hese look lovely, if i needed more sets then i would get them again. as it happens i don’t but after a few months one of the bulbs no longer work but no worries as there was 2 replacements and it’s fixed them back up. i will order some more replacement bulbs soon as i only have 1 left, the replacements are only about 8 for 6

The manufacturer should roll the cable on a reel or roll into sections as it took me longer to untangle these than fit.
They are ok quality and can’t comment on weather proofing as under a gazebo but give plenty of light. So much that I am installing an inline dimmer.

Great set of lights which can be linked up to more sets. Bulbs are durable as they are made of plastic, and also supplied with two spare bulbs. Only negative point is that they took about twenty minutes to untangle before setting up.

Put a set of these up around my garden last Autumn and they have been brilliant. Also bought some spare bulbs, but so far there has been no need.
One of the appeals of this set is that it has a slightly longer cable than most before the first bulb, which meant that I could have all of the connections in my shed out of the wet. This was the first time that I used a wire cable (bought separately) to hang lights from and it really was worth it. Apart from taking the strain, the cable made it easy to work out the layout in advance and space the lights sensibly. As advised by an American YouTube clip, I used a spring where the cable attaches to my tree to allow for movement.
The lights are a decent brightness. Not in your face bright, but they provide enough light for me to wonder about outside. I use a Kasa plug to allow me to turn them off and on remotely.
Before buying these, I was going through a set of lights every 12-24 months. I’m confident that these will last a lot longer.

Lights are well made and light up the patio with a warm light. If hanging across the patio with wide expanse, you will need to support with wire and tension bolts.
Want sure which lights to buy for quality of product. Local light shop recommended these from personal experience as they didn’t stock festoons.
I have 2x 30 lights joined together, with great. The outer bulb case is plastic so very durable, the cable is will made, the brightness is perfect.
Bulbs are replaceable which is great.
Only minor snag is when made, some bulbs are moulded on putting up instead on down. Just a typical Chinese quality thing. You just have to give the cable a single twist to refine that, you won’t notice.
I have converted these to solar with a 12v leisure battery, inverter and panel. Going to wire a lux sensor in to only come on at night instead of a mechanicalplug timer.

We have 2 sets connected together and they are great! Give a lovely warmth to the garden when lit up. Easy to install but a pain to untangle! Would be nice to have a way to cut off any unwanted bulbs (we had 3) and terminate but never the less they are nice bulbs.

Really liked the lights at first. All was well for about 6 weeks then one evening they tripped the circuit with a bang! Reset the trip and now only the first 6 bulbs are working. No apparent signs of faults, all bulb covers are on tight and no water ingress.

These are perfect, great, warm light which is just right. Not had rain yet so can’t confirm if they are waterproof but the fact they have plastic bulbs is great as they get knocked about a bit unravelling them. Bought 2 sets for our fairly wide garden which was enough. They are easy to connect. Fastened to the fence using the cable tie method. Ie screw cable tie to fence and loop in light cable and fasten up. Cut off excess, works a treat.
Not sure how resistant these are to mr squirrel who lives in my garden, buries his nuts everywhere and chews through most Christmas lights I’ve put up, we’ll see. Would definitely recommend

These are beautiful! We have a 3.5mx3.5m pergola and going zig zag they are the perfect fit. They are very bright with a lovely warm yellow. No need for other lights on with these. I do wish we could dim them though when you don’t need them as bright, but it doesn’t put me off them the slightest. We have them on a timer and it lifts my mood seeing them come on, making the garden look very inviting — hurry up summer!

Great shatterproof plastic bulbs but didn’t look cheap, has little holes on each bulb socket to easy hanging. Just the right amount of light for a garden. Going to order more !
Originally looked at more expensive lights, which were excellent, but after finding these with better reviews. It was a no brainier! Plastic bulbs were easy to keep safe during set up – took 3hrs with putting up capable as well and the extension cable was a perfect fit. End result in pictures showing a lovely amber glow over the table and area. 2 bulbs not working initially but after using spare and contacting company, now have full set with spares. They are easy to change and we are so looking forward to nights out, in.

