The bench is first class – but was held up in customs import for a whole week.
Luckily I did not get charged import tax like has previously occurred since Brexit.

This bench will actually hold 600 lbs unlike most other cheap benches which fold like a wet crouton under similar weight. My biggest gripes being that the foam used is rather rigid/slightly uncomfortable and positioning adjustments aren’t quick or easy, but that’s to be expected at this price point.

Got this bench to add to my home gym. Very easy to assemble (only have to bolt one foot on), and it is very solid and stable. Even the spanner that comes with it is good! Feels like this can take a lot of weight, more than I will use it for to be honest. Definitely worth the little extra than cheap benches cost. The extra supporting arm when in flat position gives confidence under heavy lifts.

Es ist eine sehr gute und robuste Hantelbank, fast vergleichbar mit denen im Fitnessstudio. Beim Kauf kann man nichts falsch machen.
I would have loved to give this bench 5 stars because so far it has held up to my weight plus over 400lbs on the flat bench.
That being said, it arrived with very obvious defects and flaws. The smaller seat shouldn’t have passed QC because it is tilted at approx 10deg from the plane of the other seat which makes it annoying to use. There is only a few small brackets to hold the seat in the flat position which is concerning. There is no way to lock the seat in the flat position as well which makes it a PITA to move around. The feet also come off quite often because they are slightly oversized which is good for assembly but annoying when they come off when moving the bench around.
So 4 stars because I only paid 150 and for 150 it is an outstanding deal.

Mi mancava una panca inclinata per la mia home gym. Volevo spendere il giusto senza andare a prendere roba pro di marche pi rinomate, tanto devo farci solo un po’ di lento avanti.
Dopo un po’ di ricerche ed aver passato a setaccio tutte le panche ho deciso questa fosse la pi robusta, apparentemente. Anche per il carico massimo dichiarato: ben 300kg.
Arrivata ho potuto confermare le ipotesi.. molto robusta, stabile e ben fatta.

Bench arrived today, the only bit of assembly needed was 2 bolts for main leg support. Even the spanner is not just a flat piece of metal. It fills you with confidence when benching from all angles. It very sturdy and well made. It would be handy for a detachable foot bar for incline press or sit ups. Highly recommended. My only gripe is, I wish it would lock flat just for ease of moving around. The feet kept coming off but that was cured with Gorilla glue
Honestly when I first purchased this I thought it was gonna be very cheap however that’s not the case whatsoever is it certified industrial grade know but I would say it’s pretty close so far so good I’ve had it for five days feels pretty sturdy the quality is very nice and at this price it’s definitely worth it..

This product exceeded my expectations. Set-up was extremely easy; just two bolts (even came with wrench). Robust, not flimsy, easy to adjust and very sturdy. The bench is very good value for the money spent. I recommend this product for regular home gym use.

Die Hantelbank ist sehr schnell geliefert worden. Schon beim leichten Aufbau – der darin besteht ein Standfuss mit zwei Schrauben und dem mitgelieferten Werkzeug anzuschrauben – merkt man das die Bank sehr gut verarbeitet und stabil ist. Ich habe Sie mit ca. 100 kg. zzgl. meiner 110kg belastet und konnte noch keine Schwchen feststellen. Angegeben ist das Gert mit 150 kg. Benutzergewicht und zustzlich 150 kg. Gewichte. Ich denke jedoch das beides fr den hausgebrauch sehr gut ausreichen wird und auch fr z.B. schwerere Personen sehr gut geeignet ist.
Fazit:
– leichter schneller Aufbau
– straff gepolstert – kein Sofa 😉
– groe Auflagelnge
– die Einstellungen knnen nur in den Plusbereich gehen (von gerade nach oben)
– Klappbar aber durch die Groe und das Eigengewicht natrlich nicht so leicht wegzurumen
– die Liegeflche ist etwas schmal – je nachdem was man gewohnt ist.
– das Ding ist sehr stabil
Sollte sich in den nchsten Monaten etwas negatives herausstellen werde ich weiter berichten.

