got this a bout a year now, only complaint is battery life then again if you have services off it would last more but why offwhen the reason you uy in the first place was for the services
The watch isn’t to bad, good read outs etc but the thing that gets me is the charger for it, it’s some sort of magnetic plug that you have to muck about with to get it to properly charge it’s ridiculous feel like selling it on tbh. 5/10 for effort.
I wear this every day does what I intended it to do alerting me with texts my heart etc well worth the money any good battery life doesn’t need charging much
Very happy with the watch, exceeded expectations, very well made ,very easy to set up ,with the excellent app, purchased to replace my brocken garmin ,and I have to say the screen and the GPS are much better than the garmi , battery life easy 10 days, all at 1/2 the price of a new garmi or fit bit.
This is my first activity tracker/smart watch so I don’t have much experience to draw on to compare with other similar products. I maybe unfairly gave 3/5 for sleep tracking and accuracy, I’m not sure how accurate you expect a tracker to be, seems to me they (even the more expensive ones) only can roughly guess based on some heuristics when you are asleep/awake etc. (and I did notice some inaccuracies around the measurement of that. Similarly I feel the heartrate measures a bit low (although maybe due to placement on wrist) OTOH for me the measurement of the dynamic of when heart rate is high/med/normal is more important than whether the heart rate number is exactly right. Continuing on the accuracy front with the surfing mode sometimes the GPS doesn’t seem to track correctly and can be a bit inaccurate, other times though the results have been spot on. Have never seen an issue with the GPS when walking/trekking, it is always spot on.
Has to be said the battery life is great, looked at it today, it’s 14 days since last charge and it at 16%, in those 14 days I’ve done 10 workouts, some more than an hour long
Have used it in the pool and in the sea and sofar no issues, for pool swimming it seems pretty accurate, sometimes the number of lengths is out by one, I’d not fault it for that (it’s way more accurate then me trying to keep track myself)
There are lots of free watch faces to choose from (and even more you can buy)
Overall I am really happy with this watch, I got it at a reduced price (presumably because the next version is now out) and I think it is absolutely great value
Only had this a few days and at the moment its a pretty impressive piece of kit, think it might take me a while to learn all the functions and how to access them however for the money you just can’t go wrong.
I am one of those individuals, who always hesitant to buy anything that looks expensive.
Somehow Bought it, have no regrets now
Perfect Buy 🙂
Easy to set up and has the functions I need, looks big and clunky but is very comfortable and light to wear. This is my third smart watch and the first to give accurate readings for Sp02 which I require, so anyone looking for this function will be very impressed with this watch. Recommended.
I have many watches but for the last few years my go to timepiece has been a Samsung gear 3 which has been an outstanding watch. Having read the reviews on this Amazfit T. rex pro I decided to try it as I needed something with better battery life and better waterproofing. Packaging was good and the watch was delivered quickly, easy enough to download the app and pair the watch and that’s about it .
Two days later and even with plenty of button pressing it’s still showing 87% charge , my old Samsung needed charging every night so it’s a huge improvement.
The watch is lighter than I expected but that’s not a bad thing, the strap is reasonably comfortable and very secure but changing the strap looks like it’s far more difficult than my old watch which is a shame.
There are a few free watch faces to chose from but not as many as I was expecting, obviously if you are willing to spend money to get watch faces you have far greater options but I refuse to pay extra for that service.
Overall, in the short space of time I have owned the watch I would recommend it as a tough smart watch that is particularly suited to activity monitoring and gives outstanding battery life
The battery holds four days, but for me, it is ok because I both it for texts. After two weeks, I will upgrade to T-REX 2. I’m still trying to figure out health data because before, I used a fitness bracelet from Amazfit and got more PAI there. But that bracelet I lost in one moment.
