Overall, I’m very impressed – good image quality across my living room (about 11 feet) on to a big screen. The setup is a little bit involved (getting the projector to talk to the computer, getting the image size right etc) but once it’s done, it’s done (and it seems to be a bit of a challenge with all projectors) and things are fine. Small and compact; successfully connected to a laptop and Apple TV box so far without problems. I’d definitely recommend on the basis of experience so far.
After the M8-F not meeting my needs XuanPad suggested I try their M03H model and this was a vast improvement in what I was looking for: a budget projector that threw a decent projection for a darkened room.
Brightness, in my mostly darkened room the image projected is more than bright enough to clearly see, with the blinds up and the daylight coming in the image is a bit washed out but visible. This is good for a projector in this price range.
Colours & contrast, the colours are really close to being true out of the box, a little fussing in the menu and changing the profile in my computer saw the colours being well represented and good (actually surprisingly well) separated. ( I work with colour management every day so fussy about that ). The contrast is also well controlled out of the box.
Sharpness, as always lowering the sharpness really improves the image for movies, but in this M03H projector I left it on a little, this is good to see.
Resolution, this one is actually 1080p (not ‘1080 supported’) that makes a real difference to the viewing experience at100′ or so screen sizes. You can see much more detail making for a better experience.
Noise, well there is always one thing to pick out and in this case it’s that necessary fan noise, expect to hear 37db sitting 1.5 meters away with 47db at the projector. It is quieter than the M8-F but still loud on its own in a quiet room, however once the movie starts and you have the volume up on your speakers then the noise fades away – it’s still there but not as intrusive or off putting during the movie. Of course wearing headphones eliminates that completely. Bright lights need cooling.
Projection, there is good adjustability with digital and manual keystone correction as well as rotation correction to help make sure you have a straight image throw if your projector is a bit crooked. Focus is still manual but not difficult and once it’s set you can forget about it unless you move your screen or projector of course.
The built in AirPlay works well
This is a great budget projector for anyone as long as you consider that cinemas are dark for a reason, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one if you are looking for a decent image at a good price.
I really like this projector, it’s cheap, bright and compact and has great connectivity. The iOS screen share works well and the fan noise it makes, while noticeable at first is not too bad and is easy to ignore. It’s simple to operate, the entire manual is in the settings and it comes with a decent enough tripod. You can ceiling mount it too. The fact it comes with a 100″ screen (with wall fixings included!) makes it an incredible bargain imo, I have no hesitation in recommending this projector. For the price it’s perfect.
I bought this projector to have movie nights in bed or out in the back garden, the projector is easy to set up and connect to a laptop or fire stick. I’ve been able to play Netflix, Disney + and other tv apps. The picture is amazing even during the day as shown in my photos. I have a larger screen as well to watch it on.
The only downside is the volume it’s quite low even when turned up high so I will probably have to purchase speakers to connect to it. I’m not sure if it’s the volume itself or just the sound of the fan as it’s loud.
But other than that I would recommend this projector especially for the price it does the job but just be aware you may need to also purchase speakers and leads to connect them.
Easy setup , quality good, having go manually adjust everything to get best picture can be a faff if you want better colour get a proper screen. Sheet is OK for a freebie. Sound make sure you put settings to movie for better quality or use soundba
Bought this with voucher for 63 like really I couldn’t believe it but was skeptical on quality.i was just using as an intro into projector use in my home.
Wow the unit is tiny and relatively quiet (laptop sound essentially), not lying the colours straight out of box weren’t great so I included my settings which work great in my opinion!!
The remote is actually very nice to use and similar to fire stick quality, easy setup works everytime.
Videos at about 80″ are very clear and bright (70% dark room needed)…at 200″ it is good but with 90% dark room minimum. Sound is like a cheap radio but I have watched many shows with not a bother and had to have it at 35-45% volume to hear the show comfortably.
It’s so cool that if you hook up iPhone to HDMI to projector and use AirPods or sonos sound bar I have had cinema level experiences..
Negatives : can’t watch during day time or pretty much before 7pm (summer time), adjustment is limited and a no go for angles, last thing is the lenses seem to get dust on the inner side which can been seen on black scenes so maybe an Air duster can fix this.
