Tech support has been awful took a whole day of being passed around by xerox support then told my printer will be sent straight away.. over 2 weeks later i am still emailing and phoning and no printer as a replaceme

Easy USB setup, wifi more complicated and in my case not necessary. Instructions for installing A4 paper not very clear. Tray has to be extended from the back of the printer. Two sided printing excellent. Fast and quiet.

There is a rumour that both Bill Gates and Steve Jobs got their ideas from the Xerox corporation. The Xerox B210 printer confirms this reputation. it’s performance is outstanding . where it fails is on the instructions . there are 20 videos and 50 PDFs of instructions available . All complicate life beyond comprehension. Concentrate on unpacking the toner cartridge and connecting the printer temporarily with a USB cable to set up the wifi , et VOILA! send print from my iPhone.

If you need a small monochrome laser printer with onboard LAN connectivity I doubt you would find anything better.
I hate printer. Or I did till I got this one. All the others had been sh1tty HP monsters which work as vaccduums when it comes to pasying cash for new cartridges
firstly I would say it’s easy to install and configure. although I had to go online first and google and then I go the drives which I installed onto my Mac mini and followed it onwards from there. its a shame they need to let people know this as I did see a lot of negatives but I thought I’ll try and see if its true or not and yay it worked took me 1 hour though.
Sometimes double prints on a page but only on pearlecent paper. Other than that its good

Bought to print school homework for kids. Very easy to setup and easy to connect via mobile, pc. Small in size, duplex printing. Printing quality is good.
The printer was really good but after reading the instructions I couldn’t set up the WiFi as I needed to have a usb and there wasn’t one so had to order one and get credit from Amazo

first time ive used this brand, the software needed updating but this was done automatically . nice quality and compact. print quality is fine.. black mono print only but great for letters..
Easy to setup wirelessly and running in under 30 minutes. Prints from PC and my Samsung phone. Mechanically there are several blue tapes to remove and some travel protection items all clearly marked.
Really pleased with this printer. I downloaded the drivers from the Xerox web page for my Mac. installed and then connected the printer via USB to set up the wifi settings, Disconnected and hey presto it works. Simple and easy. Finally a printer that just works. Well Done Xerox.

The printer arrived with UK power lead, EU power lead, USB A cable, CD-Rom, and several quick start guides for different languages.
Powering on the printer and connecting to the computer via the USB cable resulted in the printer appearing on the Mac, no installation of drivers or software was required and as a test print I printed a data sheet document off. The printer defaults to duplex mode (two sided printing) but this is just a simple option to select when printing to change to single sided. Note : The 30PPM speed is single sided printing, double sided will be reduced as the printer has to print one side, pull it back in and print the other side.
Setting up wifi was easy, on the Xerox website is the WiFi Setting program. The only issue was initially the program said no printer attached but unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable solved this. You then select your wireless network and a password to access the printer if doing remote printing. Disconnecting the USB when prompted meant the set up was complete. As a test another data sheet was printed this time over wifi and a third was printed using an iPad with air print (again the double sided option can be easily togged when printing).
I’ve seen many complain about the config page printing when the printer powers on, a search on google showed this is also easy to change.
In a web browser simply type in the IP address of the printer on your local network ie 192.168.0.xxx and this will bring up a config screen which you log into using your printers serial number as the default password. Under the settings tab there is a enable/disable option for the configuration page to be printed on start up.
The printer is easy to use and configure, in single sided printing it is very fast and also operates and a good speed for duplex (double sided) printing too. Don’t be worried about ordering this printer, its very easy to set up and use.
One point to make you will need a PC / Mac to setup wifi, you can only use ethernet or wifi – not both together.
For a 100ish printer this is a good value printer that gives good speed and print quality.
I’ve had three or four inkjet printers over the years, they’ve all been rubbish compared to this printer. It works. I read and was apprehensive about reviews that mentioned difficulty in setting up but I didn’t experience this at all, it was beyond easy, just followed the instructions (you need to download the software either via the website or use the CD provided) and you need to connect with a USB but only to do the initial network setup.
I’m a writer, it’s incredibly useful. Footprint is very reasonable, the cartridges are supposed to last for approx 1000 pages. It’s a yes from me.

