But it doesn’t work well with a Squat/Bench Rack when doing shoulder presses because the stabalizer bar gets in the way, but other than that it’s a good bench.
In Zeiten des Lockdowns zugelegt. Top Hantelbank. Das Material ist schn dick. Die Konstruktion an sich sehr stabil. Auf- und Abbau sehr einfach. Schwere und wertige Verarbeitung. Damit kann man trainieren.
Es ist nicht mit den Bnken im Studio zu vergleichen, aber dennoch sehr nahe dran. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Auch Brusttraining mit schweren Gewichten ist hier mglich.
This is a great budget bench for the home gym, it folds up if you need the space, does everything you could want from a bench apart from the leg holders, which i must say is hugely missed, I’ve tried to look online for sometime that will fit onto this but so far to no avail.?
Pay the extra if you need the leg holders for your sit ups & crunchers.
Otherwise for the price i’m happy enough with the bench, I’m a big guy and it sometimes feels a little narrow, but that could just be me, I haven’t been to an actual gym for a long time so can’t compare width sizes of bench.
Would be great if they could offer a separate leg holder.. otherwise I’m happy, thanks you.

This bench is gym quality, sturdy, well finished and so easy to assemble. It comes almost fully assembled all you have to do is add on piece with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts provided. Really like this bench…. description says its green but it is black as in the image. Excellent value for money
Got this for 65. Compared to other benches I’ve used in the past this is a solid piece of kit. Looks like it will last a while and very easy to assemble….just 2 bolts with included spanner. Highly recommended.
Very impressed with this sturdy and versatile gym bench. Covers full range of angles. Heavier than expected but compact and easy to store when finished using. Great price especially with the extra discount. Don’t think I could find anything better at the price.

Sturdy and well constructed bench – I have incline and flat bench pressed 100kgs with no issues at all.
The size – Bought this to replace a very HD gold’s gym bench that was too big took up too much space . This bench is perfect as it doesn’t take up lots of room and folds away flat. I lean it up against a wall when not in use folds away in a second! Perfect for a garage gym set up like mine.
Bad points.
One of the adjuster nuts was crossthreaded (photo attached). Still works fine so I didn’t complain to the seller, But it is something to check.
Realistically the only thing that lets this Bench down other than the crossthreaded nut that could well be a one off is the leather (or whatever material it is that covers the bench) It really is not great! It’s too thin and feels flimsy. I slid down from the top it to get under the bar once to do my inclung bench press and the marks it left from just doing that was surprisingly bad. Sort of left crease marks all the way dow (They have since dissapeared so that’s a positive sign) Compared to my last 10 year old bench I can already see it marks easily in comparison. With the general use it’s had so far I don’t think the leather will hold up as well over the next 10 years but we will see.
Overall, for the money it’s a very very good bench. Not quite perfect and there may be better out there for more money but I can’t see anything better at this price point.

Been in my basket for months and it was back in stock and 20 off voucher as well so l couldn’t say no. So glad l got it. Minimal assembly, literally two bolts to do up with the provided tool. Very sturdy. No wobble. Thick foam pads which return to shape quickly. Very quick and easy to adjust to incline or decline positions. If,like me,you wanted a nice sturdy multi use bench for the home gym then l promise you, this will fit the bill extremely well.
I’ve just unpacked and assembled my new weight bench (only 2 bolts that hold the longer foot, wrench inc.) I have to say I’m really impressed with the fit and finish, it’s nicely power coated and the seat pads feel like they will last. The whole assembly is nice and stable and will easily take my considerable weigh + much more weight than I’m capable of lifting. This is such good value compared to other more expensive and flimsy looking benches I’ve looked at.
This is a very stable, very sturdy, very well made bench. Rock solid when in use. Does not wobble. Thick padding, stitched well. You feel confident with it.

