MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
When you begin your fitness program, please keep these tips in mind:
- Start slowly and build up gradually. Give yourself plenty of time to warm up and cool down with easy walking or gentle stretching. As your stamina improves, gradually increase the amount of time you exercise.
- Break things up if you have to. You don’t have to do all your exercise at one time. Exercising in short sessions a few times a day may fit into your schedule better than a single 30-minute session.
- Listen to your body. If you feel pain, shortness of breath, dizziness or nausea, take a break. You may be pushing yourself too hard.
- Monitor your progress. If you lose motivation, set new goals or try a new activity.
CAUTION
- People who have pre-existing conditions as high blood pressure, stroke, fused vertebrae, detached retinas, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before exercise on the dip bars.

Someone else pointed out that it’s not the Yoleo brand. I went for this because of that reason, the last last Yoleo item I got was brilliant. Back to the item, it’s adjustable in two planes Height and Width. It’s good value for money. I’m using it for Callanetics exercises and it’s up to the job so well worth taking the plunge (forgive the pun).
Im around 105kg and these don’t wobble, can’t ask for much more at the price poi
Great purchase and gives a good workout, very sturdy also
Product is what I wanted. Expensive. Easy to assemble. Height adjustable. I use with out the connector rod so it can be a little unsteady if you work excessively hard. Otherwise it is steady enough for dips and basic moves
Excellent product but i think they can decrease the price a little. Thanks
Just got this today and was easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy at the moment however there were some scratches on it which makes me wonder if it’s a return I paid full price fo
Overall, this is a pretty good product for the price as is most Yoleo equipment I’ve tried so far.
It’s pretty easy to build and when using it I don’t feel worried it’s going to rock over or anything, so overall it’s fairly stable, but there’s definitely a noticeable moving/bowing of the frame when you’re using it, it’s really strong and I’m nowhere near using the advertised weight limit so can only assume it would stand up to the test, but it is a little bit distracting when you’re using it as it’s definitely noticeable.
Overall pretty good though, especially for the money, I’d definitely recommend it and would buy again.
Exactly what you need if you want the basic functional strength you get from dips. Sturdy enough. Could do with extending a bit higher but apart from that it’s fit for purpose.
Very easy to assemble. Feels sturdy and it is a very functional piece of exercise equipment.
I incorporate a few exercises using the paralette bars every workout. (Dips, Skull crushers, Rows…etc)
Had this a few weeks and use it a few times a week. Seems solid enough and holds my weight fine (14.5 stones). Easy to assemble.
The bars are very sturdy, reliable and look nice. There were some initial problems though, namely 3 left legs and 1 right were sent instead of 2 of each. A replacement leg was quickly sent by the suppliers, who responded efficiently. Another problem was that weld spatter remained in one or two of the screw holes, which had to be filed out. Again, the suppliers responded, saying that component parts would be checked more thoroughly in future. All in all though, once the bars were assembled, I was very pleased with them, and they feel solid and stable to use, and look like they will remain durable and last a very long time.
I weigh 67k and I can just about do most exercises withought this thing toppling over. However I think the steel could be slightly thicker, which would add weight and sturdiness. Especially for those who weigh more than 70 kg.
I love the way you can adjust the height and width. It’s incredibly easi to assemble and disassemble. I took this on holiday with me and it went into the car roof box with no problem. The kids also love playing on them so win win.
Overall very pleased. If it was thicker steel i would have given it five stars.
I actually bought this since I managed to break the previous dipping machine I had. I’d gone for one of the non-parallel upright style dipping stations. It said it had a total load of 300kg but it felt flimsy when I went above +50kg weight. When I tried a max effort lift with +100kg the welding came completely off and the bar snapped!
In comparison these parallel bars seem far more stable and I’ve had multiple sessions with me (105kg) + 100kg extra weight and it’s still felt super sturdy. One minor complaint is that if you’re adding weight using a chain belt you need to massively shorten the length of the chain since there isn’t much clearance from the floor like you’d get with an upright dipping station.
Overall though A+ especially if you’re planning on dipping with a significant amount of extra weight.
