Took ~2hrs and a lot of concentration to assemble, totally worth it, my daughter loves it.

Massive dollhouse and the kids love it. Lots of furniture included, even some puppies. The cradle did come damaged but nothing a little wood glue couldn’t take care of. Very good quality for the money spent.
Santa came this past Xmas and gifted my daughter this dollhouse. The price then was $79.99 and it is worth every penny. It’s sturdy and comes with an anchor for you to screw into your wall for added safety. It’s complete wood and the back panels for the wall design looks like some type of pvc board or something. It took me three hours to assemble. I separate all of my pieces first and it made it easier. Everything comes labeled so there’s no guessing. The furniture comes with it and it’s intricately made with children in mind. For extra security for the elevator I placed clear packing tape on the ceiling of the elevator where the string feeds through. Since the kids will be using it and sometimes they can get a little excited. Over all I’m glad I purchased this dollhouse my kids love it.
My niece loves it. The furniture is a little lackluster in my opinion, but it’s easy to dress up. Definitely going to need more than one person to assemble. Took us 3 1/2 hours. It’s more roomy than a Barbie house. Very cute.
Purchased for my 7 year old grandson who loves to play with his super heros and mini brands. He LOVES it!! Took me 4 hours to put together, but I would do it again after seeing how much joy this brought him. I purchased on sale 50 bucks WELL worth the money!
This is a pretty tall dollhouse which is what I wanted for my daughter. I wanted to find a sturdy one she could play with any of her toys and this is so far perfect!
I’m glad to have found a quality dollhouse that is still within a reasonable price range for the item. However, we did take a couple of weeks to put it together. A few times my husband had to unscrew the plywood backing pieces (yikes) because of misinterpreted instructions.
The little wooden dollhouse furniture is absolutely adorable and the right handheld size for small kids as well. No choking concerns. Even as an adult, my inner kid loves to see this for my children to play with.
Everyone complaining about putting it together has apparently never put together anything from ikea. It was super simple though yes it did take a bit of time. And for the price I got it for it was SUPER WORTH IT! It’s beautiful and very large! The furniture is really good quality and made of wood. The house itself would be more stable if you added wood glue to most steps instead of just screws. But overall my kids love it and it was super affordable

Value for money was great. Ultimately our daughter loves this. It’s a great set up for lots of Barbie/doll play and something a smaller person can grow into. (Our three year old can’t utilize the top floor (the “nursery”) quite yet).
We took two days to put together as we had to wood glue a few pieces where the wood had cracked a bit. We may have got a returned set as it looked like someone else drilled into while putting together and cracked a small part of the wood. But it was a pretty easy fix and wasn’t too noticeable.

ASSEMBLING: It took me about 1,5-2hrs to assemble it myself. Some parts on the bottom are really hard to access. Two details had wrong numbers on them, luckily I figured it out before attaching them. The instructions are fine but it never mentions sides that should be facing up or down, it may be confusing, but I used the picture of the house as a reference.
GIFTING: The package is not giftable, it’s just a plain brown box with plenty parts inside. First I planned to leave it unassembled under the tree, thinking the picture on the box will be enough to figure out what’s inside and then we could put it together with my daughter on the next day, but there’s no picture so I had to change my plans and do it all by myself at night.
QUALITY: it’s in the pictures. Some details have noticeable scratches on them. Good thing kids don’t care much about it.
The doll house is wonderful, my 2 year old loves it and it was decently easy to assemble but if you get it be very careful assembling the post that holds part of the elevator as the wood it attached to is very flimsy and cracked as I was setting it up. Also some of the stickers were already peeling up at the corners as I took the pieces out of the box.
I actually got this for the grandchildrens playroom. I cannot wait for them to see this and have some pretend play time with them.
It was a great price. My husband put it together today and it took 3 hours total. The screws were not appropriately marked. Thankfully he is a mechanic and can build anything.

Bought this for my daughter as her Santa gift this year as she has been asking her Elf on the Shelf to let Santa know she really wants a large doll house. Put it together last night with my boyfriend. Took us just over an hour to put it altogether. Only downside was when trying to use the screws it told us to, to assemble the bed they didnt predrill the holes deep enough or wide enough so we had a lot of issues and ended up stripping the screws. The house is sturdy, only downside I have seen is that the elevator is very heavy so when you wind it up, it does not stay up. You have to hold the turning dial so it doesnt come crashing down. Cant wait to see my daughters face on Christmas when she sees this next to the tree.
We really liked the house: beautiful, durable, easy to assemble. Packed securely, all furniture and the whole house itself. There are no complaints about the supplier, the house is perfect. I was a little upset that I bought it for almost 200 dollars, and now it costs 70, although several days have passed, but I understand everything, these are holidays :)) But delivery is hell. I ordered a house especially in advance for my daughter’s birthday on December 17th. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 16th. On December 16, the house did not come. 17, 18, 19 the parcel also did not come. On December 19, we were notified that our mailbox was full and the delivery service could not leave the package there. MAILBOX, CARL!!!! House in the mailbox. Guys, what’s wrong with you?! It is unrealistic to arrange a second delivery: for some reason there were no free dates for our address. In the end, I myself went to the post office and brought this heavy package. If I could rate shipping separately, I’d give it one star. USPS, inform your drivers that packages of this size will not fit in the mailbox and must be left at the door! By your grace, the child’s birthday was ruined.
Got this for the granddaughter for Christmas. Hope she likes it, ’cause it took a goodly amount of time to assemble. It’s large, about 4′ long by 4’2″ tall. Won’t fit into our car, so assemble yours where it will be used, or own a truck (or a full-sized van).
Minor scratches in some of the pieces, but one of the chairs did arrive broken.
Once together it does feel very sturdy and you can attach it to the wall for safety. My daughter LOVES it! She’s 4, above average in height, and the dollhouse is taller than her. Right now she can barely see the attic, hehe.

