I got this product due to having a knee injury around my tfl band or patella and have been looking around for a knee support like this for a while but everything was so pricy until i found this one and although i have only worn it once so far it feels amazing and the hinges really help with bending or squatting down.
The only thing i would i recommend is to spray some wd40 around the hinges as when i first started walking it on it was sqeaking a lot but the wd40 has completely got rid of the sqeak
I bought this item to stabilise my knee and back of the knee joint tendon. I bought the XL model before but it wasn’t big enough. The XXL version is much comfier and stays where I put it. The hinged stability brackets are helpful but not intrusive, it has supported my knee very well, I stand up for most of the day and was getting inflammation about the knee just at the bottom of my quad, this doesn’t happen now thankfully. I can fully recommend this product 100%. It was very reasonably priced too.

I have had a total of seven knee operations during my life. So I have plenty of experience to comment on this appliance. I am a 2XL person so ordered the 2XL size. This was the correct fit. The 360 degree support is superb giving very firm support which also gives you confidence whilst walking. It’s a tight fit and so it should be. Recommended.
