This security camera system was, after a lot of research the best fit for the installation I required which was a combination of both wireless and wired cameras – After purchase it took ages to get the time to install the system fully but now I have I am extremely pleased with the results !
The first camera I installed was a breeze – The camera once powered was located almost instantaneously by the DVR box and I was able to get a good picture – even better once i peeled off the protective film on the front of the camera too! Adjustments for detection zones for motion and various other features were easy to find once you get used to the interface on the DVR.
Now I have 2 wireless and 2 wired (IP) cameras – all of which work brilliantly superb picture quality both day and night – The night vision is very good and allows clear and good images – I have recommended this system to a number of friends who I will be happy to help set up this system.
    Good points :-
Everything is in the box to get setup
    Virtually plug and play
    Excellent wireless coverage
Ability to change IP addresses for wired cameras
    Simple UI for setup

    Bad points
The UI can be a bit involved for a non computer user

Very pleased overall great bit of kit !

Excellent System easy to install but superb Picture Quality !!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersdecided to get a cctv kit after having couple of bikes stolen from my shed last year. I had looked at lots of options but wanted a set up with built in storage via a nvr rather than using the cloud and subscribing to that service.
First impressions are very good with just a few bits that could be improved, the kit comes very well packaged and doesn’t feel at all cheap, the cameras are well made and feel solid I hope they maintain their waterproof promise but time will tell, I have got 2 very well protected under my soffit but 2 camera’s are exposed, I would have liked the option to buy some kind of weather cover to help. I was very impressed with the set up, the cameras are pre allocated so they plug and play so you can plug them in mess with location and setup before mounting them. I have got a great signal from the nvr so no need to use any booster aerials. Image quality is very good and the colour night feature works really well, if the camera is triggered the camera has a very good led light that comes on to allow colour video to be recorded. In-fared is also very good and the red ir lights on the camera’s give a good deterrent.
The android app gets mixed reviews but 4 of us are using it and it has been fine, the nvr software is ok, could do with a more user friendly set up section for fine tuning but you can do lots of set up tinkering and blank out areas say with a tree or bush that may give lots of false alarms, there is an audible alarm as well built into the camera but we have disarmed these but will use when away from home, the voice/intercom feature is nice but we have found this can sometimes not be clear mainly if it’s windy but you would get that with most setups.
Over all money well spent and if it proves robust enough for the British weather then I will add a few more camera’s.

    Great cctv package

Can’t fault it for the price. Camera Set up was very easy. Tailoring the alarms and time settings took a bit more reading but once you get a feel for the system it s easy enough Night vision is very good quality and the picture quality is good. The WiFi range and camera range for a standard house is good.

I am impressed with this product. It is easy to instal and the picture quality is very good. I have downloaded the app on to my iPhone and iPad and the reception quality is excellent. One of the cameras is a long way from the control unit so I used the booster aerial on the camera and this worked well. I also added a 5th camera to the system and this was a simple process. The Yeskamo customer service team were very helpful in answering a query I had. I thoroughly recommend this product.

This system is very easy to set up especially compared to my last set up. The picture quality is excellent, the sound quality is not brilliant but that is usually the case with wi fi cameras the only thing you have to remember is you need a monitor to go with it as you need one to set it up.

I bought the Yeskamo system after looking at various options and checking the reviews. I’m pleased to say, i’m so glad i did. Setup was easy, following the instructions, i have the controller in the loft, with 3 of the cameras working off the wireless – plug and play setup was simple. The 4th camera i setup through my own network, running off a Powerline adapter – this works perfectly too and i followed the instructions for this – these were quite clear. The phone App works seamlessly and gives a decent image. The floodlight option works well and one camera has replaced my faulty door PIR light. I’ve been running all 4 cameras for 3 weeks now and it’s used up just over half the hard disk space, so getting approx 5 weeks of recordings is pretty good. Overall, i’m really pleased with the kit.

    Excellent Home CCTV system

Perfect camera system for the home.
It came with 4 cameras and you can also add 4 more, for internal and external use.
i like how you can turn on and off the sirens in the software and change the sensitivity.
it has floodlights and audio recording too.

Great system very happy with it.

I had a problem with one of the camera’s signal strength. After trying to use an extender I contacted Yeskamo. They immediately took ownership of the problem and came up with a solution at no extra cost to me. Their responses were very fast, very informative and very useful. It is wonderful to have such a fantastic after sales support team. Thank you Dexin for all of your help.