I have a large garden with a path running round the edge. I’ve daisy chained 4 sets of these lights, fixed them to the fencing and the effect is perfect. The 1w bulbs, spaced 1m apart throw just the right amount of light to see by and create the ambience I was after. The ability to daisy chain the sets allows me to use one power outlet and with the whole garden fully illuminated I’m only using 120w. The moulded casings are robust enough for outdoor use and each light has a moulded hook hole for easy fixing. Always wary of being “cheep Chinese” and half expected to be sending these back but they are great. Although I defy anyone to unpack them without getting them really tangled up 🙂

Thank you so much for the person who warned us about needing a good marriage. When I read that I thought we are 39 years so should be fine and we were. My husband used the back of a garden chair to unwrap the lights (like you would a skein of wool) and then carried it around the garden with him as he put them up. It worked like a charm and they look lovely. Awesome product and excellent value. They all worked too and we have two spare bulbs.

I absolutely love these lights. Really beautiful glow and brightness level. They light up my garden beautifully which is helpful for late night dog toilet trips. I popped them on a Wi-Fi plug so they are controlled remotely from my phone too which is really useful.
I agree with the review about them being tangled it took a lot of perseverance to get them untangled. But it was worth it!

This was a brilliant Christmas present for my wife and she loved it. The first package unfortunately arrived with some faulty lights. Second one was fine.
I put them up on our fence and they look amazing. They have sort of yellowish dim light did they are not mega bright.
You will have two spare bulbs in the pack.
They seem very well made and water tight. The length is great. We have a semi detached new build and it was long enough to go around all three sides.
I had to order some self screw hooks to hang them on. The price versus the length is the best one I could find on amazon. I haven’t had them long or on many times but they seem very nice and we love the light it emits. I understand the electricity consumption is equivalent to a 30W light bulb so not too bad.
Everything worked ok out of the box. Easily untangled in 5 minutes. Amazed by the amount of light they give out. So far so good!
Unfortunately and luckily the two spare bulbs it came with replaced the two not working bulbs. I have searched for the B09B6S7LSG but is not recognised??? So if one bulb goes I’m out of luck with a replacement. It would be great if the supplier could send me a 2 bulbs to replace the faulty ones. Or at least give me a correct part number and contact to buy from.

These lights are excellent the day after I put them up we had very strong winds and they withstood anything nature threw at them. They are bright and use very little power, I thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve put these lights up outside my back garden to bring some much needed lighting to the space. They look pretty good and I’m satisfied that they are weatherproof and will last me for a good amount of time.
They are plastic bulbs. Definitely better than the glass option and they’re quite bright too. So they are very functional.
What bothers me about these lights is the price. I think 59.99 is a bit steep for what they are.
There are lots of other options on Amazon which would save you 30% or more and they provide something similar or better. My advice would be to shop around. You might find something as good for a bit less money.

They arrive so tangled that as you attempt to free them you end up in the position of every Christmas lights fiasco you’ve ever had!
So tangled they took a good hour to separate whilst testing your marriage to the brink!
14 years of togetherness and 6 married meant that this was a trial, whispered curses so the new neighbours didn’t hear but eventually we got through it!

Really good length of lighting for your garden, but if it’s not enough & you’re looking to land planes in your garden, these can be daisy chained together with multiple sets, the leds use very little power, so several sets can all be connected without any concern… They’ll even fit together with other brands!!
I hadn’t come across this type of bulb before & although there’s a couple of spares provided, I did wonder about getting replacements… Turns out they’re readily available, the seller even included a link in the Q&A section.
They’re a bit more yellow, or warmer than a regular warm white (2700k) as these are rated at 2200k, personally I think the warmer the better in a decorative capacity, but that’s just more my taste, you may differ!!
There’s hooks built into each socket, I’d definitely recommend using them, it’ll just keep the strain off the cabling & help your lights last much, much longer.

