Projector does what you’d expect for that amount of money.
I’d recommend to go for FullHD if you buy a projector.
e.g.: If you change the skewness, the image becomes blurred.
But all in all: low money for an opportunity to have a good movie night. Just don’t expect cinema like quality.
You can mess around with the settings and make it brighter if necessary.
If you have a macbook and/or iphone you can just screen mirror so there is no need for any extra cables or adapters which is a life saver!
You can connect it to a speaker if you want more volume.

Like many reviewers, I wasn’t expecting much from the YABER WIFI Projector Mini but have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of use of this little projector. While it won’t project well in a bright environment in a darkened room or in the garden at night, this project punches well above its price delivering a great picture and decent sound (although I would recommend using an additional speaker). If you are looking for a great value, entry-level projector you can’t go wrong with this one- my only regret is not getting one at the beginning of the summer!

Connected straight away to my laptop via HDMI for SkyGo and now I need to set up Google Chromecast that I can cast Netflix to it.
The brightness is fine for our boat and the volume is louder than I was expecting. I’m hoping to connect up to our sound system. The keystone adjustment is really easy to use along with the focus.
We will hang the lovely free screen from the canopy and be able to have movie nights on our boat.

The Airplay doesn’t work for me, it shows it’s connected but won’t play the videos so I can only watch videos if I plug it in, which defied the point of being wireless.
Ultimately I’m considering returning as it isn’t good enough to do what I wanted to. But for just simple videos connected through a fire stick or nowtv then it will do the job for a reasonable price.

Fantastic product, fabulous quality and the additional screen included is a great touch.
The screen that came with it does the job, hard to get the lines out where it has been folded, but think they should drop out over time.
For the price you’re getting a top end projector, don’t expect to be able to use it in pure daylight though, needs to be dark to be able to see the image. But if you’re wanting a decent cinema experience on the cheap, this is it.

Honestly very surprised at the quality the image comes out. We project it on a creme wall in even in broad daylight the picture is crisp. Very easy to set up, tilting/zooming is simple enough.
For the price, definitely worth it. Plays Netflix, amazon prime on computer, youtube and other on phone.
Sound quality isn’t the best but we usually use a speaker anyways.
Very happy with our purchase, customer service is great, would recommend 😀
It came with everything you’d need to get started:
* a projector screen with some small sticker squares to put it on a wall
* a small screw stand to elevate the projector to point upwards
* microfibre cloth to clean the lens
* a protective bag for the screen
* HDMI cable
* aux splitter
Some advice for setting up:
* It won’t work if pointed at a wall from a side angle. The image comes out warped and a bit silly, so make sure you can point the projector directly at the wall/projector screen surface. If you can mount it on the roof or from a projector stand then you’re sorted.
* If you find the image to be too large because you’re forced to place the projector far from the wall, the instruction booklet explains how to utilize a zoom feature which will likely solve this problem.
The projector is also able to stream over wifi from your android or iOS device. I haven’t tested this but it’s a pretty neat thing to have if you don’t want HDMI wires running from your projecto
Nice, however SKY, Netflix will not broadcast any more… nothing to do with the projector its a restriction on TV providers.
Put my firestick in linked my echo dot to that and was watching a film on the wall .
The remote and menu were easy to use.

I wanted a projector to use for films etc in the garden (in the evenings obviously!). This is a great product with all the features I needed. I have used it with screen mirroring & with a dvd connected, plus recently with a Fire TV stick for those apps that won’t allow mirroring eg Netflix etc.
It is bright enough to use outside once the sun has gone down & the screen resolution is great.

I connected my fire stick to it and watch films after dark or with a blackout blind down. Sound from a ue megaboom connected to the firestick very satisfied and on a pale cream wall it’s massive.
We bought this projector a month ago specifically for the champions league final and the euros. We have set it up in gazebo outside. It has worked great picture has been really good for being outside tho if the sun was hitting the gazebo during day it struggles but fir the price of projector it is fantastic value. The sound coming out of projector is a bit tinny so we got a soundbar and connected it using a 3.5mm cable. Extremely pleased with this purchase

