Ich habe mich auf Anhieb in dieses wunderschne Service verliebt. Der Versand war schnell und sehr gut verpackt. Leider war ein zerbrochenes Teil dabei. Der Kontakt mit dem Verkufer war aber super und er hat mir Ersatz versprochen. Kann dieses traumhafte Geschirr nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Geschirr sieht genau so aus wie auf ein Bildern und gefllt mir sehr gut. Auch durch die Geschirrsplmaschine ndert sich nichts an dem Aussehen.
Dieses Service war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, welches bei den Beschenken sehr gut angekommen ist.
Was gleich auffllt, ist die absolut schne Optik. Kein Teil gleicht dem anderen. Immer wieder gibt es unterschiedliche Farbnuoncen, welche dieses Service einzigartig machen.
Eine Schssel war leider kaputt.
Heiligabend noch den Verkufer angeschrieben.
Am 2. Weihnachtstag wurde bereits eine Ersatzlieferung dieser Schssel in den Versand gegeben. TOP!

…bei der ersten Lieferung. Kontakt zum Service war jedoch einfach, kurze Zeit spter kam die Rckmeldung. Die kaputten Schsseln wurden dann ersetzt. Nicht mal eine Woche spter war der Ersatz da (Weihnachten lag dazwischen). Klasse!
These are just down right gorgeous dishes. Love the square shapes. The blue hues are mesmerizing. I had one little problem….a broken bowl, but never have I had a seller so quick to respond and solve an issue. Thank you Vancasso.
I received the box of dishes and realistically expected one or two to be broken. At the bottom of the soup plates was one broken dish.. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement which I received 4 days later. Super happy at their responsiveness. The dish quality is great. They are beautifully glazed and feel like good quality. Already ran them through the dish washer with no issues.
Weiter zur empfehlen bin sehr zufrieden ein Hingucker fr Feste. Immer wieder gerne Dankesch

If you read my previous review, it wasn’t good- ONLY- because the Incompetent Courier, that delivered them, left them in a Communal area, and were thus STOLEN. I reported this to the Company, who were Horrified. They PROMPTLY arranged me a NEW delivery, with a different Courier service. They arrived very promptly, and they are FANTASTIC! Their weight alone, gives them the feel of pure Quality! They have an EXCELLENT finish, and very durable. I LOVE THEM – and may order some additional pieces. TOP MARKS to the Company, who dealt with my complaint – seriously, and promptly. I highly recommend them, as I can see me having them for at least a Decade!
My set is more blue than green I’d say. But it’s beautiful and durable. I had them for few months now and they have no chips (knock on a wood) . Dishwasher and microwave safe. No problems with them. They are not lightweight though. But I like that the set has variety of sizes.

Trs jolies assiettes fidles leur description pour la couleur et le passage au lave-vaisselle. Aucune cass durant la livraison tout tait ordre. Certains bols prsentes de lgers dfauts (griffure du socle avant cuisson, forme lgrement losange, un peu bancal) mais a me va.
Je recommande pour l’esthtique et la tenue au lave-vaisselle.

Despite my package being lost by the courier for a while, the dinner set finally arrived a week late,thanks to the robust packaging nothing was broken.I contacted Onekea for assistance re the late delivery and the customer service was excellent, even offering to send out a replacement set immediately!

I love this square dinner set. So different and quality. It was my 1st bigger spend on decent dinnerware. I bought 2 sets. Love the green gradient colour. They seem really sturdy. 1 bowl was broken on delivery even though they are really well packed. However customer service was great got a reply the next day and they sent a replacement bowl plus extras as compensation. Very pleased. thank you.

Only reason a 4 star is given for weight, is these are heavy like stone ware. Friends with arthritis find them heavy. Personally…love this set.
Nice set, but has some flaws.
Scratches on plates and the cups had some kind of film on them. I will run them through the dishwasher to see if that helps.
I love how nice they look and the size of the plates are amazing and easy to clean but you have to dry them straight away otherwise they leave little drop stains on them but that’s not a problem keeps them looking lovely

Das Porzellan war bruchsicher verpackt.
Leider waren die beiden Kartons, die einzeln schon recht schwer waren, mit Bndern zusammengeschnrt, soda sie fr eine Person, wie zum Beispiel der Paketbote und/oder der Empfnger, kaum zu tragen waren.
Fr den Preis sollten die Teller schon etwas lnger halten knnen.
Zudem sind die Teller sehr gro und schwer.
Laut Beschreibung sollen die Teller splmaschinengeeignet und kratzsicher sein.
Ich kann nur das GEGENTEIL behaupten.
Jetzt kann ich mir schn ein neues Set kaufen.

Had a small issue with delivery, the box was damaged in transit and unfortunately a bowl got broken.
The supplier was superb to deal with and replaced without quibble.
Would definitely recommend these items and company. Simply excellent which can be a surprise these days.

We had a plate break in the microwave and we got a replacement with in a week great service
I had been looking around for a good quality black square dinner service for sometime and then found this one.
Initially I purchased the 32 piece set, which unfortunately when they arrived one dinner plate was broken and a bowl was chipped.
After contacting the supplier and sending photos, they promised replacements ASAP, as at the time they didn’t have the stock.
Whilst waiting for the replacement items we also found that the glaze on one of the mug handles hadn’t taken and the bare porcelain showed through. Again sending a photos, the supplier promised as a good will gesture they would send a whole new 16 piece dinner service.
This arrived a few days later with no issues or broken bits.
I absolutely love my new dinner set although still trying to get used to the weight of the dinner plates vs my old ones
I would recommend this company for their professional customer service and speedy communications.

The colour is a deep, resonating blue and just what I was looking for. Plates were the perfect size, bowls are good for cereal, soup, rice etc, cups are not mug like but more than adequate. Not sure on durability, I’m careful on washing and do so by hand, but I have already noticed a slight chip in one bowl. I didn’t check upon arrival so perhaps it was my fault, if so, they may well be a tad delicate. But that said, they look just as I hoped they would and I have high standards.

Nun haben wir das Geschirr ca. 3 Monate im tglichen Gebrauch naja was soll ich sagen. Heute ist der erste Teller in der Mikrowelle zerbrochen obwohl als “mikrowellengeeignet” deklariert. Sehr rgerlich. Hat schlielich nicht nur 3 gekostet.
