I’ve used mainly for bench pressing dumbbells. Heavy duty solid piece of equipment, easy enough to fold and put away.
This is a very sturdy exercise bench. This has a padded seat that is split into 2 sections. The seat is able to be set in 7 different positions, between 90 and 180 degrees. I have found that this covers every exercise that I have tried so far.
This bench does exactly what you would expect. It erects very well with the kit that’s included. Only took a few minutes to put together really.
It seems to have an incredibly high weight tolerance too. For a couple of large well built adults to be resting on this, plus weights, without issue is a nod to its crazy high tolerances! Any adult can easily carry out their daily exercises with no worries – and even do it whilst you’re having fun too!
The foot bar at the bottom is also very well placed to be used for securing my ankles around it. The rubber sections on my feet seem to keep this firmly in place too!
Once I am done with it, this folds away very neatly into quite a small space. That is a great feature – probably the absolute best feature of this bench! Not many people have space to store a full sized weights bench at home!

This is such a great bench! Like many others, COVID has forced us from the gyms, so I bought this for at-home workouts. I was looking for something sturdy to be able to do different exercises. This definitely fits the Bill. It’s sturdy and lightweight. It adjusts easily to lay or at an angle. It took me about 6 minutes or less to set it up so assembly is very easy. It comes mostly assembled already.
Above all of this, the bench folds to a compact size. Super easy to store when not in use. There is a steel pin connecter. It only takes a second to take off this steel pin to fold up the bench.
Overall, it is a Well made bench, and am happy with my purchase.
I stopped going to gym. However, I needed a strong bench to do most of my work out with heavy weight, this is the one for me.
It is really strong and stable, can handle heavy weight. Also it’s easy to use, move it and storage it.
The weight bench is superb and it was straightforward to assemble. Really very sturdy even at the upright position, the quality of cushion and the level to recline the back of the bench is also very great. Very solid product for the price.

I’d say this is possibly the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon and I love it – BUT, the other day the ball bearing randomly popped out of one of the pins. So not the pin doesn’t stay in and its unsafe. I can’t see any way to contact the manufacturer unfortunately. If I could and got a new pin shipped to me this would be a 5 star review.
The bench arrived pre-made with a handy strap to pull it out of the box, cable ties and foam used to protect it during transits which just needed to be removed to set up. Very easy to adjust for different exercises. Sturdy with good padding, partner (110kg) used it without any issues with his weights (60kg). Best thing is it folds away very easily after use and doesn’t require lots of space. Good solid construction but light enough to move around easily.
Firstly I expected to have to do some assembly myself, but all I needed to to was pull 4 few pins to “unfold” it from it’s storage setting and it was good to go.
Adjusting it is simple too, 3 of the pins used to store it are also what you use to adjust the backrest, the seat and the foot pads. the foot pads and seat both have three settings, and the backrest has 6.
So far I’ve only been using it with resistance bands as trying to get weights just now is nearly impossible, but using this bench with them has made a difference. the bench is comfortable enough for prolonged use (padding is on the harder side rather than the soft) It’s quick to adjust on the fly and it feels really sturdy. and best of all it doesn’t need to take up a whole room as it folds away into such a small shape after you’re done.
If you’re looking to improve your home workouts, this is a good buy!

No Items missing, a promising start and this is best thing i have purchased this bench in this pandemic as gyms are totally shut and i have converted my garage into gym.
Good Quality components, well proportioned, machined and leathered with smooth and no sharp edges.
After using it for couple of weeks, i can confirm that can use this bench for multiple exercise/full body workout at home and the bench has been strong enough, feel very comfortable to incline/ decline bench during exercise time.
Bench came out as the best- priced. The instructions were easy to follow (and all the necessary bits were clearly identified).
It is great fit at home and very space saving, easy to fold up for storage, move around, very sturdy and doesn’t wobble.

With summer vastly approaching it’s that time again, see if I can make a mad scramble 3 months before to get back in shape!
I wanted to get a bench to add to the resistance bands I’ve been using, this one has done the trick!
Assemblage was as easy as unfolding it and standing it up, didn’t need instructions and it took 60 seconds, there’s nothing really to do other than unfold it.
I gave it 4* on sturdiness, it’s been absolutely fine however it doesn’t quite have the same sturdiness as a bench in the gym, however, it’s also not 300 like the models in the gym, so can’t complain.
It’s a good size, comfortable and a very nice addition to my home workout routine.
I was attracted by the good reviews and bought this bench for my family use. The shipment arrived pretty quick.
It is almost fully assembled. My son took just a few minutes to setup the equipment. The bench is lightweight but strong enough to support what we need to do. It’s easy to adjust the upper back and the lower foot to fit my exercise. My son has tried some sit ups and ab exercises. and he is satisfied with it. We are pretty happy to be able to do some work out at home when the gym is closed. I recommend this product.