Plugged an Amazon 4K Fire stick into it for source material, yes it only runs at 1080p but the faster processor on the stick makes it slick to use, I did try an old Fire Stick but it was painful, the stick not the projector. The instructions state that the USB ports will not support powering equipment and it is borderline, I found that if I was light browsing or looking at photos it was fine, but as soon as I went to stream then it would drop out. So 10/10 for calling it out up front.
Picture is bright and stable, with colour looking good, however it is a projector working outdoors onto a screen so don’t get your adobe tester out. There is some fan noise, but nothing to complain about, my laptop fans are louder. Audio is ok, it is loud but look at the price, to get the best feed the line out into an external speaker, I use a Bose and it fills the space.
I have hooked up an iPhone, iPad and Tab S7, I would say the S7 worked best as it could be put into DEX mode but personal preference will rule the day here.
Remote control is handy, especially for volume control.
Definitely a good value buy, I wanted something for the summer and this fits the bill nicely. Photo 4 was taken indoors testing on my wall, all other photos are down to my bad photo skills.

It’s great value and you do forget about the noise after a while but it obviously would be perfect if it was more quiet.
The screen that came with it looked pretty flimsy and I haven’t used it. I use it on a plain white wall.
As with all projectors at this price is does need a darkened room.
Great projector for the price, I use it to distract the baby when we are changing nappies and he loves it.
It is better to be used with the hdmi cable, wifi projection can be hit and miss (my surface tablet worked once and cannot find it anymore, my laptop seems to work fine still), I will try the sd card soon.

What a great piece of equipment. Far exceeds my expectations. Great picture quality, very portable and pretty quiet. Has every connection you could think of, from usb to tf card to WiFi, it has all you need. Only downside is the screen provided is folded in the pack and the fold lines are visible. Can only hope they drop out over time. Don’t let that put you off as this is a fantastic piece of kit.

It was brought to use for a outdoor film for Valentine’s Day but has become a good little gadget to use all round in the house as an added bonus, we use as a tv, screen with the Xbox and indoor cinema. On a white wall the picture can reach 100 inch if not more!
. It’s Turned our living room into a mini cinema, which we have really missed in lockdown. ! Wasn’t sure about the free screen at first as it came folded up. But you just pop an iron over it with a towel over and hey presto sorted, so, turned out to be an added bonus. Good for if you don’t have a white wall where you want to use it, plus It comes with Velcro sticky pads so once you have stuck it up, you can just pull it off And fold it up when you are not using then restock back up again.
Spent ages looking through different ones, not wanting to Go too cheap but also have a decent picture. Was considering spending more but bit the bullet and we weren’t disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised at the picture quality. The remote makes it easy to use and we had no problems playing a movie mirrored from a Samsung android phone. The sound on the projected itself is a little tinny but plugged in a speaker and it’s great.
I love so much that it’s not hard to use with your phone, very easy to link over wireless although you can’t use WiFi on your phone when you do, but easy to have lightning charger cable connected to link phone instead.
Very impressed and can’t wait to use it in the garden when the weather warms up.
I have owned this for a few months now and you cannot get better value for money, speaker is a little quiet but a sound bar soon sorted it, I would recommend an external speaker of some kind. Daytime as expected the picture is a bit faint but perfectly fine with curtains drawn. A really useful feature that I haven’t found on other projectors is a remote zoom function, you can reduce the picture size from 100% down to 75% without touching the manual focus/zoom. All round great projector for the price.
Overall very pleased with this little projector!very easy to set-up and connect to Wi-Fi, iPhone etc. Also came with a free foldable material screen (though I’ve ordered free standing one). Very easy to connect Amazon Firestick up and connect to Netflix, Prime Video etc (thanks to other reviewers for this tip! ). The motor is a little noisy but you get used to it. I’d also recommend connecting to external speakers as well (I connected to mine via Bluetooth to the firestick) Very good projector for price paid and looking forward to some movie nights with the family !
What can I say about this product….. I’m gonna say buy it right now! Our tv had sadly come to its end so we opted for a projector, the picture is very clear, the sound is clear, my favourite things is that it’s small,doesn’t weigh alot but still performs like a treat. It’s super easy to set up and the seller is very attentive and quickly responds.