Sturdy bars, could of been a little bit thicker as when first used dug into your hands due to bodyweight pressure, a little wobble but very safe, light and easy to move
Overall i am completly satisfied with my purchase. On opening the package i noticed a part was missing. I immediately contacted the seller to inform her. Within a few hours she responded, informing me that a new part had been ordered. Several days later it arrived…
This is a great addition to home gym, it was recommended by a friend who’s a personal trainer. It’s perfect for dips and push ups as well as number of other exercises. It was easy to assemble. It didn’t require any wall mounting or permanent fixture as it is well built and sturdy. Doesn’t look too messy when put away. I’m pleased with it and have been using it quite regularly. It’s a long term investment and I do not expect this to break or be unuseful for a very long time.
Dip bars are easy to assemble and store when not in use.
The washers were missing from the assembly pack but a quick message to the seller & they were promptly sent out.
So overall very happy with the item.
The dip bars are very robust when the joining bars are fitted.
I am 6ft tall & weight 90kg and the bars support me easily & there are two height setting using bolts.
The bars are easily stored when not in use.
The customer service was excellent, there was a delay with my order & I was informed and given 10 discount.
Great product, very well built and straight forward to assemble. I am over 6ft and the frame is tall enough that I can get a full range of motion when doing dips. I had some questions after I brought the product and Amber in the customer service department couldn’t have been more helpful.
These bars are very good, very stable even without the connector bars. I’m 6’2 and 220lbs and dip with an extra 40-50kgs, not a single wobble. I have the bars at full height and they would still be fine on the next setting down, so if you’re much taller you’ll be fine.
One of the feet did come with a slight drill hole defect that didn’t allow the stabiliser bar to be screwed into place (not fully drilled through I think), I contacted the seller who was only too happy to send a replacement, with full and no nonsense communication all the way. I got the replacement part within a few days and it’s all perfect. The customer service was excellent.
I bought this to do dips and also to serve more as parallettes which I can practice calisthenics. Overall, I am very impressed. They are very strong and sturdy – they don’t move about or wobble no matter what weird and wonderful positions you throw your bodyweight around in. They are easy to grip and keep a hold of too. They can also be easily adjusted – whether it be the height of them or the distance that the bars sits apart parallel to one another. A fantastic piece of kit.
Home exercise equipment, especially cheaper home exercise equipment, has quite rightly got a pretty bad reputation, so I ordered these with a somewhat philosphical attitude towards what would arrive. I am delighted to say that my low expectations were unfounded. These dip bars are fantastic!!
The real game changer are the adjustable stabilising bars, that allow accurate repeatable spacing between the bars for consistency workout to workout, as well as ensuring that they remain upright and reduce the risk to your shoulders and elbows through accident.
As to their sturdiness, I weigh 100kg (16 stone), and dip with a heavy band looped through that handles and over my neck, meaning at the top of the dip, there is over 130kg of downward force experienced by the bars. Not so much as a creak or complaint from the welds.
Same story when I lay one of the bars flat, and use the side supports as handles for deficit push ups – again, banded, full bodyweight + and solid as a rock.
They also allow one to do horizontal pull ups, or body rows, meaning you can use them equally for a variety of modified pulling exercises to balance your workouts- lots of ideas available on Youtube involving similar equipment.
The bars were easy to assemble, and remain user friendly and space efficient if you have to unattach them for storage.
If you are still avoiding gyms and continuing to workout at home, these are an excellent and low cost way of adding options to your upper body resistance work, and I recommend them without reservation.
I’ve used the dip bar for almost 2 months, it’s nice and sturdy and is very easy to assemble but also to take apart.
When both bottom bars are attached it’s very sturdy, but even without the bottom bars it’s pretty usable.
My son does a lot of gymnastics so we bought this to help him build up stamina for the p-bars.
It’s a well constructed solid piece of gym equipment, quick to build and adjust and totally ideal as an addition to any work out.
He loves it and even after a week you can see a difference in his stamina. I have started using it too and it makes a nice change from doing pushups and chin ups.
Great product.