Great variations for incline, decline and flat with added feet hooks for abs and legs workout.
The bench fairy easy to put together maybe 30 -35 mind. You do need a adjustable slanner to tighten up the nuts and bolts though.
Love the fact that It collapses to the flat position if needed to store away.

I am quite happy as it does not need me to assemble. I bought this mostly for the bodypump, as the long step is also expensive, this one is a good replacement. It is also stable when you doing dip for tricep training. I could also work as a bench for two or even three people to sit. I am satisfied with it, which fits all I need.
I bought it for my husband. Easy to assemble, even with one person. Feels very sturdy, and padding is good quality. Easy to fold and you can change the adjust in seconds. Sturdiness.
The bench is comfortable in use and the seat very sturdy. Pads protect the ground and avoid any slippage and keep it quiet.
The backrest is fairly narrow which allows me to workout with dumbbells or barbells.

It does the job but doesn’t feel fantastically safe with heavier weights. I’m sure it’s sturdy enough but is a little rickety. For basic training though it’s fine.
I used to go to the gym every day, however because of my little baby and the lockdown I haven’t done any workout for ages, now I decide to pick it up again. This bench allows me to do nearly everything I can do with dumbbell in the gym (single arm pull up, abs work, and chest DB push ups etc) and my little one is using this for practising stand up as well! It is easy to assemble, you don’t need any expert at all, you just need to follow the instructions. And it is very stable as you need to insert the pin. The only backward s would be you need to pull out the pin and insert again every time when you need to adjust the position. However for safety reason it is worth to do extra works.
I bought this weight bench as it was competitively priced and had a higher weight limit than other similarly priced benches and it can be folded up if required after use.

Folds easy, the frame is strong amd sturdy, thick steel.
It’s extremely simple to adjust.
The seat is huge, not alot of padding but that’s a very simple thing to deal with.
The back is high, I’m 179cm tall and the top of the back is near the top of my head.
Most important is the various positions, they’ve got it right with this bench. Anyone I know that’s bought a bench during lockdown for 200 upwards has got a flimsy wobbly bench similar to the York benches.

as lockdown is in place and gyms are closed my partner and I needed a bench to work out at home and been looking ages to find something worth the price and I could not be happier with my purchase. As my partner does variety of chest and back workouts we needed something adjustable and he was able to perform variety of workouts with the bench and he could not be happier with the comfort of it. Also it was very easy to assemble with clear instructions.

I’ve got to say, this bench did not disappoint! It is fully foldable but we leave it unfolded by my treadmill. When the summer comes, I will put it in the summer house and exercise there. For now, it’s too cold
My stomach does not just feel superficially tighter. It is tight! I already feel that my trousers are a loser. I’m not lightweight and this bench is really sturdy. I’m really pleased with it.

I can’t fault this bench whatsoever! It is so easy to install, you can fold it and save so much space.
It is so steady that I can’t see the difference between this one and the one in the gym.

I’m always sceptical when buying things like this from Amazon. But I thought I’d give this bench a shot. I’m 215 pounds and I’ve been using between 50 and 100 pound dumbbells on this bench. At first I was worried it would just collapse, but it hasn’t yet and I’ve had it for two months. Oh and it’s like 3lbs so you could grab it and move it anywhere no problem.
Been using everyday for a week and its a great bench. Came already put together. Easy to fold up when finished with it and stores away great.
Sturdy and hold my weight no problem. Like that the back can go straight up so great for shoulder presses. Bench does not rock when on it.
Very nice bench and sturdy construction. Though the price dropped 1 hour after I bought it, it’s still worth the purchase. Received it a few days earlier than expected which is always nice. It has a higher weight rating than most and it’s held 480lbs including body weight without issue. Even stable for lying dumbbell extentions! In a time where gym equipment prices are inflated and product quality at this range is questionable, this, without a doubt is a sound solid bench! For the price you cannot go wrong. I’m 6’1 195lbs and this thing handles the weight without issue. The amount of adjustability caters to so many different exercises. And the fact that you are able to collapse it and stow it away so compactly is everything!!
Nice bench with good quality. I love it. Put it together in a few minutes. I put it in my living room, which is not a large room and it fits great. It’s comfortable and easy to use. If I’m honest I brought this one because it looks great. I’m really glad I did because it’s awesome! The range of inclines and declines in both the seat and back means we can do even more and get the most out each exercise.
It’s really strong and sturdy! And it arrives fully assembled. I weigh around 100kg and lift 50kg and it can easily handle that.

