It would have been 5 stars, but I had a few issues with the instructions which I think could have been a little clearer. the seat cushion you can still feel the bars under the pad, it needs a thicker cushion, so I put another cushion underneath and now it is a 5 star product.
It is really comfortable, I can spend hours in this chair it really is fabulous.