This is by far the best and strongest smart watch I have bought !!! I wear it night and day ! I never take it off ! Fantastic buy
Very sturdy watch, recently spent the last few years with Fitbit, although they also are good smartwatches, not that suitable for me and my day 2 day (they kept breaking)
This watch although looks chunky and heavy, IT REALLY ISNT, it’s light, feels great on the wrist and does exactly what I need it to do! The infor the app gives is really good and actually helps motivate you to do better with exercise/stress/sleep. I’m really happy with it, the battery is also good.on day 4 of constant use and haven’t charged its since opening i
Very good watch easy to read and to set up and use. I’ve only one problem with it and it’s not the watches fault. I have hands like shovels and it only just fits me. (It’s on the last hole just). If you do a larger strap or if you know we’re I can get one from. It would be most appreciated.
Exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight and accurate. Nice selection of watch faces available in the app . Does what it’s supposed to do and great battery life.
This is my first smart watch so I have little to compare it to but I would recommend it.
So far it’s taken a fair beating, no damage to the screen, just a scratched casing. There battery lasts a few days with tracking a 2.5 hour workout daily.
Haven’t had any issues reading the screen in there sunlight.
I have never had a product like this before and I’m pretty impressed with it so far. I use the “steps” and “heart rate” and “sleep” features mainly. Not sure if they are 100% accurate but the guide line is a nice touch for me.
As far as looks go it’s a good looking and robust watch which I need for the outdoorsman in me. The multiple watch faces are cool and the free ones are good enough. If you want to fork out a couple of Euro’s for a designer one you can do that as well.
All in all it’s a really good watch especially considering the price and functionality is to par with some for the expensive brands. Would recommend this watch without reservation.
I bought this for my boyfriend as his casio has broken and he has been playing with it nonstop, there are loads of different dials to choose from and the fitness, heart rate, oxygen saturation etc is really interesting! He took the dog for a walk and it mapped his route and speed, really clever stuff, I just thought I was getting him an attractive watch!
It charges via a USB cord connecting on the back of the watch and charged up to 100% really quickly.
For the physical side of the watch, it’s light weight but doesn’t feel cheap, and the strap is a nice soft rubbery material (again, I don’t think it feels cheap). Overall I would recommend from our (his!) experience so far, time will tell how the battery lasts and if it can handle a few knocks.
This is excellent value and has many sports fitness modes. Used especially for walking it appears to be reasonably accurate compared to previous watches and phone app. The battery lasts a very long time.
Brought this after my Apple Watch failed and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a watch for work, but still wanted notifications on my wrist. This was better than I could of hoped for, looks and feels like it should cost a lot more. After a month I’m still very pleased.
Brilliant at tracking, a few things could be better, like the ability to keep score of goals during a match and some items are a little clunky, but overall its a brilliant watch for tracking fitness.
I was in the market for a watch to track my exercise. I’m just starting out so didn’t want to spend too much (like some of the Garmen watches). After seeing some reviews on a YouTube and reading a few more online I went for this model.
It tracks my walks and runs reasonable well and links very simply to the Strava app also.
It does a few other rings like monitor your sleep but I haven’t bothered with that.
For someone wanting a watch to carry out their exercise tracking this is good. I’ll update when after a few more weeks.
OK, a few weeks have gone by and the workouts are been tracked well. The step count seems comparable to my smart phone. The distance covered its also similar to a Garmin watch. When viewed on Strava it even had the change in altitude which some other watches don’t.
I’m happy with the buy, at approx 100 it’s doing exactly what I want it to do and hasn’t cost me the earth.
Watch is brilliant for men working in the likes of construction or carpentry.Very durable
I’m very pleased with how this looks the quality of the display etc.
It has tons of useful features, but I have a long list of criticisms. Don’t let this put you off, I still think it is the best one I’ve tested for the price and that includes the Apple Watch SE and top of the range Fitbit.
It sometimes loses track of heart rate when you’re doing extremely vigorous exercise. This is particularly annoying because heart rate is a key component of calculation of PAI, which is the key reason for owning this watch
It doesn’t count your steps properly when you are holding walking poles and generally seems to underestimate the amount of steps by around 5%.