Overall we are satisfied with the product. we use it in the bedroom for watching movies during the night and the picture quality is very good. It has some noise by the way.
For the price I’m definitely impressed by this projector. Obviously not the most amazing quality in the world but definitely does the job. Perfect for movie nights and can also plug in an Xbox. Very easy to use and comes with a remote
Works well with Amazon fire stick. Picture quality is not the best, but ok for the price.
1 issue I need to mention is that the projector is a bit noisy when it’s on.
Decided the tech has probably moved on, to to try another budget offering.
First thoughts:
– this isn’t the brightest projector. As with most budget projectors the quoted “16000L brightness” is just a lie, unfortunately. There is no way this is 16,000 ANSI Lumens, if that’s what’s meant. Even pricey high end projectors from reputable brands are only typically about 1,000 to a few thousand lumens, so this figure is clearly pulled out of the air, and not verified by anyone.
– once the sun went down and the garden darker, the brightness is OK, if not spectacular.
– colour saturation, etc. is good.
– hard to confirm, but “native Full HD1080p” is plausible – picture has better sharpness and resolution than my old projector.
– on-board O/S is fairly friendly.
Good points:
+ colour saturation is fairly good.
+ clear, sharp picture.
+ easy to use, fairly intuitive on-board operating system and playback options (haven’t tried any wifi streaming to it)
+ lightweight and easy to set up.
+ with HDMI input, stereo sound can be taken out of through 3.5mm audio jack socket to external amp and speakers (as long as you make sure the HDMI sound isn’t Dolby license protected).
+ could plug in a Fire TV stick to this projector, and power it from the projector’s USB socket.
+ reasonably cheap at 99 when I bought it.
+ comes with a free cloth screen.
+ not silent, but much definitely quieter for a similar brightness, compared to a 7-year old projector.
Not so good points:
– needed to be pretty dark environment – not really very bright for twilight viewing.
– audio settings are a bit fiddly.
FireTV stick use. It kind of says this in the instructions, but they weren’t 100% clear: to get sound out of the audio jack when you’ve got a Dolby sound licensed device like a FireTV stick plugged in as the source, you need to go into the Settings menu of the FireTV stick (*not* the Settings menu of the projector), and under Display and Sound, disable all the funky Dolby audio stuff, because this projector doesn’t have the decoders for it. I can’t recall the exact menu option, but it wasn’t the same as written down in the projector user guide. Basically, you want to tell your FireTV stick to send an old-fashioned, dumb, PCM stereo sound output, and then your stereo output on the projector springs into life and you get sound.
Can’t really comment on the auto-focus: I didn’t use it, I’m not even sure it has it. But manual focus and keystone correction work fine.
Also haven’t tested the WiFi streaming as it was easy to plug in a FireTV I already had set up, but the projector connected to my network with no problems.
Bought this lovely projector for my family entertainment. The projector is excellent for its price. It comes with an HDMI cable to connect with your laptop or other devices.
If you want to use your iPhone/iPad you have to buy an adapter to connect with it. It’s easy to use and small to move around. The volume is not the best however connecting my speaker with my phone I can feel like we are in the cinema. Highly recommended
I was greatly surprised this proyector! , I was also skeptical about it before buying it, I’m more of a known brand type of person in order to rely on a product and I didn’t know that brand before tbh, but it completely worth it, at least for my needs it’s enough, very powerful and bright , great quality but of course you need to have the proper setup (vulnerable to all conditions that affect a proyecto like light proyectio surface etc)
The only downside it’s the noise but it compensates it with a great built in speaker sound quality which are pretty decent.
I got this simply to project images onto a canvas for artwork and in this respect it is perfectly suited for the job and very easy to use and set up – I can use a USB for this. Can’t comment on quality for other uses but seems like a good quality budget option.
The product has great picture quality when projected on our walls and for the first three or four days the audio quality wasn’t bad either but for the last day, the audio starts off as being good but spontaneously becomes low and the rest of a three hour movie is on that low volume without changing any of the previous settings.
After this review, the Xuanpad team contacted me through email and made a generous offer to replace the projector or provide me with a Bluetooth speaker. I opted for the Bluetooth speaker because the video quality of the projector itself is good. And they were kind enough to send the Bluetooth speaker.
Before I gave a 2 star rating for the product but because of their prompt, kind and generous customer service I changed my review to a 4 star.

