Once you have had a little practice of maybe a smaller cheaper drone this is a good drone for the price, I had to return mine due to a GPS error but saying that I do recommend it fast-responsive- great came4a-not the best but probably one of the best of the cheaper drones
App is unreliable but drone works well when app for phone,works and don’t crash
Bought for my sons 12th birthday. He was over the moon. He had it flying and under complete control within minutes. Video & photo quality is acceptable for the price I paid for it. One thing we did do was set up the app and drone at home prior to use. This made it so much easier to get flying when at the park. Battery life is good, we did buy an extra battery On top of the two which came with the camera. Gave my son plenty of flight time. My son also enjoyed the challenge of completing his flying license test.
As the title says this is a great beginners drone, but the camera is poor – no way in any shape or form is it 4K video. But for the price all in all I’m happy. I wanted something to inspect our building and for that it suffices but it’s not photographer quality. The drone itself if great fun – those having issues have probably not read the manual.
Great drone for beginners, easy to master the controls. Good battery life but drains quicker if you’re shooting video.
It seems to take a while for it to link to a satellite signal for GOS flying.

Fantastic picture quality, the higher it goes the more the wind can take it (a breeze on the ground is very strong up there lol) ensure gps is set up before you fly it. A little tricky to set up as a beginner but so so worth it. This drone can go so high and capture so much! A fantastic little thing!! Picture quality is very good, no sound interference on the recording from the propellers that I have noticed. Definitely knew it’s way back after the wind took it way up and off. Great fun and awesome results!!

I wanted to see if I could get much use out of a drone and learn all the basic skills. This ticked all the boxes. Small easy to use and hard to lose. It has different modes that allow the learner to develop and then you can move the sliders to give you more control as you perfect your skills. It all comes on a great wee case that holds everything.

At first I was daunted , thought it was going to be hard to connect controller and drone to my phone , it was so easy the instructions made each step easy to follow , to calibrate its as simple as a few spins ,horizontally and vertically , and beeps light stop flashing when done . The controls are smooth and the picture is very high quality , I broke one set of blades during my 1st flight(kinda my fault wasn’t the most open of spaces to fly ) , to replace was 2 easy screws , and I was good to go again , the battery life is good and if you have the app installed gives you a warning if you’re running low .wish I had brought this two months before for when I was on holiday , would of made some great videos of the Cornish countryside and harbours, comes in a smart carry case ,two batteries ,charge wire ,two replacement blades and a screwdriver ,would recommend to anyone

reading some reviews with people having problems with it going off on its own and having problems with auto return. I found when it dose go up high in auto return all you have to do is press it again and it will allow you to take back over!
I found it very easy to fly and after spending a good amount of time reading the manual and getting to know its many features before flying I had a great flying experience!! I would definitely recommend!!!

After ordering I read some more reviews and became worried as they weren’t to great. However it’s turned out to be a fantastic purchase. Really easy to fly, great battery life (better than advertised) with enough functions to keep learning but not enough to prevent good use.

This is a great little entry level drone. Very easy to set up. Easy to fly first time out. You need to play with it to appreciate the features, but I have had some great results from the few times i have flown it. I have flown it on top of a mountain, with a bit of window, and again found it easy to control. Not sure if it automatically compensates for the wind, as I didn’t lose control. Camera quility very good, I think it could do with a gimbal device to keep the camera level whislt making manouvers, but for the money that may be a bit too much to ask. Love it!