Proper duplex printing and wireless networking for this price can’t be bad. Great delivery time. Needed to learn a little about AirPrint and Direct-tx networks to make it reliable, but a few tweaks of the properties sorted that out.

Achtung! Ich muss hier noch mal zwingend nachtrglich editieren. Das ein Gert nicht quasi komplett ausgeschaltet und via WLAN geweckt werden kann, sollte eigentlich klar sein, aber es wird hier immer wieder gern moniert. Wenn man den Drucker in den richtigen Erergiesparmodus versetzt, verbraucht er knapp 1 Watt und ist immer sofort via WLAN erreichbar. Das ist auch vllig normal, da ein Microcontroller nun mal auch Strom verbraucht, wenn ein WLAN Netz dauerhaft zur Verfgung gestellt werden soll. Was das Einrichten des Druckers, insbes. auch das Verbinden mit dem WLAN betrifft, so fehlt den meisten Usern mit Sicherheit das ntige Grundverstndnis. Bei mir hat es wie gesagt reibungslos und auf Anhieb funktioniert. Auch der Punkt mit der Seite beim Starten lsst sich ja problemlos per Google lsen und deaktivieren. Sorry, aber das musste ich noch mal loswerden, weil bei den Leuten, die diese Punkte kritisieren, der Fehler vor dem Bildschirm sitzt. 😉
Buona la consistenza e la meccanica della macchina. Semplce ed efficace la stampa fronte retro. Qualche problema con la connessione in wirless, nel senso che tende a sconfigurarsi (consigliabile la connessione in rete lan) Problematico lo spegnimento della stampante( occorrono pi tentativi).
Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo, specie per il costo dei toner di riserva, tra i pi economici della categoria.
I have been using this printer for almost a year. It has been trouble free, and prints cleanly and quickly. It also takes up relatively a small amount of space on my desk.

Amazing value. I have printed on paper and 160g card from my iPhone and Windows 10 PC all via my Ethernet network. It prints effortlessly and with great quality. It has a plethora of interface standard both in terms of hardware sockets and software standards. Double sided printing is easy and automatic if you want. It can be left on all the time as it consumes just 1W in standby (about 2 per year!). Don’t worry about the reports of it wasting paper – it doesn’t – unless you have the option to print header pages etc switched on. Only had a week so can’t vouch for its reliability. In Europe the included toner is good for about 1500 pages so that’s a real bonus value-wise. Will be recommending to friends!

Realised that basically 99% of my printing was black and white, so why bother with the multi inks and tiresome constant resetting of the ‘use black and white only’ features.
This printer has been excellent so far (a few months in) when considering its cost (printers seem to have come down in cost quite a bit the last few years..) and the quality/speed it operates at.
Laser cartridges for it also seem reasonably priced for the number of sheets they (allegedly?….) print.
I only have one criticism, and that’s the set up of the wireless connection, which has to be done via USB – I consider myself a reasonably advanced PC user as I’ve had one for at least 25 years, and also work in IT, but the set up on this drove me nuts – possibly even more so as when it worked (eventually) there seemed to be no logic as to why it had suddenly worked – this frustration led me to knock a star off the overall rating.
The printer can work well for Mac users like myself BUT Xerox does not provide the same tools for Mac Users as they do for PC (Windows) which makes the Mac-friendly claim a little tenuous. (Why I have dropped a star)
As I found like many others it’s not as simple as plug and go wirelessly. Works fine on USB but that’s not enough. HOWEVER after spending too long trying to find answers on various forums I stumbled along these instructions to get on wifi and they do work. Also for some reason, all Xerox printers spill out a configuration page every time you turn the printer on and some have a banner page prior to printing documents. Which is obviously a waste of paper and ink and very annoying. (Xerox if your reading this you could probably hit all your sustainability targets for the next 5 years by switching this off) Just Sayin 😉
Once you manage to log into the printer below you can switch off the config and banner page in the settings.

