Brilliant. After outdoor activity has left your footwear and outdoor clothing strewn with mud this will help keep your vehicle interior mud free.

I ordered this knowing it wasn’t going to be as powerful as a pressure washer hooked up to mains water and electric but it still did a fantastic job on freshening my patio and cleaning outside of windows, and it will no doubt come in super handy for washing my car or even watering my garden too.
The only downside is that the battery only lasted around 25mins when on the 2nd most pressurised setting. It probably lasts longer on the softer settings but I had to keep stopping for 1hr to let the battery recharge, only for it to drain after 25 minutes. I chose to order a 2nd battery from a different seller so that I could swap them straight away with a shorter break between charges – would need a 3rd to avoid any breaks.
Overall though, I’m really impressed with the pressure this produced, how lightweight it is and how easy it was to set up (make sure you read the instructions to remove air bubbles if you find it isn’t working properly).

Just the job for the caravan works well and the pressure isn’t to harsh but adequate for the job

Really good portable pressure washer if you cannot connect to main or outside tap. This can be used from any water source. The only downside side is it’s a little heavy when battery is attached and can easily be dropped if your not careful with it. I was very surprised I thought the pressure of the water coming through would be weak as water was not coming from the main tap. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a portable pressure washer for home or car.

The reviews for this are very mixed. However, for my needs it is perfect. I have a roof terrace in central london without a water tap.

So, the cordless pressure washer is exactly what I need to clean the glass roof and solar panels. It is also powerful to remove moss and dirt from stonework.

It’s also very handy for cleaning the front door, porch and ground floor windows. The only downside is having to refill the water bucket quite regularly. But, that’s the only downside.

If found the quality of the washer to be pretty good and have had no trouble attaching and removing accessories. Also, 2 batteries are a must, otherwise you’ll be twiddling your thumbs!!

After reading various reviews on several websites we chose the WORX WG630E.1 cordless brushless Hydroshot which comes with the 4.0Ah battery and fast charger. It has 2 power settings (Eco (low power) & Normal), it certainly does the job shifting dirt. We never expected it to match the power of our large heavy corded Karcher, but for a light cordless its cleaning ability exceeded our expectations and ideal for the car or boat as well as smaller or more remote jobs where you do not want to faff about getting the corded washer set up or you are too far from a power supply or mains water. It runs for 30-40 minutes on Normal (high) power and the fast charger recharges the battery in about 45 minutes. There are cheaper WORX models available but they are not brushless and only have a 2.5Ah battery with a standard charger which takes 5 hours to recharge the battery! I have no hesitation in giving the WORX WG630E.1 a 5 star rating.

Although I have a mains powered Karcher, I needed a wireless means to clean outside my business using a water bucket instead of a tap and hose. I didn’t expect the same force as a mains powered unit but was glad there was enough force to get the job done without stripping the paint off (a plus in my case). The battery lasted really well and after cleaning a shop front, signage and shutters, still had more than half capacity remaining. As long as you aren’t expecting the same paint stripping force of a mains powered unit, you should be satisfied with the untethered capabilities on offer here.

The uses for this are ENDLESS, and the portability and ability to prime itself via ANY water-source is by far its best feature. The pressure is more than enough for most tasks, and it’s a joy to use. Battery life is excellent and even better when using ECO Mode, which is all that is really needed for car & boat washing. If you want a jet washer without all the weight that can be used anywhere, this powerful machine is the one to buy. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for the performance and convenience, especially if you have multiple RVs and boats. Plus, you can carry a water source [or find a canal] and wash your vehicles virtually anywhere – instead of at home on your drive ! I see the price has now reduced so it really is a bargain now @ 179 ! [Despite paying 215 I still think it was worth every penny]

Hydroshot is handy if you have no water or power supply close by. I cannot park directly outside my house, communal carpark, so its either trudging buckets of water or spend fortunes or car & van washing. With Hydroshot its just 2, one to wash the other to rinse. It’s no way near as powerful as, for example, a Karcher, it just does not have the power. So power washing a patio would be fruitless. But cleaning cars perfect, for me.