Inserted battery linked aircraft to RC ready to take 1st test flight
set the drone up with my phone and RC, all ok. gave it a quick flight test indoors all ok. then took it outside to link up its GPS, took maybe 3-5mins to fully link. then a low level and up to 20 foot flight test. very responsive and easily controllable. very impressed with this + camera stills and video excellent, well worth the 5 stars I awarded.
First drone and absolutely brilliant. Once it is set up it is quite easy to use. The longer you fly it the better you feel using and navigating it. It is set to beginners mode but you can unlock it to go further and higher when you feel comfortable with the controls. Brillia
For a drone at this price this seems to be pretty much top league. I’m no expert but 5 stars anyway. I could wish for a better built controller, it’s a bit flimsy, but it’s a slight matter. The cautionary tale is don’t get ambitious with this drone or any other until you have practised for six weeks at low level and are confident you know how to control it. And take the online driving test to be safe.
One of my batteries was dead and wouldn’t charge. I got in touch with the seller and they have sent a replacement with no fuss. My thanks to them (in China).
Compact drone of reasonable quality. Takes 90 seconds to calibrate each time you fly but process is straight forward if you take time to read the manual. Very stable in flight and features such as follow me work well. Now all I need to do is work up the courage to fly further and higher, and to trust it to follow me on my bike rides. Picture quality OK but will not win any prizes!

This was my first ‘complex’ drone; not too expensive. I found it easy to set up and control. I’m only a beginner but this is great for that. It would have been nice to have a few more indepth instructions. But it’s great fun and I would highly recommend it.

Bought to replace a smaller drone and was not disappointed.
Have only tried indoors so far but after initial setup / calibration, it works a treat and is surprisingly stable.
A lot of inbuilt features yet to try but so far so good.
2 cameras give 2 different views and the front camera can be adjusted while in flight and picture quality is also very good.
I’m a novice with drones but after plenty of reading through the manual while waiting on batteries to charge the setup and take off is easy (I practiced with a smaller drone before buying this one).
Also the app guides you through the calibration setup on your phone which makes it easier.
I haven’t used a full battery yet but a friend has the same drone and told me 25 min flying time out of a single battery is achievable.
Better again a third, free battery is also available from the seller via a card in the pack.
After having for a while I can say it is a nice drone with lots of features for the price I do have a problem with one of the batteries supplied not charging

My first Drone didn’t work but was refunded and replaced ASAP.
Out of the box it is easy to connect to with your mobile.
The setup is important and this is where I think others have gone wrong.
Each time it needs to be calibrated. The return home does send it up 10m and then it comes down slowly. Dies this when batteries are low.
Easy to fly and picture quality is as good if not better than you can expect for the price.
Down side. So far it seems the battery life isn’t as good as they state.

We bought the same drone last week. We found it that good that we bought a second one.
1st camera drone and 1st impressions are very good looks the part. and 1st test flight for a beginner flyer went very well.
if you want to get in to drone flying then you cant go wrong for the price excellent little bit of kit.
The drone itself is good. Its wind resistance is good and the camera quality is about right for the price. The GPS function doesn’t always work however with patience it sorts itself out.
Unpacking – nicely boxed in it’s carry case which has a nice feel to it. Everthing fits well and hasa place.
Drone – kinda smaller than I expected, but actually a good size once unfolded and flying. Feels really light until you add a battery, then it has a nice weight to it. Fairly plasticky but feels solid enough.
Batteries – Comes with 2 (with a bonus free battery for writing a review). Takes a while to charge ~3hrs / battery (and that was plugged into a Samsung phone fast charger @ 1 or 2 Amps (maybe the supplied cable doesn’t trigger the 2 amp mode?) Seems to last well with a good 15+min flight time – suppose that will depend on weather/wind conditions.
Remote – feels quite cheap and lightweight. Probably the most disappointing thing in the package. Fake antennae. Also needs batteries (unlike others which have a rechargeable battery built-in). 4xAAA
Spares – comes with 2 propellers and a screwdriver. Spare screws would have been nice, but hey-ho.
Flying – it is fun. My son was hyped to the moon after taking it for it’s first flight. Being new, we kept it within a resonable range of where we were standing. It goes HIGH. It’s quite scary seeing is go 25-30m up in the sky and I know this is only a fraction of it’s range. I’m sure it could go out of sight quite easily. Auto-Return is scary – just seems to go up in the air – But manual states it will do it “at a safe altitude” – we just haven’t let it do that for fear of it disappearing into the heavens, but could be ok, not sure yet.
Camera – seems to be about 2MP, images look fairly good though. No photographer quality, but what do you expect for the price?
I got this drone after training to fly cheaper ones with not much success this has been an eye opener flys well and easier to control look forward to talking it hiking and getting some great photos as the camera is good to
Today was it’s 2nd outing and feeling confident I tried the circle and follow me modes and they both worked brilliantly!
Battery life is really good and I’m getting 15-20 mins per flight. Interestingly, when the battery is nearly exhausted the phone app sounds numerous alarms which gives plenty of warning to return it to base before it returns itself automatically. I had already tried it’s one key return as a precaution.
When preparing for a new flight the App guides you through the set up including the GPS setting.
I really like the remote camera settings and the ability to record directly on my phone is really good. There’s no need for an SD card which is an additional cost and a security risk in the extremely unlikely event I lose the drone.
This is great value for it’s price, especially if you can find it on a Lightning deal.
This drone is extremely easy to fly, once you get the start-up procedure in your head. very responsive and produces very good video & pictures. You will need a up to date phone as the link. fly’s well over 15mins on a fresh battery. – already recommended it to a number of friends.