Came the next day even though said woule be delivered in a couple days. Easy set up. Iphone mirroring was okay but whenever i went on an app like itv it wouldnt show the video only sound? Unsure if this is because of copyright etc but it did work for a couple mins or so before. Anyway ive ordered a fire stick to use with it as dont want to be connected to my phone anyway. Wifi set up was easy and bluetooth connection also easy but the sound is pretty good so will probably just use the projector sound. Impressed with picture quality, this and a fire stick came to about 120 pound and cant go wrong for basically a cinema in your bedroom. It did freeze at one point and had to unplug but i was messing about pressing stuff to see what it did. I imagine if you pick a show and press play it will be fine espesh with a firestick much less faff. It does get quite hot underneath too.
I bought this for a future event where we will have no television. I tried it out on my xbox. Movies and videos are excellent. The quality of it all is amazing. I suggest buying a screen. I just used a bedsheet for now. The sound is also good. Colours are vibrant. Gaming is decent but not the best although its not what its made for.
This is a great projector. We use it about 100″ across connected to an XBox via HDMI and sound outputted via Jack plug to a Sonos and gives us the full movie experience. Yes there are way more expensive options with built in Wi-fi but this thing is bright, sharp and very quick to set-up. Very happy and I would recommend it as an inexpensive way to get a great home theatre experience.
UPDATE: I have received a replacement and I like to be honest in my reviews, this one has a tad bit better brightness but I still don’t think it 700Ansi as I can compare it with the one I own now, although I would definitely recommend it for movie nights or such as it fans are very quiet and sound system is good. The customer service of the manufacturer is absolutely outstanding and very helpful. If you looking for an upgrade I would recommend to check it for yourself.
So the ad says it’s 700 ANSI (20000) lumen and I can assure you that it’s definitely not the case as I owned 650 ANSI lumen one before and 8000 lumens one and this one can only compare with the 8000lumens one not 20000 as described. We have checked every possible setting to make it a bit brighter but it’s not giving anything. The only good side is that it definitely has 4k that’s why I gave it the 2 stars. Overall I’m returning it and I’ll buy my previous model again.

