The fluency of screen mirroring with wireless connection will be affected by your router’s network speed.
The unit is compact but robust with a good finish. It connected to my laptop first time. The picture is bright and clear. The backpack not only protects the projector but also makes it easy to transport.

I bought this based on reading the reviews on Amazon. I was not disappointed. The setup was so easy, I had it done in about 10mins. The picture is great and it has a built in speaker. I don’t know what the talk of 4k is about, as far as I can see it’s only 1080p. Nevertheless, I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Bought for a present and my son absolutely loves it. I am impressed by the picture quality & brightness and the keystone feature is very useful in wonky rooms!. Sound quality seemed fine to me. The backpack is great as he can conveniently take it out to watch with friends. Would recommend!
Perfect to create that home cinema experience, the hardest part was deciding where to position it. Easily connected to Iphone and android phones to screenshare. Fire stick works well for amazon prime/Netflix/Diseny plus etc. and connects to bluetooth speaker if you want to bump up the volume.
As budget projectors go, I enjoyed my Vankyo l430 (native 720) but quickly got the bug for a better image as I could see the pixels even from 3m away. After reviewing a tonnes of projectors in my budget range, this was by far the best spec. And the Yaber Pro Y9 has not disappointed. When I first turned it on I thought there was issue with the sound card…..but I’d accidentally muted it .
The picture quality is really good. And can be comfortably viewed under low lamp lighting, but perfect when all the lights are off. The contrast is far better on this than my previous projector. Plus benefits of Bluetooth and WiFi.
Definitely recommend! Movie night in the garden coming soon.
Picture shows the Yaber and and view. The other image on the left was the Vankyo and in person the difference in quality is huge.

I bought this projector to take to my parents house in France. During the summer nights we had it projecting onto the outside wall. The picture quality was amazing and the projector can provide decent sound by itself.
I only very briefly tested this indoors to make sure it was working. For outside use we had to wait for the sun to completely set, but it was absolutely worth it.
If you’re looking for a projector without spending a small fortune, this fits the bill.
I’ve bought this projector as an upgrade to my current cheap projector when it came down in price. Initial reaction is very positive. Came in a very professional package and the picture is very bright. So far, so good! 2 year warranty is also appreciated.
Works perfectly. Sound is great quality and picture is very nice. We had a little trouble setting it up, mainly because we didn’t notice the lens cover lol. So if you’re having problems seeing the image check if the lens has a cover on it.
Slight blur on the edges of projection. Can focus so it is either on left or right. Ultimately it is not noticeable during movies etc. For the money this projector is quality.
Good things: good sound, a really nice quality of picture, screen can be adjusted very easily, not very noisy, happy with my purchase.
Bad things: if the projector is not straight in front of the wall, the further corner will be unfocused, I’ve tried a million times to focus the whole projection unsuccessfully.
Great quality and brightness even in daylight, using it inside the house. The included screen is a bonus, and has great quality and enhances contrast. Was very easy to set up and the with frame size settings it was possible to get a proper rectangular image even when projecting from the ceiling down to wall.

The projector itself looks quite stylish, it works very quickly, in general everything is fine, one single minus that I noticed is that the picture is a little blurry at the edges, that is, out of focus, but in order to see it, you need to specifically look into the corner and when you watch the movie you don’t notice it at all
My old projector has accumulated so much dust inside that we couldn’t enjoy any movie without the swam of black points, so after an adventurous cleaning that lead to no results, I decided to buy a TV, but esthetically it wouldn’t fit in our living room. So, once again I started looking for a projector. I decided to buy an expensive one, but then the idea of dust scared me off. Why buying something over 1000 if it once again accumulates dust inside and just in 2 years we have to replace it?
Then I started looking at the cheaper ones.
When I came across Yaber projectors I just decided to try it, the comment section was ok, so why not? And I could send it back if I didn’t like it.
So, it arrived. When I switched it on, I was struck by the picture quality! Very bright colours, a gigantic picture, I would say 2m1,5m if the projector is placed at 2m away from the wall. The real cinema effect. I was in awe!
The sound is all right, pleasant, without metallic notes, but connected over Bluetooth to our sound system it was really “Dolby surround”. The volume can be regulated with the remote control, which is very handy.
I am so pleased with this purchase. I almost never write positive reviews, but now I really want to recommend this Yaber projector it to you and make you happy!
Extremely high quality, should be looked at more. Fan noise is extremely quite compared to other projectors, which seems to all be loud. Image quality is very good. If your looking for a projector spend the extra money and go for this.
Projector is brilliant for the price. It doers struggle in bright rooms but it’s very good in the evenings. I had an issue with my original projector where the fan started to fail.
The customer service rep was very quick to respond and replace my defective unit.

Never owned a projector before and everything seems fine out the box.
I haven’t got a screen as yet but just tryed it on a painted wall and the image is clear. Took a little adjustment but happy with picture. Sound is adequate and can’t hear the fan noise which I understand could be a problem with others. Really happy for the money I payed as I spent forever choosing as all other reviews were similar.
This projector is one of the best on the market for its price, the picture quality is cinema tier and has all the mod cons such as Miracast, keystone correction and a lot of other bells and whistles.
Comes with a carry case which is very snazzy, all appropriate cables and a grey screen to blue tack to your wall.
The most amazing thing of all about Yaber is their RMA policy, unfortunately my projector had a fault that occurred after a few months but they offer an extremely generous RMA policy (24 months I think it was) and a no muss, no fuss RMA procedure.
Don’t buy the top shelf brands like Panasonic or Sony, do your movie experience and your wallet a favour this Christmas and grab one of these little beautys!!
Just tested it out now ready for a presentation tomorrow and it’s exceeded my expectations. Nice bright and powerful and super easy to use. I just plugged a HDMI lead from my laptop to the projector, selected the HDMI port 1 and all was up and running straight away. Very good.
This is a decent budget projector. It has an impressive set of picture settings, it’s bright enough for watching at night on a painted wall and the sound “quality” of the builtin speakers aren’t half bad. Since this is probably the worst way to use a projector, and for the price you pay, I think it’s definitely worth buying it.
The main problem I found is that Netflix/Prime/Disney did not work out-of-the box, it had no audio, while BBC iPlayer worked fine. Upon fiddling with audio settings, I realised some audio modes (like audio description) worked, so I realised it was a 5.1 vs stereo modes and changed the Chromecast settings on the Google Home app to force stereo. It works perfectly well after that, all apps, out-of-the-box.
I didn’t find this information on the manual and nor I got response from the manufacturer when I asked. I was about to send it back when I found the solution. If the manufacturer is reading this: add this information to the first page of the manual!
For the audio, I got a cheap logitech that charges from USB, which is handy because the other USB port was free on the projector.
For presentations, having the USB as a drive (I haven’t tried) could be handy not to have an HDMI cable (and adaptor, etc).
Pros:
– It has 2 HDMI and 2 USB ports, which is enough for a Chromecast and a computer permanently connected (one USB charges the Chromecast), and USB for presentations.
– A lot of picture settings! Shape, twists, size, flip, position, colour and temperature modes.
– Plug&play, easy interface, intuitive (which is rare in cheaper brands)
– For a projector this size, it’s VERY quiet
– It has Bluetooth support, convenient for headphones and sound bars
Cons:
– Meagre amount of audio options. It doesn’t have 5.1 outputs, nor it communicates this for Chromecast’s benefit.
– It’s hard not to get blurry corners. They don’t spoil films or TV, but it can get annoying for presentations.
– The step on corner adjustment is a bit rough, so you have to play with both position and tilt.
Overall, quite happy with the product, especially at this price.

Bought it because I fancied something nice for my room and am so impressed. Its so easy to set up your grandma could manage it and the screen quality is more than sufficient. Really high quality considering the size you can have the projection. Connected it to the WiFi straight away and plugged my firestick in and away I go simple as that. Was able to adjust the projection very quickly and the sound is actually really good considering it’s coming from the projector. I haven’t tried to connect my boom bar yet but with the Bluetooth it should be easy. Comes with a travel backpack aswell so you can take it wherever you want easily. So glad I ended up buying it, now I can watch films and shows with a big screen without paying lots more for a bigger tv

I’m extremely happy with the projector after sending a cheaper one back previously.
I love the stylish look and the carry bag (very handy) not sure about the screen (waste of time) would make a good table cloth.
The projector displays well, great colour, clear picture. The added lens cap is a bonus. Obviously a sound bar or portable speaker can be connected but to be honest the sound is pretty good without. The menus are easy to navigate. Will look into purchasing a decent screen and tripod stand but can’t wait to use it whilst camping or outside in the hot tub.
Great projector in general. Gives you 1080 HD for gaming and movies. Not 4k, but great picture quality. Not trouble at all with Bluetooth and wiffi connectivity. The fan is quiet compared with other projector I had.