I brought this product after reading numerous reviews of domestic CCTV systems, yeskamo ticked allthe boxes for what i require.
everything you need and more inside the box, clear instructions cover everything you need to know from start to finish, easy to set up the mobile device and the added long range antenna was a huge help.

i found the ideal height for these cameras is around 2.5-3m for good face detail, although i have one mounted under gutter as a overwatch, image quality is good, both day and nigh

Couldn’t be easier to set up, literally plug and play and the cameras connect themselves to the provided access point.
Picture quality is excellent day or night, even in complete darkness the infrared mode picks up a surprising amount of detail.
Installed these cameras both inside and outside and they all brilliantly.
Once the cameras have been linked to a network they can be remotely accessed anywhere from the mobile app.
Provided power cables are more than long enough to ensure no matter where you want to place them it’s not an issue, and I even managed to fit a power cable through a closed window to avoid drilling holes through any outside walls.
My farthest away cameras at the opposite end of my house to the WiFi receiver and one outside and neither of them struggle to connect, even without the use of the included WiFi extender.

So, I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the customer service I received and having a CCTV system that actually works well – I wanted to leave a positive review. I bought an ARLO system a year ago – as it was wireless and I like the battery idea. It was fine at first, but after spending a fortune on replacement batteries at 20k a time, I wanted a replacement. I was worried buying a brand I hadnt heard of before, but I was really really impressed with what I got. The cameras are good quality, the picture is HD and very good at all levels. Playback on the app can be a little slow sometimes, but from the main hub works really well. I had a few stupid questions and emailed their customer support – they came straight back and were really helpful. Honestly can recommend this product to anyone wanting a decent system without being caught in a monthly contract.

Having been awoken by a loud bang on my front door at 4.30 in the morning, leaving myself and my wife terrified, I decided on buying a CCTV system. Having looked at various CCTV systems and read customer reviews, I decided on the Yeskamo system. It consists of four cameras with both night vision, led lighting, siren and two-way audio on all cameras. Since installing these, I now feel very secure in my home. I sometimes get motion detection alerts on my phone caused by my neighbours cat. I can now immediately, with the aid of the phone app, see the entire perimeter of my property, see attached screenshots, and rest easy knowing that it wasn’t someone trying to enter my property. This has been a great investment at a very low cost and no home should be without them. Importantly also, product support is excellent. Needed some clarifications on using the software and I had an immediate response.

For the first time I feel secure in my home.

This kit is a steal for the price. The cameras already come paired to the NVR so set up is a piece of cake. Loads of settings to customise each cameras alarms, our sensitivity and motion detection areas! Oh and the led flood lights that will become active at dark automatically… Great idea! Two way audio… The features are endless with this kit. Very happy I chose it.

I needed a CCTV system for my property and this kit is exactly what I was looking for. Affordable, good quality construction, highly configurable and expandable. I purchased two extra cameras and they were easy to link to the system. All six now fitted and working. Hard drive recorder sits with other TV boxes and displays through the TV using either a VGA or a HDMI cable. I have network linked it to my home router and can now view all cameras / alerts on my PC and / or mobile phone. Highly recommended.

Good value for money, issue is with size of hole required to get the power supply through walls etc, (needs to be quite large for the ends of cables to pass through)
Floodlights poor, better to use just the night vision kit, also no hard drive supplied with kit unlike the non floodlight kit which means extra expense in obtaining a suitable recording drive
Easy to fit & set up with decent picture quality

We have tried 3 CCTV type systems and found this the best so far – easily. The set up was extremely straight forward (and I’m no techi) and everything worked first time. the programmable alarm & light functions on the cameras is great and adds and extra layer of security for us.
One criticism would be that I really would like to have had the aerial some distance away form the box (to get the best reception) but this is not possible.

As soon as I had connected the cameras to a power source then they connected instantly to the controller.
Very good picture quality and functionality with the floodlights and infra red.
two of the four cameras are operating at the edge of their WIFI range as we live in an old farmhouse with thick walls so I
    will install WIFI repeater.
The only reason that I did not give it five stars was that frustratingly the downloaded remote viewing app would NOT send the necessary authorisation code to my email address. I solved it by asking it to send the code to my ‘phone which it did successfully.

This system was very quick and easy to install, once it was plugged in and screwed up into position.
Cameras did exactly what was needed, day or night.
I have them in a line from my house, running up a lane to my yard over 80 metres away .
I got the IPC router which was a great help as the main router was 5 rooms away from nearest camera.
Voice and light features are a great help. Ie for delivery’s etc, especially when I am away from home, just open app on phone for real time continuation.

