How to Unpack Your New Mattress
Lay mattress on a flat surface and carefully cut open the packaging. Do not use a knife or cutter to prevent accidental damage. Roll out the mattress on a flat surface with the zipper facing down. Cut open the second layer of packaging. Remove mattress and place on a flat, supportive service. Due to the manufacturing process, the mattress may arrive unevenly compressed, or with a slight odour. Air for up to 72 hours without sheets to return the mattress to full loft and remove odour.

I am not agree with the previous reviewer , you don’t “sink”in , it has a soft feeling when you lay down but you can feel a very good support of the spring pockets so you can definitely feel firmness.
We’ve had very good sleeps and very happy with .
Be sure this mattress will offer the same benefits even after years of use and you won’t end in a big hole like most of memory foam mattresses will do.