Plastic bulbs, so no fear of them smashing in transport or whilst putting them up ( which was easy, by the way ) I paid the same price as others are charging for 48ft !!! But I got 110ft !!! They look amazing.

I have this Maihaha 107ft waterproof LED garden string lights with 30 LED bulbs (+2 spare bulbs-only LED bulbs, not plastic shades).
I have in my garden similar set just shorter, but this one is much better as the distance from the plug to the first bulb is 3m.
It is very important as a previous set had only 1m and because of it I was unable to hang it how I wanted to.
These light are mains powered.
The wire is not very thick, and quite stiff, I just hope that it will not crack/break easily in the cold weather. My other set has round, thick and very elastic cable.
This set according to the description can be used outdoor but also indoor.
Overall this set is well made.
The bulbs are made from plastic, so not easy to break like the glass, so safer, but look pretty similar, especially from the distance.
It looks like there is a little led bulb inserted in the socket, covered with plastic shade in the shape of bulb.
Light is bright and of a nice pleasant warm white/yellowish colour.
This set is energy efficient as LED bulbs don’t consume much of electricity and have a long life span.
The price is OK for the such big set, it works as it should, so I would happily recommend it.

They arrive in a large, and well-packed, retail ready, cardboard box.
It’s a great first impression.
Out of the box, and you get:

Nice, and simple.
Build quality looks good.
They are nicely fitted, and seem tight, and well put together.
There is a UK legal Fused plug.
Always a relief with imported goods, as I have reviewed a few recently without this.
The cable is nice and chunky, and the bulb connectors are too.
The light bulbs all survived the trip, so having two spare is a nice touch.
Plenty of products could learn from this, and supply everything you could possibly need to get you up and running, even with breakages.
Time for some technical specs, and numbers… So skip the next paragraph, if these things bore you.
There is a bulb spacing of 3.28ft, along the 107ft long cable.
There is a 9.8ft space between the plug, and the first bulb.
The bulbs are 4.3″ by 2.1″.
There are 30 bulbs in the string, plus 2 spare bulbs.
The colour and brightness is 2,200K, warm white.
You can run strings together, should you wish to purchase more, and daisy chain them together.
The bulbs are rainproof, snow proof, sunproof, windproof, and pretty much everything proof.
The bulbs are plastic, as opposed to glass, so they will not shatter if touched, or bumped.

Each bulb has a hoop above it, to allow for a hanging hook, or line, to be inserted, to help with hanging them up.
You could always just use the wire to hang them though.