This bench is a great addition for those exercising at home. It is easy to set up, very sturdy and well-built. The padding is very firm and the leather is smooth. It comes with all the tools for the setup as well. You can easily adjust the angles with the knobs. It is very reasonably priced for its quality and you can easily fold it for storage if you have a tight space.
The incline angles are perfect for me and I especially like the handle at the top for easy adjustment. I am very short and I’ve been having a hard time finding a bench where it’s low enough for me to plant my feet flat on the ground and this turned out perfect.
Highly recommend this to anyone who is expanding their home gym collection!
Very easy to assemble. Just like in the video. Very sturdy. Simply perfect!
If this bench is on sale, get it. And even if it’s not, get it. It’s a well built adjustable bench that is also really sturdy when flat because of the triangular design. It came mortly pre assembled in minimaI packaging. Footings don’t slide and provide great stability, and because of the shorter front leg, it stays out of the way for your feet. The welds seem fine but could use some improvments for toughness. I can also see a potential issue with the vinyl down the road, but I’ll only be able to tell after a few more months of usage.

Die verschiedenen Einstellungen der Rckenlehne sind praktisch, besonders dass es auch einen negativen (decline) Winkel gibt.
Es muy resistente y muy comodo, totalmente impresionado. El mejor que he encontrado en amazon despus de mirar muchos. Calidad precio muy bueno, lo compr por 120.
This bench is easy to assemble. Very sturdy and comfortable. I love it.
I bought this bench to take my apartment gym up a notch. It comes nearly fully assembled with 2x screws, nuts and screw caps. The wrench needed to complete the assembly is also included. It only took a few minutes to get it setup.
The bench is sturdy and well put together. The welds are decent too. I did notice the legs are very slightly off center, though I really only notice it when I have the bench folded and leaned against a wall.
The foam is very stiff. At first I thought it would be a problem, but after a few workouts I realized it was perfect. The support it provides helps keep my form in the proper position.
The backrest doesn’t adjust to be fully upright at 90. That’s not an issue for me, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer having that option. I would’ve appreciated the seat to be slightly longer and backrest slightly shorter. That’s about my only real gripe with this bench.
Overall I can confidently recommend this bench to anyone looking to upgrade their home gym. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a higher quality bench at this price point.
I you value time buy this bench if time is not an issue the you should order it from AliExpress it will take 2 weeks but it will be considerably cheaper over all pretty happy with it flat and decline bench press is perfect but incline it goes up too much that it puts all the presure on your shoulders

Sul massimale non commento che non sono del mestiere. Posso confermare che si monta in 2 minuti visto che arriva montata salvo un piede (vedi parti in foto, se qualcosa di assente c’ scritto esplicitamente di contattare per avere i mancanti). Non corta (dai due estremi dei cuscini 190cm circa) e i cuscini danno una buona/ottima sensazione (era la cosa che temevo i pi). Distanza tra i due cuscini in posizione piana 5cm se interessa a qualcuno.
Like many people, I was just trying to avoid bad workbenches and get one that just worked for me. This one was easy to assemble and is fairly comfortable to use. The materials are what you would figure for the price point, which is comfortable enough for me. The height is good, as I am 6’2″ and need that extra top to make sure I have good form. I’d recommend this bench for anyone just looking for a nice quality bench at home.

Solo piccolo difetto manca inclinazione tra 80 e 90 gradi ma per il resto veramente ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo. Ben imballata era da montare solo traversa inferiore con due dadi.. niente di che ottimo anche lo schienale dove il telaio non solo centrale ma comprende anche il perimetro del cuscino ..dettaglio da non poco considerate le altre panche economiche. Ottimo affare straconsigliata
For a home gym bench, I was surprised on the top quality for the little money. This product is stable, strong and does what it needs to do. It’s also very comfortable. Would buy again and do recommend.

Ho atteso un paio di mesi prima della recensione. Sono pienamente soddisfatto dell’acquisto di questa panca, acquistata per la mia home gym. La panca si presenta solida, praticamente arriva gi montata (ho dovuto avvitare solo un paio di viti). Permette una moltitudine di esercizi in tutta sicurezza. Nulla da invidiare a panche molto pi costose.
Provata con carichi piuttosto pesanti, non ha ceduto di un millimetro.
L’unico difetto riscontrato che i piedi sono saldati leggermente storti rispetto la struttura, niente che ne peggiori comunque la qualit.

Punto a favore per quanto mi riguarda la lunghezza dello schienale, sono alto 1.95 e finalmente ho trovato una panca dove riesco ad appoggiare la testa, soprattutto quando faccio spalle.
La panca arriva praticamente gi montata ed molto veloce cambiare l’inclinazione del sedile e dello schienale.
Rispetto alla panca che ho ora non ha paragoni.
Tiene senza problemi carichi da 100 kg e io peso 95 kg – confermo quanto scritto che tiene 600 libbre ovvero circa 300 kg tra peso utente e pesi vari.
Super soddisfatto! Ne comprer un’altra per regalarla a un altro amico che fa palestra a casa come me.