Simple and straight forward to connect everything including mobile app feature where live and recorded material is easily viewed and/or retrieved. Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPurchased this set of 4 cameras with a 2tb hard drive
I decided to go for a set of wireless cameras as I didn’t want the hassle of running cables all around the house. Please note that wireless means no cables running to the NVR, you will still need a power source (plug socket) for each camera.
The cameras let you watch in real time or what’s been recorded on your tv or monitor whichever you have connected to your NVR, but what I like is the app on my phone which tells me if there has been any motion detected and then view in real time or again recorded footage provided your system is connected to your broadband.
These cameras have a floodlight feature, alarm which is not that loud but enough to be annoying and a mic which means you are able to talk 2way through your phone to someone standing near a camera. The sound could be better, but it does the job.
The night vision gives a clear picture
All these cameras are already paired with the NVR and you can change settings, so you don’t have to have the alarm on or change the motion sensitivity to name a couple of features

I have had this system for a few months now and I am really pleased. There are some cons but they are not significant when it comes to the overall quality of the system.

    Pros:
*The set up was really easy. Literally plug and play.
*Great video quality both day and night.
*Uninterrupted video feed every time I used it (very reliable).
*Quite good on screen user interface

    Cons:
    * The power supply units are not waterproof so for external installation you need bulky waterproof boxes. Would be better if they provided slim power supplies that you can wire yourself (without plug).
*The mobile app has a 5 second splash screen which is a waste of time.
*On the mobile app the video is stretched. I tried all the options for proportions of the video and none does the trick.
*On the screen that is plugged to the HDMI port the video doesn’t fully fit in the screen. The are some limited options to adjust the video from the monitor. No additional options from the NVR unit apart from changing resolution which of course degrades massively the image.
*You need to use the provided wired mouse. No way of using a wireless mouse or keyboard. This way operating the NVR challenge both because of the location of the NVR as well of the mouse quality. Lastly without the ability to use a keyboard inputting the password is tedious.

I bought this product in December and it is better than expected in a number of areas. I love the floodlight and 2 way audio features. The alarm and detection elements work well and are easy to configure. The alerts come through nicely to the mobile phone application. So, far very happy with the product.

The only addition I’d like would be to setup the camera alarm from the mobile app. This could be a nice feature in the future.

Golden Review Award: 39 From Our UsersI bought this set up this week and it’s a bit fiddly to set up, once it’s done it’s actually quite a good system. I made a mistake of plugging in my own wireless mouse into it for ease and it didn’t work, it wouldn’t let me log into the system so if you find that with a wireless mouse, just plug in the standard wired mouse and you should be able to gain access to the system. not so happy about not being able to get through on the phone to anybody to get support but they do respond within 24-hours by email. all in all it’s a good system works fine I have 4 cameras on mine and when I get paid I’ll buy another for inside the house. Quite reasonably priced and I have it plugged into the monitor in the living room, which is connected by HDMI. Another small downfall is the unit itself has to be plugged into a internet router via Ethernet cable, so has to be close to the router or have a very long Ethernet cable ready. Remember to look through the user manual which is self-explanatory. It gives you a breakdown of the ins and outs of the system, so you can get it set up as soon as you can. As I learnt the floodlights like to go off continuously if you don’t lol. when you first plug it in, if you hear the sound alarms going off on the cameras don’t panic. Just get it all set up and then go to settings and turn off the alarms via the user manual. as you can see it’s quite a small box and fits nicely on a shelf that’s approximately 12 inches deep. I have mine connected to a 23 inch Samsung flat screen LED TV via HDMI cable. You will receive audio through the TV or monitor via the speakers.

To turn off flood lights you need to go into settings and turn the cameras to infared. This will still record colour images in the day time, but not have the floodlights go off continuously at night. You can also download the Yeskamo phone app, to connect it to the system. You can easily so this by going into connections in settings and scanning the QR code. This will automatically pair the app to the system via WiFi.

Sometimes while your setting the system up it may restart while you get the cams added. Just switch on all the cams before installing them, to make sure they all work. You can buy extension cables for these cams for plug sockets that are not immediately available.

It’s not a bad system and mine has been running fine since I set it up. You can upgrade the hardrive on this 2TB HDD to 6TB HDD. This will allow more recording time. You can connect an external HDD for back up a d can upload footage into USB flash drives.