Diese Bank ist vergleichbar mit einer Studiobank. Ich war sogar ein wenig berrascht ber die Stabilitt und habe mich natrlich sehr gefreut. Das einzige was zu bemngeln wre das sie keine 90 Grad hinkriegt quasi grade hoch im 90 Grad Winkel. Jedoch sind zb. Schulterpressen sehr gut mglich. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

This bench is really well made. The length is great for some one over 6 feet. Very thick padding and well stitched. Professionally constructed. It will not be a problem if you bench over 300 lbs.

La panca ben fatta, non odora di colle cinesi, facile da montare, sobria nella linea e gradevole. Pu diventare quasi piatta piegando il piede della seduta. Da segnalare che non ha la posizione tutta sdraiata e che ci vuole molto tempo per riceverla. Ma il venditore molto preciso e molto affidabile
Ich nutze die Bank mit freien Gewichten und Bnder. Ich bin 1,92 und habe knapp 100kg. Da wackelt nichts. Die Bnder lassen sich mit Schlaufen gut an der Bank an verschiedenen Positionen befestigen. Und platzsparend zur Seite gestellt ist sie auch schnell.
This bench is exactly what I wanted. Simple but effective design. I particularly like the wrap-around metal framing that provides extra support to the back rest and seat. The padding seems more than sufficient (not too hard or soft) and there are no exposed staples unlike most benches in this price range and a bit above. The dimensions are a great fit for me at 6′. And it is quite stable for using dumbbells. All for just $128 CAD during a Black Friday sale. Nice deal.
I have found it so, so difficult to find a bench that doesn’t have one or more deal-breaking “feature”. I have looked at literally hundreds and actually tried two before finally finding this one. This one has all the features I wanted: (1) not too high when flat [this one is 16″ high], (2) not too large of a gap between seat and back [this one is 2″, which is about as small as any I have found], (3) back long enough to provide head support when inclined [this one is about 33″], and (4) easy to adjust both back and seat. This bench meets all of these criteria. I have not found a single other one that does.
One side note: Reading reviews that all seemed to be so positive made me slightly suspicious but I’m happy to report after using this bench that it deserves all the great reviews.
La panca di buona fattura e perfetta x i vari tipi di esercizi, ho avuto un problema con la manopola di sicurezza del sedile che era storta, x non fare il reso ho provato a contattare l’assistenza del produttore, mi hanno risposto il giorno dopo e in 2 settimane ho ricevuto la nuova manipola e un regalino.. X quel che mi riguarda, prodotto pi che consigliato..

Panca molto robusta, facilmente gestibile in reclinazione e declinazione, buona seduda come larghezza e imbottitura. Ripiegata occupa poco posto e pu stare anche in piedi da sola anche se in questo caso la stabilit ovviamente molto limitata. Presa per la mia palestra di casa non sfigurerebbe neanche in una palestra pubblica. Per il montaggio c’ da mettere due bulloni e forniscono la chiave.

This is a well made foldable workout bench that you won’t be disappointed in. It doesn’t use removal pins to lock the various positions in and is more than reasonably priced. Ive gone through several benches and this one will not be returned. It’s notches above in quality compared to other generic or no name brands. However, my biggest positive is that it doesn’t have any visible brand or silly company name anywhere on a bench that seems like its built to last.

Assolutamente consigliata, avevo girata in negozi sportivi e per lo stesso prezzo offrivano panche piccole e poco robuste. Questa robusta, con imbottitura spessa, schienale lungo anche per i pi alti. La posizione orizzontale sembra leggermente inclinata verso il basso, ma potrebbe essere una mia sensazione e devo ancora verificare questo punto