I got this for my 2 year old granddaughter but we all made a collective decision to wait until giving it to her. She’s still into baby dolls and not so much Barbie yet. But this house is amazing! Very solid wood with lovely wallpaper and decorations. The furniture is awesome and includes everything Ken or Barbs will need. Even has dogs and an elevator. My son seemed like he might cry at the future assembly prospect (there’s lots of screws and directions), but I reminded him how solid it is and he shouldn’t have to do anything once put together. I got her a little plastic one for the meantime and her brother who’s 5 showed more interest than her. This dollhouse, while not top of the line, will be enough to make any little girl that’s into dolls happy. This will be perfect for 4-10 year olds and I can’t wait to see her face on a future Christmas.
After doing a LOT of comparisons I ordered this dollhouse. It arrived pretty quickly and well packaged in an understandably BIG box. I took my time reading over the assembly instructions and organizing the pieces and got to work. This took me about an hour to do, but to be fair I took my time in a big way. I didn’t want to get frustrated or make a mistake so doing this at a leisurely pace ensured this. I was impressed by the quality of the walls and accessories. I expected more cardboard but dividers and such but that just was not the case. Some of the better known and more expensive dollhouses on the market use far inferior materials to this dollhouse so I felt good knowing I had bought a quality product. Once the dollhouse was finally put together the magic began. Hours which turned into days and an entire summer of imaginative and creative play ensued, just as I hoped it would! I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase and love seeing my grandkids enjoy it when they visit!
So this is my nearly 4 year old’s first doll house and yeah I didn’t know what to expect I promise you. I don’t even know I’ve been around doll houses ever so I was ill-prepared for what this was going to be when it was all done. It’s massive. Yeah they give you the sizes but until you build it – good grief. She’s 39″ tall and she can reach everything inside the house the attic/nursery isn’t super accessible yet. The furniture is nearly all pre-built and pretty sturdy. The one thing of note is the fridge(?) cabinet(?) I’m still not sure what it is – uses tiny dowels for the hinges and these can and will slip out and can be lost. I ended up setting them into the doors with wood glue and calling it good. Aside from this she’s in love with the thing.
Construction wise it took me alone just over an hour to build. You need some interputation skills when it comes to certain parts of the instructions. Someone did a pretty sloppy job of proof-reading the instructions to make sure they matched up step by step with what you had to do. But with that in mind just over an hour build wasn’t unreasonable for the size. I did need a 5/16 drill bit at one point to drill out a hole they didn’t do but you need.
The build materials are pretty good, I’d say easily above average. They have a decent heft to them, no bending, and all fit into place once I figured out what that place was usppose to be. The one exception to this is the coating on the pieces (the pictures). I had at least two pieces that were a bit jagged edged on the coating so they are missing little bits. Also don’t let moisture sit on these because the paper will disentagrate away fairly easily when wet.
That being said she’s almost 4 and I want her to play with it – this isn’t a collector’s thing or something to worry about passing down years to come. This is the perfect doll house for her because she can and wants to play with it nearly every day. That’s what I want her to have.
So decent build time, confusing instructions, can do it solo, generally good quality materials, lots of accessories, but just the printing is a little questionable how long it will last. Still 4/5 easily because of the price.
Un prodotto davvero eccezionale, prodotto e commercializzato da Amazon Basics. La casa enorme,
L’ingombro 120 x 31 x 134.5 cm (lunghezza x larghezza x altezza). La struttura totalmente in pannelli in fibra di legno, il che la rende anche abbastanza pesante. Nella scatola ovviamente sono presenti le istruzioni di montaggio con relative viti.
Presenti innumerevoli gadget (sedie letto divano tavoli ecc)che andranno ad arredare le stanze (ben 8) di questa casa di ben 4 piani, presente anche un balcone.
Per l’assemblaggio ci vuole un po’ di pazienza e circa 30 minuti del vostro tempo, ma credetemi ne vale la pena. Mia figlia ne rimasta entusiasta, ora finalmente ha una casa per le sue bambole.
Purtroppo non mi dato sapere il prezzo a cui verr commercializzato, quindi non posso dirvi se il rapporto costo/qualit conveniente, resta il fatto che parliamo di un prodotto qualitativamente superiore a molti altri visionati nel tempo (anche di brand famosi).