On the phone app you can playback and screen shot and hear audio. My advise is if you have less than 2 bars on the signal for each cam, buy a signal enhancer. 3 bars are excellent, 2 good, 1 poor.

When installing cams, each cam will need it’s own power supply via the supplied plug.

    Happy.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFirstly the extension power cable I ordered (5M) is only 3m! Mind you, after remeasuring, even a 5m would sill be too short to run along my bungalow to the garage so I don’t know what I am going to do.

I am only able to connect only two cameras but only one ‘pairs’ with the NVR, the 2nd camera is ‘camera only’ and does not have a ‘reset’ button which means apparently I have to take it down then bring it to the NVR and connect by an ethranet cable before putting it back up. Only problem with this is I will have to pay a guy to come, take it down and then put it back again and still will not know if it will work with just the 2 out of 4 cameras set up.

When ordering, ok, so probably my fault, but I thought I could watch the camera on my laptop but this model you can’t as the customer service lady said it is because a laptop has a hard drive and so does the NVR so can only be used on a monitor or phone. So additionally had to buy an HDMI cable and a monitor – and still no further forward!!!

The customer service lady did not understand when I asked her how to ‘pair’ a camera without a reset button without removing it from where it had been installed and to the question if I can only set it up with 2 cameras to start with. She suggested I email in for further assistance.

I need the cameras working as am fearful that my intruder may come back but I don’t seem to be getting anywhere. When I did get one camera visible on my phone I am unable to follow the instructions in the manual or quick set up guide on my phone as the menus as cannot see the same menu or screen shots so cannot leave it switched on without disarming the alarm so the 1 working camera remains off.

    Q – where do I get x2 white 10 – 15m power cables?
Q – how do you ‘pair’ a camera which does not have a reset button without taking it back off the wall?
Q – can I set up the system just using 2 cameras instead of the 4 and if I can do I set them up as ‘single’ camera or ‘whole set’???
Q – can I really not have used my laptop?

Addition: I emailed for assistance but have not heard a peep! I also cannot now see the original one camera as the log in page does not accept my password – despite me changing it 11 times via the system after receivning the txt codes and then apparently the system does not recognise me even though it has sent messages to my phone and email but I cannot reregister as the system confirms I am already registered. I have asked the company how I can de register to set up again but no response….so I have a lot of equipment but cannot see diddly squat! I am hoping my intruder comes back so I can throw the lot at him!

Post purchase update – I have reviewed my rating to 5 stars as the customer service is truly exceptional. Blue and Dexim have been so helpful resolving my various problems.
I would still say the system is too technical for me but will keep trying. The picture quality is very clear although there is a slight time delay when changing from standby to light on at night time (any burglars reading this please walk slowly up to and away from my house and smile sweetly 🙂 )
Do make sure you read all the info re this set as in my haste and after reading so many reviews I got muddled. FYI it cannot be viewed on a PC, does not come with an HDMI cable to connect up NVR to a TV or monitor, only has short electric power cables from the cameras – so extensions are required, no hard drive to record onto and the signal is intermittent when going through walls – all rectifiable though.

This is a great system and is easy to set up, the picture quality is superb and it can be adjusted to suit your own preference. One of my cameras is located at the end of the rear garden and I had reservations about the signal and picture quality, however I needn’t have worried with both being excellent. The App works well receiving activation alerts and very clear video quality with good sound.
Overall I am very happy with the system and would definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 56 From Our UsersHaving read all the prior enthusiastic reviews and having invested now myself, I really cannot add much more praise. This kit is a really good system with all round solid quality.
    In summary, main attributes are:
Indeed, very simple plug and play with cameras already configured and basic settings all ready to go.
Range very good and getting 40m easily (line of sight).
Repeater function therefore very useful and easy to set up to ‘daisy chain’ for any more remote cameras (than just around the house).
Furthest camera (in my far Driveway) therefore repeated to nearest (Front door). Interestingly, this nearest camera has the lowest signal strength of all. To be fair, whilst closest, it crosses one floor and three walls.
Floodlight function is a ‘must have’ (for me) as aside from nighttime illumination (we have no street lamps) it gives further security (deterrent) as well as colour footage.
Similarly, the PIR triggered alarm is useful for some placements just to add some additional deterrent (you are being watched/recorded)!
Versus the ‘Doorbell’ type flash ones (advertised on TV) the intercom function may not be as good (I don’t know) but is acceptable and enough for basic messages.
Also, you get massive storage of video (without subscriptions!) that you can backup and save/edit as needed.
The App works surprisingly well for basic monitoring with the Main box used for a vast array of user options.
Accordingly, whilst the Manual is sufficient, albeit elementary, it needs a good hour of playing around to really get into the nested menus (see pic) and feel comfortable with the systems full potential.
All in all, if you want what I would call a semi-professional system (no gimmicks and subscriptions) then, like me, you’ll be delighted with the value.
Further update (14th Nov 2019) having been so delighted with the potential of the system, I have been adding to the base package including the Repeater (IPC Router) for a very remote camera (far end of a driveway by main road). Simply to say also, the Customer Service has been excellent. Friendly, quickly responsive and very helpful with any technical queries. 10 out of 10!