Really pleased with this drone. Just had to send back a holystone drone as it was useless and unstable to fly. Kept crashing itself.
Out of the box. This one gets GPS in around 2 minutes. Super stable. Amazing picture quality. So far so good.
People need to bare in mind that the gps lock needs to be done everytime it is switched on. And calobrated. Takes about 30 seconds. Otherwise if you force override and battery runs low. It will go to its last known position. Which if you’ve driven to the coast. Could be 100miles inland (I think the drone has a distance setting of 1000m max).
If your drone is faulty, i.e. you can’t fly it, then fine. But otherwise, just read the manual!

A fantastic drone for the money great camera easy to control & not bad flight time very impressed I would highly recommend this drone for anyone starting out.
In the description it mentions 5 hours flight time this is not correct as the batteries have only 50 minutes flight time?? The camera does not work once the drone is approx. 150m away, the camera just freezes.
I have read many of the other reviews, most of which are favourable, but there are a few negative ones. It seems some people have managed to lose the drone after it flew off of its own accord. I would suggest this will be down to not following the set up procedure properly.
Others have criticised the image quality achievable. That may be correct but it needs to be borne in mind that the recorded image quality will at best only be as good as the recording equipment can manage, so if your phone doesn’t record at 4K you’re not going to get a 4K image.
I saw at least one comment complaining that after activating the return to home command, the drone suddenly shot upwards. Yes it does. It does this so that it can lock on to the correct position. Having done so it will then fly to a position directly overhead, and then descend slowly to land. So just give it time. It will perform this manoeuvre automatically if the battery charge level drops too low, so if it feels like you have lost control then this is probably why. Just let it land, and swap the battery. Or go home if you have used all your charged batteries.
Although my view of this product overall is favourable, I do have a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the calibration procedure doesn’t always go as easily as the instructions would imply. Persevere and you will get there in the end. The other thing is the fragility of the rotor blades. We were having fun flying around when I managed to crash, and almost all the blades shattered. It appears that replacements are only available from China, so your drone will be out of action for a few weeks while you await delivery.
This is a great fun gadget. Not entry level, nor is it top of the range. You can pay considerably less for a basic beginner drone, or considerably more for a pro model. For the price I believe it to be extremely good value in comparison with the competition.
Good easy intro to start off, be sure to make the 1st GPS lock before you go flying outside, and do it each time otherwise your return home mode might be somewhat surprising as it flies off to the last time you locked (I’m guessing that is what happened?). Fortunately not far away from the 2nd flight! Flight time is good, looking forward to the arrival of the free 3rd battery (please!?).
I had a small problem with the first unit, the camera was slightly out of alignment from horizontal, seller exchanged this immediately with no quibble so clearly not a typical occurrence.
I found an old Samsung note 4 phone I had around the house which was one of the early phones with 5GHz WiFi so that is now the device I use for this drone – works great!
I haven’t really pushed the distance side of things yet, but I’ve been very happy with everything so far. It seems that everything in the published spec is fairly true in reality so I can’t see any reason to complain.
this is my first drone so I have nothing to compare it to, but to be honest I can’t see why i would want another s it appears to do everything I need, and probably more.
Tempted to go out on a long bike ride to see how the follow me works, but i’d probably crash for looking at my phone rather than the road!
Drone is very easy to setup and get going. It flies pretty well and the GPS flights keep it quite stationary when you leave it. Camera quality for photos and videos is very blurry. Don’t expect anywhere near a 4k quality. But if you aren’t using it with expectations of a high quality camera, it’s great for flying around.
The drone is well worth the money just be careful near water as it will fly with in 5 mtrs of its gps poi