Word of warning, if you buy any accessories, ie, wash bottle, do not buy the short lance, as, contrary to the advise, “The WA4036 Hydroshot soap bottle simply attaches to the front of the Hydroshot lance”, it does not fit. I wasted time ordering a short lance, as I thought it would be more comfortable with their accessories, but had to return as it was, as far as I could see, useless. Accessories will only fit into the main body

After my Karcher caught fire mid car wash leaving me with a half rinsed car, I was on the hunt for a portable jet wash. I live on a large property and the water supply and mains access is a good 50ft from where I wash my cars, making it a tedious task setting everything up and moving it around with extensions for things needing to be lugged around as well as hose pipes!

Enter the Worx battery powered Jetwash. I purchased the WG630E.1 brushless as I required the power for the common jetwashing tasks such as car washing, patio and house exterior maintenance. Upon arrival the item was easy to assemble, I also purchased the snow foam bottle and short lance accessories, as well as some universal jetwash nozzles for other purposes.

The battery was quick to charge up, and I was soon outside ready to clean. I first cleaned my new (old) table an chairs, and stripped the green moss and dirt clean off without issue. Then we had a go at the dirt on my van, and it stripped this back to an acceptable level much the same as the karcher would. I then did a few block paving stones and it easily took back the dirt layers with no soap etc to help. All of this was achieved without once having to rearrange wires, jet wash units or hose pipes, I just had one hose pipe behind me which was very manageable. I like the fact you don’t need a mains water source to supply the jet wash, you can easily drop the collector pipe in to a pond, river, bucket, whatever you can find really, and there is also an attachment to supply water from a bottle but I don’t know how long that would last.

The power of this jet wash is impressive considering it is powered by just a 20v battery. It obviously is no comparison to some mains powered jet washes, but then you wouldn’t base the effectiveness of a mains powered drill to a battery powered one considering the uses they are intended.

A few reviewers mention the power of the jet wash is no different when the trigger is pressed, however this seems to come down to poor assembly by the user, you need to make the sure the nozzle attachment is completely clicked in to place or it won’t allow the proper pressure to pass through.

I have marked the weight down on this product slightly as this version is quite heavy, and after a long session of jetwashing my arms were getting a bit tired, but then again I am not built for my strength…but with two hands it is perfectly manageable and I would advise anyone considering a cordless jet wash to consider this.

This was bought to replace a rather old typical jet wash to make use of the existing Worx equipment that I own.

It’s not as powerful as the trolley style jet wash so dont expect to blast slabs or walls clean with this.

Great for cleaning the car or bike especially if water and power access is an issue.

Happily runs from a bucket of water and has enough charge to clean my car with one full battery.

Recommend purchasing a short extension bar and power foam attachment to compliment the set up.

    Great bit of Ki t!!!
Don’t normally write reviews, but with this bit of kit I was so impressed, considering some of the Reviews.
Although not as powerful of my old Karcher 530, it has been sufficient to remove some winter growth from my car mouldings and general muck.
Using a snow foam lance ,or soap applicator, the low power would probably be ok, although haven’t tried that yet. Have purchased another 4Ahr battery, as the last side had to wait for of recharge battery….
With older cars with panel joints, it can encourage rush to seep through, but this would not have the same amount of penetration.
Great portable unit with ampule power to wash cars in areas where there is no mains water of power.
Used about 50ltrs of water, the 1ltr bottle disappeared in a minute or so.

    Great buy…..xxxxx

I was really undecided on buying a Hydroshot after reading so many different reviews. I have to run a hose through the house, leaving doors open to get water to the front patio or to clean the car. I decided I was going to give this a go and purchased one. I brought a 20 litre bucket from work and set out trying for the first time.

It is so easy to set up and after hearing the noise on reviewers videos…. I was surprised how quiet it actually is. My patio was getting quite green after the winter, so that was my first try and I only wish I’d done a video to post, because it worked perfectly. Yes you need to have it on the 15 jet and go quite slowly, but it worked oerfect, nice white patio slabs again. I bought the WG620e.4 so have 2 batteries, which is needed, as one lasted me approx. 40 mins of constant use, so with 2, I’ll get most jobs done.