I am a big guy and was looking for a sturdy bench for exercising this one did not disappoint!! Comfy, large and definitely sturdy. Tip marks easy to assemble.
I decided against the cheapest benches available and I’m pleased I spent that bit extra as this is a great bench that should last me many years. My only one small complaint is that the rubber feet are very lightweight and don’t fit particularly tightly and so come off if I have to pull or drag the bench around.
I became a product tester for this company so I’m not a body builder but thought the weight bench would allow me to do an egoscue workout on it so agreed to test it, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the build and sturdiness of the bench, it has sprung loaded pins that allow adjustment of position of the back board and seat which I can imagine it being very useful to adjust ergonomically the pins are sturdy and locate in an assured manner very impressed
Got this for my boyfriend and he is very happy with it! Very heavy duty bench.
The bench is pretty good, quite sturdy and robust and not too bad in length for tall people.
One flaw I have is that the bolt on the seat doesn’t reach the holes to lock them in place, not sure if that’s a fault with the bolt or the metal with holes badly positioned. Can’t find a way to contact seller.

Assembly was super easy and took only a few minutes. The instructions were clear and it came with the spanner needed for the couple of bolts needed to assemble. Once assembled it was ready to use.
For its price point, this bench oozes premium quality. Its sturdy, with thick gauge steel and really deep padding, making workouts comfortable and safe. The back positions and seat positions can be easily changed with the simple pull knobs. Visually, it looks perfect in my home gym – and as a bonus, when not in use, it folds up and can be leant against the wall.

I put aside about 2 hours to put this bench together. I was just amazed when I opened the box and majority of it was already together. Just one item to bolt in and it was ready to use in 10 minutes. It even came with the wrench to tighten the bolts to unit. Padding/memory foam is very comfortable, takes up little room by folding up nicely against my basement wall. Recommend this item anyone looking for a weight bench.
This bench is very easy to assemble. It only took me 2 minutes to have the bench assembled and ready to use. The bench is very sturdy, the legs are further apart than other benches we have tried, so it does not feel like it will topple over when in use. This bench as SUCH good quality. Everything about it is solid and well made. It’s very heavy – no wobbling or lack of stability. I realised when it arrived it is of German design. I have had several Volkswagens which are amazing cars and I’m a massive fan of German engineering. This is like a Golf in the form of a gym bench! Ok so 20-30 more than the average home bench but totally worth forking out the extra pennies for as I think this thing will last forever!
This is just a great Weight Bench that makes workouts so much more enjoyable for a small gym/garage setup.
Here’s why:
Arrival, very quick within a few days. Packaging is minimal a box and contents so little waste.
Assembly is 5 minutes, just add a supporting leg on the bottom with 2 bolts, everything to do this is included.
The bench is surprisingly solid, more than I would have thought, no shake or movement in the various positions.
What I really like is to alter the angle of the bench you just pull up the back and it slots into another setting at the back.
There is no fiddling with those sliding push in knobs which always stick and never find the correct position.
To alter your angle takes literally a few seconds and I can do this while sitting on the bench, so great for super sets etc, where you don’t want to upset your flow.
The metal used is thick and solid. From my experience it feels more robust than the other types in this range, and the way it is put together is solid.
The foam backing is also firm but does give enough give where you need it. I also like the way it doesn’t feel too cold if you work out shirtless once you are warmed up.
You won’t be disappointed with this bench for lifting heavy and it will last a lifetime. Definite buy!!

