mit den Kanten vorsichtig sein und sollte einmal mit feiner Krnung entgraten, nicht das man sich mal schneidet.
Ansonsten sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

… schner wre es , wenn das Holz auch an den Kanten etwas verschliffen wre, das knnte man schner machen ,beeintrchtigt aber nicht die Funktion. Also einfach selbst ein bisschen abschleifen und erledigt..

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere, nella squadretta mobile, anche un goniometro per valutare l’angolo, ma forse pretendo troppo per il loro prezzo.
Einmal die Kanten mit Schleifpapier behandelt, und schon habt ihr ein hilfreiches Werkzeug.
Ansonsten eine gute Verarbeitung und Genauigkeit.

Die Oberflche des Holzteils ist sehr rau und msste nachgearbeitet werden.
Winkel berprft, er hat fast seine 90 zum Heimwerken sehr gut. Die schmiege genauso. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Natrlich ist es nicht so genau wie ein Schlosserwinkel aber der Kostet auch einiges mehr.
Es stimmt das alle Kannte scharf sind. Das habe ich mit 240er Papier korrigiert. Zum Schluss die eigene Wachs l Mischung aufgetragen und Poliert. Fertig. Mehr als zufrieden fr den Preis.

e le Starrett piccolissima a meno di non dover prendere misure precise al decimo di millimetro. Quindi direi che per un’hobbista esigente un prodotto valido. Basta trattarle come con tutti gli utensili con cura.

Una escuadra y una falsa escuadra. La escuadra mide 138mm en la base x 240mm de altura. La base es de madera, . Mide unos 38mm X 20mm de espesor. La parte de metal es gruesa y robusta: mide unos 40mm de ancho y 2mm de espesor WORKPRO dice que es “stainless”. Pesa unos 230g. La falsa tiene una base de 165mm x 20 x 19mm, rematada en ambos lados de los extremos con refuerzos de latn y, su regla de metal acabada en punta a 45, mide 228mm x 165mm x 25mm (un espesor de 1mm aprox.). La unin con la madera es con una tuerca moleteada de latn y, un tornillo tipo carrocero de hierro dorado, el conjunto pesa unos 130g.
USO: Tanto la madera base de la escuadra, como la falsa estn teidas de rojo, pero sin barniz, una especie de intento burdo de parecerse a alguna madera noble (roble?), el acabado es liso pero justo. Tanto la escuadra como la falsa incluyen refuerzos de latn. La escuadra lleva uno en el interior de la base asegurado con 5 tornillos de acero inox. La regla de metal es fijada con tres remaches. Las escalas son claras y legibles con nmeros grabados y esmaltados en negro.
Aunque hay escalas dobles en ambas no todas son en milmetros: una cara de la escuadra es en pulgadas con particiones en 1/8″ y 1/16″, la otra cara es en milmetros. Resulta curioso: los dos agujeros en los extremos son diferentes, centrados a 12,5mm de los extremos, uno es de 9,5mm (3/8″) y otro 10,3mm (13/32″). En precisin y uso va bien, los bordes afilados del metal son un poco molestos y necesitan un pequeo repaso.
La falsa escuadra, de cuatro escalas lleva una sola en milmetros, las otras tres son en pulgadas con particiones en 1/8″, 1/16″ y 1/32″. ajusta bien y se puede guardar escamoteada en la ranura de la base.
CONCLUSIN: Efecto vintage, ADN de bazar chino, conjunto atractivo a medias. Evidente orientacin al mercado anglo-sajn, poco falto de terminacin. La precisin de mis unidades resultan ms que suficiente para uso semi-pro. Ambas son lo suficiente robustas como para aguantar bien el uso intensivo. Las medidas son ideales para los usos ms comunes. Una pena que un tornillo barato y, la falta de un poco de barniz le quiten una estrella. Si tenemos en cuenta el precio (poco menos de 15), tenemos dos herramientas funcionales, fundamentales para carpintera, me atrevo a recomendarlo, no sin recordar comprobar los ajustes de las unidades que recibas.
Pour une utilisation sur bois, la prcision de l’querre est suffisante pour des projets dont la taille est limite pour des projets plus ambitieux, il faudra chercher d’autre matriel plus prcis. La structure de l’outil est robuste pour une utilisation quotidienne, bois, laiton et acier fournissent un ensemble quilibr. A ce prix, la qualit globale est trs bonne.

Qualitt geht fr den Preis in Ordnung. Das Ma ist um ca 1mm versetzt, was bei meinen Zwecken aber nicht strt. Das Stahlma ist sehr dick, strt nicht, hat mich aber berrascht. Die Metallteile sind gratfrei aber relativ scharfkantig.

Belle finition, tient bien en main. Sur la fausse-querre la molette de serrage et vraiment trs apprciable, a change des crous papillons encombrent. Et l’querre est juste! j’apprcie de faire mes tracs ou contrler l’querrage de mes pices avec.

I have bought these for a Christmas pressie (I like to start early…) so I don’t know how good they wil be in use, but the quality seems very good. They appear very well made and the wooden parts are finished to a high standard. They look a bit special compared to other metal and plastic ones.
Great little set, checked for accuracy against my engineer’s squares and I’m very happy with these.

Ich mag diesen Winkel! Die 90 sind auch 90, ohne Ausnahme. Das Lineal hat eine sehr angenehme Dicke, verbiegt dadurch nicht, eine Freude, damit zu messen. Die Schmiege ist ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr genau. Absolute Empfehlung und ein Hammerpreis!

Gute Materialien und der Winkel scheint auch zu stimmen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt’s fr den Umstand das alles, Holz, Messing und Edelstahl, sehr scharfkantig ausgefhrt ist und man es noch entgraten muss. Wrde es trotzdem wieder kaufen.

Ich habe heute Winkel und Schmiege erhalten, beide waren zusammen in Blschenfolie eingewickelt.
Die Wertigkeit ist ok, wenn auch das Holz recht billig ist und auf Teak / Mahagoni lasiert wurde.
Ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur recht geben. Wenn mein Hobel in der Schrfe geliefert worden wre, wie dieses Werkzeug, ich wre begeistert gewesen. Also Feile (oder wie ich einen Wetzstahl nehmen) und alle Kanten sauber entgraten. Bis dahin bitte vorsichtig anfassen, die Teile sind rasiermesserscharf.
Was den Winkel angeht, nach optischer Prfung an einer Referenzplatzte sieht das nach 90 Grad aus. Als ambitionierter Heimwerker reicht mir das vollkommen.

Le squadre sono due una fissa e una regolabile, i materiali con cui sono state realizzate sono molto buoni e soprattutto sono molto belle esteticamente le parti ottonate, diciamo che fanno la loro bella figura quanto vengono utilizzati e danno quel tocco da professionista a chi li usa.
Durante il loro utilizzo si sono dimostrati molto utili e di precisione, mi hanno aiutato molto bene durante le misurazioni e le fasi di lavorazione, e per ora posso ritenermi soddisfatto dell’acquisto.
The only issue I have is the edges are super sharp
Bought these when they were on offer and they are great value for the price paid. Tested the Try Square on arrival and it is perfectly square. The Sliding Bevel had a very slight burr on the 45 degree edge but that was easily fixed.
I had to sand down and varnish the handles on both items as they were a bit rough and gave a few splinters. otherwise all good.
The square is perfectly square and the edges clean. Markings on the square are very clear and adequate (I rarely use these). Handles on both bevel and square are adequate – a little rough and sharp around the edges. A little rounding with sandpaper was all that was required. Bevel is easily adjusted with a turn screw and keeps its angle after tightening.
Would certainly recommend for any budding woodworker.