    Very worthy indeed

was after a decent CCTV system having just moved house at a reasonable price and this fitted the bill.
the cameras seems to be well made and I like the idea of the flood light and the audio in them.
remains to be seem how reliable it is but I’m hopeful.
    would certainly recommend.

An excellent multi-functional cctv/alarm system where each function can be set up and operated independently of the others if required. Easy installation and operation. Great picture quality. Restores confidence if you have been targeted by intruders prior to cctv installation. Cheap price to pay for peace of mind.

We have never had cctv before and were nervous about buying a system to set up ourselves but we need not have worried. This system is brilliant, the pictures are so clear and connecting it to our tv was so straightforward. It was well packaged so all the pieces were in tact on delivery. We love the floodlight element as our street is quite dark and this gives us peace of mind that if anyone comes to our home we will know about it. For the cost is is a great piece of equipment.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersAfter reading alot of reviews I picked this system. Some pros and cons to the product which I’ll list.

    Delivery and packaging
Excellent and fast and unlike other items packed with space in mind.

    Product(cameras)
Pro: Cameras are solid and easy to fit to the wall.
Pro: camera is already paired with system no need
Con: wired ethernet cable that’s fitted for linking should be detachable so it can be hidden better(only needed to pair camera to new system as it already comes paired)

    System
Very cheap looking and built this is were the system let’s it down.
One as mentioned no included hard drive required box unscrewing and once purchased a sata 3.5 needs plugging in, extremely easy to do just more effort.
System requires a monitor or TV (hdmi or vga) to actually get the zones set up adjusted.
Profile needs creating to login to set up the app on your mobile device for remote viewing.
The system needs to have a cable connection to your router this is the element that has really ruined the system for me. I wanted the system linked to my TV and also hidden from view but unfortunatly die to the fact it doesnt have a WIRELESS ethernet card you cannot put the CCTV unit hidden unless you either want it not on the internet (app becomes useless, or have it in main internet point in house with no monitor close to it and In full view.

    Possible solutions to this
Hdmi wireless plugin device (not managed to work out which one yet).
A long ethernet cable from router to box (defeats the whole wireless idea)
Install a wireless ethernet card to device( no way to install drivers to device)

Once system is set up you dont actually need to view the system but if u want to do alterations to the settings you need to connect back to a TV or monitor.

    Installation
    Nothing quick about the installation.
Yes the system is wireless but only for camera to main CCTV box.
Each camera needs to be plugged into the mains.
So this required me to drill holes in the walls and run the supplied power cables from a plug in the house to each camera.
So I lost plug sockets in 4 different locations and required a huge amount of moving things to his were these power cables are plugged into.
All systems I think need to be powered so no way to avoid but its still annoying.
Tip for doing this scan the wall for any pipes wires water before drilling.
Drill from inside out so your in correct place
Make sure your close enough to plug so cable reaches otherwise you will require additional extension cables for the camera or extent the plug with normal extension lead.

Try to make sure you check fitting location before installing as the wire receiver is in the way in certain angles so you cannot get angle required.

    Contents
Their is no were that lists what should be in the box and not.
    I’m my box I got
    2 flood camera
    2 normal camera
    Main box
    5 power leads
    1 extension cable
1 antenna extender if signal poor
I got 2 small screwdrivers with some plastic things(no idea what these are actually for and didnt need them. With small metal clips and plastic see photo)
4 plastic tightening clips with no explanation what these are for and I cannot work out what they do or were they go.
Their are no actual installation tips or information tell you how to connect but nothing about wiring it all up or the actual installation of the product.
You get a user manual and quick start.