I want some dolls now – although strictly speaking it’s not really for me. I have to test it out… Delighted with it, have had such fun making it and even more fun playing with it!

Putting together this wooden dollhouses is no joke. It takes two people to do it well so one can hold the pieces while the other screws it together (and we also used a drill to make it easier). A couple of the furniture pieces came broken (that could be fixed with hot glue), but instead we used some of the furniture along with her barbie furniture. We have now taken out our barbie dollhouse and replaced it with this because it’s actually has more room. Keep in mind this thing is huge, so you will need space!
I took off a star because at least 3 pieces of furniture came broken. The furniture could be better glued together.
This house weighs 50 pounds and is beautiful. The furniture is wood. Most of the furniture comes assembled except for the bed (but that is easy to put together). This took me and my friend about half a day to assemble. The directions are pictures and numbers. Kind of use common sense too when you assemble it. We had to take the elevator apart and put it together inside the house to make it work. I do wish the knob to raise and lower the elevator had a handle rather than just a knob. But truly this is a beautiful house set. It does fit typical dolls. Even my very young grandson loves to play with it when he is visiting. Of course when he visits the house looks like it went through a hurricane. I would have loved to have this house as a girl. It truly will bring hours of play to some blessed young person (or grandma).
It was heavy and it took time to put it together. It wasn’t too bad though Pro Tip, assemble it where you are going to leave it and it will be even better building it, let’s say in the basement, then carrying it upstairs, it’s a bad idea
This doll house is made of nice wood. I was amazed at how heavy the box was when it arrived. Assembly was easy. This is a quality doll house that is designed to last. My Granddaughter adores this house and I am sure it is something she will pass on to her own children, many many years from now. 🙂

My five year old granddaughter has really gotten into playing with her Barbies lately. So, this was a Birthday present for her. She loves it and plays with it constantly. The house is taller than she is and she sits on a small stool so she can reach the majority of the house while she plays. She loves the elevator especially. My son said it was very easy to assemble and came packaged well. Although she loves it, I was reprimanded because it takes up almost one full wall of her bedroom which meant her previous toys had to be gone through and many she doesn’t really play with weeded out. Nor did it leave much space for anything moderately sized others might get her.
So, yes, make sure you have the space.
This reminds me of the Barbie Townhouse a friend of mine had in the 70s, but remembering the flimsy build, this is actually much sturdier–especially the nice wooden furniture.
Overall, it’s beautiful and fun. But there are some baffling architectural choices. For instance, the elevator only goes between the second and third floors. To get to the second floor, you have to use the stairs, defeating the point of an elevator. Also, there is no access to the attic, aside from scaling an exterior wall. Yet the nursery is up there. Which makes you imagine some kind of Southern Gothic nightmare scenario. But I am a literalist; and the oddness doesn’t much bother my 8-year-old, who is psyched to have a dollhouse taller than her.
For comparison, let’s do the math:
The bed board is 27cm (around 10.5 Inches)
A regular mattress is 202cm (79.5 Inches)
Divided through six about 34cm (around 13 inches)
I build beds for my daughter’s dolls and 35cm is a good size.
The height of the rooms works though.
The really cool thing though is that it’s really easy to upgrade. Anyone with a bit of experience in crafting should be able to add some extra details, lights, or flooring. The material, printed MDF, is okay and easy to work with. The paint is very thin though and prone to scratches. Clear-coat helps.
Extra care is recommended when unpacking. I made the classic mistake of using a blade to cut the boxes and nicked one of the accessories.
Putting it together is quite a project, and I recommend taking your time. It’s not difficult, but also not just clicking it together in ten minutes. Be careful not to overtighten the screws because the material splits easily. Dipping the tip in wood glue to gives them an easier drive and better stick. I want to mention that the instruction is excellent and very easy to follow!