Finally I have my own workout bench, which appeared to be a nice one when I first looked at it. It arrived folded at a really small size. I was first worried that it would be hard to assemble. But NO! Only need to take out FOUR plugs and put them back in and you are good to go. There are many positions adjustable for the back so you can exercise any upper-body muscle as you want. Most importantly, it is rather sturdy. Overall, this bench is much better than the ones I have used in the gym.
The bench is perfect for a home gym, no assembly needed (takes less than 5 minutes to figure out how to open the first time), super easy to fold up when not in use – It really helps save space! Item was very easy to assemble. The box arrived in pristine condition. No damage. I’m only giving it 4 stars for quality because when I do my step ups or hip thrusts with a weighted bar bell.. it creaks. This makes me wonder about the longevity of the product. But for now, it’s meeting my expectations. However, if you’re the type of person who’s going to use a lot of weight on this bench, then my suggestion is to pay a little more for a more sturdier bench.
if you use free weights and you know how to use a bench then this bench will do the job. Its not a high end gym bench its a foldable easy to put away easy to change the pins on and easy to use. Does the job.
Great bench. Light, sturdy, and comes assembled with the exception of the pads for the footholders. Anybody with any decent familiarity of a general weight bench like this will have no problem figuring this out even without the instructions. Instructions aren’t great so I just figured it out on my own.
I like how it is so light that I can move it with ease unlike the weight benches at the gym that weigh a lot and are a burden to move around.
Without a doubt, this bench is worth about the $100 price point. With this purchase you will be opening up a lot more exercises at your home gym!
Well not bad even though you feel like you have to be extremely gently and carful with. Sometimes I feel is maybe from eggshell hahahah to be honest I mean is doing the job but I hate to be gentle when you are doing rough training I just feel it could brake on me any time.
The bench itself is sturdy and easy to assemble. The quality of it seems to be good, the only issue I had with it was that the footing at the front of the bench jut out a little further than necessary, meaning that anyone who walks past it (including me) seems to keep stubbing their toe and getting scrapes. It doesn’t help that the edges of the footing are a little sharp as well.
Decline was not deep enough, the bench board was also long when using it for decline purposes. It was a bit uncomfortable, trying to sit on the seat and use the decline angle. Quality of bench overall was good. Could have been a bit more sturdy when steping on bench.
Honestly for the price this might be the best fully adjustable bench. The only thing I would change is to adjust the tilt it would be nice to have a spring loaded pin like a commercial bench but that’s just nitpicking. I love the fact that it’s fully assembled out of the box. I bought the Weider PRO 255L that only has back adjustment with a fixed angled seat before this and am sending it back because for ~50 more this bench is leaps and bounds ahead.
Very versatile bench for the prize. It can be wobbly feeling at times but I am confident with using it and it’s safety. The only part I don’t like too much is the leg holds, don’t like the angles that I can use it for. The bench is great and I can even use it to do back hyperextensions and preacher curls. Hard to find a better F/I/D bench for the price!
Pros – Bench is sturdy, cost affective and easily adjustable.
Cons – Bench is not square, I’ve attached pictures to share my experience and see others have had this issue as well. Both the leg attachment and the seat compared to the back.