I was stuck on this as well, here is a solution that works on a Mac or Linux. It should work with any computer, actually! Doesn’t require any drivers or driver downloads.
It’s a shame that Xerox doesn’t include these steps cleary in the installation instructions but anyway here you go.
In a nutshell, you need to connect the printer to your Ethernet network, tell it to recognize the wired network, then log in through your web browser to set the wireless settings.
In detail:
* Get an Ethernet cable (Cat5)
* Plug Cat5 from printer into your router or switch (this is probably the box that has antennae for WiFi)
* Hold down WPS button (second from top) on the printer for 2 seconds
* Wait a few minutes until blinking stops, now it’s on your network; if your goal is to get it on the LAN, you’re done
To get it on wifi:
* Press red button for 2 seconds to get a status printout
* Find IP address under Network Setup > TCP/IP Settings
* Type that address into the address bar on your laptop
* Change the default password, which is the serial number, to something and write it down somewhere
* Log in
* Go to Properties > Connectivity > Protocols > Wireless Setup > Edit Settings
* Click Search Available to find your network
* It will ask for a log in; use admin / printer password again
* Choose your network
* Put in your *network* password in Security Key or Passphrase
* It will pop up asking for username and password, put in admin and printer password
* Click Restart Connection
You can unplug the Ethernet cable now.

Perfect, speedy printer. Toners are a bit pricey but a small price to pay for the quality of printing given……highly recommended.
This printer does brilliantly the job. Easily connected using the provided disk with drivers.
The printer is fast and produce fine quality copies.
Only thing i don’t like is that i can’t turn it off. The green led is always on.
But seems that in terms of consumption this is negligible.

Automatic double-sided printing makes life a lot easier! Also, it has great wireless connectivity, which is easy to set up and I have not had any problems with that so far.
Have not yet had to replace the toner, but as far as I am aware the running costs are one of the lowest you can get for a home/home office printer.
Not having to replace ink cartridges or to worry these will dry up if not used for a while is also a relief.

This printer is top quality, easy to set up, double sided, economical….what’s not to like? It does exactly what it says on the box.
When I ordered it, there was some confusion over delivery as we live in a rather rural location and the driver failed to find our house! However, the customer service I received was exceptional.
Every possible effort was made to ensure I received the printer the following day, I was kept updated throughout and given an apology and partial refund. My trust in Customer Service has been restored….thank you so much!
Good quality and prints quickly. Very good for home and office use. It prints a test page each time I turn it on.
It prints quickly, double sided and quality is great. It’s black and white only and suits my home office needs for work.
I’ve set it up with the cable directly to my laptop, so can’t comment on other connectivity. It’s basic but so far no printer jams and smooth printing.
*Warning: mine came with US plug and I’m in UK* But a UK kettle style plug is what is required so bear this in mind*
Minor niggle is that a test print page is printed each time you turn printer in. I’m sure this can be changed in settings, just not obvious to me how, yet!

Ink Jet printer Was costing a fortune to run! This printer responds speedily and with good print quality- wirelessly. Very happy with purchase and ease of use.
Only wanted this printer for Airprinting docs from iPad and iPhone so can’t comment on drivers for Windows etc. Set up using WPS from main router and printing via AirPrint soon after. Wasted time trying to get sensible support from Xerox … instructions in the Manual PDF online and probably on the CD. For what I wanted, quick and easy.
This hits a good balance between budget, efficiency and form factor. It’s ideal for my small business needs (invoices, contracts etc). Setting it up on the network was easy, it’s even connected relatively easily to several instances running on my prox-mox server which makes a pleasant change.
Prints quickly without extraneous noise or vibration. Overall, very impressed.
Works well and is just about ok for what I need but is good for the price for a laser printer, quality on text seems to be very pixelated but ok for foiling needs, arrived before I even got the dispatch email so very impressed with that.
so much easier with this wireless printer. my previous printer has to be connected with usb and that meant the computer has to be where the printer was. so this printer totally give me freedom in that aspect. the printing quality is good and it prints fast.

win7 and 10. Via usb,wireless and network.
I would take out the 13 extra two years warranty offered by bubble as if you have issues it will pay for itself.
The only issue has been initial set-up whereby I was unable to set up via our MacBook and had to use our older Windows PC, which loaded set-up first time!
The Xerox prints a cover sheet which is not an option I desired and also two-sided as standard however the Xerox utility allows the cover sheet to be disabled and likewise two sided mode can be adjusted.