The machine was used for several months you know one of those purchases… Eventually started using and discovered the versatility of a projector in today’s modern/streaming world without the need to use up space…and also the ability to change screen size (up to 100inch+)
After a couple of months the tripod was slipping so not sturdy. I got in touch with them and they were fantastic….sent them a video andbthey confirmed possible error. Things go wrong (in life) its what gets done to correct that matters and such decide where you spend your dollars/s. They sent me a:
“In order to solve your problem, we are willing to apply to send you an optimized small tripod and a retractable floor tripod!”….did i even know i needed one? Well it arrived recently and i have to say -buy a retractable floor tripod for projector as your options open up. Thank you soo much to XuanPad for illuminating this idea to me. So bright.

Edit and updates stars for customer service: the sellers reached out to me quickly and got a replacement sent to me for no charge, and when that one also didn’t work they had another one sent over! I would suggest getting a little fan to have blowing on it as the orange mark is a burn from it getting to hot. All in all I am satisfied and back being able to binge watch my shows haha
I love everything about this projector but only having it for 5 months and it developing this orange blob is not the best. I want to give it 5 stars because everything else is top notch but I can barely see a portion of the screen now.
It is a good high quality product and would not change it for any other!

– The internet connection always breaks up. While you are watching something over the screen mirroring the internet connection issue causes delays so using it with Hdmi cable would offer better experience.
– The fans on it a bit loudly. But they prevent being overheated at the same time. I haven’t sensed heat on it or around so far.
Positives;
– Price. After couple of investigations on the internet I thought that it offers a good quality in this price range.
– Easy to use. The setup process and navigation in the main menu particularly with the remote are easy to use.
– Quality. The picture quality is also good. You just need to adjust the sharpness and slope.
Overall it is worth the price. I am happy with the results so far.
After plenty of research for a projector to use as a home cinema for my kids, I decided on XuanPad and it didn’t disappoint. It’s perfect for home movie nights – the brightness, colour and sharpness of the picture was better than expected for a budget projector. Easy to set up and connect to phone or firestick/laptop The sound is pretty good but can be improved with connection to a speaker. Overall, considering the price, this little budget punches way above its weight and has exceeded my expectations.
This projector is sturdy, well made, the packaging gives me alot of confidence. Once we tried it, we noted the picture is very clear, the sound is really good and overall this is a solid projector for the money paid.

I wanted a projector for a small bedroom, o i bought this one and wall mounted it. The distance is approx 2.5m and the quality is fantastic! Easy to use and easy to adjust.
I’ve had afew but this one is fantastic, the Bluetooth is Brill, I don’t use the speakers which are inbuilt but my wife seems happy with them. I use a sound bar, no lag in sound. Best purchase on a budget and perfect quality, again no lag on sound or picture.
Fire stick used which works to perfection. I would highly recommend even if your 50/50 is worth a go.
I bought this after my friend recommended it. He’s away with work a lot so takes it to play his PS5 and stream Movies on. I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price but it’s absolutely brilliant!
Picture quality is great and it scales up and down in size nicely. I’ve used it in my sons bedroom when he’s had friends sleep over and it’s like having a mini cinema.
Set up and connectivity is easy. The only thing I’d suggest is you buy a lightening to HDMI cable if you can’t to stream from an iPhone.
The sound quality is decent enough and you can connect an external speaker if needed.

I am so impressed. I’ve had blub based projectors in the past and this tops them in an instant.
I wasn’t looking for refresh rates, 4k or anything fancy, just something to impress the toddlers with a home cinema experience so jumped in at just 48 while on offer expecting a basic project. Honestly, wow. I have tested this only in August daytime in a loft conversion room, so as you can imagine, not the optimal dark room but it is still crystal clear. Even with the curtains open ( photo2) it is still perfectly watchable. I’m not even using a white wall, my walls are cream and it still looks good.
But in the dark it has vibrant colours and crisp visuals. I have tested it with: android phone, laptop, switch, and the built in USB video player and hit no issues with HDCP or anything of the likes. It worked for everything. I normally game on a 4k 120hz oLED but honestly, for the price, I’m so impressed. No noticeable motion blur and really shines when you hook up something in native 1080p like the switch. It’s going to be a must for family movie and game nights.
I cannot believe the quality of what a lot of people would class as either budget or starter. I have this in my bedroom projecting onto a 100 inch screen and the picture quality is incredible. All I would say Is the audio isn’t great so I have plugged in a couple of small speakers which has transformed the sound quality and plays in surround. All round an amazing purchase.
Perfect 1080p projector set up quick to try and as you can see picture is perfect, using a fire stick for movies is great. The images are on a sunny day with curtains closed.
If you take time to set up the image you can get a very sharp and bright image.
The speakers are better than I expected but I connect to my soundbar via Bluetooth and sync the audio.
If your looking for a good image for a cheap price for movie nights with he kids or watching in the evening what a project id 100% recommended it.

With the given price, quality of the projector is really really good(reviewing on the first day).
The only issue is it doesn’t have Bluetooth so too many wires(one for power, other for laptop or the device connected to the projector).
But for now really pleased with my purchase.