I think it is underestimating the amount of deep sleep I get.
It takes a while For the display to come on when you raise your wrist to view with sometimes as much as a one or two second delay which is annoying when you are working out.
There is no dedicated HRV (heart rate variability) monitoring either on the watch or in the app. It is integrated into the stress calculation, which is disappointing as I think the heart rate variability is a key component in assessing your general health. And far more scientific than the stress algorithm used here.
The VO2 Max calculation seems iffy. It puts mine at a static and very average 35, and has done for 2 weeks whereas I’m pretty fit and my Fitbit puts it at around 47 which is right on the money.
However I think the PAI, the exercise age calculation and the projected age calculation are fantastic ideas with a strong scientific basis and really keep you motivated to exercise when you would otherwise feel disinclined to do so. This is the main reason I am keeping this watch, combined with the hope that because most of these complaints will be software glitches, they can be fixed with updates.
My conclusion is therefore that I recommend this watch with the above list of reservations. Providing you know what you are doing and go in with your eyes open I think this watch would be a fantastic addition to your fitness arsenal.
I bought this smart watch after a serious bit of research for my partner’s birthday. He absolutely loves it!! He’s very outdoorsy and needed something with a compass on but this watch is just fantastic. Battery life is exceptionally good, the app is great. The array of watch faces and health tracking things on it are astounding for the price of this watch. He loves it and I’m jealous that I didn’t get one for myself.
I spent quite some time looking at smart sports watches and review after review this was getting very high scores at an incredible price.
The watch took no time at all to synch to the ZEPP app and get setup and is now my daily wear.
Very feature rich and goes for something like 18 days between charges which is a huge improvement on my Apple Watch that had to be charged daily.
I cannot recommend this watch highly enough and would not hesitate in buying one as a gift for someone
Very good value for money. The watch has many functions and a wide range of different faces. The battery is excellent lasting over 3 weeks and charges in about an hour. The only downside is you have limited options with messages
This is a super watch for the price, nice and light, full of features, looks awesome and has incredible battery life. I bought a 400 “smart” watch a few years ago that does not come close to this one!!! – my housemate has also had one for a few months now and still loves it.
I wanted to get this watch and try it on its highest settings for everything to drain the battery as compared to normal use in line with the spec sheet. Anyway highest settings on everything to drain the battery as much as possible and it only lost 20% battery in a 34 hour period. What was better that whilst getting ready for work I hooked it up to recharge and it was back to full charge by the time I was ready to leave the house, so that was a winner for me. Lots of great features and too many to list but one that stands out is the ability to change the watch face easily which kind of makes it feel like a new watch every so often. Great purchase.
Brilliant watch bought for my husbands birthday and he loves i
I have several smart watches and have worn this watch since I bought it, only taking it off to charge it which is once every 10 days as I have a lot of the functions on such as heart rate monitor reading every minute. Very comfortable to sleep with and you barely know you have it on. Don’t go for a cheap option as they don’t last long and are limited in the way they operate. This watch has so many functions I can’t wait to use worth every penny.
Great watch at an affordable price. I was diving and swimming with this watch. Everything works as described, only the battery works up to a week after adding all the applications, but it’s still a good resul
A comfortable watch that looks great on your wrist. More of a ‘manly’ looking watch that other opions out there. Apps are easy to use and there are plenty of them. Only draw back for me is not being able to play music independently from phone connectivity. It is a study go anywhere do anything watch. For the price range it is aimed at, there is no better in my opinion. Data collection appears to be accurate. I’m pleased with my purchase.
Great so far. Had it maybe 6 weeks. Good for swimming and rowing. Good deal cheaper than other specialist rowing watches. Nice range of watch faces to choose from and long battery life But I don’t run so font use gps.