Bought this for home use in Ontario Canada. You definitely can’t find a better price on a workout bench. Although it’s not the quality of a $400 or $500 bench it definitely does the job. You feel safe when sitting and lifting weights. Plus the customer service is amazing! One of the leather foot covers had a small stitching error so I contacted the company and they took $10 off plus sent a new leather cover. Excellent customer service!
Bench was really easy to set up when it arrived, folds up easy when you’re done if you want to fold it up. It’s awesome to be able to do incline, decline and flat bench. It is very comfortable and cushiony as well. I am very pleased with this product, you get a great bench for a great price.
ied a friend’s bench that he paid a similar amount for NEW and it was a rattley piece of s*** – went with this bench after seeing positive reviews and 550 lb weight limit. Very impressed with how it can fold up so well while still supporting a heavy weight. I’m 210 pounds and 6’2 with a dorito back and I have no problems balancing on this one. Worth more than I paid for sure (180$)
I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a collapsible, light weight, normal size, home bench. It was easy to assemble–came mostly assembled. I’m 5’11” and the height is good and the back support is very roomy, which I was concerned with. My shoulder blades rest fully on the bench with room to spare. Quality seems nice.
only took one day to arrive at my door super fast delivery. very sturdy and stable when sit on from center or the sides. super easy to put together and simple to fold up. the foot rest are very soft and comfortable as well. only took a wall corner when folded up so a great space saver as well.
so far no issue was detected and connectors/joints are very solid and safe. recommend for any beginners to start with this one.
For the price, I find this bench to be exactly what I had wanted! The padding is very comfortable and seems to be built well. The foldable option is wonderful for my apartment as I don’t have a lot of storage space. It basically folds in half and you can put it in the corner or under a console/bed, depending on where you workout. If you have a a closet, you could fit it in there as well. The one thing is to adjust the angles you have to take some pins out, position it where you want, and then stick the pin back through the hole to secure it. It’s not a deal breaker, but I’m assuming that the more expensive brands would have easier adjustability like they do at the gyms. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a sturdy, good quality, foldable bench for home workouts!
This weight bench is a great training equipment especially when gyms are closed. Has a very good feel when layed onto. Good for sit-ups as well. Quality it great with adjustable layouts depending on your height and how you would like to change each section.
It is not the most expensive one yet is good enough for home use. I am 240lb and I use 50lb dumbbells’. I do lots of sit-ups on it . It is solid. Material is not like the couch in my living room but better than what we had at the gym. I am happy with the product.
We just received this bench this week and so far it’s been holding up really well, I like that it’s very light weight, easy to assemble and versatile. It doesn’t feel very sturdy but it might just because it is so light weight. It’s worth noting the manufacturer only replaces parts for up to a year for free. Will update if there are issues but so far it seems like a basic, affordable, adjustable bench.
I recently purchased this adjustable bench and it came out to be very sturdy with good quality hard form. I was impressed by the build quality and also, that it was easily foldable for people who live in small condos/apartments. It’s high recommended if you live in small place where folding is the only option after work out.
The bench was very easy to put together and for a collapsible bench it is very sturdy when using dumbbells. My bench was missing the foam rollers for the leg extension. I sent the manufacturer an email requesting a replacement of this missing part and they had it sent FedEx from China and it arrived in about a week. Very happy with this response and happy with my purchase.
But this one does the job perfectly fine. For the sake of sitting on it and laying on it and doing exercises during either? It works perfect. It feels stable, and secure, and I feel confident using it for my purposes.
My only gripes are…
1. It’s got hard plastic for it’s leg tips instead of grippy rubber, so it will slide on surfaces if you try to use it for anything that may cause horizontal pressure. I have it on some of those puzzle-piece floor tiles you can get on Amazon, but it still slides. I’d love if the product came with grippy softer rubber pads to keep it more secured to it’s place.
2. I don’t like the peg-lock system. I mean it’s not THAT inconvenient, but you’ve already got the welding done, so it should have been designed with the traditional quick catch holster system most gym benches have instead. The pin hold system is just robbing that quality of life factor enough to be annoying and make me gripe about it.
I would purchase this again.

The product is as described. It is, essentially, assembled. Once out of the box, it takes approximately 10 minutes to have this bench fully operational. There are no surprises.The adjustment angle for the bench and the seat is easy to operate. For the price, I am completely satisfied. There is no doubt that if you pay more money, you will have a better bench in the sense that the adjustments may be easier. In this case, you adjust the angle with a pin that is inserted into “holes or brackets”. However, it is not an issue.
After searching through so many options with high price points, I finally found the perfect bench.
Incredibly sturdy and SO easy to use. 3 adjustments – foot support, seat and back. Pull out pin to set the appropriate Incline/Decline.
I’m 6’4 at 200 lbs and have zero issues using the bench. The padding is comfortable and overall bench is sturdy and not shakey.
Doesn’t take space at all, as I have it folded next to my bookcase.
Like many others, I have been looking for ways to get that gym experience at home. For apartment dwellers like myself, we don’t have the luxury of having big dedicated rooms for gym equipment so one of the key attributes for a home bench was stowability. Many on the market claim to fold but I haven’t seen any that transform into a package as small as the Magic Fit. I guess that’s why it’s called that since it’ll fit into the smallest of spaces! There’s even a convenient carrying strap built in.
Bench is sturdy and the backrest can be adjusted to many angles, including downwards for sit ups. A pin locking system is used and while perhaps not as quick to change positions as some other models the inconvenience is minor. Padding is thick all over and I can’t think of anything negative to say other than there’s a small gap between the backrest and the seat, but not a deal breaker by any means.