It’s quiet, not silent but I was very impressed with the lack of noise and heat after my experiences with a much older projector which would need time to cool down when turning off.
Build quality is ok, the unit is nice and light, the keystone is a manual adjustment rather than digital but works well and is actually quicker to adjust than having to drill through menus, the kids are able to understand it and tweak it too.
Sound is ok, again better than I expected but you’re not going to want to run a movie night with just the inbuilt speaker, but I was able to connect it to a separate speaker using the audio output with no issues.
It’s great for my needs, I can plug a firestick in for wireless media, we’ve played the switch and xbox on it and had a great time.
Very easy to adjust the screen to the size, focus and angle you need with use of the remote and keystone buttons on the projector.
I have plugged in my Sky TV box through the HDMI port and works perfectly.
The projector is a little noisy but it is currently next to me, once I put my floating shelf up above the bed hopefully I won’t notice it as much.
The sound is ok, can be lacking a bit of bass. I use a sound bar through the Sky Box, but that’s something I’ve always done so just what I’m used to.
I have tried the Apple Casting function, little bit slow for me but my Wi-Fi is slow so I wasn’t expecting much. It is a decent feature though and as long as I’m not watching live tv through it it worked fine. But as I said, I believe this is down to my Wi-Fi and not the projector.
When you turn the projector on it defaults to the 100″ screen but once loaded it goes to whatever setting you left it on which is good.
The picture shown is from when I first got it plugged in, this is against a magnolia wall, I haven’t used the screen provided yet.
I can get a decent image at about 80″ from around 8-9ft which is bigger than I was planning on having it so pleased with that.

I tried it out before going to present and it worked ok. I was surprised that this projector came with a screen and also with a tripod.
I Haven’t used the screen at all.
The tripod is flimsy at best and doesn’t hold up very well. Even getting everything tight it would tilt back with the weight of the plug (What?)
The first impression that you have is that it has a good quality overall, the first picture is awesome. However , when the menu comes to play you can see some distortion in the letters(Not a big deal).
The day before the presentation I tried connecting it via HDMI and it worked ok. The day of the presentation it showed no signal. I tried different things such as switching HDMI ports, cable, restarting the projector and PC. Nothing worked. Then I tried via bluetooth. It worked as I connected my laptop to it. The presentation was showing but the quality was low. Really unresponsive when I changed the slides as well. It would be stuck in the first slide and then it would go over to the 4th or 5th randomly. And then it froze completely. Had to disconnect the power cord from the projector, because the device wouldn’t restart.
Bear in mind that the distance that it had to the wall was about 2-3m. with an 150cm display probably. I changed the resolution in the pc and it didn’t change much unfortunately.
The sound is good enough and loud for an audience of 5/6 people.
Really liked the tripod and screen. They also offer you an extent warranty which is a really nice touch.
It would be good if they provided a bigger power lead and a secure connection to the power outlet so it didn’t come out in the middle of the presentation.
I will return this projector and ask for my money back.
Update: Their customer service is formidable. And got in touch with me to see what went wrong and to supply me with a new projector and help me through out. Really impressed.
The image is reasonably bright. It need a dark room to be honest. The projection size is Ok but I couldn’t get it projected to the required screen size from about 2.5m. There was a big black mark on the screen when I projected which I don’t know why and hence I had to return it (I think it is an issue with the particular unit I got). The image is best projected straight opposite to the wall/screen, if not except some focus issue around the longer side. For the price, this is a good projector. All the adjustments including 4D key stone works well . Good for occasional use depends on your projection distance, expected screen size.
Builtin speaker is loud but can be better and voice is clear, Fan noise is low and non intrusive. Android screen mirroring worked ok. The tripod is good quality and has 2 height level adjustment with the turn of a knob. Comes with a lense cover. Build quality is good, remote is Ok and will get the job done. (Rating based on the assumption that the black mark is an issue with the particular unut I received)
Absolutely amazing projector for the price! Light weight, great picture and the sound is really good. Comes with a remote but no projector screen (which is fine if you’ve got a large blank wall).

I bought this for the second bedroom in a static caravan due to space restrictions. I wasn’t expecting very much due to the price, but how wrong I was it’s brilliant. The picture is great. Sound good and you can hardly hear the fan.
Good quality so far and isn’t as noisy as i a expected to that’s great!
My only complaint is that there’s only two aspect ratio options on this were other models at a similar price have more.
If you have any issues with this item they have great customer service. When my new one arrived in just days it work amazing for the money, although I did add my own speaker. Worth the money.