It arrived and I was astounded by the weight of the box. I think it must weigh fifty or sixty pounds. Since I plan to give it as a gift to my granddaughters, I waited several weeks to open the box and view the contents. Having just done so, I can say that any child who receives this is in for a world of fun.
This is a wonderfully detailed and well-put-together dollhouse with many beautiful rooms and nicely painted pieces of furniture–a lifetime toy.
I did not put the dollhouse together so I cannot provide photos of the finished house. I have done a video giving examples of the quality of the build and some of the furniture pieces in the hope that this will give an idea of the scope and quality of the entire piece.
Putting this doll house together started out great. In fact my six and eight year old did the first couple pages themselves and were really proud of themselves. But then things got a little tricky. Several of the screws were mislabeled as they clearly meant other screws once you got the pieces together (Wait too long or way too fat etc). And then we had to re-drill a couple of the holes for some of the exterior walls since they were wildly misaligned. So yes, there was definitely some frustration trying to figure things out. But once we got it all together it really is beautiful. I’m very pleased that we didn’t have to assemble a furniture apart from the bed. Everything came put together and is made of wood again like the house so it’s more sturdy than some of the other place that’s we’ve gotten in the past. And wow is this thing huge! It’s taller than my 8-year-old and pretty wide as well as you can tell from the photos. If you have the room, and more importantly the patience to do some guesswork with the assembly instructions, this is a great dollhouse.
Avendo gi provato pi volte prodotti della linea Amazon Basics ,mi sono sempre trovato di fronte ottimi prodotti con una buona qualit costruttiva ,resistenti e sopratutto con un ottimo prezzo per il consumatore e quindi quando ho visto questa Casa per le Bambole ho deciso subito di prenderla per farla testare alla mia bimba di 6 anni,non avendone mai posseduta una prima.
La confezione che ci troviamo di fronte la classica essenziale scatola di cartone presente in tutti gli accessori Amazon Basics in cui all’interno troveremo vari pezzi e scatole, oltre che un libretto di istruzioni multilingue,che serviranno per il montaggio.
La casa realizzata in legno Mdf e massello in tutte le sue parti e in tale materiale realizzato anche tutto il mobilio che viene fornito per arredare la casetta,mobilio che composto da ben 23 accessori tra tavolo, sedie divano letto tavolino da caff e molte altre cose ancora.
Le dimensioni una volta assemblata ,sono decisamente importanti, infatti il prodotto misura nel suo complesso, 112×29,5×134,5cm e pesa circa 20kg tenete conto che nasce per farci giocare bambole tipo Barbie, tanto per intenderci, alte 30 cm circa.
La casetta dotata di 4 piani cosi suddivisi:
– Piano terra composto:
sala da pranzo, cucina e ripostiglio (mia figlia l’ha adibita a garage per la macchina delle bambole);
-Primo piano composto:
sala musica accanto all’ascensore,salottino e zona bagno
-Secondo piano composto:
zona notte e terrazza
-Mansarda composta dalla stanza dei giochi
Mia moglie, che stata l’addetta al montaggio ci ha messo quasi un’intero pomeriggio per montarla ma grazie alle istruzioni grafiche non ha avuto quasi nessuna difficolt ( solo su alcuni passaggi tipo li montaggio dei pavimenti del bagno e del ripostiglio (figura 12) fate bene attenzione alla figura e ai buchi delle viti)
Nelle istruzioni viene richiesto solamente un cacciavite a stella per il montaggio della casetta e un trapano per l’eventuale fissaggio a muro,noi abbiamo usato per il montaggio della casetta, anche un piccolo avvitatore, e se ne siete in possesso ne consigliano l’uso, per aiutarsi a sigillare meglio le viti.
Nel complesso,siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti, per la bellezza e maestosit oltre per la qualit intesa come robustezza, sia dei materiali con cui la casa e stata prodotta che come accessori presenti. L’unica nota un po’ stonata e che purtroppo non mi permette di dare il massimo dei voti sono le rifiniture alcune basi risultato rigate e sbeccate mentre il cordino che dovrebbe far si che l’ascensore salga e scenda cosi sottile che anche con il nodo richiesto scivola via rendendo impossibile farlo muovere.
Anche alcuni gli incastri dei buchi in cui viene inserita la vite non sono perfetti rendendo cosi difficoltosa l’avvitamento che in alcuni casi non sar perfetto e lascer spuntare la vite stessa fortunatamente nel mio caso successo nella parte inferiore che andr a contatto con il pavimento e non ha creato n problemi n pericoli
Mia figlia, come penso ogni bimba che ama giocare con le bambole, se ne innamorata giocandoci tutto il giorno sia da sola che con le sue cuginette . Crea mille storie nuove ogni giorno stimolando la sua immaginazione e creativit.
Al momento non mi dato conoscere il prezzo di vendita ma sicuramente come ogni prodotto a marchio Amazon Basic sono sicuro che sar decisamente conveniente e in linea con la qualit dei materiali utilizzati per produrla.