Excellent beginner drone. Loses picture easily and needs to be kept close. But not bad quality. Only learning and I have crashed three times. Broke propellers but flu again no problem. After replacement. One of them broke off one blade completely and still managed to make it back. App is awful. Won’t release from Follow mode or circle mode. You must land and reset again. Battery life and general advertisement exaggerated. But as I said an excellent stater drone. Pity it does not have a built in SD card.
After having a couple of issued when the drone first arrived, 1 battery not working and manual not matching exactly with collaborating the drone for flight.
New battery sent out and showed me correct out door collaboration by sending a tutorial.

This is my partners first drone and what can I say, you wont be disappointed, really easy to use, great fun, this is a hobby we as a family are getting really into, great for the price!
My 8 year old daughter purchased this with her birthday money and she loves it. Once set up by an adult it is very easy to fly and was very stable even in quite windy conditions. Instructions could be a bit better as we still haven’t figured out how to move and switch cameras but overall a good little drone. Due to new uk law you do need to register to get an operator ID and label the drone with this because it’s got a camera but you don’t need a flyer ID. Operator ID is 9 for 12 months
Took a while to get drone connected to my iPhone
But once this was sorted took about an hour
Drone flew very well and images are very impressive
Landing was much easier than I had expected I landed on grass first time not a good idea as propellers are close to ground
Overhaul I’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend
Drone is intuitive to use comes with spare parts which is great and a really straight forward instruction manual. The app guides you through the setup and calibration process seamlessly.
Done a flight inside and outside, conditions were good and managed to take a few photos of my roof which came out well considering it was starting to get dark. Would recommend!
Cannot find the Blades/propeller replacement and I cannot find a way to order some. Please be kind enough to send replacement blades link asap thanks

We were very grateful that we were able to return a drone that was damaged and had a refund. Which at the time cost 109. We reordered another one at cost of 149.99 yesterday. Today we see it’s reduced to 127. I think that that is a bit unfair.

My first flight was today and this Drone is extremely comfortable to operate, stable and reliable. Camera quality is decent and the touch sensitivity is so responsive.
The only thing I noticed was one of the batteries supplied does not fully charge and I only get half the flying time with it compared to the other battery (20 – 30mins) however I’m guessing this is just a faulty battery.
Overall this is a neat little gadget for the price and I have not been disappointed.

The main thing ive learned is to follow the calibration set up (everytime you fly it) as described in the instruction booklet, to the letter.
And when you use it outside, give it enough time to get a lock on sattellites.(GPS)

i havent used the special features like follow me/circle me/waypoints. But ive flown it using GPS outside and im impressed.

Excellent drone the video quality is very good and is well balanced in flight I’ve been using indoors with ease, the app is well usable and pretty easy once you get the confidence for take off. Once connected to the 5G satellite the functions are amazing.
This drone even without GPS is fairly dialled it doesn’t drift and has plenty of power the camera is actually of decent quality but most of all are the feature list it’s incredibly well featured for the price poi