This is perfect for the car cleaning, with the 20ltr bucket holding just about enough to complete a pre wash, a foam wash and the rinse.

Can’t say how long this will last as this is not brushless, but I only need to clean the car 8 times alone and it’s paid for itself.

I’ve even use it on the drawer of the washing machine. With the hard water, it keeps getting black scum all over the drawer and took me 45 mins to an hour to scrape / clean off by hand. I put it out in the back yard and blasted with the Hydroshot and I used the bottle attachment for ease….. It was perfectly clean in about 5 minutes and I filled the 2 litre coke bottle up twice.

Honestly….. In my view, this is a good piece of kit.

Used in place of dragging garden hose around garden and up and down drive. Filled a couple of buckets ( a couple of times) and worked effortlessly. Not as powerful as your standard jet washer, but a really great solution. Battery held up to full car wash- no problem.

You get the brush attachment and TWO batteries – great deal!
The Hydroshot itself is really handy.
We photograph/video quite a lot of cars – and it’s not always possible to put them through a car wash.
With the Hydroshot and a bottle of water (or two) – you can blast it clean in a couple of minutes.
Found that a really solid 1.5 litre bottle from a camping etc store works a lot better than the standard 2 litre bottles you get from supermarkets with drinking water – as these are so weak that they tend to bend.
    Highly Recommended.

I bought this so I could use the water from my water butt, (for years I have used a watering can and its hard work back and forth all the time and the watering can was getting to heavy to lift) (tennis elbow)

I can now spray the plants in the garden and wash my windows! I am also going to use it to clean my car.

It isn’t as strong as my electric karcher, it is still quite strong and it isn’t noisy at all, unlike karcher! It can still clean a path.

The battery lasts a lot longer than I thought it would to be honest which was a nice surprise.
When it does stop, I recommend you remove from the water source and use remaining battery to empty the hose. Which makes it less messy for storage.

But I recommend this for a number of jobs as above, the use is endless

Tried it on my car it does a 70% good job, needs some cloth work as well to give it a clean down after but if you want to give it a quick clean then this does the job.

It doesn’t really get moss up that well so don’t expect it to do that but for every day general use it does what it says on the box.

For more heavy duty work I have a plug in pressure washer do buy one of these if you need anything more.

The bucket that comes with it isn’t the best you have to be careful not to tip it over or you’ll get soaked feet so be careful when putting the pipe i

ideal for light cleaning , probably not up to cleaning a farmers landrover but good enough for a normal car . easy to use and quiet , the brush is a must to loosen road dirt . perfect for what i use it for and the battery lasts long enough to clean the average car .

First off I ordered this for a few reasons to wash my mountain bike , clean the windows and a bit of general cleaning ..
Well it’s not as powerful as a conventional high pressure cleaner but what I use it for it’s exactly what I expected ..
It links to my hose pipe and the hose provided to enables you to clean portable ..

I have used this to wash my car and bicycle. Works very well for both tasks.

I much prefer using this to using a conventional pressure washer as it is much more portable and convenient compared to wrestling with a hosepipe and heavy, mains-powered pressure washer. One 10 litre bucket full of water rinses my hatchback car using this. A fully charged battery has plenty more than enough charge to wash a car.

I just wish they had included a carry/storage case as this is a really portable tool. That’s my only gripe so far.