Purchased as a gift after much research, and recipient is very happy with it. The customer service is responsive and excellent too. Once you purchase an Amazon Stick with it, it easily works as a TV substitute. Lots of features, and the IR receiver at the front and back is a very useful addition.

I decided to try a projector to save space in a room and avoid having to have extra sockets installed to wall mount a tv. I was slightly apprehensive about how easy it would be to operate and the quality of the picture and sound but I needn’t have been because it’s fantastic. And the kids love it as a cinematic experience!
Having previously had an earlier model, I upgraded to the Yaber Pro 9, and I am not disappointed. The picture on this is excellent, even in the daytime. The Projector itself looks very smart (see pic 1). The bright clear projection in the daytime with blinds open (see pic 2) is impressive, but the best picture is viewed in a dark room (see pic 3). We use a ceiling mount for ours and its every easy to install onto the projector (see pic 4). Sound quality is decent, although I have bluetooth sonos connected for maximum cinema effect. As demonstrated in the video, the quality is superb, even during the daytime (see video).
This projector is great – spent a good while searching for a portable projector and was going to drop double the price but came across the Yaber Y9 1080p LED projector and noticing it came in lighter(?!) than the portable ones I took my chances.
This compact projector comes in a backpack complete with everything you need – it’s plug and play and is great for almost all of your needs. I included a biro for scale to give you an idea of size but this is very light and very portable!
I tested the brightness during the day on the back of a black out blind both in a darkened and lit room and the image held up perfectly at a distance of over 3 meters. I’ve included some video of a dark sequence from a film to give you an idea of how crisp and sharp the image is despite it being daylight.
I tried to project in daylight outside and this was just too much for the projector – but then it is for most – but night time in the garden is great!!!
I run sound through speakers but the projector does a good job and the fan is very quiet too.
Great product packaged well and the customer support has been fantastic too with an email arriving two days after registering explaining they’d up’s my warranty to 2 years!

Got this for a reasonable price, not the brightest LED projector, but we have put blackout blinds in the room we have it installed in, so not really a problem. If you intend on using this in not complete darkness, then this product won’t be for you, it won’t be up to the job. Picture quality also OK for the price. We are using it over a throw of 4.5m which seems to be the maximum to maintain focus, anything more than this and it might not be suitable.
Great value for money projector, connects via Bluetooth to surround sound with ease cannot fault it for the money at all! Pound for pound I doubt you’d get better!
Took delivery of the projector today and had it installed and up and running within 30 minutes. We already have 2 cheaper projectors in the house, in the kids rooms, and decided to spend that bit more and get a better quality projector for the new TV room. I set a budget of 200.
I did a lot of research and watched plenty of reviews on youtube and settled on two, both available on Amazon, the Yaber and the Toptro. As mentioned by some reviewers on YT, they are on essence, the same machine, just packaged differently.
Settled on the Yaber as it would fit the colour scheme of the room, better than the standard black units. It arrived well packaged and complete with a foldaway screen and a good tough bag. All the required leads, but no batteries for the remote!
The projector is really good. Very pleased with the quality of the picture and the easy set up and various keystone options that you have to get the picture right. The two photos I have attached of the projected images, were taken 3 hours apart. The lighter one was taken around 2.30pm today and the blinds were fully open. It was a bright sunny day and the picture was watchable without any problems. The second picture was taken at 6pm, again with the blinds fully open, but a more softer and fading evening light. Again, better detail and easily watchable. The point here is that neither were taken in dark rooms and yet the picture was very good.
We use our projectors linked to firesticks and the sound linked, via Bluetooth, to a soundbar. This makes it a very useable option.
So, would I recommend it? Yes, in this price bracket, I feel it is probably one of the better options and we’ll worth the money.

Had an initial problem with the remote, contacted Yaber customer service and a new one was sent out immediately and arrived a few days later.
I’ve been using the projector for a few weeks now and must say I am really pleased with it, easy to set up and use, picture quality fantastic, built in sound is really good, volume fills our living room, also works great via Bluetooth with my TV soundbar. Obviously better picture in a dark room, although ok when in a room with some light coming in.
I have not used the material screen as I purchased a proper screen, love the carrying rucksack, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing.
Back in Jan 2021 I bought a Yaber 720p projector while on offer thinking it would be good for kids’ movie night every now and again. Connected a firestick and it quickly became our go-to for movies tv and gaming. So when I saw the new Yaber Y9 Pro 1080p it was a no-brainer to upgrade.
Brighter and Clearer, Very happy with the quality and results. After 3 months still going strong just like the old 720p.
1st projector. Very surprised by how clear the picture is inside and outside. Simply plugged a fire stick in and it was set. Only time will tell for it’s durability
This was an upgrade from my Yaber v2 and what an upgrade it is! The projector gives a really sharp clear picture on either a projector screen or white wall when used with the firestick 4k max even in a semi dark room. The sound is not too bad but really comes into it’s own when connected to a surround sound system thanks to the bluetooth capabilities of the projector. Everything packs away into a neat little backpack making it easy to take on your travels. Thanks to Yaber i can now have a cinema experience in my own living room!

This projector is worth paying slightly extra for than the cheaper options. The image quality is very good, and is simple to set up. I had a slight technical issue with my sound, but this was resolved very quickly through the customer support email. Really happy with the overall quality of this product and customer service, would highly recommend
Fairly easy to use and very portable and easy to use. Initial issue with using Office application but I think that was me rather than the projector. Excellent value for money.
Not quite as bright as I would really like for use in a sunlit room but the sun was exceptional when I first used it.
The picture is outside on a grey wall. Perfect for what we wanted picture good sound good. Screen it comes with has no fittings or holes to hang up but that’s only downfall

I bought my first Yaber projector about a year ago and was very happy with it. Then Amazon prime day came around and i saw this one was on offer and as it offered phon mirroring (my other didn’t) I decided to upgrade.. well let me tell you i am so unbelievably happy that i did!! It’s amazing! The picture is incredible for a projector, the sound it’s equally as great!! I have sky glass in the front room (my projector is for the bedroom) and honestly i feel this picture is better than my sky glass!! It’s absolutely brilliant, the fan is quite too compared to my last one. I just love the Yaber projectors. They are worth every penny!!
Very aesthetically pleasing. Good unpacking experience. Remote isn’t that good in quality but put an Amazon firestick on and you have a fire cracker on your hand. Currently in my bedroom projecting on a 120″ screen and we have our own mini cinema to watch netflix on. Not very bright for daytime but gorgeous when dark.
Even though I’m having to return my projector because of a dropped pixel which you can see in the photo and reorder a new one, I still give this projector 5 stars. I’m projecting from a distance of 3M and get a brilliant quality 90 inch screen. The projector’s keystone function makes it easy to get the perfect positioning. The projector is far less noisy than others. Great model overall.
I had bought this amazon renewed. Happy with the quality of the product. Picture quality is very good. Brightness is good as long as the room is dim. Sound from the projector is okay, but I use headphones. Planning to purchase android tv media player as some video formats are not supported.
I’ve had products from this company now for around a year I had a few issues with the previous gen projector but there customer service is outstanding and have helped all the way through. I’ve now since purchased this from there line purely due to there customer service this will not effect my review of the product itself

