New pc came with a graphics card with no dvi connection only hdmi or dp. So this cable enabled a connection to existing monitor.
Works perfectly – great option if you have a Dell U2412 or similar high definition monitor that doesn’t have HDMI
A very well shielded cable. The cable is a lot thicker than some of the cheap equivalents that you can buy so can be a little bit unwieldy in tight corners but the build quality is excellent.
The cable is very sturdy and stiff but gets the job done, not to use on small awkward spaces

If your gpu is really old and only has dvi port like mine and your monitor only takes in a hdmi port for display this is the perfect solutio
I needed a DVI to HDMI cable, to go from the DVI port of my computer to a second monitor, which supported HDMI – and a longer cable for this application.
The cable is bi-directional so I could have used the HDMI out and the DVI in, had that been an option in my case.
The cable feels well made, and is of plastic construction with solid feeling connectors.

I bought the cable to connect my work laptop to an external monitor. It does the job really well, was easy to fit and has super picture quality. I’m very impressed given the cost.
I was dubious about whether this would work or not because my computer tower is Hdmi output and my monitor is DVI and I already had a hdmi cable with a seperate dvi adapter attached that wouldn’t work but much to my surprise after a bit of research it works!!