Great projector, easy to setup and one of the best out there. Great with a casting dongle and focus can be adjusted to make the image sharper depending on distance and size. Worked Great even in the day time. Would recommend against plain wall and mounting on tripod. Remote very handy all round Great piece of kit with HDMI cable provided and all the ports necessary which are required for different devices. Highly recommend

You wont feel awful once you cast on it. The sound is great, picture quality is decent for this price. First impression would definitely be positive. I re considered this product after I have returned a 140 pounds worth projector with all connectivity features – WIFI, Bluetooth, firestick, screen mirroring etc. So thumbs up for this one 🙂
So happy I finally got a projector! It changes the vibe completely of the room, really nice when you have friends over to listen to music or watch films for a movie night.
I love that I can have it anywhere in my place but I tend to have it projected on the wall next to my bed before I go to sleep.
I got a fire stick with it as this seemed the most straight forward but I will be getting the necessary cables for my phone and laptop as the fire stick doesn’t have everything you might want to watch.
The quality and sound of the projector really surprised me!!
If I’m playing music I connect it to my speaker to the Fire stick but usually if I’m watching movies etc I don’t use the speaker (don’t need it!)
Really great quality, only thing I would say is sometimes when you are adjusting the lens to get the perfect view, it can be slightly blurry in the corners of the screen but it’s hardly noticeable.

I bought this for my daughter. We already have a projector for downstairs but she wanted one for her room.
This one is much better than our other and I may have to replace the downstairs one. The sound on this is great compared to the other and the picture is very sharp.
My daughter doesn’t use her television anymore, she has pointed this at one of her walls and watches everything on there now.
It is great for when she has friends staying over.
In a small single room, I purchased a bendy arm mount and attached it to the headboard or my bed. (Can also use a ceiling mount). I attached a Google chrome cast into the unit, now I can lay in bed and watch anything I want on the big screen. I did however mess with the settings and opted for a smaller ratio but brighter and clearer. Still a huge area though. The tilt and focus sliders on the top work perfectly and you can hone it into a perfectly straight, clear image. Just takes some messing around. As with all projectors, you need to make the room as dark as possible, to get clear images. Sound quality is awful, but it doesn’t matter to me as I used an “audio jack” speaker for good sound quality.
All in all this is 1000% worth the money spent. Great starter unit.
We ordered this as a last-minute replacement for a lost projector. I expected worse quality for the price. Previously I bought a cheap projector and threw it straight in the bin, it was so bad. This projector is great for the price. The picture quality was good for the purpose, the only slight problem I had was a little fuzziness around edges, but to be honest the base we rested the projector on was quite wobbly and not straight so any projector would have struggled. We held a music session and successfully displayed the music to the group via the projector. All text and music clear and easy to read. I am very happy with the multiple ports, covers all my needs. It has fine-tune adjustments which my previous cheap projectors never had, so very happy with that, and image size is large enough for a medium sized room. Generally would recommend this for most casual uses.
I use this in a mostly dark room about 2 metres from screen and picture looks good. It works with my Roku stick, which draws power from the projector’s USB port. Wish there was a volume control on it to save having to use the remote – sound is OK but obviously nothing fancy.
For some time now I have been interested in acquiring a projector to watch movies. I had a limited budget as this is a whim and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the projector. I think that for its price there is no better choice, at least for me it has been a great purchase, I am very satisfied. I don’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t play many audio codecs and that’s a problem if you plug it, for example to a pendrive or a hard disk, I solve this problem by plugging it to the laptop through the HDMI, this way it also plays in 1080 and it’s noticeable. I would recommend buying it, in fact I’m going to give one to a friend of mine.
UPDATE: I’ve increasing my rating as their customer service was great. They reached out to see if they could help with a solution or find a new projector. They were quick to respond and thoughtful in their answers.
Using for karaoke, totally fit for purpose. Great small projector!