We wanted some lights to ideally run around the garden wall perimeter, to light up a decking area when sitting out of an evening. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised as the length of these lights meant I could run them not just around the wall but also around our garden bar and above a 2nd decked area!! For a medium sized garden this was great.
The lights have connectors on the end so you can join them with a 2nd set if needed, They also came with spare bulbs (which was good as one wasn’t working when we turned them on, so no big deal).
I’m really happy with the light they give off as they create a nice ambient light, not too harsh on the eyes.
Would recommend these if you are looking to do something similar on a decked area or even inside a gazebo or inside your home.
We already have some lights similar to these which we have been pleased with so ordered these to extend our lighting towards the end of our rather long garden. First impression was a decent quality product and although I had read the specification before ordering the length had not really registered. This is a seriously long string of lights which took a little untangling before I could fix them up and fortunately the length was such that I could run directly from an outside socket with out needing an extension. More on this later. Once installed we had a very successful garden party with guests able to use all of the garden in a nice atmosphere and no worries about rain on extension joints.
Two minor points which has dropped a star from my rating. The bulbs are actually two parts. The outer plastic cover and the bulb which is a smaller slimmer item which fits inside. Not a problem but only the inner part is provided as spares so if you break a bulb in handling you do not have spares for the outer plastic case which I assume is the part keeping water out.
A second point which may not affect most users is that the string has a small in line plug on one end and an inline socket on the other. This is common for this type of string with the plug end connecting to a short cable which has the mains plug fitted and the socket end allows additional strings to be added if required. We have cable for other lights so it is possible to connect to a mains socket some distance away without having to make joints or use non waterproof extension reels. In principle this is a really good feature but there is no standardisation on the in line sockets and so far I have found four lighting strings with sockets that look the same but will not connect to each other. Some specify a socket type and I have extension cables for them. These and others do not and the cables from other sets do not fit these lights. As noted, not a deal breaker if you never want to extend the lights but a nuisance if you do.
The lights are very good the right amount of light not to bright just right for the garden will recommend
This is a long length set of outdoor lights. The lights are nice and bright, with a traditional-style neutral warm white output. The lights came with the bulbs preinstalled. The bulbs are shatterproof plastic-outer versions that have the appearance of glass but should be less prone to damage (and less of a problem if they were to become damaged). There are two spares included in the box — though these are not whole bulbs, but rather inserts consisting of a metal screw in section and a central core containing the filament that’s designed to go inside the plastic bulb outers. A couple of the plastic bulb outers had come unscrewed in the box and needed to be reinstalled.
The manual gives useful information regarding bulb wattage and the number of sets of these lights that can be safely interconnected (up to 9 sets). However, the manual also specifies that damaged bulbs should ideally only be replaced with manufacturer bulbs. Sounds reasonable enough, but at the time of writing I can’t find these available for sale anywhere, so this could prove a problem in the longer term. Indeed, I can’t find similar bulbs with a 1.1W energy rating.
The length of cabling between the plug and the first bulb is quite generous. I have a couple of sets of lights where just 1m is given, which really isn’t sufficient, but these have 2.5m. These are mains connected outdoor lights, but whilst the wiring is thicker than that needed for indoor lights these seem to have rather thinner cabling than other comparable light sets I ow
I was not sure if these would be good but I was wrong they really are excellent, the whole length is over a 100ft so you can hang them on a fence or a tree, I have put mine on the fence and they look fantastic, it gives my garden a nice feature.
It is important to note, that you need either a socket in the garden or you will need to connect the lights either with an extension or plug them in the room and take them out, which will be impractical, I have a waterproof socket in my garden, but not many people will, so do be aware of this, once you have sorted out this issue, you simply plug them in.
The bulbs are not made of glass, which is a good idea, mine fell off but as they are made of plastic they did not break, they give you two extra bulbs and there are some fuses as well, I cannot say how long the bulbs will last, but I am hoping it will be a few years.
I am very happy with these lights, well made, there is a reasonable distance between each bulb, there are 30 bulbs in total and you will notice the cable is not to thin, so it will not cut easily, though of course, you do need to be careful, I think you can add more lights, but I cannot see any reason why you would, as it is already so long, so for me it is five stars, for value for money and quality of build and they look so nice once you put them up, not too bright, but enough light to add ambience to the garden.
Very good value for money , it’s the only seller I found doing 107 ft for 50 , all the rest are 50 for half the length, yes they are plastic not glass but being outside is very practical, be careful not to get them tangled up , I wasnt and took me half hour to sort out lol

I’ve shopped around for festoon lights for a while and these are the best value by far.
These weatherproof lights are just the job to brighten barbecue nights. There are thirty quite large bulbs on the string and they give off a nice warm glow. They are all white which suits me very well as I’m not keen on coloured or flashing lights. Strung along a fence or hung randomly in a tree I think they give a nice holiday feel which is nice as just now as it can be difficult to get away…recommended.

I really love the style of these, simple yet quite effective. Large 12cm long vintage looking LED bulbs, attached to a 107ft, strong durable cable. Where the bulbs meet the cable, there is a stronger length of cable, keeping the bulb straight and the cable level. I quite liked this as it felt more sustainable. You can also buy more and connect the lights together, like a daisy chain. These are plug in lights, so it is a UK plug adapter.
The bulbs are nice and bright, they definitely look pretty on a night. You can have them indoor or outdoor, as they’re completely weather proof.
I love these. I really like the design and style. The vintage feel to them, yet modern still. I also prefer that they’re plug in too, with the option for in or outdoor. I would recommend them.