Overall calories per day not counted, other than that works perfectly and great battery life
This is a great watch, easy to use. Looks good.
My only criticism is the battery life which is less than half that stated in normal use. However charging it up is a doddle.
Great watch at great price from amazon warehouse perfect for a tubby fella like me better than the higher priced one’s only the app that let’s it down slightly but l would still recommend i
Its a solid watch, I’m a tradesmen and worried about damaging it but its taken a few knocks and still okay, battery life is great, good for notifications, you cant answer calls but you can hang up or decline a call, simple to set up and good gps for running etc
Found it easy to read while outside, i like the styling, comfortable to wear. Once you know where to find you exercise function easier and quicker you use.
Had this watch for around a month and haven’t found any issues as yet, I would recommend it.
Honestly I never thought I could find a smart watch that would give my old watch a run for its money. Recently it started to lose it charge after 7 years of daily use. Having spotted this watch I decided to give it a try.
Honestly it performs to a very high standard and it has the added benefit of allowing you to change the face of the watch to suit your needs and style. I do a lot of walking outdoors and weights in the gym. It tracks your walking route along with cals and steps. It also allows you to track the time of your work out, heart rate and calories burned during your session, in my opinion this feature is a lot better than other brands that I have used.
If there was one thing I would improve upon that the Garmin does better, is the Calories burned. It provides inactive calories burned and active calories burned. This watch only provides active calories burned.
Honestly though its a brilliant watch if you live an active lifestyle and like to keep track your activities. The cost of purchase is also a positive.
I have two other more expensive watches and while my initial reason for buying a Amzfit was it’s purported toughness, it quickly became my favourite due to its many watch faces, and super battery life. I highly recommend this product. My other two watches, Fossil and Oppo both run off the Google platform and I am really lucky to get more than two days battery life but the Amazfit easily gives me 4 perhaps even 5 although no Google Play Store or NFC. Swings and roundabouts. In all fairness the amount of available faces to Amazfit far surpasses the Google equivalents. At least free ones. The one outstanding feature that I have yet to see any rival meet is its toughness. Second to none.
After few months of use, I can say it’s great watch, all you need is there. I moved from galaxy active 2 and it was best choice eve
Was a gift for my husband and he wears it everyday
I use this as a watch and to track runs. Good for that…very happy. Don’t wear at night because that’s idiotic. Battery fantastic
Battery great, sleep app great, not as functional as a galaxy 4, but much better overall than G4 watch
Love the watch overall. Exactly what I needed for triathlon . Highly recommend it.
Allround for the price its very good watch as iv had a few this one even tho there is a few things its could of had built in but very happy with the product 8/10
The watch has all the specs that i was looking for without the price tag.
Bought for daughter she loves it does much more than expected as I said
For the money the Amazefit T-rex Pro is a great watch . I found the GPS tracking during work out in Cycling or running accurate. The battery life is excellent. Highly recommended this watch.
The watch is brilliant for the price you pay and it’s super powerful. However, it’s big and chunky so you get some time getting used to the thickness of this watch on your wrest. An alternative would be the amazfit GT2e which offers a longer battery life (of course different options) and feels so light on the wrest.
I have eleven Smart Watches and this by a country mile is the best of the bunch. No comparison.
It’s no fenix that it was replacing but it does the job. Happ customer here.
I am happy with my purchase. It gives useful information. It looks good also.
Excellent watch, easy to navigate, loads of exercises built in, GPS works a treat, changeable faces (would like a few more) its light and robust, to be honest, I cant fault it!
This has all the bells and whistles that watches twice the price and not only that but they are accurate as well. Can’t get whatsapp to load on it but that’s probably a good thing…
Amazing smartwatch for very good price!
I love g-shock looks of this watch, all options witch it has and how resistant it is.