A point in favor as far as I’m concerned is the length of the backrest, I’m 1.95m tall and I finally found a bench where I can especially rest my head when I train shoulders.
The bench comes practically already assembled and it is very quick to change the inclination of the seat and the backrest.
Compared to the bench I have now which I paid the same amount of money, it has no comparison.
It easily holds 100 kg of loads and I weigh 95 kg – I confirm what is written that it holds 600 pounds or about 300 kg between user weight and various weights.
Super satisfied! I’ll buy another one to give it to another friend who is used to workout at home.
The bench is heavy and very sturdy. Thought through design meets good manufacturing quality.
Due to bad handling of the shipping company, the bench suffered a little. The seller was fast in responding and resolved this issue within a day.
Outstanding value but not quite perfect.
Pros:
-Genuinely sturdy design. Their weight rating of 300kg is believable.
-Storable. The front leg folds down allowing it to be propped up against a wall. Sturdiness is not sacrificed though.
-Easy to assemble. Two bolts into the leg with the supplied spanner and it’s job done.
-Ladder style adjustment. No convoluted system of pins or screws to adjust the angle.
-Fully supported. There’s a steel frame supporting the full backrest and seat. I’ve seen the plywood base break at the edge on other benches that don’t have this support.
-Thick and firm. Don’t know how long it will stay like that but initial impressions are good.
-Excellent Value. I only paid 37 delivered, amazon price was 72 plus a limited time 35 voucher for this product brought it to 37. No brainer at that price. I’d happily pay over 100 for this.
Cons:
-Quality Control issues. One of the bolt holes for the legs wasn’t quite through. I placed a bolt on the area and gave it a firm tap with a hammer which cleared the hole. There’s also alignment issues with the frame and the backrest. Mine isn’t as bad as one of the other reviews but they should consider tightening their tolerances.
Overall it’s clear a decent engineer has designed this. They’ve got rid of the unnecessary foot holds and other silly features and put the money into more steel. It’s clearly superior to the other topsellers in this class like the Flybird. Indeed I’d say this is more trading blows with >150 benches. I’d only go with the Flybird or other brands if you really want a portable bench as this is quite heavy. It’s still easily movable but there is other brands which would be more suited if portability your no1 priority.
If they could tidy up the QC issues it would be perfect.

I bought this bench it was on sale ($152.99 before tax). The item arrived in a timely manner. The product matches the online description. The box wasn’t too heavy and the product is sturdy. It was pretty straight forward and easy to put together. After almost 2 months use on a consistent basis I still find this bench very simple and useful. Hence highly recommend for the value and price($152.99).
The only things I wish were a couple wheels underneath to move it around with a handle.

Banco muy estable con un respaldo largo que te permite apoyar la cabeza (mido 176 cm).
El principal error de diseo es que el soporte del respaldo no queda sujeto a la base en sus diversas posiciones y si lo quieres mover lo tienes que agarrar de las patas.
Por esto y porque llego con algun rasguo no le doy 5 estrellas.
Deberan embalarlo mejor.

What an absolute bargain.
I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews as some may be fake.
It took about 2 minutes to build literally 2 bolts and your away. (Spanner included)
The bench is pretty heavy duty (weights around 18kg) for a fold away.
I tried a flybird and thought it was terrible and sent back as it rocked around everywhere and the back plate twisted.
This bench is high quality. It would definitely hold 300kg no flex no wobble when benching on incline or flat.
Attention to detail is amazing. Even the prop what goes between each station is high quality rubber (rather than metal on metal).
I would definitely recommend. Even at the full price of 120 it’s top quality.
This is a secondary bench as I have a heavy duty flat bench rated 500kg and the quality is matched.

When I looked at benches on Amazon I read the 1 star comments, most benches there’s lots of reviews saying their benches collapsed, the weight rating was nowhere near what they claimed it was.
Not so with this one, it’s a nice solid bench that’s easy to put together, just two bolts. I’m going to glue the pads onto the legs, they fall off sometimes when I move it.