Not a fan of the remote the older remote imo was better and had better response from the projector
The 4 point keystone was a little more fiddly that the previous model but once it’s dialed in it’s much better
Doesn’t support Dolby digital if you use a fire stick like I do you will need to change the audio settings
Overall so far in the short time I have used it, it has been great. The pros are great and the cons are minor. The thing with this projector is it’s all down to the support that you receive from yaber I know down the line if I have any issues they will be on the ball and helpful. It is a nice project with good screen size and brightness. The size is compact and light weight. It come with inbuilt speaker but extra speaker is required for bigger room.
I usually use my phone to connect the projector to play video or movie, it is simple to use, the image is clear and bright, the screen size and angle can be adjusted. I like this projector, the only problem is the screen included is gray not white, it will reduce the brightness of the video and looks not clear enough so I don’t use it.
I bought this projector to mainly use in a bedroom. The picture quality and brightness was fantastic. Worked even in the light, which our previous projector didn’t. The projector is lightweight and all connections are easily accessible on the back of the unit. The remote makes this very convenient as well. It comes with all the cords you may need and back bag. I’m happy with this purchase.
This is my first projector, and I’m impress with it’s quality. The picture is great, sound quality is good too, but depending on how loud you want it, you might want speakers to make it louder. It is very bright and was able to see the video fine in day lighting. Easy as plug and play. The remote control works great too
I bought this projector for our family movie night. It has good picture resolution and sound is great and I don’t even bother with external speakers. But if you want more thumping, you can add subwoofer. You can either connect it with Wi-Fi, or use HDMI to connect with your device: laptop, PS4, Xbox One, your phone, Nintendo, you name it. I would consider this for my primary home tv replacement. This projector succeeds all my expectations.
We are using a 120″ screen. The picture quality is pretty decent with soft yellow led lights on and excellent in complete darkness. Sound seems pretty good as well for this type product. We can plug in our Amazon Firestick, Google Chromecast, even our Xfinity Flex and all work so seamlessly. We have been very pleased with this projector.
Firstly the set up was easy, straight out of the box.
It started easily with the remote control, and pairs with all of my devices via my Wi-Fi.
It has great resolution. The image quality is sharp and bright. I’m using it with a pull down projector screen, as that gives the best result, but I expect it would work equally well with a plain white wall.
The sound quality is good, but I’m using it with a home cinema surround sound which gives a great result. It can also pair with my Bluetooth speaker should I so wish.
I’m using this for home use, but it would also be good for presentations as well, I’m sure.
Great projector. Easy to use/set up. Great alternative to bedroom tv plus easy to move around to set up in different places. Also comes with a bag that fits everything including the screen. Which is just a sheet so you do have to find your own way of sticking on the wall. Always wanted a projector but was never sure if the picture quality was any good but pleasantly surprised how clear the picture is.

The quality is outstanding, You can effectively place this almost anywhere and adapt the screen to suit. Using the remote you can move each corner of the projected image.
The sound is good, no sound bar needed, It has brought the family further together to experience the true cinema at home.
The bag is great, as good as any camera bag.
The instructions are full and a very professional and quality experience.
Only one thing you need to prepare yourself is the battery for the remote (not included).

– (Edited) I encountered an iOS casting issue and it has been solved after communicating with customer service. And they are quite responsive and helpful.
– Sometimes I noticed a little bit delay for sounds when connecting to bluetooth devices. But it can be simply adjusted and solved using the sync function in Fire TV Stick
– Do not support Dolby sound natively. Again, apparently the workaround is to connect speakers using a Fire TV Stick. After a few trials, I am able to make it work by creating a “Home Cinema” with my two dual Echo Dots stereo through Alexa app
Since the issue I encountered has been fixed, I can finally say this product is one of my best purchases recently. Extraordinary performance with a product in this price range.
Around a month ago we upgraded to this YABER Pro Y9 from a cheaper and older model, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The projection is very bright and crisp in a dark environment.
On our old projector motion blur was a big problem, however on the Y9 I can’t find anything to fault relating to the video quality. This makes playing video games and watching sports more enjoyable.
The sound quality on the integrated speakers is more than adequate and loud enough to fill a small/medium sized room, however it’s probably worth spending a few ‘s on a Bluetooth speaker.
I’d also strongly recommend investing in a FireStick to make streaming movies and series buttery smooth, you can pick one up for less than 30 (or even cheaper during deals, etc).
This projector is a replacement for my old that developed a dark spot after a few years. I am so glad I landed on this one. It is much more clear and bright. The speaker isn’t amazing, but it sounds good enough to use if you don’t have other speakers handy. The picture is bright, clear, and vivid without even using a screen.
We bought this projector for family use when staying at Grandmas, for camping and for the garden in summer.
I originally ordered a 60 projector, but cancelled it before it arrived after trying a friend’s – and so glad I paid the extra. The benefit for me was the keystone adjustment, which makes it much easier place the projector.
The image was sharp to all but the edge at the corners, clear enough to read the headings across the top of Safari. The picture was bright with acceptable contrast. We watched in daylight but with curtains closed. While setting up, I watched a bit of Michael McIntyre in daylight; it was ok, but you would definitely miss some things if it was a movie.
The fan is a little noisy, but as another review mentions, it’s not noticeable once film is playing. I am quite easily annoyed by distracting sounds but had no issue, even though projector was set just by my knees.
The inbuilt speaker is reasonable, there hasn’t been a point where anyone missed dialogue. For a built in speaker, I would say it’s optimal, but if using it routinely then I would add a Bluetooth or headphones if on my own.
We have watched several genres from action, costume drama and comedy; and able to enjoy all of them. So far we have used Mac book and iPad Pro with a USB to HDMI connection. Playing from Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, iPlayer, iTV hub and GCN+. No issues with any; I have not yet tried Wi-Fi mirroring – but if using more permanently at home might be more convenient.
We bought a separate screen (cloth with support pole surround) for watching indoors. It hangs, but in retrospect a free standing screen would have been less hassle. When camping, or when we had an ad hoc showing at a friends, we used the screen that comes with the projector.
It’s portable to a degree; you need mains power so not something for backpacking. If wanting more portability, then get a pico projector and accept the compromise in image quality.
In summary, I am so pleased I spent the extra. The ease of setup (especially auto focus and keystone adjustment) and quality of image take this from being a bit of fun to a genuinely immersive experience.
Final bonus, the backpack it comes in is well made and adds to the quality feel. It’s great to have everything together: We leave in the back of van which means we have it for any opportunity.
Me and my husband really like this projector. We have this up in our conservatory. We hooked it up to the firestick and have so far watched a few movies on this with the kids. Have to say really happy with how rich the Colours our through the projection. Watching croods and encanto was brilliant.
Only used hdmi1 port. Sound was good but we did connect the sound to our home theatre sound system. Wellworth the money.

It’s a great little projector that’s good value for money. It looks nice and comes with a bag for easy storage and travel. And the lamp is powerful enough to project a clear picture in a room with the curtains closed on a sunny day. It can be directly connected to the mobile phone, which is very convenient. Amazing clarity, it has Bluetooth connectivity to pair speakers if needed, the projector sound quality itself is very good, comes with cables a nice rucksack bag to store it in, fibre cloth and even a sheet which you can hang outside and project on. It is really worth it for the price and the functionality is very broad compared to most projectors I’ve seen.

It is a really decent projector. I am using 100″ inch projector screen and the quality of the picture is good enough for movie nights or gaming. It has all the inputs to connect all your devices and has Bluetooth as well. I install it on my ceiling and linked it to a sound bar. The picture is crisp and clear we really enjoying our new cinema system we used it over Easter weekend and all family members loved it and then it’s great item to keep kids entertained as they where trying to catch their favorite heroes on a wall
Fast deliver and my friend said was tidy packaging, packed very well (she kept the casing that contained the projector in the box as it was definitely effective. Bought this projector for my daughter’s room, perfect entertainment system for her to enjoy watching movies with her friends and sleepovers.
Although the projector came with a projection screen the walls in her bedroom are white so no need, the screen resolution and picture is as good as going to the cinema and the sound quality gives you that feeling of sat in a theatre.
Easy to set up and easy to transport to a friend’s house if needed.
I think it is going to be setup in the garden when the football starts.