So overall I’m very happy with picture quality the signal so far doesnt drop out the app is easy to use and mobile viewing is fantastic.

Last tip with the flood camera they come with a really annoying siren alarm to turn this off you need to go into the setting as showing in manual but you need to turn off the IPC alarm OTHERWISE YOU WILL GO MENTAL WITH THE SIREN.

Excellent system superb cameras and mobile app poor instructions poor storage system

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our Usershis system was bought to update my 7yr old wired camera system, the cameras are really easy to install all they need is power, It took me about an hour to install one camera which was the longest of all four install times as I had to drill through the wall of the house whilst up a ladder and being over 60 yrs old im a little slower than I used to be, I like the programme because it is so user friendly, on motion detect you can see instantly on the screen if there has been any activity on any of the cameras., the picture quality is far superior than my old system and the base unit is half the size of my wired system, all in all I would definitely recommend the YESKAMO wireless home security CCTV system .

A definite upgrade on my old system, and would recommend!

This kit, was our 3rd attempt at purchasing, a CCTV package on Amazon.

The 1st package was not wireless and it would have meant drilling large diameter through the walls, to run the cables. Luckily we had Amazon Prime and the return was free and easy, at the local Post Office.

The 2nd package did not have a pre-installed hard drive, memory back-up. We managed to cancel the order, before despatch.

This final package had the lot, including flood lights on the camera’s, alarm klaxons (if required), good quality day and night vision, easy to use and playback, 2 way audio and is easy to install, on your mobile phone and tablets etc.

It was also, half the price of our initial purchase.

Bought this to replace an older system which had gone wrong. This “Yeskamo” system is of good quality. The cameras are easy to install but a weatherproof junction box is need nearby if installing outdoors. The picture quality is excellent even though it is wireless and there are walls between the unit and cameras. the “Setting Up” seems easy enough by just following the on screen instructions. The floodlight feature is useful and bright enough to illuminate the ground as well as providing a better night picture.
In all a reasonably priced, good quality versatile system.

The system was easy to install straight out of the box, minimal setup required to set options on/off. Easy setup for phone app and email notifications. Cameras have a good bracket enabling easy adjustment without tools. wireless range ok to install a camera at the end of my garden with good reception.

Had a problem with 1 camera ariel but its on the back so can live with it. it drops off quite a lot but the other 3 are very good with the exception of sound. Was living with the minor problems but was contacted by Dexin from customer service. Dexin was so helpful I was astounded.. sent me a replacement camera even though I was prepared to live with the one I had. Could not do enough to make me happy.. thank you Dexin… very impressed with your service.

Found this system very easy to install. Cameras are already paired with the recorder and installing the app on iPhone and iPad was painless, too.

Setting up motion detection is a bit trial and error due to the adjustments one can make but that would be the same with any system, I appreciate the flexibility. Where I live, bats seem to be attracted by the infra-red which sets off motion detection.

It would be good to have a bit more control using the IOS app.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersI brought these cameras after reading reviews about this system and others, I had tried to use Wi-fi cameras in the past on a old cctv system but they didn’t work very well.
However these YESKAMO cameras I fantastic, they are so easy to set up just plug and play, I have installed two extra cameras and were just as easy to set up, take cover off back and hit reset and it will then look for your system and load.
The picture and video is so much better than my old set and having the PIR flood lights come on at night to get colour is really good. So good that I have turned my old PIR flood light off.
The app is very easy to install and use, and means you can set at work and keep a eye on your home
Only set up for a few days so far, so can’t say about durability at the moment.
Very pleased with these cameras, and would highly recommend them to anyone look to have piece of mind with cctv at home

This is an excellent product. It came in a very timely manner in attractive packaging. The product was easy to install by an electrician but I must admit I have had some problems with the set up of the system and phone app. However via email I have had access to the best after sales support from the company. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their replies are both prompt and clear. The cameras provide very clear footage and the app provides alarms as to when motion is detected. These alarms then provide a clip on the app of 30 seconds which permits viewing of the detected incident. The cameras also provide a powerful floodlight at night and audible warnings both of which are triggered when motion is detected. However I prefer the audible warnings switched off. I am yet to learn how to use the voice function to talk via the cameras or listen to sound picked up on recordings. I’m sure if I get stuck though that the company will assist once again. I cannot recommend this product and the after sales service enough! It’s well worth purchasing and provides fantastic security assistance and peace of mind.