Pur non potendo dare il massimo dei voti, per le problematiche sopra descritte che comunque possono essere semplicemente con una piccola revisione da una parte e un miglioramento dell’imballaggio di alcune parte magari con del pluriball dall’altra, voglio comunque consigliare questo prodotto per la bellezza e maestosit e nel complesso anche per la qualit del prodotto stesso e dei molti accessori presenti, vi posso assicurare che acquistandola fare felici le vostre bimbe.
This dollhouse is wonderful! It is very sturdy and comes with all the furniture – even a vacuum cleaner! The elevator works also. It is 4 foot tall. The instructions are easy to follow and all the pieces are numbered for easy assembly. This is a heavy duty dollhouse and any child would love this. Great Value.
Nos hemos llevado una increble sorpresa con esta casa, cuando lleg en su caja inmensa no me poda creer que sea la casita de muecas, viene totalmente desarmada y metida en una caja que pesa bastante.
La casa trae un folleto de instrucciones bastante completo y claro, con los pasos necesarios para poder armar pieza a pieza todas las plantas. Cada pieza tiene una pegatina con un nmero, as que de lo que se trata es de tener en primer lugar organizadas las piezas por nmeros, al principio cuesta un poco entender de qu va todo pero al armar la base que es lo primero, luego te puedes ir dando cuenta de las diferentes habitaciones.
Se arma lgicamente de abajo hacia arriba, se hacen las plantas bajas, el ascensor y despus se van colocando los paneles posteriores y los techos.
Hace falta un destornillador y mucha paciencia para ir armado todo el conjunto. Dentro de la caja viene un pack con muchos tornillos con denominaciones de letras o nmeros, as que segn las piezas que toque ensamblar se necesita un tipo de tornillos especfico que son muy fciles de identificar porque vienen separados. Tambin viene alguna llave allen que hace falta en un determinado momento de la construccin.
En la planta baja de derecha a izquierda est el saln con chimenea donde va la mesa y las dos sillas, al lado se encuentra la cocina con su fregadero y su nevera, en medio de estas dos estancias est la escalera para subir a la segunda planta. A la derecha de la cocina est el trastero o garaje donde segn el dibujo de las instrucciones van los tres perritos dlmatas.
En la segunda planta est una sala y la parte baja del ascensor, en esa sala es donde va el piano. Al lado hay un saln pequeo con sof y en la parte derecha est el cuarto de bao con su baera y WC. En la tercera planta est la habitacin principal en donde va la cama grande, esta habitacin tiene salida a una pequea terraza donde va la mesita pequea y la planta, a esta habitacin es a donde sube el ascensor.
Por ltimo, en la cuarta planta est la habitacin infantil donde va la cuna, el balancn de caballito y el atril de dibujo.
El techo del bao tiene una ventanita para poder meter por ah la mano y todos los laterales tienen ventanas y entre las estancias arcos que se comunican. Mi hija dice que no hay manera de llegar a la parte superior, ya que no han puesto ni ascensor ni escaleras, pero bueno, es slo un detalle.
Cada habitacin tiene el decorado en los paneles ya sea cuadros, estanteras, paredes y suelos hechos con mucho cuidado y con muy buen gusto.
Todos los muebles vienen en tres cajas aparte dentro de la caja enorme, la cama es lo nico que necesita atornillar, lo dems no.
Es un juguete realmente bonito, de madera, que deja volar la imaginacin, fomenta la creatividad y el juego simblico en los peques, mi nia que tiene 7 aos ha recibido esta casa como regalo de cumpleaos y no puede estar ms contenta, realmente no imagin que la casa fuese tan grande y tan bonita. Se necesita paciencia y tiempo para armarla, pero cuando ya est montada y ves a tu nia jugando sin parar ah, ves que el esfuerzo vale la pena.
Un juguete espectacular, muy recomendable! ojal yo hubiese tenido una casita de stas cuando era pequea.
He recibido esta casita de muecas con la intencin de que mi mujer la pueda montar y disear, cosa que la encanta. Es un juguete muy tradicional aunque est ms diseado para adultos que para nios y esta casita lo demuestra.
Cuando la hemos recibido he de decir que nos ha sorprendido por sus dimensiones. La caja pesa ms de 22 kilos, y esto es mucho. Al abrirla y ver el tamao de la escalera, de la barandilla, y de algunos muebles nos vimos con una sonrisa forzada en plan “donde metemos esto ahora”.
Por qu digo esto? porque no me fij bien en las dimensiones del producto al estar en pulgadas, las calcul como que una pulgada eran 1,5cm, cuando realmente es 2,5cm, as pues la casita mide metro y medio de alta, metro y medio (algo menos) de ancha y de grosor algo menos de un metro…
Es grande por tanto, muy grande…
Lo buen oes que viene amueblada entera, y tiene hasta un ascensor muy mono. Est realiada por completo en madera y queda realmente preciosa ya montada. Eso s, los acabados son sencillos, no tiene muchos detalles en la madera, aunque s que se encuentra pintada de forma muy elegante, estilo victoriano.
Una vez montada casi dan ganas de meterse dentro de ella a vivir, y a vivir las historias de las personas que habitaran ah.
Si te gustan las casitas de muecas, te aseguro que acertars con este modelo, adems las instruccciones de montaje son claras, no tendrs problemas para montarla.