it arrived in a day. I am not tech-savvy but i was able to set it up very easily and could watch it on the wall only after a few minutes. it comes with a nice bag so it would be useful to bring around when I need. The quality of the image on the wall is very good. I used it with my phone and computer and I do not have any problems so far. The design of product is stylish. I recommend it if you are looking for a projector at home.
The YABER Pro Y9 is a high spec Native 1080P projector with 9500L which supports 4K content. It comes with a projector screen and support 5G WiFi and Bluetooth functionality.
The device projects a very clear and bright image onto screens up to 300″ although I only have a 100″ screen at home and it projects a very impressive image at very high brightness. The sound quality is decent although I recommend using a Bluetooth soundbar with it and the WiFi streaming is just excellent. You can stream movies, personal videos and pictures or even some streaming services and project it on to the big screen.
The price is fair and reasonable considering the high spec, it’s a fraction of branded counterparts pricing and the overall value for money is huge.
I always wanted a projector for indoor and outdoor use for the cinema night and chose this one, the picture is very clear and sound quality is outstanding, no external speakers needed, it has all connections to HDMI, USB or WIFI etc, I have only tried to connect with my mobile and laptop so far which are very convenient, it certainly meets all my expectations, I am happy to have it.
This Yaber projector works well. Focussing the image is simple to do and keystone correction is horizontal, vertical and can also be adjusted if the projector is to one side. I’m happy with the brightness and also the in-built sound. You can hear the fan noise but it’s unobtrusive and doesn’t interfere with watching anything.
Connection to our dual home WiFi network was quick and it holds good stream speeds.
The carry case acts as a backpack with it’s shoulder straps. The dust filter can be removed and easily cleaned which is a nice bonus. The screw underneath is adjustable for raising the the angle of projection which is handy.
For under 200, we think it’s a good buy and we do recommend it.

Not sure if the advertised numbers are right or not but that thing is very bright, even with semi darker room it’s fully watchable on 100inch screen. Set up was easy and the 4d correction allows me to be a little bit off the center of the screen up in the ceiling without distortion of the image. I have it about 3m from the screen and it does 100inch full hd without any issues, great for evening film sessions
Like most people considering to buy a projector, I had been weighing up the features and prices of many different ones before finally deciding.
I mainly wanted it for my son’s bedroom for when he has friends over for movie nights etc and also one that we can use in the garden in the summer months. I finally decided on this Yaber model as I felt that it hit the sweet spot in terms of price and quality. Overall, I am pleased with my choice. It came in a padded custom made backpack which is great for carrying around and transporting if required. The built in speakers I thought are powerful enough and the image quality and high definition is surprisingly clear. It can be connected through your smartphone or tablets. I personally thought the sound was fine but you can connect it through your own Bluetooth speakers giving you that overall immersive cinema experience. Cables which are provided are definitely long enough if trying to position projector at a height. I found it’s best to be at least one meter away in order to project an image. This gives a much clearer picture. The luminous touch screen buttons obviously help make operation more convenient when in the dark. The Pro Y9 provides very sharp and detailed HD images. Comes with a projector screen so everything is included to help you start watching your favourite movie straight away. I found it to be good value for money and can’t complain about performance.

This is a very good, simple to use, and set-up projector, with a LED bulb lens. Upon opening I can see we have everything we’ll need to just plug in and play. The projector itself is safely contained within a padded zipped bag, with the mains cable and the other connecting HD/AV cables, a remote control, the user manual and lens cleaning kit. The projector sits on four short, non-slip legs, which don’t seem to be adjustable, so the surface the projector is sat on needs to be the right height. Extra speakers can be added for more of a home cinema experience, I suppose; but we didn’t find this necessary in any of our rooms.
Plug in, and switch on, the powerful LED bulb lights up immediately, and we are ready to connect our devices. The noise of the internal fan is relatively quiet, when I compare it to my old projector; so the sound of the videos from my camcorder, soon drowns out any noise. A simple roll control above the lens adjusts the focus, where needed, and again simple touch controls, also on the top of the projector, switch on/off, adjust the volume, and move between images etc., all this can also be done with the small remote control.
The projector comes with its own thin plastic screen, which would seem to work OK if attached to a wall, however as we already have a fold away screen we are using instead. Obviously to get the best screen definition, and colour, it is best to use in a darkened room, just pulling the blinds down, or the curtains closed, works fine. The projector comes with a reasonably long mains cable, but for clarity we need to keep about a 2 metre length between projector and screen; perfectly acceptable, we thought.
We have experimented with attaching to a phone, tablet, DVD and camcorder; all were immediately recognised and produced clear, bright colours, with a decent sound quality for the internal speaker.
The overall appearance of the projector is very good, certainly compares with far more expensive models, we have looked at. The storage case is strong, the projector a compact size, with very easy to set up.
This model is certainly great for everyday home use; we even managed to WiFi connect to one of the satellite channels by following the simple instructions on a YouTube video.
We are really looking forward to playing our holiday videos on this projector; great value; excellent piece of kit; would certainly recommend.

Ce Vidoprojecteur est de bonne facture, il semble solide et est bien stable lorsqu’il est install.
Une fois la mise en place faite, il offre une image nette et de bonne qualit.
Le projecteur est simple d’utilisation.
La qualit de l’image est trs bonne mme lors de notre essai en lumire du jour.
Le menu est simple d’utilisation, complet et multilingue.
Il nous reste trouver un mur assez grand pour bien faire nos sances de cinma.
Dballage et premier coup d’il :
Pas de mauvaise surprise au dballage. l’ouverture du colis, je tombe sur un vidoprojecteur design et bien fini. Il dgage une impression de qualit et les autres accessoires aussi. Passons au test maintenant !
Test :
contenu : le vidoprojecteur, la tlcommande (avec ses piles), le cble d’alimentation avec son transformateur (d’une belle longueur) et le manuel d’utilisation.
luminosit : j’ai test le vidoprojecteur pour la premire fois en fin d’aprs-midi, donc sans pnombre totale et je discerne dj assez efficacement la vido. Mais bien entendu, il faut le noir totale pour apprcier parfaitement sa luminosit. Celle-ci est de 9000 Lumens. La lampe arc est ici remplace par une LED puissante. Du coup c’est un gain de temps d’allumage.
qualit de l’image : je suis satisfait par la qualit et la nettet de l’image aussi. La rsolution native est de 1920×1080. Il y a une molette de rglage pour le trapze et une pour la nettet. Le zoom est fixe et dpend de la distance. Concernant la distance de projection, il faut compter entre 1 et 3 m.
bruit : l’appareil est plutt bruyant je trouve. Par contre ce n’est pas gnant pour la projection. Le son du film suffit couvrir la ventilation du vidoprojecteur.
installation : c’est intuitif et sans problme majeur. La tlcommande et le rpertoire aussi sont logiques et comprhensibles pour les initis.
prix : 269,99 c’est un bon rapport qualit/prix et surtout pour la qualit de sa luminosit.
Bilan :
5 toiles pour ce vidoprojecteur complet au bon rapport qualit/prix.
Heureux possesseur de vidoprojecteurs depuis plusieurs dcennies, je me suis toujours demand ce que valaient ses petits modles prix plancher.
J’ai choisi celui-ci car il tait avec une super rduction mais c’est aussi une marque qui n’est pas son premier essai.
Ds l’ouverture, on est surpris de la taille de la bote . C’est petit, c’est carr mais a ne fait pas plastique du tout.
Il y a des pieds de rglage et vis de fixation pour n’importe quel type de montage
Le principe d’un projecteur de ce type c’est que l’on remplace la lampe arc par une LED trs puissante.
Cela a un avantage norme c’est qu’elle dmarre immdiatement et s’teint de la mme faon. Vous pouvez la rallumer immdiatement, contrairement aux ampoules arc.
La puissance est immdiate, il n’y a pas besoin d’attendre que la lampe atteigne sa temprature maximale. Et quand vous teignez c’est immdiat sans ventilation ncessaire ensuite.
Au niveau bruit, je peux dire que ce n’est vraiment pas norme compar mon modle 8 fois plus cher.
La luminosit est en retrait mais c’est quand mme assez logique.
C’est un vidoprojecteur que l’on peut laisser dans une chambre d’enfant pour regarder des films avec les rideaux tirs. Clairement des gamins devant les dessins anims, c’est plus bruyant que le ventilateur.
Non, vous n’allez pas pouvoir regarder votre match de foot en plein soleil.
Ils fournissent un grand et long cble lectrique ce qui est sympa si vous devez le mettre en hauteur.
Il y a aussi une tlcommande ainsi que des cbles pour brancher la partie audio en analogique.
Je ne suis pas fan de la position des boutons pour accder au menu mais a se gre trs bien.
Le menu est de toute faon assez simple avec une interface digne d’une calculatrice.
L o j’ai t impressionn c’est qu’il y a quand mme rglage du trapze qui est optique. C’est–dire qu’on ne dforme pas l’image de faon digital en perdant de la rsolution mais bien en inclinant le bloc optique pour qu’il soit en face du mur. L’image sera plus nette partout si vous n’utilisez pas la dformation du trapze.
Vous avez donc une molette de rglage pour le trapze une molette de rglage pour la nettet. Le zoom est fixe et dpend de la distance.
Il vous faut au moins un mtre de distance pour projeter une image car la nettet ne se fera pas trop proche de la lentille. De mme la distance de projection maximale est indiqu 3 m.
Le signal vido arrive soit en numrique par prise HDMI soit en la logique avec le systme VESA.
Il y a deux prises USB dans une prvu pour une sortie 5 volts ce qui vous permettrait par exemple d’alimenter votre enceinte Bluetooth
Mme si la lumire provient d’une LED l’image est gnre par un LCD classique une rsolution de 1280×720 ce qui est super pour toutes les vidos tlcharges sur Internet. Il peut lire peu prs tous les type de fichier vido
L’air chaud sort sur un des cts et non derrire donc vous pouvez vraiment le mettre contre un meuble. C’est bien pens car ils ont fait de mme avec les prises lectriques pour qu’elle soit sur le ct.
Au fond il n’y a qu’un seul mini haut-parleur 2 puissance limite ainsi qu’une LED infrarouge de rception pour la tlcommande.
Donc au final, non, il ne va pas remplacer mon home cinma de 4 m de diagonale mais trouvera trs bien sa place dans la chambre des enfants regarder les dessins anims avec les copains.
Pour le prix c’est dfinitivement une super affaire.