I had the 629e version previously and it worked well for cleaning the car. Wasn’t hugely powerful but got the job done.
Decided to upgrade to their the 630e after I dropped the old one and it stopped working. It’s even better than the 629e! Yes still not as powerful as a conventional jetwash, but it gets the car clean and anyone considering a worx for car cleaning It’s worth upgrading to the 630e. Very happy with this product.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have to say I was delighted at the sight of this “gun like” weapon when it arrived. My first attempt to use it resulted in the extension tube and sprinkler attachment flying off the end onto the lawn. After watching a You Tube video I realised they both had to be pushed to fit with mighty strength, then it was fine. The very next day I used the two litre bottle method to squirt water as the You Tube advisors assured me that as the water had so little distance to travel it would be a stronger pressure and that made sense to me. Eagerly I went outside and aimed the gun at the edge of the guttering on my conservatory as it was dirty, suffice to say it’s still dirty. I tried it on the window sills outside, they are still dirty although it moved a bit, then I ran out of water and had to refill the bottle. I then watched the You Tube demonstrations by many others and realised they were all using a cloth or some sort of wiping medium to clean off the looose dirt (on a vehicle) ) after the spraying. There is a brush with the kit and I have not yet tried that but I have a feeling that may be more successful. I (like many others I guess) assumed that the word PRESSURE was a key word in the cleaning but it only seems to be a key word in pushing the water down a spout out of the gun and of course that saves a back aching lot of work if you use a wet cloth. It also comes with a soap dispenser (DO NOT USE DISH WASHING LIQUID) so I am convinced now that the combination of common sense and wetting a car all over with the recommended washer substance then spraying it in combination with a brush and spray the results would be quite acceptable. PRESSURE washer it is NOT so don’t expect it to deep clean your block paving in one go, as it will not do that. Apply common sense and a bit of technique and all will fall into place and at a price far less than a top class high PRESSURE washer. I mention YOU TUBE as the so called instructions on paper are no more than cartoons with no words at all, which serve only to confuse. I do believe there is a printed manual to download but why bother, just watch YOU TUBE!

Handy when you use a bottle attached to it. That’s why I purchased it. Don’t expect water pressure anything like a mains power washer. You just won’t get it. Similar to a good hose.

Purchased this pressure cleaner to wash my car. The cleaner provides more than enough pressure, I draw water from a couple of buckets and battery life is not an issue and it is a lot easier/quicker than using a sponge! It is not as powerful as a mains pressure washer but is more than sufficient washing cars/bikes etc. where mains services are not available. I would thoroughly recommend!

Was apprehensive after reading reviews. Nothing to fear. Bought to use to clean boat where there is no power and water within easy reach. Worked great battery lasted longer than expected. After a charge in the clubhouse and refill of water barrel was able to finish cleaning the bottom of the boat a 23ft sail boat covered in a seasons fresh peaty water mank. Look forward to testing it cleaning off the local swallows deposits kindly left all over the decks.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have had a few proper power washers in my time, however now I require something I can perhaps take out on the road to clean vehicles while on tour. This fits the bill perfectly.

To people moaning about its power if that is your requirement then this is not for you. This will not take 8 layers of mud off your farm vehicle but it’s lightweight and perfect for someone who maybe lives in a flat with no access to a water hose.

I use a 10l bucket and can probably do my Ford Transit Tourneo in 1 1/2 buckets. Snow foam a good attachment and works well.

All that time I’ve been using plug in power washers…. this is great, no lugging around a large, noisy, bulky unit, no big unit falling over, then finding a power point and then after washing trying to roll up the jet hose which is greatly difficult.

With the Worx, just push the end of the hose on and away you go; reduced noise, easy to walk around with no heavy jet hose, just easily moving around and using this very powerful jet washer…. powerful enough for washing car, decking, taking all the green stuff off the tarmac and much much more.

Charges quickly and then the charge last at least 40minutes if not what seems like and hour or more.

    Goodbye Karcher hello Worx

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersThis took me way longer than it should have to decide to buy due to the amount of conflicting information, so this is my situation I have to park my car quite far from my house road side so have no access to running water or electricity, if you have these then buy a kartcher it will obviously be more powerful,

That being said this is plenty powerful for washing your car I previously had one of those 12v pressure washer and this absolutely destroys that,

I used demon snow foam and the provided bottle it was extremly thick and clung to the car really well the bottle covers a large portion very quickly I was amazed how good it was, I then used the lance on the 15degree setting it made short work of the rinse off,

I have a 20l drum I filled to the top, this still had over a third left after I had fully pre sprayed the car to lose grit then snow foamed it then gone over it twice more to rinse.

This is a must buy if you are in a similar situation and you are sick of paying 6 quid a time for a half baked job leaving you car covered in water marks or just dirt in general,

When looking to buy myself I was so confused as to what model to get so to break it down the 620,625 and 629 are all the exact same water pressure the only difference is the 620 charges in 1 hour where as the 625 and 29 take up to 3.5hour, but the 629 has a long lance as well as a short one with a lower power setting, other than this they are all the same really sometimes it will say 629.2 or 3 ect this is just an extra digit to state what extra bits come with it.