This projector has exceeded all expectations for it’s price and size. When I received it I was concerned that as it was so light it would be no good, felt a bit cheap, but it gives out a decent picture. I didn’t get the screen with it despite being advertised with one, however against a white dry wall the picture is more than see-able and enough to satisfy a 6 year old.
I feel it could hold up better in darker colors for improvements but maybe that’s just my preference, it fills the wall with it’s native 720p picture; I’m sure i read that it supports up to a maximum resolution of 4k but this is my first projector and as of yet I haven’t figured out how to changed any resolution settings.
The speaker isn’t overwhelming but it’s only a 4Watt speaker so can’t really fault that, it is good enough and drowns out the fan too – I hooked mine up to a Dolby Soundbar.
As for the wireless features I can’t quite get this to work as it’s unable to detect my home Wifi- again not sure if its a product fault or an issue with how my WiFi is set-up due to it being routed via a Hub and a Router.

The darker the room, the brighter the quality. Image quality at its best when set to middle to correct blurring overall its quite good, slightly noisy engine but not that noticeable after a few minutes into viewing time.
The brightness is really good even when a bit of light in the room.
There is a remote and the cables supplied.
Speakers are powerful and the projector is really easy to use. it has wifi so perfect to connect the mobile phone.
I am using to project patterns on my fabric so I can avoid the printing and sticking patterns together which is you like sewing you will appreciate to know that using this projector will save you ink, paperand lots of time.
Not a bad projector. Works well in a dark. The airplay feature works well, but can be a bit laggy, depending on distance from router. The image is sharp and seems to be a true 720p image too. Picture from the HDMI is great too, but on the one i received there was no sound. I tried many different cables and sources, macbook, fire tv, PS4, great picture NO sound, only sound from airplay?
Amazon wouldn’t swap this faulty unit they wanted me to contact the manf. !!
remember people read the small print, I paid 76.49 on 3/3/21 and now its 89.99 so if i really wanted it after a refund i would be out of pocket???
Get a projector and your life will thrive this is an amazing projector! Fairly cheap (compared to others) but does the job very well. It comes with all the necessary cables to connect it to your laptop and to the socket! Mine came with a screen projector, a remote controller and was accurately packed. I would definitely recommend it!
The build quality is excellent considering the price.
The set-up was simple and the instructions given to link up with my iPhone was painless. It worked first time and I was amazed at the picture quality- I used my iPhone photo-gallery to project the images on to my wall via the free screen provided that was an added and welcome bonus and the Velcro strips made it easy to attach to the wall.
Easy to stabilise and focus and the remote was easy to use. The projector fan noise is not that off-putting and if you were watching a movie or had loud speakers set up then you wouldn’t notice it much. The speaker sound from the projector is okay but I used an external speaker linked to my iPhone and it was great. The unit can be hooked up to a tripod stand that I had for my camera anyway but the unit can be placed in a table or stand as well.
In summary I was very surprised at the quality and the free screen was appreciate. I definitely recommend this.

The bundled in screen is by how it’s packaged creased, the affect of this can be diminished by ironing, or in my case, I tried to counteract with tension and the bundled velcro pads will likely fall and lose adhesion quick. I remedied this using reinforced tape, though this definitely isn’t a good looking setup.
The bundled in screen has a very narrow sweetspot to make it worth using as opposed to projecting onto a white wall or sheet, it takes a bit of tinkering and to get it comfortably in my case, I had to balance the projector on a few DVD cases to get it to a height where it is bright, but not blocked out by my head.
The bundled in speakers leave a lot to be desired, an upgrade I strongly suggest is to pick up a cheap 2.1 speaker set.
The software control for zoom does a decent enough job, and is appriciated in smaller environments like my own, however it comes at the cost of resolution, I wish it had a hardware level control like my old XGA projector.
Do I recommend:
For the price point, it’s hard to go wrong with this projector. A decent resolution, a bundled in Ambient Light Reduction screen, mobile mirroring and the ability to insert an SD card or USB drive with your own content makes this a very easy recommendation for someone on a budget and requires modern standards like HDMI as opposed to a used older XGA projector.
Though just be aware there are a small handful of shortcomings that can easily be remedied by positioning of the projector or using alternatives to the bundled in screen and speakers.