J’ai bien reu cette maison de poupe de belle qualit, livre avec pleins d’accessoires pour amnager la maison.
Le carton est grand et lourd car une fois monte, c’est une grande maison pour les poupes 12″, style barbie.
C’est une maison de belle qualit qui ravira les petites filles.
Par contre, je ne pourrais pas donner mon avis sur le prix car je ne le connais pas.
Das Puppenhaus kommt in seinen Einzelteilen daher und mchte erstmal nach Anleitung zusammengezimmert werden. Dafr braucht es vor allem Werkzeug und Geduld.
Aber am Ende steht dafr dann auch ein wirklich stabiles Haus aus Holz, das von seiner Gre her selbst Barbie Puppen ein angemessenes Heim bietet.
Ich habe keine Ahnung in welcher Preisklasse dieses Haus liegt, aber wenn es gnstiger ist als das Originale Plastehaus von Barbie – ist es allein schon wegen seines stabilen Materials eine gute Alternative.

Le montage est ais, mme si nous avons eu quelques dfauts d’usinage sur le modle reu. On a d mettre certaines vis de travers pour bien fixer les pices mais dans l’ensemble c’est bien.
Pour revenir la taille, on est un bon 140cm de haut et un bon mtre de large.
C’est tellement grand qu’on peut y mettre des barbies !
De nombreux accessoires sont fournis : tableau, cheval bascule, coiffeuse, piano, table/chaises, canap etc. tout y est !
Trs joli produit, mais tout dpend du prix auquel il sera vendu, qui est inconnu ce jour.
Das Puppenhaus von Amazon Basics ist ein richtiges Schmuckstck und hat meine Nichte sehr sehr glcklich gemacht., aber der Reihe nach.
In einem recht groen und auch nicht gerade leichten Karton, kam das 4-Stckige Puppenhaus zerlegt bei uns an.
Der Aufbau war doch recht langwierig und eine gute Stunde sollte man mit allem Drum und Dran schon einplanen.
4 Stockwerke, inklusive Aufzug, Treppenhaus, Balkon, Inneneinrichtung und sehr hbsch gestalteten Rumen, lassen das Puppenhaus zum idealen Geburtstags-/Weihnachtsgeschenk werden.
Aufgebaut ist das haus sehr stabil und auch die Auenfassade ist sehr gelungen. Da knnen sich die groen Markenhersteller gerne mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. So geht Playset.
Absolut verdient die Hchstwertung von 5 mglichen Sternen und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
Ein bis zwei Bohrungen haben beim Aufbau nicht ganz gepasst, wodurch wir etwas nacharbeiten mussten. Gemessen am Ergebnis ist das aber zu verschmerzen. Insgesamt dauerte der Aufbau, fr den man aufgrund der Teile schon etwas Platz bentigt, ca. 2 Stunden (htten die Bohrungen gepasst, wren es 1,5 Std. gewesen)
Wir hatten schonmal eine original Traumvilla fr Bar puppen und die war nichts im Vergleich zu diesem Haus.
Ganz ehrlich, meine Kleine und ich sind einfach nur total begeistert.
Das komplette Haus ist so liebevoll gestaltet und wirklich toll verarbeitet.
Auch die Mbel haben keinerlei scharfe Kanten oder hnliches. Ein echtes Holzpuppenhaus fr grere Puppen, dass ich so in der Art bisher noch nicht gesehen habe und schon gar nicht in dieser Qualitt.
Auch die Optik ist schn verspielt, aber nicht kitschig und nicht komplett kreischend pink
Der Aufzug ist fr die Kids das Highlight schlechthin
Um sich die Gre vorstellen zu knnen, fge ich ein Bild mit Kind (ca. 1,20m) ein.
Alles in allem kann ich hier trotz der fehlerhaften Bohrungen nur volle Sterne vergeben, da es uns komplett berzeugt. Empfehlen wir absolut weite

Ma petite fille amuse beaucoup avec et la maison est assez raliste.
On peut y placer plsuieues poupees dedans sans aucun problme et les petits accessoires presents: fauteuil, chaise, table permettent d’imaginer et vivre beaucoup d’histoires.