The unit is compact but robust with a good finish. It connected to my laptop first time. The picture is bright and clear. The backpack not only protects the projector but also makes it easy to transport.

I bought this based on reading the reviews on Amazon. I was not disappointed. The setup was so easy, I had it done in about 10mins. The picture is great and it has a built in speaker. I don’t know what the talk of 4k is about, as far as I can see it’s only 1080p. Nevertheless, I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Honestly I love this. The picture quality is amazing, I watch The Last of Us on it every week with my roommates good stuff.
Bought for a present and my son absolutely loves it. I am impressed by the picture quality & brightness and the keystone feature is very useful in wonky rooms!. Sound quality seemed fine to me. The backpack is great as he can conveniently take it out to watch with friends. Would recommend!
Perfect to create that home cinema experience, the hardest part was deciding where to position it. Easily connected to Iphone and android phones to screenshare. Fire stick works well for amazon prime/Netflix/Diseny plus etc. and connects to bluetooth speaker if you want to bump up the volume.
As budget projectors go, I enjoyed my Vankyo l430 (native 720) but quickly got the bug for a better image as I could see the pixels even from 3m away. After reviewing a tonnes of projectors in my budget range, this was by far the best spec. And the Yaber Pro Y9 has not disappointed. When I first turned it on I thought there was issue with the sound card…..but I’d accidentally muted it .
The picture quality is really good. And can be comfortably viewed under low lamp lighting, but perfect when all the lights are off. The contrast is far better on this than my previous projector. Plus benefits of Bluetooth and WiFi.

Picture shows the Yaber and and view. The other image on the left was the Vankyo and in person the difference in quality is huge.

I bought this projector to take to my parents house in France. During the summer nights we had it projecting onto the outside wall. The picture quality was amazing and the projector can provide decent sound by itself.
I only very briefly tested this indoors to make sure it was working. For outside use we had to wait for the sun to completely set, but it was absolutely worth it.
If you’re looking for a projector without spending a small fortune, this fits the bill.
I’ve bought this projector as an upgrade to my current cheap projector when it came down in price. Initial reaction is very positive. Came in a very professional package and the picture is very bright. So far, so good! 2 year warranty is also appreciated.
Works perfectly. Sound is great quality and picture is very nice. We had a little trouble setting it up, mainly because we didn’t notice the lens cover lol. So if you’re having problems seeing the image check if the lens has a cover on it.
Slight blur on the edges of projection. Can focus so it is either on left or right. Ultimately it is not noticeable during movies etc. For the money this projector is quality.

Great quality and brightness even in daylight, using it inside the house. The included screen is a bonus, and has great quality and enhances contrast. Was very easy to set up and the with frame size settings it was possible to get a proper rectangular image even when projecting from the ceiling down to wall.
my daughter loves to go to the cinema, just like me) because of this, I gave this projector as a gift. The projector itself looks quite stylish, it works very quickly, in general everything is fine, one single minus that I noticed is that the picture is a little blurry at the edges, that is, out of focus, but in order to see it, you need to specifically look into the corner and when you watch the movie you don’t notice it at all

When I came across Yaber projectors I just decided to try it, the comment section was ok, so why not? And I could send it back if I didn’t like it.
So, it arrived. When I switched it on, I was struck by the picture quality! Very bright colours, a gigantic picture, I would say 2m1,5m if the projector is placed at 2m away from the wall. The real cinema effect. I was in awe!
The sound is all right, pleasant, without metallic notes, but connected over Bluetooth to our sound system it was really “Dolby surround”. The volume can be regulated with the remote control, which is very handy.

Projector is brilliant for the price. It doers struggle in bright rooms but it’s very good in the evenings. I had an issue with my original projector where the fan started to fail.

I haven’t got a screen as yet but just tryed it on a painted wall and the image is clear. Took a little adjustment but happy with picture. Sound is adequate and can’t hear the fan noise which I understand could be a problem with others. Really happy for the money I payed as I spent forever choosing as all other reviews were similar.
This projector is one of the best on the market for its price, the picture quality is cinema tier and has all the mod cons such as Miracast, keystone correction and a lot of other bells and whistles.
Comes with a carry case which is very snazzy, all appropriate cables and a grey screen to blue tack to your wall.
The most amazing thing of all about Yaber is their RMA policy, unfortunately my projector had a fault that occurred after a few months but they offer an extremely generous RMA policy (24 months I think it was) and a no muss, no fuss RMA procedure.
Don’t buy the top shelf brands like Panasonic or Sony, do your movie experience and your wallet a favour this Christmas and grab one of these little beautys!!
I would recommend this project. It has got amazing visual experience, and the customer service is very best.
Just tested it out now ready for a presentation tomorrow and it’s exceeded my expectations. Nice bright and powerful and super easy to use. I just plugged a HDMI lead from my laptop to the projector, selected the HDMI port 1 and all was up and running straight away. Very good.
The main problem I found is that Netflix/Prime/Disney did not work out-of-the box, it had no audio, while BBC iPlayer worked fine. Upon fiddling with audio settings, I realised some audio modes (like audio description) worked, so I realised it was a 5.1 vs stereo modes and changed the Chromecast settings on the Google Home app to force stereo. It works perfectly well after that, all apps, out-of-the-box.
I didn’t find this information on the manual and nor I got response from the manufacturer when I asked. I was about to send it back when I found the solution. If the manufacturer is reading this: add this information to the first page of the manual!
For the audio, I got a cheap logitech that charges from USB, which is handy because the other USB port was free on the projector.
For presentations, having the USB as a drive (I haven’t tried) could be handy not to have an HDMI cable (and adaptor, etc).
Pros:
– It has 2 HDMI and 2 USB ports, which is enough for a Chromecast and a computer permanently connected (one USB charges the Chromecast), and USB for presentations.
– A lot of picture settings! Shape, twists, size, flip, position, colour and temperature modes.
– Plug&play, easy interface, intuitive (which is rare in cheaper brands)
– For a projector this size, it’s VERY quiet
– It has Bluetooth support, convenient for headphones and sound bars
Cons:
– Meagre amount of audio options. It doesn’t have 5.1 outputs, nor it communicates this for Chromecast’s benefit.
– It’s hard not to get blurry corners. They don’t spoil films or TV, but it can get annoying for presentations.
– The step on corner adjustment is a bit rough, so you have to play with both position and tilt.
Overall, quite happy with the product, especially at this price.
Great customer support. They have supported me to return my defective item, which I ordered Yaber v8 pro, it was blurry. They even suggested me y9 model and it was truly extraordinary performance.