The bundled in screen has a very narrow sweetspot to make it worth using as opposed to projecting onto a white wall or sheet, it takes a bit of tinkering and to get it comfortably in my case, I had to balance the projector on a few DVD cases to get it to a height where it is bright, but not blocked out by my head.
The bundled in speakers leave a lot to be desired, an upgrade I strongly suggest is to pick up a cheap 2.1 speaker set.
The software control for zoom does a decent enough job, and is appriciated in smaller environments like my own, however it comes at the cost of resolution, I wish it had a hardware level control like my old XGA projector.

For the price point, it’s hard to go wrong with this projector. A decent resolution, a bundled in Ambient Light Reduction screen, mobile mirroring and the ability to insert an SD card or USB drive with your own content makes this a very easy recommendation for someone on a budget and requires modern standards like HDMI as opposed to a used older XGA projector.
Though just be aware there are a small handful of shortcomings that can easily be remedied by positioning of the projector or using alternatives to the bundled in screen and speakers.

For such small product it has a gr8 impact on our lockdown life in Ireland. Would deffo reccomend this. I watch all my soaps boxsets do my yoga from YouTube, films etc. Quality of picture very good. Slight bit noisy when turned on but nothing major at all you will need a speaker or sub woofer for sound.. Husband loves it for the football games. Just wush it had an extra USB port. BUY IT! !! BUY IT!

It came well packaged, and with a screen too inside box. Straight out of the box it was easy to follow the instructions and set up. Once it got going I set up my iPad through screen mirroring and wow what a picture. The quality was great and the sound just from the projector was good. I’m very pleased with the quality of this projector overall especially the price I paid for it. If you looking for a affordable projector this has to be the one. Buy it you won’t regret it. Trust me.

For a projector under 100 the picture is brilliant (on wall or it comes which a screen), the sound is great and the remote control makes adjusting the settings when needed a breeze. Would highly recommend, especially if you have an Amazon fire tv stick! Only issue was connecting devices via WiFi, sometimes the sound would not work properly but if you plug the device in to the projector with an HDMI cable there are no issues 🙂 overall great product and great value for money!!!

The picture quality is nice and setting up this is really easy. You get a nice little remote control to set it up. They also provide a screen in the package which is kind of too folded but once you stretch it on wall and fix it, trust me you won’t see the marks.
Just projecting it on a white wall is enough but if you could project it on the screen, that gives much better picture quality. I recommend this product if someone is looking for a value for money economical projector for home purposes. But if you are looking for something to be used in day light, this might not be the best. Overall, pretty good product with warranty provided.
This is my second projector from YABER. I’ve recently got V6 for myself which I think it’s outstanding and I decided to get a mini projector for my daughter’s room. V2 produce a smaller projection size than my V6 but it is a mini projector so it is much more compact and perfect for a smaller room with high quality picture. Screen mirroring and remote control works flawlessly. Screen is included which means you can start using it straight away. Sound system is very good and the fan surprisingly quiet. In overall very happy with my purchase. Good job YABER 🙂
I got this projector as I’ve not really got any where to place a TV in my bedroom due to the layout. I wasn’t expecting to much due to it being relatively cheap compared to a TV however was I wrong this is an amazing bit of kit. It came boxed extremely well and protected which gave good impressions straight away. Setting it up was a doddle anyone could do it even if you aren’t good with tech. With it being wireless I connected my phone straight away and mirror imaged my phone with no lag input what so ever. The brightness and screen quality when properly set up are amazing it doesn’t even have to be pitch black like some projectors require to achieve a good quality. The sound is on the little quiet side however with all the connections it was simple to add a sound bar to boost this. All in all this is an amazing projector for the prize specially with the free screen thrown into the equation and I would recommend anyone just to buy it if your considering it. Only thing I do wish is that the screen had eyelets on the corners so I could tie up instead however little Velcro sticky pads are provided with are adequate enough.

I wanted a projector for movie nights during lockdown but I think I will use this a LOT more than i first thought! The picture quality is great, nice and bright which i was the most worried about, its crisp and sharp with the help of the focus ring which is easy to use. With the use of HDMI or screen mirroring, its super easy to use and Im happy it came with a remote as this makes it super easy as well! Im very impressed with this projector and have moved my TV out of my room as I use it all the time. The sound is better than expected as well. GREAT value for money!
The pic I’ve attached is projected onto wallpaper hence the grainy-ness but honestly the quality is great, highly recommend.
We bought this for when we have fires in the garden, and for when we go camping. The picture quality is really good, bright enough to see things clearly, we plugged in our games console and played some games in the garden, it coped with it perfectly, we got a screen in with ours which is pretty good to be fair, but we have a larger one with a frame which we used instead (good as a backup though) the sound quality is ok but if you want a boost you can always plug in a sound bar as it has 2 usbs which is handy. I would definitely recommend this projector for this price range.