The next step up is the 630 the brushless more powerful model but your looking at 200quid just for the unit and battery, trust me when I say the 620 is plenty powerful for car cleaning.

I really hope this helps someone decide as I nearly did not buy it because of conflicting reviews and people saying its only good for watering plants bla bla bla I swear some people’s expectations are beyond a joke.

    Absolutely brillia

So I bought this pressure washer as I live in a coach house with no outside tap, it has been a god send I got to admit! Ok it’s not as powerful as a Karcher but if you are in the same boat as me it’s amazing.

I have used everything included in the kit and it works great, it’s also good for watering the grass if water isn’t easily accessible.

Would highly recommend the product and Worx brand.

Having been tempted into buying the Hydroshot by a forum on Pistonheads (don’t look, you’ll spend all your money!) I must admit I am pleased and a little surprised at how well it works.
Don’t expect high pressure like a Karcher pressure washer or similar, at least not when sucking water from a bucket, but for car cleaning, jetting out gutters and cleaning exterior window frames it has proved very effective. Do note, however, that you need to have Worx batteries already or be prepared to buy a kit with batteries included.

This is a great peace of kit if you don’t have an outdoor water/power supply. It’s very easy to set up and easy to use. Battery life is good and one charge will easily do 2 cars. The pressure is surprisingly good for a portable unit – but it isn’t a pressure washer so don’t expect it to compete with a mains unit. I’ve used to clean our cars and our 38 x 12ft Caravan and it has done the job well. The directional jets mean water consumption varies – but to do a car you’d need 2-3 buckets of water. Overall I’d recommend this if you are limited for power and/or water supply.

So glad I bought one of these! I have a Karcher K2 which is obviously more powerful, but out comes the mains cable, then the extension lead which all gets tangled as I’m moving about the garden and patio! All thing of the past! I also like the fact that you can draw water from the hose pipe with a ‘half press’ of the trigger, so great for cleaning and refilling the bird baths! Easily removes bird droppings from around the feeders too! great for washing the car, again without having to drag the cumbersome mains one about. Love it!

I can’t help but think all the negative reviews must be from people who either don’t know how to use it or set their expectations far too high.
This isn’t as powerful as a good karcher mains powered pressure washer, it doesn’t claim to me. But it’s a great tool for the right circumstances. Regular washing or tools, cars, equipment it’s great. Power washing a full driveway, not the tool for the job. Saying that Though I did use it on a coping stone on my wall as a test and it cleaned it up great too!
The bucket option is the best for proper portability, I haven’t tried it with a 2L bottle but I have no reason to need to use that tool. Many full reviews recommend this is the least powerful option but that’s no surprise.
In summary for anyone looking at this, buy it if you are looking for a regular cleaning tool to pull of medium to thick build up on cars bikes tools etc. Don’t buy it if you expect it to shoot the moon.

Guys if you are buying this to replace a full size pressure washer you will be sorely disappointed it is not capable of producing those sort of pressures. However if you are looking for a portable go to for a quick rinse or wash off this is a great bit of kit and has managed to do everything I’ve used it for so far. Not sure if it’s 10 x stronger than a garden hose though. think that might a bit of an exaggeration.

I was abit sceptical about this but I thought let’s give it go. Wow I’m impressed, it’s so easy to use and if like me you don’t have an external tap then this is perfect piece of gear. I simply use a large recycling bin as my water source drop in the hose and off you. I was sceptical of how powerful it would be but it’s has surpassed my expectations. Ive used it on my steps and path leading up to my house and the difference is amazing. Having not had equipment like this these steps and paths have never been cleaning in the 16 years I’ve lived in this house. But this changed all that, the difference is amazing. My neighbour next door hires someone to clean their and when she seen mine she thought I had hired the same guy to do mine. She was shocked when I showed her what I had used and I had done it myself. I then used it on my kitchen and bathroom extension and I can actually tell what cover the paint is now. Giving to try on the car next but a great piece of kit and high recommended.

I own a caravan, and I was looking for an easy solution for washing it.