Golden Review Award: 50 From Our UsersI got these surveillance cameras to protect my home from any intruders when I’m out or during the night. The cameras are really impressive. They are great quality builds and have excellent, clear picture quality, even at night (with or without the floodlights on). The LEDs are really bright! Great as a security light. The cctv system is easy to setup and the phone app works really great. I really like that I can talk to the people in the video and that they can respond too. The system supports up to 8 cameras, which is great and I am planning to get 4 more cameras from YESKAMO soon.

These were really well packaged and nothing had been damaged upon delivery. The package comes with a detailed user manual which is perfect for me, because I don’t really know much about computers, never mind setting up a cctv system! Overall, this is a fantastic product and I would recommend.

Great CCTV cameras to protect my home

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersI put this in following a break in, a CCTV company quoted upwards of 1500 for 4 camera’s. This system was easy to install, just need to drill through the outside wall to get some power to them (beware you need a 25mm hole to get the LAN cable to be tidy, even though I am wireless). images are clear enough for my domestic needs, app works well although sometimes need to close app and reopen. So easy to set up, its pretty much plug and play. Alerts and motion area are easy to set up as well. I added a Western Digital Purple 2tb hard dive to this and it gives about 2 weeks worth of constant recording on all 4 cameras. I have 1 on full time and the other 3 on motion alert. this is giving me about 2 months of recording time.
Its wireless so uses bandwith which is fine for these 2mp cameras, you can add upto 8 on this system.

Whole thing cost me 300 with hard drive and took about 3 hours to install – I am not a diyer but this was simple.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe build quality of the cameras are very good.
The quality of the live video picture at 720 is as good as you need and would expect for the cost of this package.

For me, although the kit is well made and would suit modern house build with decent WiFi connection. My house is not modern, it is an old cottage with external walls that are 900mm thick , so the indoor WiFi could not detect the outdoor cameras. It would have been no problem if the record box had hard wire connection sockets, but it does not. The cameras all have hard wire sockets. My solution to this problem was to put one hard wire from modem in living room to roof space and an HDMI cable from television, and put recorder box up above the thick walls to eaves height where the cameras are. And then buy a wireless mouse to control the television . Also i had to put power cables to each camera. After reading what i have just written i am realising that this kit of cameras and recorder is not for people that have thick walled houses and can’t do electrical work themselves or don’t want to have multi cables going up to the attic !

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI researched the subject extensively prior to selecting the Yaskamo product which I decided provided the best combination of specification, quality, ease of installation and value. The product arrived swiftly and was well packaged. The set-up instructions were easy to follow and I set up all cameras on the table prior to installing any cameras in their final location. The instructions suggest 2 alternative Apps to install on your smart phone so that you can log in to the system remotely from your phone. I chose Eseecloud which has been working well so far. Initially I had some problems with screen blocking on playback and contacted Yaskamo customer support who responded promptly with some suggestions which included the suggestion to monitor the received images simultaneously on the PC monitor and the Phone App. The result was that the blocking was not visible on the phone which led me to the conclusion it was a signal loss issue between the camera and the recorder. A bit of fiddling with the aerial orientation on the camera seems to have sorted the problem. The biggest issues were with finding 240v power outlets near enough to the camera location and in one location a power extension lead was required. Another issue I encountered was with installing the camera on an exterior garage wall. I did not want to have exposed wires visible so had to drill a large hole through the wall to pass the wires through and then fitted the camera to a mounting plate which covered the hole. The large IP connector termination attached to the camera meant that a large hole had to be bored in the wall to permit the cable termination to pass through and the length of this cable was only just sufficient to pass through the cavity wall. The motion detection can sometimes be too sensitive and can be triggered by heavy rain and the IR LED light seems to be rather attractive to moths ! Overall I’m very pleased with the image quality and stability of the system performance.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI had little trouble with the wifi connection to a camera which was resolved with the indoor aerial supplied , be aware that this is only suitable for the cameras that require and aerial fitted during installation. I had some problems setting the softwares to the way I wanted it. But the was resolved with very helpful service people.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our Userseceived on time. very good packaging. All installation went well and easy. wireless reception is good but if you have concrete tick wall it may have some troubles receiving the signal. approx 5-8 meters diapason. there is an extension antenna but is only one. you can order more if needed. I had a faulty PIR sensor on one of the spotlight camera. contacted over the phone. answered and asked for a pictures and explanation of what the fault is. Has been promised a replacement, but don’t have it yet, more than a week. have been told there is no stock availability. Will chase the seller in a few days again. Generally, very good and advanced product. Mobile app is good and has all necessary options inside.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersYESKAMO [Floodlight & Audio] Wireless CCTV Camera Systems with Audio 1080P 8CH NVR Recorder w/ 2x Floodlight Camera & 2x Wifi Camera for Outdoor Home Security with 2 Way Audio, Motion Activated Alert