Erstmal alles Positive, danach noch kritisches Feedback:
Das Puppenhaus kommt gut verpackt in einem riesigen Karton mit (leider) viel Plastikschutzmaterial.
Die Anleitung zum Bauen ist auf IKEA-Niveau – somit gut. Alle Teile und auch die Schrauben haben Nummer-Sticker bzw. einen Buchstaben zugeordnet. Somit findet man alles wieder – solange kein Sticker fehlt! 😉
Weiterhin sind die Elemente sehr passgenau gearbeitet und die mitgelieferten Schrauben passen in alle vorgebohrten Lcher perfekt rein. Keine mechanischen Probleme bei dem ca. einstndigen Aufbau.
Nachdem das Haus erstmal steht, hat man eine riesige, ber 1,3m hohe alte Villa. Fr die Inneneinrichtung ist auch gesorgt. Und diese ist sehr schn und zahlreich! Aber auch hier hat man irgendwie IKEA-Feeling. Ist ja nichts Schlechtes.
Die Mbel sind grtenteils aus Vollholz und auch sehr schn anzusehen. Die Kombination gedrucktem Inventar auf den Hauselementen und den echten Mbelstcken erzeugt den Eindruck von Tiefe.
Das Haus hat direkt Anklang gefunden. Beim Bau waren die Mdels aufgeregt wie lange nicht mehr.
Es gibt aber auch ein wenig Kritik und wie sehr sich diese auf die Sternbewertung auswirkt kommt letztendlich auf den Verkaufspreis an. Zum Zeitpunkt der Rezension hatte Amazon noch keine Preise oder Produktinformationen verffentlicht. Anscheinend sind wir hier die Vortester.
Somit:
Die Anleitung ist zwar bersichtlich und gut bebildert, aber nur schwarz-wei. Das macht das Auffinden und besonders die Orientierung der Teile schwieriger.
Zum Beispiel ist das Dachelement des Fahrstuhls so geformt, dass es in eine Fhrungsschiene greifen soll. Wenn man aber die Fotografie (auch schwarz-wei) auf der ersten Seite der Anleitung anschaut, sieht es so aus, als wrde die weie Seite nach oben kommen. Im entsprechenden Schritt ist jedoch nicht festzustellen, welche Seite den “Druck” hat, und welche nicht. Man muss also erstmal das Konzept der Fhrungsschiene verstehen, um herauszufinden, dass die weie Seite nach unten kommt; somit anders als auf der Fotografie, welche nicht 100% mit dem Haus bereinstimmt.
Weiterhin muss man ganz klar sagen, dass dieses Puppenhaus keine Vollholzkonstruktion ist.
Nur einige wenige Elemente sind aus Vollholz, wie das Treppengelnder, oder die Fahrstuhlfhrung, bzw. die beiden Rundhlzer des Fahrstuhls. Und bei diesen Elementen gibt es auch unschne Stellen. Das Holz ist hier nur wei gebeizt und an einigen Stellen auch gesprungen. Gut, ist bei gnstigem Vollholz nicht unblich und damit kein Abzug.
Aber der Rest ist aus MDF-hnlichen Platten gemacht und mit einer Fotofolie berzogen, welche die ganze Darstellung von Tapeten, Wandbildern, Ziegeln, Mbeln, etc. enthlt. Somit sind die Elemente weder bemalt noch bedruckt!
Das heit auch, dass an einigen Stellen die Folie leicht “abblttert” bzw. nicht haargenau mit der MDF Platte abgeschnitten ist. Hier und da sieht es somit nicht ganz sauber verarbeitet aus. Unsere groe Tochter sagte aber, dass es sie nicht strt. Trotzdem erwhnenswert, wie ich finde!
Man sollte auch auf keinen Fall das Haus mit irgendwelchen Flssigkeitne in Berhrung bringen, das wird schiefgehen und die MDF-Platten aufquellen lassen, da sie wohl nicht impregniert oder anders wie geschtzt sind.
Bei den Mbeln sind leider nicht alle Klebestellen gut oder schn ausgearbeitet. Beim Schminktisch war auch das Tischgestell abgebrochen. Ich habe den alten Kleber mit einem Cutter abgekratzt und das estell mit Ponal Express und einer kleinen Schraubzwinge wieder angebracht. Funktioniert, ist aber natrlich von der Benutzererfahrung nicht ideal!
Wenn das Puppenhaus also um die 100 Euro kostet, bin ich mit fnf Sternen dabei. Alles darber rechtfertigt die Machart nicht. Trotzdem sieht das Puppenhaus aufgebaut einfach klasse aus!

The instructions are very clear, in the form of numbered diagrams, and each piece of the house is numbered and the diagrams clearly show, not only which numbered piece to work on, but which screw to use, by size. The screws and an allen key are all carefully and separately presented and labelled.
An electric screwdriver which I don’t have would have made it quicker. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, luckily we have one.
Having a helper would make it faster but I managed it on my own. Most of the screws went in like a dream, really easily, just three of the longer ones didn’t because the thread head just seems to dissolve or erode – two of those were attempting to put the headboard on the bed.
I was really impressed with how neatly and accurately all the pieces fit together, even the thinner back boards just obediently slot in – and the lift is surprisingly easy and smooth, and functions exactly as described.
I made it in diagrams 1 through to 32 – then 33 and 34 are fixing to the wall which I am not doing.
Well, once constructed it is – massive!
113cms long, 133 cms high.
But is it to scale for 12″ dolls (1:6 scale) ?
Well, they can stand up. The bed is just about long enough for the girls. The bath is okay if they bend their knees, they would struggle with the loo, and the sink is a bit low…
However – this is a really, really nice house for your 12″ dolls, if you have the space. I can no longer shut the door in my spare bedroom! It’s great that the kit is wooden, the only plastic is the stairs.
Everything is really well made, well thought out, and children would love the lift, a really nice touch. The dogs, the playroom, the bright furniture – it’s all fun, robust and will withstand a lot of playing. I love the pink, purple, and turquoise colour scheme.
I have added a photo with my Barbies and some of my own accessories.