I will definitely buy next ver. Amazfit T Rex 2 Pro for higher price if it will have more battery life and some kind of solar charging tech… (wish if battery could last 30 days… I would pay 3x more money for that…)
Really good looking, you can change the faces really easy, I don’t think is really accurate with the steps, make me walk more . Really nice display. Battery life is good, 10/12 days with no problem at all. I use the sleep tracking but I don’t trust the accuracy of it. The connection with the app is not that good, I don’t know if I’m using it incorrectly, but I need to keep connecting it and that’s a pain, for instance when you want to search for your phone, you can’t because it’s not connected, the weather doesn’t work for the same reason, loses connection too often and the problem is it doesn’t get it back even when you’re near the phone you need to turn the Bluetooth on and off…
Great watch. Plenty of trainings to choose to meet your needs. light weight and sturdy build makes it better than heavy g-shock. With all the sensors on, average battery last 10-12 days but it is not an issue as 1-2 hours on charge will top it up to 100%. Anyway, great watch for active person.
Running smooth in the beginning but now struggle to sync with my phone
A lot of info in the works great with the app, and very comfortable to ware
Being a smart watch it has all the features you would want. It has a long battery life before it needs to be charged (very quick). Like other smart watches, it is hard to see the time when out in the sunshine.
Very well worth buying. Battery last a long time and brilliant display.
Had this watch for around 6 weeks now…. Absolutely brilliant….been looking for 1 of these watches for around 5yrs but the market is so big & vary in price from 90 to 600 I wanted one of these watches for fitness not for the rest of the media & so stuff that most people use these types of watches for… I have left my review for this long to obviously get some use… Well it’s a great thumbs up & of also managed to get another 3 people to buy this watch which one of them has had 3 other brands before but Love’s this particular one… I shall leave all the other reviews to what it’s Good @ & so on…all I’ll say it’s a Great watch for those who Are into fitness & Fantastic value for money!!!
This watch all about your fitness everything you do this watch will monitor your workout and your sleeping pattern.
I went on a mission to find a smart watch and after ordering a few this was one of the best. Good interface and battery that just worked with a decent amount of features. However, it quickly dawned on me that I much prefer traditional watches in either mechanical or quartz form so I went back to wearing an amazfit band five on one wrist and a proper watch on the other.
For the money this watch is very feature rich, the zepp app is excellent and the customisation you can add to your workouts, and what you see on the screen is fantastic, however after a great first week with this product the second week presented some problems. The battery life all of a sudden started to diminish rather quickly.
I would have expected 5-7 days, despite the quoted two weeks plus, but within 36hrs my battery had gone from 100% to 21%, I had previously reduced sensitivity on the wake up gesture, I had no “always on” screen, vibration was at the lowest level and I had not used the GPS. After running for just over an hour, the battery dropped to 5%, it also failed to measure part of my run, as GPS dropped out, which previously on the same route it had not been a problem.
I suspect I had a faulty unit, as I had none of these problems in my first week of ownership, after 6/7 days and three 10km runs battery was at 15% and GPS was spot on. Also during my first week I messed around with the watch much more, as it was new to me.
I do think I had a dodgy unit and don’t let my experience put you off, when it worked it was great. I do recommend GPS + GLONASS rather than Galileo, the later yielded much poorer results, certainly in the south of England.
Best watch for the money, fast delivery
Thanks amazon team
The watch has good GPS tracking, however the strap caused rash on my wrist, had to buy a new strap. The watchface store is somewhat lacking and most of the watch faces do not allow customisation.
When this watch arrived, the battery was completely dead, so I initially thought I’d received a dud, but I put it on charge and an hour or so later I powered it on and paired it with my phone. It set itself up, including the time, then downloaded and installed a software update which took about 10 mins (the phone app had to be on screen throughout). After that, I switched on pretty much every option I could see including all day heart rate monitoring, stress monitoring, sleep tracking, etc.
It all seemed straightforward to get going and I also noted from various review sites like Techradar that it couldn’t be integrated with third party apps, but I linked it with Google Fit straight away without issue. (It also showed options for WeChat, Strava, & Relive on my Samsung phone).