Sound is decent, fan is not so noticeable when playing something. I’m using it with a fire tv stick and had not had any issues with connectivity. Overall it’s an ok projector that can be used when the room is dark without the need of external speakers, but either has to be placed overhead or in front of you so you get a straight picture

This projector is great. Received as a gift and can’t wait to start watching movies on it. Comes with a handy AV cable and HDMI cable to connect to the laptop. Great price for what I received and the size is relatively good( see last pic for size reference).
Really easy to set up, sounds is good and projector is great. Room doesn’t need to be pitch black to see, we had curtains closed in the day and could see it perfectly!
Bought this for use by my son at University when they have movie nights. The picture is still bright in a lot room and very pleased with the quality for the price paid.
Feels a bit cheap but that said it’s def fit for purpose. I’m now using it as a tv screen !
I have nothing to compare this projector to as this is our first but for it’s price it is performing really well. It is also very small, lightweight and would be easy to carry around. so far we are very satisfied with the quality. Of course it wont be as crisp or coloured as an actual television but we are now enjoying watching movies on a bigger screen which is our purpose of buying this.

Easy to use and set up, good quality picture, for the price. Arrived earlier than initially informed, so that was a bonus as I needed it for a party. All round good quality for the price and information was straight forward to on how to set up. Can use as a small home cinema late
This projector is considerably cheaper than those of the big makes such as Epson and obviously is not quite as good but it does work well and is well made. It gives a reasonably bright picture on to a screen from about 2 m distance. You may have to reduce ambient light by closing curtains to obtain the best image. It runs very quietly and has multiple inputs. I have only tried the HDMI.
We bought the projector for our daughters birthday to have a little cinema experience, we tried it without screen at first and it was so clear, very great quality we casted a movie using our chrome cast and plugged our cinema system to it such a great experience I would highly recommend this item to anyone that would like to purchase one of these. The picture quality is amazing, and very clear. We used the sound of our laptop, which btw was very easy to connect. We haven’t yet figured out to work the speakers, but the projector is good.
Came with the HDMI cable, we connected it to laptop with our own adapter (modern laptops)

On the plus side, the picture quality is perfectly adequate even when quite large. The biggest we’ve had it is about 4 metres across and it works perfectly fine for movies and sports alike. Setup is very straightforward.
The downsides are that it the fan that cools the projector is quite loud, so not *great* (but still OK) for watching if you need the volume to be low or don’t have good speakers/headphones. Additionally, the colour saturation does not really compare that well with the screens on my Macbook or I-mac, but that is to be expected given the price.
This will not work well in daylight, but again, this is a budget item, and I think you’d have to spend double or triple the amount to get something that would be bright enough to do so.
The built in speaker is basically useless in my opinion as almost any other speaker would work better. This doesn’t bother me as it is very easy to connect my devices to hifi speakers, bluetooth speakers or headphones.

The picture quality is really good, I use this projector to watch movies in my accommodation, it’s easy to set up and use and portable because of its size.
Didn’t want to buy another TV for the house so decided to try a projector. Great value and works really well. Sound from the projector is a bonus and not bad. You can easily hook up an external speaker if you need one. If you are after ultra crisp 4K then you will need to shop elsewhere and pay a lot more. Might struggle with a lot of ambient light as bulb isn’t excessively bright.
Really good quality for the price. Brightness is great and the picture is very clear. Fan does make a slight noise but not enough to be a distraction. Would be good if it came with a lense cover but doesn’t impact the usability. Super simple to set up, can get started in minutes

Spending 2 months abroad in a property without a TV. We don’t watch much telly but this works well against a white wall and indoors. Not tried outside but may struggle.
The first projector I received did not work, it had a massive black dot in the middle of the screen which would grow until it covered the whole screen. I emailed the seller and they immediately sent a new projector, it arrived the next day and worked perfectly. The picture quality is great. The only down fall is the sound, it is not loud and turning it up seemed to do nothing. However it has an aux cable so we will attach a speaker at some point. Overall, Great for the price.
I have been looking for a solution to have a tv in my bedroom for them lazy film nights in bed but I didn’t want a tv stuck to my wall so decided to try this route instead! Purchased myself a firestick and simply set up!
It took me longer to set up my firestick than it did to set this up!

Easy to use nice build ,great has it has a VGA socket ,I couldn’t get any joy with USB and VGA signal seemed weak..returned as not needed.