Bought it because I fancied something nice for my room and am so impressed. Its so easy to set up your grandma could manage it and the screen quality is more than sufficient. Really high quality considering the size you can have the projection. Connected it to the WiFi straight away and plugged my firestick in and away I go simple as that. Was able to adjust the projection very quickly and the sound is actually really good considering it’s coming from the projector. I haven’t tried to connect my boom bar yet but with the Bluetooth it should be easy. Comes with a travel backpack aswell so you can take it wherever you want easily. So glad I ended up buying it, now I can watch films and shows with a big screen without paying lots more for a bigger tv

I love the stylish look and the carry bag (very handy) not sure about the screen (waste of time) would make a good table cloth.
The projector displays well, great colour, clear picture. The added lens cap is a bonus. Obviously a sound bar or portable speaker can be connected but to be honest the sound is pretty good without. The menus are easy to navigate. Will look into purchasing a decent screen and tripod stand but can’t wait to use it whilst camping or outside in the hot tub.
Great projector in general. Gives you 1080 HD for gaming and movies. Not 4k, but great picture quality. Not trouble at all with Bluetooth and wiffi connectivity. The fan is quiet compared with other projector I had.

Purchased as a gift after much research, and recipient is very happy with it. The customer service is responsive and excellent too. Once you purchase an Amazon Stick with it, it easily works as a TV substitute. Lots of features, and the IR receiver at the front and back is a very useful addition.

I decided to try a projector to save space in a room and avoid having to have extra sockets installed to wall mount a tv. I was slightly apprehensive about how easy it would be to operate and the quality of the picture and sound but I needn’t have been because it’s fantastic. And the kids love it as a cinematic experience!

Used it for the first time at a talk to a group of about 30 people and many commented on the good quality images and sound.
This projector is great – spent a good while searching for a portable projector and was going to drop double the price but came across the Yaber Y9 1080p LED projector and noticing it came in lighter(?!) than the portable ones I took my chances.
This compact projector comes in a backpack complete with everything you need – it’s plug and play and is great for almost all of your needs. I included a biro for scale to give you an idea of size but this is very light and very portable!
I tested the brightness during the day on the back of a black out blind both in a darkened and lit room and the image held up perfectly at a distance of over 3 meters. I’ve included some video of a dark sequence from a film to give you an idea of how crisp and sharp the image is despite it being daylight.
I tried to project in daylight outside and this was just too much for the projector – but then it is for most – but night time in the garden is great!!!
I run sound through speakers but the projector does a good job and the fan is very quiet too.
Great product packaged well and the customer support has been fantastic too with an email arriving two days after registering explaining they’d up’s my warranty to 2 years!

Got this for a reasonable price, not the brightest LED projector, but we have put blackout blinds in the room we have it installed in, so not really a problem. If you intend on using this in not complete darkness, then this product won’t be for you, it won’t be up to the job. Picture quality also OK for the price. We are using it over a throw of 4.5m which seems to be the maximum to maintain focus, anything more than this and it might not be suitable.
Great value for money projector, connects via Bluetooth to surround sound with ease cannot fault it for the money at all! Pound for pound I doubt you’d get better!
Took delivery of the projector today and had it installed and up and running within 30 minutes. We already have 2 cheaper projectors in the house, in the kids rooms, and decided to spend that bit more and get a better quality projector for the new TV room. I set a budget of 200.
I did a lot of research and watched plenty of reviews on youtube and settled on two, both available on Amazon, the Yaber and the Toptro. As mentioned by some reviewers on YT, they are on essence, the same machine, just packaged differently.
Settled on the Yaber as it would fit the colour scheme of the room, better than the standard black units. It arrived well packaged and complete with a foldaway screen and a good tough bag. All the required leads, but no batteries for the remote!
The projector is really good. Very pleased with the quality of the picture and the easy set up and various keystone options that you have to get the picture right. The two photos I have attached of the projected images, were taken 3 hours apart. The lighter one was taken around 2.30pm today and the blinds were fully open. It was a bright sunny day and the picture was watchable without any problems. The second picture was taken at 6pm, again with the blinds fully open, but a more softer and fading evening light. Again, better detail and easily watchable. The point here is that neither were taken in dark rooms and yet the picture was very good.
We use our projectors linked to firesticks and the sound linked, via Bluetooth, to a soundbar. This makes it a very useable option.
So, would I recommend it? Yes, in this price bracket, I feel it is probably one of the better options and we’ll worth the money.

Had an initial problem with the remote, contacted Yaber customer service and a new one was sent out immediately and arrived a few days later.
I’ve been using the projector for a few weeks now and must say I am really pleased with it, easy to set up and use, picture quality fantastic, built in sound is really good, volume fills our living room, also works great via Bluetooth with my TV soundbar. Obviously better picture in a dark room, although ok when in a room with some light coming in.
I have not used the material screen as I purchased a proper screen, love the carrying rucksack, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing.

Back in Jan 2021 I bought a Yaber 720p projector while on offer thinking it would be good for kids’ movie night every now and again. Connected a firestick and it quickly became our go-to for movies tv and gaming. So when I saw the new Yaber Y9 Pro 1080p it was a no-brainer to upgrade.
Brighter and Clearer, Very happy with the quality and results. After 3 months still going strong just like the old 720p.
1st projector. Very surprised by how clear the picture is inside and outside. Simply plugged a fire stick in and it was set. Only time will tell for it’s durability
This was an upgrade from my Yaber v2 and what an upgrade it is! The projector gives a really sharp clear picture on either a projector screen or white wall when used with the firestick 4k max even in a semi dark room. The sound is not too bad but really comes into it’s own when connected to a surround sound system thanks to the bluetooth capabilities of the projector. Everything packs away into a neat little backpack making it easy to take on your travels. Thanks to Yaber i can now have a cinema experience in my own living room!

This projector is worth paying slightly extra for than the cheaper options. The image quality is very good, and is simple to set up. I had a slight technical issue with my sound, but this was resolved very quickly through the customer support email. Really happy with the overall quality of this product and customer service, would highly recommend
Fairly easy to use and very portable and easy to use. Initial issue with using Office application but I think that was me rather than the projector. Excellent value for money.
Not quite as bright as I would really like for use in a sunlit room but the sun was exceptional when I first used it.
The picture is outside on a grey wall. Perfect for what we wanted picture good sound good. Screen it comes with has no fittings or holes to hang up but that’s only downfall

All in all a good projector for the money
Very aesthetically pleasing. Good unpacking experience. Remote isn’t that good in quality but put an Amazon firestick on and you have a fire cracker on your hand. Currently in my bedroom projecting on a 120″ screen and we have our own mini cinema to watch netflix on. Not very bright for daytime but gorgeous when dark.
Even though I’m having to return my projector because of a dropped pixel which you can see in the photo and reorder a new one, I still give this projector 5 stars. I’m projecting from a distance of 3M and get a brilliant quality 90 inch screen. The projector’s keystone function makes it easy to get the perfect positioning. The projector is far less noisy than others. Great model overall.

Overall so far in the short time I have used it, it has been great. The pros are great and the cons are minor. The thing with this projector is it’s all down to the support that you receive from yaber I know down the line if I have any issues they will be on the ball and helpful. It is a nice project with good screen size and brightness. The size is compact and light weight. It come with inbuilt speaker but extra speaker is required for bigger room.
I bought this projector to mainly use in a bedroom. The picture quality and brightness was fantastic. Worked even in the light, which our previous projector didn’t. The projector is lightweight and all connections are easily accessible on the back of the unit. The remote makes this very convenient as well. It comes with all the cords you may need and back bag. I’m happy with this purchase.
This is my first projector, and I’m impress with it’s quality. The picture is great, sound quality is good too, but depending on how loud you want it, you might want speakers to make it louder. It is very bright and was able to see the video fine in day lighting. Easy as plug and play. The remote control works great too
I bought this projector for our family movie night. It has good picture resolution and sound is great and I don’t even bother with external speakers. But if you want more thumping, you can add subwoofer. You can either connect it with Wi-Fi, or use HDMI to connect with your device: laptop, PS4, Xbox One, your phone, Nintendo, you name it. I would consider this for my primary home tv replacement. This projector succeeds all my expectations.
Firstly the set up was easy, straight out of the box.
It started easily with the remote control, and pairs with all of my devices via my Wi-Fi.
It has great resolution. The image quality is sharp and bright. I’m using it with a pull down projector screen, as that gives the best result, but I expect it would work equally well with a plain white wall.
The sound quality is good, but I’m using it with a home cinema surround sound which gives a great result. It can also pair with my Bluetooth speaker should I so wish.
I’m using this for home use, but it would also be good for presentations as well, I’m sure.