I can read small text even while the screen is 150-180″ (I don’t have space in my room to project bigger than this :P). You don’t need to have absolute dark to project with this projector. Even if the light is on in the room you get a fairly bright projection.
Audio(Sound) from the projector is fine. It is not very great but it is not bad. You can use it in a big hall with 200″ projection without using an additional speaker. It gives you option anyway to add speaker if you want to.

I bought the V2 following research into a small portable projector that I could use for TV, work, and also Xbox gaming. I found the V2 on a list of best-buys. It’s an outstanding device!! Very compact, quiet operation, and an incredible projection. It connected instantly to my iPhone when I first set it up, played videos no problem at all with great sound plus you can connect an external speaker through the headphone socket. Connectivity with my laptop was simple and quick, and I had no problem streaming content, and also working from home! The screen included in the box is a material screen which is far better than I imagined it would be, as the material is such that you get a crystal clear picture even in brighter light — I just fitted some sticky pads to the back so I could attach/remove it easily. All in all, and excellent device for the price, and easily the best one I’ve owned!

Easy to understand and straight forward instructions meant for a quick set up. Got it mirroring from my iPhone without any problems, and I use it with my Amazon Fire Stick to access Netflix, Amazon Video And Disney+.
Can’t wait for some barmier evenings to use it in the garden and to take camping for any rainy days/evenings we tend to get over the bank holidays!

Sound from the unit for what it is, is pretty good but using the headphone port I took this back to a sound bar + sub and the sound is fed back perfectly. Purchased for my son. Easy to set up. Played Netflix thru a Samsung phone with excellent quality (need good wifi for that).Plugged in fire stick, quality excellent. Plugged in an NDS game, again excellent, powered by the projector. Extremely happy. He plugs in a mini speaker which amplifies the sound quality, but even without the sound is very good. Highly recommended.

Im pleasantly surprised by this little star. I didn’t expect such a high output and to be so accepting of a projector over a television in my bedroom. 1. Hdmi connectivity, 2. AV connectivity 3. Screen mirroring from Android phone 4. USB access. All working good.
The picture quality is good and it’s HD, I use Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime. The picture quality is nice. Though the inbuilt speaker is not giving enough output, the Dolby sound quality is good when I used a sound bar.
Noise level is low only, when I watch the movies, I don’t hear the noise.
This projector is value for money.
I would suggest this to my friends also.

The screen is absolutely massive! I reduced the size down to 80% with the projector being around 12ft from the wall.

The latest display technology which provides HD image quality, that is the most important thing I need.
The brightness of image is just extraordinary, and I can use it even the lights on.
The sound quality is great volume level, also it can connect speaker, up to personal like.
The image size can be a huge home cinema. I like the experience, just amazing.
I can enjoy the cinema with family in a nice , quiet, warm environment, no matter how’s the weather, we don’t need to travel far any more.
Overall it exceeded my expectations. It’s performing very well, both image and sound, also the price is nice too.
Not only was I shocked at the quality of the imagine but also the user friendly set up and how easily it is adjusted to fit your room. I am lucky enough to have this clean grey/white wall but they sent me a free screen which I thought was awesome and it will probably come in handy one day!
It arrived just in time for the UFC :).
The sound is good considering it comes directly from the projector but has options for headphones and you could also hook up a sound system to it.
If you expect it to be completely silent then sadly this will disappoint , I’ll compare it with a PlayStation 4 going at about 50% but when media is playing it’s barely noticeable.
The sound is pretty good considering the size of the speaker. Do not be expecting surround sound quality.

