We are generally happy with this item however it does not regulate heat at a particular temperature so it’s either really cold or really hot!!

It is amazing it can even rotate and the heat on it is soo good!!! It warms me up every time I turn it on and in the summer u can just turn it cold and I love that it has a remote that can do it as well. And it is safe for kids because there is a hole in the middle and the sides are not that hot so they can’t get burnt that easily.

Bought it as a second heater. I have a Dyson hot and cool air, but the remote broke after 3 years of purchase. So this time I decided to get something cheaper. Before purchase I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about this product. Being too loud, hot and cool air doesn’t function very well or the remote is broke, but I’ll give it a shock. If it is like the review says I could return it. But I really like it so far, hot and cool air works fine and remote control works perfectly, slightly louder than the Dyson, which Dyson gives loud blowing noise too, so the noise didnt bother me. Of course Dyson is better and smarter technology . But for 1/3 of the price. I’m happy for my purchase.

Have only used in heat mode so far but this is an effective and attractive product. Large room heated up very quickly and fan noise was unobtrusive. Considering buying another.

Good product fast warm fan last few day bit cold weather I put in my lounge room very pleased with the results not too noisy look trendy ,after 30 minutes on I feel the whole room temperature getting warm good slim size and safety I’m sure will recommend to anyone