Caravans have very delicate seals, so I wasn’t looking for a “full on” pressure washer as these would destroy the seals, and cause real problems.

It’s a great little tool, as I don’t have a water supply or electricity at my caravan storage area.

I simply take the Worx Hydsroshot and 2 fully charged batteries, and of course, two 20 litre water containers, and this will allow me to wash and rinse off the entire caravan.

The Hydroshot performs very well, and has an adjustable nozzle to give various spray patterns to suit your needs.

It’s very frugal with water, so a little goes a long way.

I would give the one with the 2AH battery a miss, and go straight for the 4AH version, I got a spare 4AH battery, so with 2 batteries you get a very long runtime.

I also bought the optional foam dispenser, which I have to say, is great!.

I use a high end shampoo, and the foam dispenser provides a wide thick spray of foam, I can’t say whether this is down to the specific shampoo used (Meguiars hyper wash), or the foam dispenser, but it’s a great combination.

I would definitely recommend the hydroshot, as long as you are not expecting a similar performance to a mains operated washer, you won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking after your car, but you are having issues with water and energy supply this is an amazing idea. Don’t expect miracles as this is a portable device, but if your car does not have a 2cm of grime or anything on the paint you can easily wash your car with no issues at all. (Even with 2cm of grime you could still do it, but it will take more time and more water to do so). I just tried it today and guess what, forgot to charge the battery but still managed to rinse, wash and rinse the car again with just a one bucket of water. I would definitely recommend this produc

I never usually write reviews but this pressure washer has blown my mind! It actually arrived with enough charge (says to charge first) to rinse, spray snow foam, and rinse again my entire car which isn’t exactly small (BMW 3 Series Coupe). The foldable bucket it comes with is small but more than suitable, and makes cleaning a very eco friendly process as you usually don’t need much more than one full bucket to do a car.

Living in a middle floor flat in inner London with no hose access, this has been a godsend allowing me to wash my car to a professional standard on my drive and save lots of money on car washes – the detergent lance works well with snowfoam liquid too, its not a crazy thick foam but its more than sufficient to lift of grime safely – as I’ve seen many asking this question.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is into car detailing and wants to keep it in tip top shape without needing running water, electricity cables or spending a fortune. Cheers Worx, very impressed

Great product! I mainly got it to wash cars and it does 2 cars and some on a full battery (40 mins). Though I will look to purchase another battery I think. I can’t emphasise how easy this makes cleaning a car – then faffing about with a mains powered pressure washer. It is quick to use, seems quite well built and I hope it lasts! Don’t bother looking at alternatives as I have already been there. This is miles better then 620/625/629 hydroshots and really everyone should have one.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFor 8+ years I’ve been using a Kingfisher 8L High Pressure Sprayer thingy to soak and rinse my motorbike.

I recently upgraded my car to something worth me taking the time to wash by myself rather than taking it to the local scratchy carwash. But, even though I use 2 bucket method to wash my bike, the old hand pump sprayer wasn’t going to cut it for washing the new car.

So I got the WG630E.1, mainly as it has the bigger battery and the brushless motor.
I did have some trepidation after reading some of the reviews, but I had the feeling it was more user error than a bad design. Trying it today for the first time I snapped everything together and once the water made it’s way up the pipe it worked great.

Sure, I’m under no illusion that this has the power of a 3kw Krcher, but it’s a million times better than the Kingfisher’s I’ve been using for almost a decade.

Spent most of the afternoon washing my bike and car and still had plenty charge in the battery to spare.
Deep clean of the car too. Full decontamination wash of the wheels and barrels. Car and bike both foamed (with IK 12 foamer) and rinsed all the nooks and crannies before 2 bucket washes.
The only thing I didn’t use it for was rinsing the SDOC 100 off the chain of my bike as that’s a slow process and would have wasted water. The old Kingfisher was resurrected for that job.

I used the 25 setting 95% of the time with a little 40 for quick soaking and this thing fairly flings out water. That said it still only used about 40l of water in total which is amazing for the amount of washing and rinsing I did today.

Although this is perfect for my application, it is not perfect and there are a few things that I thought were rubbish.
0, 15, 35 & 40 all work great, but the “Soak” setting on the nozzle was pants. Didn’t seem to do much of anything.

