I dont think this lock could be broken once fitted to the door. And its a yale product. The best in my eyes

Seems like an excellent lock. Fairly easy to install if you have a bit of know how. Instructions are clear and the paper template guides they give make the job easier.
Good quality item. Good fixings. You may wish to use longer screws though for better security.
These were slightly bigger than my old lock which was also the same backset length so had to remove a lot of material to install these. The bracket is also quite tall so had to remove a lot of material.
Have installed for 2 months now and quality is great. It has now moulded and the lock open and close very smooth.
My daughters front door needed a bit more material taken off in the top part of the lock slot in the door. The old 3 lever lock was the same depth but around 2cm shorter in height.
Now in, the lock works smoothly and I’m happy that the key I have opens the lock without fuss and wiggling.