The bench is really solid and is very well built. I’m a very muscular guy with a fair bit of weight to lose due to the past year of gym closures and outdoor restrictions unfortunately so at the moment I am weighing more in body weight alone than what most people plus their dumbbells/weights would be combined. I can quite comfortably use this bench with two 85 lbs Dumbbells in the flat position for a bench press and it’s just rock solid (total weight on the bench was 470lbs). There is no give, no movement, no rocking, just really sturdy and planted while using it. Full disclosure and seen on the images I am using this on rubber mats as the flooring is concrete so the rubber mats may be adding to the flatness but I doubt it as I’ve used it in several location and orientations and they have all been firmly planted. Assembly was about a little over a minute, it comes almost fully assembled really, only having to add the rear foot tube using the provided hardware and tool. The pad is think and comfortable but still very supportive with the steel frame that goes all the way around the outer edge of the back rest and seat cushions. This think feels like something you would be using in a commercial or private gym setting though I’m uncertain as to how it would hold up in a heavy use environment like that.
Design:
Im a mechanical engineer by schooling and this is just well designed and I appreciate then thought that went into it. Super easy and user friendly to adjust the seat angles with the quick release locking knobs and the fit of the the parts is well done, there is no play in the assembly and adds to how solid the build feels when in use. Both the seat and backrest cushions have a steel frame that supports them entirely which makes for a really great way to support the cushions and definitely adds to why this is build so well. It’s folded and stored height/depth is excellent and is a great feature, I’m hanging mine on the garage wall and it’s super convenient. The user manual for this comes in both English and German so I’m guessing some German engineering went into this because it’s built like a tank for the price point and I think they did some optimization to achieve that.
Quality:
Genuinely, I wasn’t expecting this level of quality product offline especially with few reviews but I see now why they’re all great rating, it’s met and exceeded my expectations. The materials feel top notch, the stitching was all completely, there were no noticeable blemishes or issues with the product that would affect the form, fit, or function of its intended use. They include little rubber caps used to cover the lock nuts and bolts used to attach the rear foot tube which is not something most companies would not even consider but they really thought this through and the product quality demonstrates that. I feel like I’ve gone on for too long.
In summary, if you’re in the market for a home gym bench, do yourself a favour and get this one as I really think you will be satisfied in full with the purchase.

Got this a few weeks ago, have had a few benches over the years that shall remain nameless, this one is very different, yes it’s just a bench but this thing is heavy and well made, solid as a rock, with gyms being closed obviously, I bought this to use alongside my daily run, already seeing the benefits alongside a healthy diet… can’t recommend this enough for the price and should last be a very long time

Wanted a workout/weight bench for a gym in a house garage, something sturdy but could be folded up and out of the way. Came across this version and seemed similar to the design of benches in my local gym that’s currently closed so went for it. Very happy with the purchase, very heavy (13kgs) and built of thick steel with a memory foam-topped bench, so very comfy indeed. Folds away nicely, albeit still large when collapsed, and the adjustable back feels sturdy. Very pleased so far and feels like it’ll last a good while.

The first thing I’ve noticed after unboxing is how sturdy it is! with a simple and easy installation, just 2 screws and bolts ( tool included) , and it’s ready for use!

I can practice any of my favorite positions and the bench is stable under my weight and my body heavy movements.. I wish I bought it long ago 🙂

I’m so happy with this purchase! Just the right size for my home gym. Accurate description, back rest can go up, down, or full decline which allows me to switch position. Very easy to assemble, got this bench ready in less than 5mins by myself. Love the quality, I’m surprised at how sturdy and stable this bench is, padding and upholstery are firm. Just the perfect size for my home gym. Would definitely recommend this product.
I found this weight bench with the right price for me, I thought why not give it a try, and I love it!
The first thing I’ve noticed after unboxing is how sturdy it is! with a simple and easy installation, just 2 screws and bolts ( tool included) , and it’s ready for use!
The bench is adjustable for any desired position I required (depending on the exercise I’m on)

I’m really satisfied with this product. It was extremely easy to install. There was only 1 piece you had to fasten and the product even came with the proper wrench to fasten the piece. The product also folds up and down quite easily. Very sturdy and well made, is going to be great for all my dumbbell exercises.
I’m a girl- this was very easy to assemble for me! No extra tools needed, it came with the tools necessary to get it assembled quickly…So far, I have had no issues with this machine, it’s very sturdy.
Very surprised with the quality of bench for the price. Perfection addition to a home gym. Very sturdy, very easy transitions from sitting up to flat bench. Setup was quick and easy- setup by myself in less than 20minutes. Easy to move around any space. Like the handle at the top of the bench for towel or resistance bands to attach to. Very versatile and great quality for price.
Not much to say, its an exercise bench and works as intended. Its easily adjustable and stays in place. Been using it for a little while now and have had no problems with it. At least for my uses its been a nice and sturdy bench.