I haven’t really played with the phone notifications or music controls yet, but I’ve been wearing it constantly for a week now and have recorded daily walks and sleep for 7 nights, plus all the other health tracking features and I still have 33% battery left from the initial charge I did when the watch first arrived. All of this information has synchronised over to Google Fit including the sleep, heart rate, steps, and even the routes I walked which can be seen on Google maps (on the phone – the routeshown on the watch is a basic outline without the map). I even tracked the route I spent mowing the lawn. (I wore the watch for about 22 hours a day and only took it off to take showers and bath the kids).
To be honest, I’m not into fitness and don’t do much sport or go to the gym, but I wanted a nice watch that could take a bit of abuse from normal daily life and cope with activities like gardening, swimming, and outdoor water like rivers and the sea as well as provide of info on my general health. I noticed that most watches with water proofing could only cope with swimming pool water and not the sea or river water, so this was a real bonus. I had been eyeing up the Ticwatch Pro 3 for a while, but really didn’t want to spend that much money and wasn’t overly fussed about some of the additional features like NFC payments, plus it wasn’t as rugged, and the water resistance seemed to be limited to swimming pools.
So far, I have no regrets and the T Rex Pro does everything I need it to at great price compared to the alternative watches I’d previously looked at.
Great product does exactly what I needed. Great price and good value for the money.
I am most impressed with the T-Rex Pro after a week of ownership. This watch is everything that I want in a device that I can wear for a week, do anything and track what I need without all of the complications of it being a delicate power hungry Smart watch.
The T-rex Pro is the watch that G-Shock should have created years ago and could easily have a Casio name on it and a 10x increase in price, and everyone would be raving about it. This watch does not get the credit that it deserves IMHO.
Comparing old GPS routes tracked with my previous Garmin Fenix 5, the T-Rex is more accurate and doesn’t cut corners on tracks, and is a tracking improvement during my GPS challenging run under trees. The exercise data visible during a workout is excellent and comprehensive. The strap is the right amount of flexibility IMHO and very comfortable – you can wear this quite tight for 24 hours and is so light it is hardly noticable. The device is quick with no visible lag between functions. I like the notification system that hasn’t missed anything yet, and the watch provides a noticeable vibration with a message preview and who it’s from or who’s calling. For a sports watch this is all that is needed. Picking up the GPS (I have chosen the GPS + Galileo setup) takes about 10 seconds outside my house and I have not experienced any drop outs.
For cycling, the rate of climbing is calculated correctly which is a huge positive and will provide accurate climb data for Strava use (unlike Garmin watches IMHO). Syncs with Strava and you can further manipulate the workout data using the free Amaztools App if you want. Pulls data in from Apple Health too. Starting and ending workouts is a clear process. During a workout the watch is “locked” but you can navigate up and down using the up/down buttons to see all the live workout data. You can also setup for each workout workout goals, workout assistant, always on display, 2d or 3d tracking and alerts. I happen to like the default alerts and it is clear that Zepp Amazfit have listened to feedback from real workout users and provided what is needed.
The display is like a round Apple iWatch in brightness and quality with plenty of options for how it wakes up and how the always on watch face can be setup. The 4 metal buttons and also touch screen allow quick easy navigation and is a joy to use. The rugged design of this watch is clever and the amount of testing it has gone through is impressive. So far I got the watch covered in fine sand and sea water the other day, and a dip in a puddle was all it needed and the buttons were unaffected. This is one area where this watch has a big advantage over watches like the Apple iWatch IMHO. Pretty cool that there is a shortcut Theatre Display mode too. I have had no issues seeing the display in many lighting situations, so far.