Great projector. Easy to use/set up. Great alternative to bedroom tv plus easy to move around to set up in different places. Also comes with a bag that fits everything including the screen. Which is just a sheet so you do have to find your own way of sticking on the wall. Always wanted a projector but was never sure if the picture quality was any good but pleasantly surprised how clear the picture is.

This can be used in a dim room, with or without a screen, really bright.
The quality is outstanding, You can effectively place this almost anywhere and adapt the screen to suit. Using the remote you can move each corner of the projected image.
The sound is good, no sound bar needed, It has brought the family further together to experience the true cinema at home.
The bag is great, as good as any camera bag.
The instructions are full and a very professional and quality experience.
Only one thing you need to prepare yourself is the battery for the remote (not included).

– (Edited) I encountered an iOS casting issue and it has been solved after communicating with customer service. And they are quite responsive and helpful.
– Sometimes I noticed a little bit delay for sounds when connecting to bluetooth devices. But it can be simply adjusted and solved using the sync function in Fire TV Stick
– Do not support Dolby sound natively. Again, apparently the workaround is to connect speakers using a Fire TV Stick. After a few trials, I am able to make it work by creating a “Home Cinema” with my two dual Echo Dots stereo through Alexa app
Since the issue I encountered has been fixed, I can finally say this product is one of my best purchases recently. Extraordinary performance with a product in this price range.
Around a month ago we upgraded to this YABER Pro Y9 from a cheaper and older model, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The projection is very bright and crisp in a dark environment.
On our old projector motion blur was a big problem, however on the Y9 I can’t find anything to fault relating to the video quality. This makes playing video games and watching sports more enjoyable.
The sound quality on the integrated speakers is more than adequate and loud enough to fill a small/medium sized room, however it’s probably worth spending a few ‘s on a Bluetooth speaker.
I’d also strongly recommend investing in a FireStick to make streaming movies and series buttery smooth, you can pick one up for less than 30 (or even cheaper during deals, etc).

We bought this projector for family use when staying at Grandmas, for camping and for the garden in summer.
I originally ordered a 60 projector, but cancelled it before it arrived after trying a friend’s – and so glad I paid the extra. The benefit for me was the keystone adjustment, which makes it much easier place the projector.
The image was sharp to all but the edge at the corners, clear enough to read the headings across the top of Safari. The picture was bright with acceptable contrast. We watched in daylight but with curtains closed. While setting up, I watched a bit of Michael McIntyre in daylight; it was ok, but you would definitely miss some things if it was a movie.
The fan is a little noisy, but as another review mentions, it’s not noticeable once film is playing. I am quite easily annoyed by distracting sounds but had no issue, even though projector was set just by my knees.
The inbuilt speaker is reasonable, there hasn’t been a point where anyone missed dialogue. For a built in speaker, I would say it’s optimal, but if using it routinely then I would add a Bluetooth or headphones if on my own.
We have watched several genres from action, costume drama and comedy; and able to enjoy all of them. So far we have used Mac book and iPad Pro with a USB to HDMI connection. Playing from Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, iPlayer, iTV hub and GCN+. No issues with any; I have not yet tried Wi-Fi mirroring – but if using more permanently at home might be more convenient.
We bought a separate screen (cloth with support pole surround) for watching indoors. It hangs, but in retrospect a free standing screen would have been less hassle. When camping, or when we had an ad hoc showing at a friends, we used the screen that comes with the projector.
It’s portable to a degree; you need mains power so not something for backpacking. If wanting more portability, then get a pico projector and accept the compromise in image quality.
In summary, I am so pleased I spent the extra. The ease of setup (especially auto focus and keystone adjustment) and quality of image take this from being a bit of fun to a genuinely immersive experience.
Final bonus, the backpack it comes in is well made and adds to the quality feel. It’s great to have everything together: We leave in the back of van which means we have it for any opportunity.

Me and my husband really like this projector. We have this up in our conservatory. We hooked it up to the firestick and have so far watched a few movies on this with the kids. Have to say really happy with how rich the Colours our through the projection. Watching croods and encanto was brilliant.
Only used hdmi1 port. Sound was good but we did connect the sound to our home theatre sound system. Wellworth the money.
This is very good projector you can get in this price range. It’s quite bright with great picture quality and contrast, even in a moderately light room.
It’s a great little projector that’s good value for money. It looks nice and comes with a bag for easy storage and travel. And the lamp is powerful enough to project a clear picture in a room with the curtains closed on a sunny day. It can be directly connected to the mobile phone, which is very convenient. The project picture quality claims 1080 native and 9500 lumen .the picture quality is not replacement of a TV but pretty good.

It is a really decent projector. I am using 100″ inch projector screen and the quality of the picture is good enough for movie nights or gaming. It has all the inputs to connect all your devices and has Bluetooth as well. I install it on my ceiling and linked it to a sound bar. The picture is crisp and clear we really enjoying our new cinema system we used it over Easter weekend and all family members loved it and then it’s great item to keep kids entertained as they where trying to catch their favorite heroes on a wall
Fast deliver and my friend said was tidy packaging, packed very well (she kept the casing that contained the projector in the box as it was definitely effective. The product is elegant, lightweight, extremely easy to use and ensures excellent image quality. All necessary cables , remote control and a clear instruction booklet . Bought this projector for my daughter’s room, perfect entertainment system for her to enjoy watching movies with her friends and sleepovers.
Although the projector came with a projection screen the walls in her bedroom are white so no need, the screen resolution and picture is as good as going to the cinema and the sound quality gives you that feeling of sat in a theatre.
Easy to set up and easy to transport to a friend’s house if needed.

Excellent value for money. Its lumen is very good. The effect of projecting on a white wall is great. The image is clear and the color saturation is good. It’s very convenient to use, just need to link to the home network to watch simultaneously.
Projector can adjust the screen for different distance and angles which is wonderful.
The ability to connect to a Bluetooth speaker was easy and quick. I connected firestick through an HDMI plug and the result was very good. Also running a Nintendo Switch, PS4 and have watched movies directly from a USB stick. All work well.

The YABER Pro Y9 is a high spec Native 1080P projector with 9500L which supports 4K content. It comes with a projector screen and support 5G WiFi and Bluetooth functionality.
The device projects a very clear and bright image onto screens up to 300″ although I only have a 100″ screen at home and it projects a very impressive image at very high brightness. The sound quality is decent although I recommend using a Bluetooth soundbar with it and the WiFi streaming is just excellent. You can stream movies, personal videos and pictures or even some streaming services and project it on to the big screen.
The price is fair and reasonable considering the high spec, it’s a fraction of branded counterparts pricing and the overall value for money is huge.
This Yaber projector works well. Focussing the image is simple to do and keystone correction is horizontal, vertical and can also be adjusted if the projector is to one side. I’m happy with the brightness and also the in-built sound. You can hear the fan noise but it’s unobtrusive and doesn’t interfere with watching anything.
Connection to our dual home WiFi network was quick and it holds good stream speeds.
The carry case acts as a backpack with it’s shoulder straps. The dust filter can be removed and easily cleaned which is a nice bonus. The screw underneath is adjustable for raising the the angle of projection which is handy.
For under 200, we think it’s a good buy and we do recommend it.