The bench I replaced (CAP) was quite bulky and I am marveling at how much lighter this bench is while remaining sturdy. On top of that, its legs are much smaller and don’t get in my way like the legs of my old bench did. Again, while remaining study.
Some information I was looking for before I purchased and couldn’t find, in case anyone else finds it helpful:
– Backrest angles (degrees): -20, 2, 22, 36, 49, 61, 79
– The foot catch is indeed adjustable so it can be moved out of the way when not in use. I didn’t find it to be in my way in its standard position though.
While I did rate this bench 5 stars, there are some considerations I’d mention to a prospective buyer:
– This bench is quite low so it might not be ideal for someone with long legs.
– Since this bench does not have knee rollers, the front of the seat is pushed right up against the back of the knees in the decline position. I only found this mildly uncomfortable but it might bother someone else to a greater extent. There are several benches on Amazon that do come with knee rollers but they seem like they might get in the way in other positions so its a tradeoff.

Pretty happy with purchase as overall functionality is exactly as advertised, and I like that I can easily fold up if I need to use the room for a different purpose in the future.
I’m 5’9 and 180 pounds and feel safe when using this bench. Only area for improvement is adjusting the bench (takes a little time), but again, given the light-weight and easily fold-up functionality, this is a pretty minor issue in the grand scheme of things.
Highly recommend if you want a simple bench at a reasonable price point.

Two issues to be aware of: (1) the padding material has a chemical smell, somewhat off-putting. (2) the gap between the seat and back-rest is quite large, causing a sometimes awkward butt/hip “sink” when doing flat bench exercises. I’ve had to work to find a good position.
The bench will hold up although it feels a bit shaky at times. Still, I don’t really notice the shakiness while for heavy bench press sets. Make sure to not leave a loaded barbell or heavy weights on the bench for extended periods of time as the foam of the padding will change shape according to the pressure applied, and it doesn’t go back to normal quickly
I first purchased a cheaper, less sturdy bench (which I returned before I opened the box) and then realised that I needed a sturdier bench that could take more weight but wasn’t too expensive. I liked this bench right away and it is very easy to put together.
I like that this came assembled out of the box. Footprint is slim when folded so it can easily be stored out of the way when needed. It’s stable and sturdy. It has many levels which is great for different kinds of workouts, and it’s easy to adjust the level. Well-made.
My use case is for home workout as my local gyms havent opened up yet. Friends of mine recommended me NOT to buy any off of amazon cause they have had bad experiences, but I bit the bullet and tried it nonetheless. It takes 3 minutes to assemble and doesnt budge at all, which is surprising for a bench so thin. For comparison, my gym’s benches are 3-4 times thicker. I don’t expect it to break on me anytime soon, but if it does, ill update this.
I’ve managed to test it in all angles except for the decline – although I do not believe that I will have an issue there.
You should place it on a flat surface in order for the legs to grip properly. I had it on these rubber gym mats at first but I could move the bench too easily and removed the rubber mats. It is much better now.
It’s easy to change the back rest as well as the seat rest.
It’s worked well for dumbbell presses and pullovers and I’ve used it for modified box squats.
I don’t feel like the bench is going to break when I’m using it even after doing multiple drop sets.
Overall – for the price I paid this bench is worth it.
Bench arrived early. Easy to setup. Great instructions. Very well made. I am 6′ 2″ 260 lbs. Very stable, easy to adjust. Very versatile addition to my home gym. Happy with my purchase.
the hinges themselves rely on push pins (see photo) which can be pulled out and inserted with 1 hand with no resistance. Any apparatus beyond that would definitely be reflected in its price so i am happy to give up that functionality for in essence having everything you need.
The leg guards comes with its own casing, which was a pleasant surprise. I installed it for the decline workouts, i dont recommend taking that in and out often.
I finally bought this magic fit adjustable workout bench from amazon and it was deliver very quickly. I am really impressed by quality of materials used. This doesn’t feel cheap at all compared to the price paid. It has comfortable leather cover with soft dense foam padding which allows to do various exercises comfortable.
It folds up very easily and can be stored without occupying more space. This bench has adjustable backrest with 7 different angle which meets my various exercise needs. It has plastic caps on steel pipes (frame) which prevent against sliding while exercise and also against scratching floor. All in all, My experience with this bench is very satisfactory and I definitely recommend it.
This is a really good bench, especially considering the price. It’s sturdy and feels like it would support quite a bit of weight. It came assembled, and best of all, it folds and unfolds in about a minute. Once folded, it’s very compact and easy to store. The cushion isn’t the softest, but I’m used to gym benches so I don’t know what other home benches are like. Highly recommended!
With the current situation and being able to stay at home, I am making a home gym. As an addition, I am glad to have found this great bench press. It is very durable and easy to assemble. Compared to most others available in the market, I find this also very affordable and also well worth for the quality it is made of. I would recommend this to anyone.