Picture is fantastic when you get a good quality screen. The free one in not the best and is far to creased. The sound is OK. But I’d say invest in a sound bar. The only issue I had was the free screen. But invest in a sound bar and quality screen and you won’t get a better projector.
For the price on this projector you cannot go wrong. Great HD picture. I hooked mine up to my AV receiver so I’m able to play blu-ray discs with 5.1 surround sound through my existing sound set up and everything off my Amazon Fire Stick, including live rugby which is like bringing the pub to your home (especially helpful with lockdown!). Really cool to get the free screen with it too which I will use for summer movie nights in the garden when things warm up again!
This Yaber projector was recommended to me by a friend. I had seen cheaper options, but went with this one as a friend had purchased it and said it was a really good purchase. It comes with a screen which is a plus over some of the other projectors which make you buy a screen separately. this picture quality is also good, and the projector comes with helpful tips, such as how far you should be away from the screen for the best picture quality, which is helpful. It does hum when turned on, but when you start playing a movie or video its not that noticeable. It also has a variety of ports it can be connected to. I have connected my speakers and my ps4 to it, so it has allowed for quite the set up. also compatible with fire sticks etc.

Picture quality and brightness is superb, even when tested on a brown wall the image was clear and sharp. Since painting the wall white I don’t even feel the need to use the screen that comes with it, the picture takes up almost entire 3 meter wall and still gives a crisp image. Have been pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and volume based on some of the reviews but I have absolutely no complaint. It’s just as good as any TV.
I have this connected to PS4 for gaming and can stream netflix, amazon and YouTube without issue and would highly recommend this set up. Perfect for gaming and watching movies.

I was little hesitant about this purchase having recently returned another brand for poor performance. But have to say I was pleasantly surprised and a Great price. Well packaged and excellent delivery service. Picture quality and brightness are great and easily adjusted. The sound quality is good and better than expected, but I do also have a soundbar which was easy to connect and so is now perfect for what we want and ticks all the boxes.
You can adjust picture, brightness and sound independently or use preconfigured settings.
There are lots of connectivity options including mirroring – though if using the wifi connection it can depend on your wifi connectivity, obviously – for good performance.

For the money, this probably a very good product with wireless connection compared to similar at the same price range. The projector comes with a free projector screen, which is a good touch and can use on the go. I returned this item, just because it was no better than my current projector that I use with a firestick, however this one is wireless and not based on the projector. I would be paying money for something that I already had…. My daughter wasn’t fussed on keeping it for her gaming and wanted to stay using a large TV, therefore the reason it was sent back. Like I say, customer service was fab and couldn’t anymore for you, which was appreciated. I would use company again, no problem.
However the only downside to this product was that the sheet that it came with was quite creased from its packaging. Also the speaker that is built in isn’t very good but can be easily subituted by your own, which was great.
I think this product is perfect considering its price.
For the price paid, I could not be happier with the projector.
Set it up in the garden with the included screen over the window, and once it was dark the picture was clear as anything. Will probably end up buying a bigger screen, but the one in the box is fine to start with.
I was worried about being able to hear with the projector being quite far away from where we were sat, but I actually had to keep turning the volume down so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Bought a usb stick and put some films on it and that connected easily. Still trying to figure out the screen mirroring but I think that’s just more user incompetence than anything else.
Have already recommended this projector to 2 friends who were so impressed they want to purchase one for themselves.
But the last thing I’ll be doing is returning it. It’s absolutely brilliant!
Here’s an idea of picture size (which is the one thing I was struggling to find in other comments) mine is about 11ft from my white wall and the image is about 10.5ft diagonally. The inbuilt speaker is surprisingly good too, although I have just ordered a 5m 3.5mm cable to connect to my soundbar. I have plugged my ps3 into it for now so I have Netflix etc (just had a quick go on a driving game too which was insane!) I would highly recommend this projector, it really exceeded my expectations 🙂
Also forgot to mention with the price they bundle a screen into the deal, and yes it does have creases but hang it up tight and they should go away with time.

This projector is fabulous. I was looking for a projector for sometime. The delivery is very fast and well packaged. The size of the projector is small enough which can be portable and lightweight. This projector is wireless which can be connected with my Phone easily. The screen is very big and the picture is very clear and good. I have tried to use it for one week and everything is going well so far. I am very happy about this projector.
Love that it comes with a free reflective 80″ screen (we pinned ours up on a garden fence) and even an HDMI cable comes with it which is handy! 🙂