When getting up and under into the wheel arches or deep into the wheel barrels my hand would sometimes move up the handle and accidentally switch it to Eco mode. I thought the battery was on the way out the first time I did it.

The clip on the hose is a great idea, but it doesn’t grip the hose well enough. Needs to be a better design.

Other than that, I’m over the moon that I can now properly wash and rinse my vehicles.
I’m sure the bike and car are happy to get some proper TLC too 🙂

Don’t expect the same performance as most mains powered washers as you won’t get it. You also need the extra rotating jet if you want acceptable performance. My Wife found it easier to use than mains powered jetters as there’s no cable to drag around and no big machine. I expect the included adapter to handle jobs where’s there’s no mains water is useful for some but not in my case.

From walking out my door with a soap water bucket, an empty bucket and the hydroshot. 30mins later I walked back in. Car was done and everything cleaned up and put away. I live in a top floor flat and wile there is an outside tap there is no power. I normally allocate an hour plus to wash the car but only 30mins and much less hassle with the hydroshot. I did it from buckets 2 fresh water buckets totally for a jag x type. Also had the soap water bucket separate. I now have the snow foam part 12 off ebay for real worx item. I don’t have access to an outdoor tap so was searching for ways to access a water source with reasonable water pressure, after looking at a few options I settled upon this.

This gadget has solved all of my outdoor cleaning problems. I am able to thoroughly wash my car with 2 or 3 buckets of water taken from my water butt, no more hoses attached to the kitchen taps, and better still the water I use is free and unlike tap water, the rainwater doesn’t leave any watermarks on my car, even if I let it air dry. I have also used it to clean grimy paving slabs, and it does a decent job on those too, and it’s great for giving my mountain bike a quick wash down after coming back from a muddy ride.

The machine itself is quite heavy compared to a normal pressure washer lance, but it’s reasonably well balanced and easy to manoeuvre. The brushless motor isn’t too loud and in my opinion, it puts out more than enough power to handle most jobs effectively.

Overall, this is a great bit of kit and one of the best gadget purchases I have ever made.

Also a https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000LFVSMI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_P9M4KSR6C93XX9S7AHTC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 this bag holds it all well and won’t mind getting damp.

I don’t have access to an outdoor tap so was searching for ways to access a water source with reasonable water pressure, after looking at a few options I settled upon this.

This is a powerful and very adaptable pressure washer which I bought to use on my motorhome whilst travelling. It is not a substitute for a mains powered washer but the ability to fill up a bucket and wash the van off-grid is fantastic. I think this is a cracking tool, I have bought the shampoo bottle and the best accessory, the flexible head, which transforms the washer. The battery lasts for two washes of my 8m van but I have another (non OEM) battery which is as good as the Worx one for extended use. Highly recommended.

This hydroshoot is just perfect for the weekend worries. That’s all the power u need to clean a car. As a car detailer, I clean my car once a week and I can honestly tell u that this is a great toy. My advice is to you get the 6ah battery n ur done. Happy days

The main thing to be aware of – this runs off a bottle or bucket or barrel of standing water using the supplied hose with integrated filter, It’s not designed to connect to a (unfiltered) hose, so better for smaller portable jobs than a hose-connecting washer.

Bought it primarily to wash the car, I bought the snow foam bottle and brush separately. I have to say it did a great job on the car, ir wasn’t caked in mud but it was dirty. Used the snow foam attachment first, worked the foam in to the sills with a brush then rinsed off. It did a cracking job, no smears or marks.
I used it on the decking too and it was so much easier than getting the power washer out. As a comparison I also used it on the paving stones at the side of the house, they had a greenish moss film on them and I was surprised how it lifted it off when the jet was set to zero and 15. It took a little longer than my power washer but less faff.
Definitely recommend this Brushless unit. It seems slightly more powerful when attached to a hose but a 40 litre bucket of warm water brought the car up a treat.
The battery lasted about 35mins, ample time to wash the car and it was fully charged again in 40 mins on the quick charger.
Does a good job on the windows and sills too. Very happy with my purchase.
