Had this item about a month and the fan speed 1 dont work .. so if anyone knows who i can contact to get this rectified!? . This would be extremely helpful
It is not as cool as a proper AC unit, but definitely has helped cool down during recent heat wave. Helps me sleep before night shifts rather than being slow cooked to death in my loft room.
Bought a while back to help the dogs when it gets warm. What a great piece of kit for the money. The noise level is low enough and actually quite pleasant on a night in the bedroom. It holds a lot of water in the tank and is easy to fill up. I freeze a bunch of ice in plastic containers to throw in the tank on very hot days. The remote control works very easy across the room. The dogs love lying in front of it especially in the heatwave of July 2022!

I bought this air conditioner, and my family likes it very much. It is not only very convenient, but also has low sound, no noise, various Mode options, remote control, and time selection. It is very energy-saving and safe, and the water capacity is large enough.
We haven’t used the sleep mode as we unplug it but it is all user friendly and easy to understand, its also neat looking.
Nice and quiet machine, works as expected. Helps a lot on a hot day especially loved by my long haired German shepherd dog.
Brilliant way to cool my flat, i am on the top floor with both windows facing into the sun, this unit keeps it a the perfect temperature. i can sleep so much better now. Great price for what you get, worth every penny!

When it arrived, I didn’t think it would be powerful enough to cool a room. But I was wrong – there have been several very warm days (and nights) since we purchased this product, and it has performed extremely well. We previously had a much larger unit, which never performed as well as this one does.
I bought this air cooler as a way to get ahead of the upcoming summer where our flat will sadly be warmer than 35 degrees.
This unit is first of all much more compact than I expected. It has a large capacity (5L) but doesn’t take up a lot of floor space which is a big positive. The 5L capacity allows it to run for several hours on its highest setting without needing a refill. It has wheels and can be rolled anywhere easily.
It’s very quiet to use even on the highest fan speeds which will be a benefit at nights in the bedroom this summer. We haven’t tried the sleep timer yet but that will come in handy.
The remote is simple to operate and convenient to control the fan speed or the swing setting amongst others. Having a built in ioniser is a plus also as it can help cut down on pollution in the house.
We have had a few warm days recently and this cooler does put out a nice cool breeze that makes a difference in the room. I’ve tried it with just water and also with the included ice tubes and in both cases it helps, with the ice tubes giving a lower temperature of air obviously.
Really happy I purchased this and am looking forward to getting some relief this summer!
We bought it for incoming uk summer, tried in a hot noon and it can easily cool down our 10m2 bedroom by using the water tank, and it got 4 more ice cubes for further cooling. The wheels help this small machine more convient to move in house. It’s more quiet than I think(video is really closed to the machine but still quiet), absolute can fall asleep while using it and also got multiple functions. Can’t wait to enjoy the summer! Worth having it!
I bought my air cooler recently and I survived the heatwave with it! Very nice and handy air cooler. No like the aircon which can generate a lot of hot air released outside the window.
I am so pleased with this purchase. I was dubious about spending over 100 for it just to turn out to be a glorified fan but I was pleasantly surprised. The water tank lasts ages, and the cooling function especially when used with the ice bottles is freezing cold and really cools a room down. Not dreading summer now in my heat trap bedroom!
As the days are getting hotter, I decided to get this air cooler and it is so effective and amazing. It’s so easy to put in place and after leaving it on for 20 minutes my room immediately feels colder. I really recommend this product especially for the summer and hot weather. It’s a lot quieter than the previous air cooler that I bought and with a better quality.
The appearance is very fashionable, and the wheels underneath are very convenient to move. As soon as I receive the goods, I can’t wait to try it out. There is no noise during work, it is very quiet, and the cooling effect is very good. It is a bit cold for the current weather, but I’m sure if I use it in summer will be great. Since I have hay fever, I dare not open the windows this season. This fan solves the problem allowing me to enjoy the fresh air without opening the windows.

At first I was a little tentative, having been through several air coolers and finding them either too noisy and/or not cooling enough, but I have been very happy with this product so far.
The remote control is useful and refreshing to not be forced to install an app or have to go up to the machine to change the setting.
I’ve not noticed a significant impact on my energy bill yet so that counts for something, I’ve used it for a couple hours in the afternoon, almost every day, on the middle setting, as I find that to be plenty cooling whilst not being too loud.
Decent value, as cheaping out has not paid off in the past.
I have been experimenting with the timer settings but I have found it is just easier to turn it off and on with the remote, but if you wanted to use while sleeping it would be very useful.
I bought this to tackle the recent warm temperature that causes my living room to be very stuffy, the size is decent and the noise level is not too loud. It is quite easy to fill up the water tank and for the cooling to work, and even though the device is not too big, it does cool the room quite fast and the remote control works from many angles in the room.
For the price paid, it is a decent basic type of cooler that does what it is supposed to do, I’m quite happy with my purchase
we dont have space nor construction knowledge required for installing an air con, however this fits summer pretty well than a full on air conditioning units.

It provides cool air with water running as described. I haven’t tried the ice packs yet in it as they are still in the freezer but the air without them is still cool.
This is not noisy at all. The video might seem its noisy but it is not at all trust me.
Pre-assembled and only have to insert the 4 x wheels.
Remote is also handy and easy to use.
The days of simple rotary fans as your mainstay of cooling down is thankfully long gone. I have seen these machines taking off and being used fairly widely when I used to travel to the Far East a few years ago. Using a normal fan and just blowing hot air about was never really effective at all. Air conditioning units is an option but they are so expensive in the UK and they are extremely power hungry and to be honest they would not be used that often. For that reason this evaporative air cooler fits our home use perfectly. It is small enough to be fully portable and discrete in size so that you can hide it in your room when not in use. It is energy efficient at only 65w power and quiet when operating. The most important aspect is that it actually works. It takes the cold water with the ice packs and blows out cold air. It easily can cool down a room in 30 minutes. It has enough ice packs to let you use this air cooler throughout a full day.
The cooler arrives all pre-assembled and basicallg ready to go right out of the box (other than removing tape, etc), simply plug it in a tap the touch-capacitive buttons on the front – which also doubles as an LED display to show the settings – and add batteries in the included remote (batteries no included, unfortunately), and you’re ready to get cooler!
The fan has numerous different modes and speed settings which range from incredibly quiet and providing a very soft breeze, to maximum speed which is enough to keep you cool during an intense workout, but is still surprisingly quiet considering the fan/air output.
The fan can oscillate 90 (rotate), letting you stick the cooling unit in the corner of the room get still get cool, crisp air blowing throughout the room, which is also handy to prevent you ending up getting frozen legs if it was always aimed at the same spot..
