I’m a bit of a unique person in that my local gym has great machines, but has old worn out attachments. I don’t trust an attachment that has ropes hanging by a few threads because the rest have all snapped. If the rope was to fully snap whilst your lifting heavy weights, you will cause some serious damage to yourself that you might never recover from.
With this in mind, I thought it wise to take my own equipment to use in the gym. Not only is this set super cheap (as they should last me for years to come), but it also makes my gym experience much more hygienic as I’m now longer sharing straps and ropes with other people. I can attach and detach stuff as I need, and make sure I’m using good quality and clean equipment.
Overall, I think this is a brilliant little set for the price, and I’d highly recommend it!
This set of gym attachments are pretty heavy duty and are likely to more than a match for anything most of us will be able to throw at them.
The ankle straps are comfortable and have a decent amount of adjustability so should suit most sizes. My ankles are 200mm and if anything, these are a little big for me. The full length is 480mm and the Velcro grip section is 110 mm. The ankle pad is nice and wide however there is no extra padding so they do bite a little if you’re really going for extra weight.
The triceps rope is 640mm end to end with a very solid, slide-able connector and the hand grips are a solid rubber.
The machine stirrups are comfortable to grip and I’ve had no issues with slipping as they are a firm rubber type material; I did have to trip a couple of uncomfortable little rubber bits off the edges of the grips. The only issue I have with these stirrups is that they smell like they’ve just come out of some greasy car workshop — not ideal and hopefully this will fade ( I do have sensitive smell though).
All in all a great addition to my workout and at 19.99, excellent value.
Absolutely in love with these different gym apparatus attachments honestly they really make life so much easier and buying these products from shops outside is just way too expensive I literally bought a whole little set of these products for the price that you would normally find a single product in a normal shop so if you want to save money and if you want really good quality products I would definitely recommend buying from here just save your money there’s your time and gives you a really good product in the end
Great set, the tricep rope is great and sturdy. Handles are made of nice firm rubber with good grip! Feels secure and can feel the burn when working out
Great set for beginners and home workouts
Decent set of attachments for use with resistance bands or a cable machine.
The grips on the handles are a really nice chunky rubber. The karabiners are pretty small.
The tricep rope was a bit shorter than I expected and than I am used to using. If you want maximum tricep development when doing a press down you need to be able to extended your arms fully by your sides and this rope is to short to really get the triceps firing. If I was buying this set mainly for the tricep rope I would invest a bit more and get a longer rope.
I’ve not used all of his kit, mainly the cuffs and D handles. The cuffs are durable but need breaking in a bit before full use. The D handles are fantastic, it’s nice to have my own to take to the gym as they’re much better than what is supplied and increase my comfort on the equipment. The other parts, weren’t really something I wanted.
I like to take my own fittings to the gym so I know I’ll get to workout the areas I need without worrying if there will be the right equipment available.
The accessories provided are well made and easy to clip to the equipment (as long as the gym has the clip as that’s not included).
A well priced bag of gym equipment which is of very good quality. Handy to take to the gym to use for the little extra workouts or for using at home in a home gym. Sturdy equipment coming in at an excellent price. Tricep rope, set of handles and leg attachments all really useful.

Good quality attachments for cable machine at reasonable price
his was to replace my existing gym attachments which have become worn with use. they are very good quality. the material is quite strong. they were easy to use and very comfortable.
I have to say it’s been a while since I have reviewed something that I have thought really has been low price and high quality, this is definitely great value for money. I work away offshore and the boats gym doesn’t have the greatest attachments so I have brought these along and the difference is massive.
Everything feels very well made and I’m confident it will withstand any weight I’m able to lift on the wire rope machine.
The handles are also very comfortable compared to the boat ones too.

These are brilliant for my gym bag as whenever I do go to our gym there is no handles for me to complete my weight training but now I can be sure I get the full workout whilst I am there.
Everything is good and strongly made so no complaints here. They are all great, worth the purchase for sure.
Ideal for its use case, strong build gives confidence in use, and I assume most people are buying this for the tricep rope, which indeed is the star of the show. Very well made, good grip on the rope, and the rubber ends can actually be used as grips as they’re bonded on well. Thick and heavy duty metal hook for attaching. Overall, great product, and I’d deem it trustworthy to at least 100kg given that’s what I’ve tested mine at.