I have recently sent back an alarm system that I purchased from Amazon and then I ordered this one. I have been VERY happy with this system and the support offered by the seller. Little things like an extension for the DVR power supply shows thought as you can place it within 1 metre of an electrical socket. The same thought extends to the cameras where they use a ball and socket fitting that clamps very easily for positioning the camera instead of the usual allen key clamped systems (fiddly and not always successful). You will need your own screws for fitting a hard drive though.
The DVR instructions and menu are the usual Chinglish but easy enough to navigate round and if in doubt contact the sellers for a prompt and accurate reply. You can have all 4 screens on the monitor at once or you can change to a single camera display that flips through the 4 screens.
Adjustable PIR settings are valuable as is the timing for recordings. The picture quality is full HD and excellent. The wi fi range is very good and connects easily. I had a small problem with my Humax youview set top remote where the remote would cause the DVR to beep and change screen. I contacted the seller and a VERY simple resolution was offered. Cover the IR receiver on the front of the DVR with tape and voila problem solved. I haven’t tested the 2 way audio yet but the PIR leds work perfectly. I’m thinking of expanding the system and this is easy as it is an 8 channel system so buy the camera’s , connect and you’re away.
At this price this system is EXCELLENT value and a good quality setup.

The customer support is superb. Amanda has answered any of my questions very quickly and dealt with any problems speedily and VERY courteously.

For the money you would be hard pushed to equal this. Easy to set up and (so far) does the job well.

I did have a problem with the recommended PC software. It stopped connecting to the cameras and required a wipe and re-install to get it working but, all back up working now. Contacted Service Dept who were straight on it and offered assistance. Phone App however works great.

Still can’t quite get the motion detection quite right (lots of false alarms) but I’m sure that can be resolved.

This is one of only a few products which I can or would recommend without loosing sleep.

Golden Review Award: 70 From Our UsersI’d been thinking about installing a CCTV setup for a while now, so finally decided to bite the bullet and buy one.

The package comes as a complete kit, with everything* you’ll need to get up and running: 4x Wireless IP Cameras, 1x NVR, 4x Power Adapters (plus a single extender cable), 1x LAN cable, 1 Wi-Fi Extender aerial plus a mouse to setup & control the NVR software.

*Note — This kit doesn’t come with a HDD, so although you can stream footage out of the box, you’ll need to supply your own hard drive if you want to record the footage. The box supports disks up to 6TB in size, so I installed an old 1TB disk that I had lying around.

All four cameras are metal and feel well built. Two are just standard IR cameras that show colour footage during the day, then switch to black & white at night.. but the other two have an integrated Passive Infra-Red sensor which, when triggered by movement, enables two little LED strips to activate a ‘flood light’ function so you can get a colour recording of whatever’s triggered them – In the video above, you can see it’s my neighbour’s cat that triggers the floodlight.

With my install, I just wanted to use the cameras wirelessly, which meant not using the RJ45 connector and lead that’s attached to each camera for the ‘hardwired’ option. This left me with a slightly ugly install, as there’s nowhere to ‘hide’ the unused wires and simply wrapping them around the camera didn’t look good enough for me – See the photos for what I mean.
Instead, I decided to mount each camera to a waterproof plastic box, which I then mounted to the wall. This leaves a much ‘cleaner’ looking install in my opinion as it also provides somewhere to hide all the unused wiring.
I also needed to buy some power extender cables, as the power cable on each little plug in the kit just isn’t long enough for a typical ‘outside’ setup,

The interface for the recorder is easy to manage, with most of the functions being the usual ‘Wizard’ style setup were you can rename each camera, change the WiFi channel, set the recording options (Record on IR Trigger, always record, record based on a timing schedule etc).

Overall a really good bit of kit that would be pretty much perfect if it came with longer power cables!

Liked – Really easy to pair and setup the cameras.
Access the live & recorded footage remotely via web or phone app.
Two cameras can also act as floodlights.

Disliked – The supplied power cables are just too short.
No way to remove the unused network cable.

    Good little CCTV setup