Like most people considering to buy a projector, I had been weighing up the features and prices of many different ones before finally deciding.
I mainly wanted it for my son’s bedroom for when he has friends over for movie nights etc and also one that we can use in the garden in the summer months. I finally decided on this Yaber model as I felt that it hit the sweet spot in terms of price and quality. Overall, I am pleased with my choice. It came in a padded custom made backpack which is great for carrying around and transporting if required. The built in speakers I thought are powerful enough and the image quality and high definition is surprisingly clear. It can be connected through your smartphone or tablets. I personally thought the sound was fine but you can connect it through your own Bluetooth speakers giving you that overall immersive cinema experience. Cables which are provided are definitely long enough if trying to position projector at a height. I found it’s best to be at least one meter away in order to project an image. This gives a much clearer picture. The luminous touch screen buttons obviously help make operation more convenient when in the dark. The Pro Y9 provides very sharp and detailed HD images. Comes with a projector screen so everything is included to help you start watching your favourite movie straight away. I found it to be good value for money and can’t complain about performance.
This projector is well made, it looks so solid and is very stable. I am very much satisfied with the quality and sharpness of the image. It is provided with 5G & 2.4G dual Wi-Fi. This Yaber Pro Y9 projector can be connected to smartphones/tablets without even needing a cable. It also transfers the videos or images very smoothly. It has a 1080p full HD resolution. This projector has luminous touch screen buttons which help to operate faster and more conveniently even in the darkness when watching a movie. With the help of 1920*1080p resolution and high brightness of 9500 lumens will provide sharp and clear HD images. It has built-in stereo sound speakers with which the project will restore all the sound effects, giving excellent sounds in different scenes making the scenes more realistic. There is a 4D keystone correction feature that not only adjusts the horizontal and vertical directions but also adjusts the four points and four sides of the image making it a perfect picture every time at any angle of projection. This is a very good, simple to use, and set-up projector, with a LED bulb lens. Upon opening I can see we have everything we’ll need to just plug in and play. The projector itself is safely contained within a padded zipped bag, with the mains cable and the other connecting HD/AV cables, a remote control, the user manual and lens cleaning kit. The projector sits on four short, non-slip legs, which don’t seem to be adjustable, so the surface the projector is sat on needs to be the right height. Extra speakers can be added for more of a home cinema experience, I suppose; but we didn’t find this necessary in any of our rooms.
Plug in, and switch on, the powerful LED bulb lights up immediately, and we are ready to connect our devices. The noise of the internal fan is relatively quiet, when I compare it to my old projector; so the sound of the videos from my camcorder, soon drowns out any noise. A simple roll control above the lens adjusts the focus, where needed, and again simple touch controls, also on the top of the projector, switch on/off, adjust the volume, and move between images etc., all this can also be done with the small remote control.
The projector comes with its own thin plastic screen, which would seem to work OK if attached to a wall, however as we already have a fold away screen we are using instead. Obviously to get the best screen definition, and colour, it is best to use in a darkened room, just pulling the blinds down, or the curtains closed, works fine. The projector comes with a reasonably long mains cable, but for clarity we need to keep about a 2 metre length between projector and screen; perfectly acceptable, we thought.
We have experimented with attaching to a phone, tablet, DVD and camcorder; all were immediately recognised and produced clear, bright colours, with a decent sound quality for the internal speaker.
The overall appearance of the projector is very good, certainly compares with far more expensive models, we have looked at. The storage case is strong, the projector a compact size, with very easy to set up.
This model is certainly great for everyday home use; we even managed to WiFi connect to one of the satellite channels by following the simple instructions on a YouTube video.
We are really looking forward to playing our holiday videos on this projector; great value; excellent piece of kit; would certainly recommend.

Le projecteur est simple d’utilisation.
La qualit de l’image est trs bonne mme lors de notre essai en lumire du jour.
Le menu est simple d’utilisation, complet et multilingue.
Il nous reste trouver un mur assez grand pour bien faire nos sances de cinma.
Pas de mauvaise surprise au dballage. l’ouverture du colis, je tombe sur un vidoprojecteur design et bien fini. Il dgage une impression de qualit et les autres accessoires aussi. Passons au test maintenant !
Test :
contenu : le vidoprojecteur, la tlcommande (avec ses piles), le cble d’alimentation avec son transformateur (d’une belle longueur) et le manuel d’utilisation.
luminosit : j’ai test le vidoprojecteur pour la premire fois en fin d’aprs-midi, donc sans pnombre totale et je discerne dj assez efficacement la vido. Mais bien entendu, il faut le noir totale pour apprcier parfaitement sa luminosit. Celle-ci est de 9000 Lumens. La lampe arc est ici remplace par une LED puissante. Du coup c’est un gain de temps d’allumage.
qualit de l’image : je suis satisfait par la qualit et la nettet de l’image aussi. La rsolution native est de 1920×1080. Il y a une molette de rglage pour le trapze et une pour la nettet. Le zoom est fixe et dpend de la distance. Concernant la distance de projection, il faut compter entre 1 et 3 m.
bruit : l’appareil est plutt bruyant je trouve. Par contre ce n’est pas gnant pour la projection. Le son du film suffit couvrir la ventilation du vidoprojecteur.
installation : c’est intuitif et sans problme majeur. La tlcommande et le rpertoire aussi sont logiques et comprhensibles pour les initis.
prix : 269,99 c’est un bon rapport qualit/prix et surtout pour la qualit de sa luminosit.
Bilan :
5 toiles pour ce vidoprojecteur complet au bon rapport qualit/prix.
J’ai choisi celui-ci car il tait avec une super rduction mais c’est aussi une marque qui n’est pas son premier essai.
Ds l’ouverture, on est surpris de la taille de la bote . C’est petit, c’est carr mais a ne fait pas plastique du tout.
Il y a des pieds de rglage et vis de fixation pour n’importe quel type de montage
Le principe d’un projecteur de ce type c’est que l’on remplace la lampe arc par une LED trs puissante.
Cela a un avantage norme c’est qu’elle dmarre immdiatement et s’teint de la mme faon. Vous pouvez la rallumer immdiatement, contrairement aux ampoules arc.
La puissance est immdiate, il n’y a pas besoin d’attendre que la lampe atteigne sa temprature maximale. Et quand vous teignez c’est immdiat sans ventilation ncessaire ensuite.
Au niveau bruit, je peux dire que ce n’est vraiment pas norme compar mon modle 8 fois plus cher.
La luminosit est en retrait mais c’est quand mme assez logique.
C’est un vidoprojecteur que l’on peut laisser dans une chambre d’enfant pour regarder des films avec les rideaux tirs. Clairement des gamins devant les dessins anims, c’est plus bruyant que le ventilateur.
Non, vous n’allez pas pouvoir regarder votre match de foot en plein soleil.
Ils fournissent un grand et long cble lectrique ce qui est sympa si vous devez le mettre en hauteur.
Il y a aussi une tlcommande ainsi que des cbles pour brancher la partie audio en analogique.
Je ne suis pas fan de la position des boutons pour accder au menu mais a se gre trs bien.
Le menu est de toute faon assez simple avec une interface digne d’une calculatrice.
L o j’ai t impressionn c’est qu’il y a quand mme rglage du trapze qui est optique. C’est–dire qu’on ne dforme pas l’image de faon digital en perdant de la rsolution mais bien en inclinant le bloc optique pour qu’il soit en face du mur. L’image sera plus nette partout si vous n’utilisez pas la dformation du trapze.
Vous avez donc une molette de rglage pour le trapze une molette de rglage pour la nettet. Le zoom est fixe et dpend de la distance.
Il vous faut au moins un mtre de distance pour projeter une image car la nettet ne se fera pas trop proche de la lentille. De mme la distance de projection maximale est indiqu 3 m.
Le signal vido arrive soit en numrique par prise HDMI soit en la logique avec le systme VESA.
Il y a deux prises USB dans une prvu pour une sortie 5 volts ce qui vous permettrait par exemple d’alimenter votre enceinte Bluetooth
Mme si la lumire provient d’une LED l’image est gnre par un LCD classique une rsolution de 1280×720 ce qui est super pour toutes les vidos tlcharges sur Internet. Il peut lire peu prs tous les type de fichier vido
L’air chaud sort sur un des cts et non derrire donc vous pouvez vraiment le mettre contre un meuble. C’est bien pens car ils ont fait de mme avec les prises lectriques pour qu’elle soit sur le ct.
Au fond il n’y a qu’un seul mini haut-parleur 2 puissance limite ainsi qu’une LED infrarouge de rception pour la tlcommande.
Donc au final, non, il ne va pas remplacer mon home cinma de 4 m de diagonale mais trouvera trs bien sa place dans la chambre des enfants regarder les dessins anims avec les copains.
Pour le prix c’est dfinitivement une super affaire.