My biggest points of criticism are 2:
– all accessories (curtains, rugs, paintings, even flowerpots) are painted on. But I cannot really criticise for this as I am sure it will all be visible from the description on the website. But what a shame to have such a large piece of a toy and not to be able to have it slightly more realistic;
– the materials used are not good quality (I dropped a partition with a bar screwed into it, it chipped away and revealed dark grey MDF, luckily not the dusty type; there are scratch marks on the shiny surfaces of the partition, whether from transition between destinations or from our hansling?). One of the items of furniture came with the legs off, must be bad glue. The furniture is quite crude too. And it is sssssoooooo difficult to get the screws in! Not all screws, but quite a few of them.
It also took about 6 hours with breaks for a walk and a meal to get this large house built.
On the wow side of it:
+ it is large! (But, again, this does not come without a minus – not large enough! I had to squash our 12″ tall Paola Reina doll to fit in! And Corolle Ma Cherie could not even be squashed in. What a shame! Had this house had 2″ added to each lower floor, this house would have been suitable/appealing for/to a much wider audience – there are quite a few 14″ dolls out there that are of interest to both young players and adult collectors, like Wellie Wishers, which are expensive and get a lot if expensive treats in the form of houses, cars and clothes. 2″ to each floor would have brought in thousands more sales and much happier reviews.. Unless a 14″ house is under way with Amazon 🙂
+ this doll house offers some space (although, again, I would rather have had the space organised in a 1 floor = 1 room under the same dimensions, simoly because it would allow more dolls to be joined in the play) and you can use it as storafe for dolls when not in use, provided you have some fabric storage boxes to fir into the rooms;
+ the furniture is wooden (so much better than plastic, only the stairs in this house ar made of plastic. But the furniture lacks refinement and is smaller than is required for 12″ dolls, though I’m sure children will not really notice it, it’s the parents who will).
Overall, I am happy with this order and very excited to have it, but if I could choose, I’d go for a blank walls/floors wooden space to decorate and separate into rooms myself and fewer but slightly larger furniture items of more detail. And would LOVE poles to make & put real curtains onto. It might not have brought the price down but it would also not have reduced the number of sales, I’m sure. That, and make it plywood!.. Too much to ask, probably.
No nasty smells to this doll house, it arrives well packaged and is sure going to bring much fun to the young ones 🙂
There is also a hole to install an attachment to go onto the wall to secure this house in place, great thought!
And there is a lift that moves too, but it can only be operated by a child who is at least 116 tall.
A great play value but I would rate it at 3.7 so averaging it to 4 stars.
UPDATE : I LOVE this house. But what is more important MY CHILDREN LOVE THIS DOLL HOUSE! It looks great, feels good too (no more scratches appeared, even after a few bashes) and for smaller dolls like Barbies and Paola Reina Mini Amigas (which are equivalents of Lori dolls) this house is perfect. I am certain Lottie will fit nicely too (as much as I remember that doll). I am super glad there are several room – the different prints and colours are so vibrant, it makes it look wonderful.

Had this house had 2″ added to each lower floor, this house would have been suitable/appealing for/to a much wider audience – there are quite a few 14″ dolls out there that are of interest to both young players and adult collectors, like Wellie Wishers, which are expensive and get a lot if expensive treats in the form of houses, cars and clothes. 2″ to each floor would have brought in thousands more sales and much happier reviews.. Unless a 14″ house is under way with Amazon 🙂
+ this doll house offers some space (although, again, I would rather have had the space organised in a 1 floor = 1 room under the same dimensions, simoly because it would allow more dolls to be joined in the play) and you can use it as storafe for dolls when not in use, provided you have some fabric storage boxes to fir into the rooms;
+ the furniture is wooden (so much better than plastic, only the stairs in this house ar made of plastic. But the furniture lacks refinement and is smaller than is required for 12″ dolls, though I’m sure children will not really notice it, it’s the parents who will).
Overall, I am happy with this order and very excited to have it, but if I could choose, I’d go for a blank walls/floors wooden space to decorate and separate into rooms myself and fewer but slightly larger furniture items of more detail. And would LOVE poles to make & put real curtains onto. It might not have brought the price down but it would also not have reduced the number of sales, I’m sure. That, and make it plywood!.. Too much to ask, probably.
No nasty smells to this doll house, it arrives well packaged and is sure going to bring much fun to the young ones 🙂
There is also a hole to install an attachment to go onto the wall to secure this house in place, great thought!
And there is a lift that moves too, but it can only be operated by a child who is at least 116 tall.
A great play value but I would rate it at 3.7 so averaging it to 4 stars.
UPDATE : I LOVE this house. But what is more important MY CHILDREN LOVE THIS DOLL HOUSE! It looks great, feels good too (no more scratches appeared, even after a few bashes) and for smaller dolls like Barbies and Paola Reina Mini Amigas (which are equivalents of Lori dolls) this house is perfect. I am certain Lottie will fit nicely too (as much as I remember that doll). I am super glad there are several room – the different prints and colours are so vibrant, it makes it look wonderful.