Sleep tracking for me is just about perfect with Rem, light, deep and awake data visible overlayed with HR on the Zepp app. Loads of well thought out features on the watch and in the Zepp App which continues to add well thought features. The Compass is a joy to use. SpO2 measuring works great and you can see a graph per day showing how it varies, actually on the watch. Comparing the HR to a Wahoo HR strap, the T-Rex Pro matches the change and steady rates rates very well and certainly on par with my Fenix 5.
The watch has never lost communications with the Zepp app (looking at you Garmin Connect). Each morning, when I get close to my iPhone, it is already synced before I use the phone. Charging is very easy and a quick 10 minute daily charge is all it needs to start each day at 100% battery.
I have used many Apps over the years form Garmin, MisFit, Fitbit, TomTom and Wahoo. The Zepp one if the most comprehensive and feature rich so far and it does a great deal more that it says on the tin.
You can control Spotify tracks and also volume and see what’s playing on the display when using Google Home, which I wasn’t exception.
Cons.
So far the variety of watch faces available in the Zepp watch do not show how capable or good the watch display is, but there are many available so far, accessible in the Zepp App. This may not be an issue for many, as the watch has only just been released, the watch face developer community are still developing new free faces for this watch. Other Amazfit devices have 10,000’s of free watch faces available so I expect the T-Rex Pro will also have thes available soon.
Battery life is not as good as my Amazfit 47mm GTR device, but as with all new devices you tend to use them more during the honeymoon period. Based on what I have been getting, with AOD display enabled and 10sec display illumination, I’ll lose about 20% per day and this will recharge to 100% with 10 mins of charging. I think this is realistic because the display is so good you will probably want it on a lot. So far, a 2 hour GPS workout didn’t seem to affect this battery consumption, so I reckon the display is the main source of power consumption.
Doesn’t connect to external sensors such as speed, power meter, etc..
Only available in 3 colours so far.
Summary.
If you want a tough watch that can track your steps, HR, SpO2, sleep, GPS data for 100 different sports, that will reliably do the job, get this watch. If you want to run Apps and have no need for a true outdoors watch, then look elsewhere. Do not be put off by the low asking price.
This is a special bit of kit. Very high specifications – Military grade 100%. Has 100’s of sports modes, and 100’s of Widgets and watch faces to assist and style. Duel gps Accuracy is really good!! And the mobile app is fantastic to be a le to review your activities or catch up on where your are in the day against your very clear and sensible detailed overview. So so much more I’ve not even scratched the surface… but the prize is just absurd considering the amount of tech your getting inside. 100% VALUE
So I got my brand new Amazfit T Rex Pro Sports Watch a few days ago and I’m so happy with it!
I had bought another, cheaper make a couple of weeks ago on Amazon and it only lasted 6 days before it stopped charging and I had to return it.
So I literally spent 12 hours on various sites over the weekend researching ‘quality’ watches.
With my health all over the place and needing regular observation and reminders to take my various medications throughout the day, I went for the AmazFit T-Rex Pro Sport and it’s fantastic!
The screen looks great! There’s loads of faces to choose from! It’s clear, bright and packs a load of features and a lonnnng battery life into this stylish and lightweight model!
If I’m going to have to wear a health watch constantly now, I’m pretty sure I’ve made the right choice with this one!
Due to the GPS the step count is accurate (No more registering 100’s of steps just from stroking the cat!) I’ve also used an actual heart rate monitor to compare with the watch and the reading came within 1 of the watch!
The ability to add multiple alarms allows me to set reminders for taking medication. The sleep monitor is helpful and insightful and it links well with Apple Health!
You get alerts on the watch from social media and news apps on your phone, even if your phone is at the other end of the house.
My health unfortunately no longer allows me to be active and do sports. But there are loads of various sports you can set your watch up to monitor and I’d imagine they would keep pretty accurate records as the other watch functions are pretty accurate too!
The first watch appeared to have all the bells and whistles I wanted and needed. But it was just cheap, cheerful and ultimately not worth it.
The T-Rex however, even though it was 100 more, is worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend this watch!
