Bought my 1st one two years ago and performs well. Couldn’t resist a 2nd when they came on offer. Performs well, quiet and does everything one wants from a fan.

The only thing about it. Is remote control does not work. Replaced several batteries into controller but still doesn’t work. So have to put in manually. Tower fan works very well.

It cools very well and is relatively silent. Although the fan is brand new, it did develop a creaky noise while it turns, which is irritating. Haven’t used it in sleep mode or time

Easy to move, easy to use. Having the timer means I can go to sleep with it on and it will switch off itself. The quiet hum is actually very soothing. Delighted.

I’m very pleased with this fan. This is my first purchase of a tower style fan and I like the compactness of it and the black colour one blends in well. Very pleased with all the functions and its ability to do the job.

Easy to assemble. Glad it came in black, white always seems to look dated and yellow. The sound is ok, I don’t find it loud. Worth getting especially when on sale.

Love this. Quite powerful and can feel the breeze across the room while at the same time is not at all noisy. Also coves a good wide area love it in the hot weather. Can’t sleep if it isn’t blowing on me during the night (and not in that way to you dirty minded folks lol)

Bought this on the 27/05/2020. 3 whole years and some months extra and this lady is still going strong. I have used this fan everyday since I got it and sometimes throughout the day, and it has not given up on me. Through the winter, summer, spring, whatever.
Sometimes it feels like its slowing down, but thats just debri lodged on the internal blades. Once you figure out a way to clean the blades, they start blowing as good as new. I just wish theres a better way for me to clean it thoroughly. I plan on buying an extra one to keep in living room because that’s how good this fan is. You should definitely get it.

A great tower fan. I needed an additional fan with the recent hot weather. The delivery notice said ‘put through the letter box! How bizarre. Product is brilliant but I wish Amazon would say exactly how the delivery went. Sometimes it says handed to customer, when it hasn’t been!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought a fan from the same brand last summer. This year I decided to purchase a second fan for my teen son. I did not hesitate to go back to ANSIO. Now my son is currently showing off that his fan has many features and functions that mine doesn’t!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve bought 2 tower fans from this company via Amazon and they’ve both been great. Bought another one but unfortunately the oscillation function didn’t work. Contacted the company and they were excellent, very helpful and sorted out my problem within a few days.

This fan has made all the difference. Hot weather is now no longer uncomfortable and we feel cool and relaxed with this fan on – even at its lowest setting. Havent used the remote as so easy to switch on and off. Would seriously recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersReally impressed with the quality of the item and with the price. Has many settings that were testing out however so far the basic air flow from it has been great!
    It’s consistent, it’s quiet (!) and it’s light.
Only downside is it didn’t come with batteries for the remote (can’t remember if it said it did or not)

All in all, great budget item that doesn’t sound like a train while you’re trying to sleep!

I used this fan to cool my flat while living in the UK for two years. (It’s still going–I passed it on to the next tenants.) I was not optimistic when I bought it, as you would pay triple for one that doesn’t work well and/or is noisy in the USA; however, this fan really knocked it out of the park. I was so impressed with how quiet it was, especially while rotating. It was so peaceful and relaxing. If I could have afforded to ship it, I would have.

Brilliant fan, have bought three in total, all for different rooms. We’ve had a lot of fans over the years and these are definitely the best by far, they really help cool the room. The timer is a great function (up to 7 hours I think) and remote control is a bonus extra. The night feature is great as it’s really quiet. In the heatwave this year we left it on all night and it was a godsend.

I can’t complain about this thing at all, I’ve had it running essentially non-stop since I bought it, it’s fallen over, fallen down the stairs at one point, accidentally kicked over. And it’s just taken all that abuse and continued to work no problem, until today when the poor motor said it’s final goodbyes and gave up. This fan owes me nothing.

Ps I was tearing up as I wrote this

We brought this fan during the heatwave as well as a air cooler which is much bigger and I would recommend this tower fan, it is much better than the air cooler and we wish we had two of these instead. The tower fan gives out a good supply of cool air and was great keeping us chilled on hot days. It has 3 settings as well as 3 different modes. The sleep mode was good for my sons bedroom, it was nice and quiet and gave a nice gently breeze over him while he slept. The high speed setting works just aswell and was surprisingly quiet on the top speed compared to other fans. I would highly recommend this tower fan and would purchase another in the future. I love that it has a remote control too.

Bought this fan, prior to the impending heatwave, and I’m so glad I did. It was an essential piece of kit. Had it on sleep mode at night. In fact it has so many different settings. It was well worth the money. Easy to set up. Just stick the base on it, plug in and there you go! Thinking of getting another, for other rooms in the house.

I bought this in the middle of the heat wave, its reasonably priced, arrived on time and in great condition. Its a little shorter than expected but its certainly not tiny. About waist height and you need to attach the base yourself. But after that its good. I initially thought the remote control was duff but it turns out you have to aim it just right. Once you get the hang of it its fine. This is the only niggle though. The air it pumps is so lovely and cool, other fans seem to only pump warm air, but not this fan. The fan noise is a little loud but its has two quieter settings and its nothing that stops me watching tv, playing games or sleeping at night. The sleep and timer functions work fine. Despite the niggle with the remote, for the price. I give this 5 out of 5.

  34. Anonymous says:

Saw other reviews mentioning the noise, this is no louder than my previous pedestal fan, and does not cause any concern even when I am on an online meeting with colleagues.
The different settings for speed and airflow are great and give lots of choice. Not tried the timer yet but wasn’t a primary need for me.
Remote control simple to operate and I love the slot at the top of the fan to keep it when not in use.

  35. Anonymous says:

Bought this fan just ahead of the last heatwave this year and its been great! Has various options as to speed, type of blowyness and timer function which is great. On Low it’s not so noisy as to be annoying in the background (I don’t know how the noise level compares to other fans) It’s light and pretty easy to move around the house as well. Comes with a remote (which we haven’t used yet) but that slots into the back of the fan so we won’t lose it if we ever do want to use it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOrdered this yesterday in preparation for HEAT DEATH today. It came first thing this morning (I’m writing this at 9am). It assembled super quickly, no issues there. It’s on and next to me right now. It’s a fan. It’s cooling my skin but I still feel hot but it’s having a positive effect at least. It’s a little noisy but, again, it’s a fan. I reckon its worth the trade off between trying to sleep in the heat or trying to sleep with the noise.

The remote is poor. It’s clunky and only responds if you point it right at the fan. There’s no margin for error there. It’s not particularly responsive either. And it didn’t come with batteries (some people saying theirs did) but that’s no big deal.

It’s a biggish unit but easy enough to carry. I’ve not got it oscillating so there’s no plasticky noises. And you can turn off the beeps easily enough by holding down ‘mode’ and ‘timer’ on the fan control unit (not the remote) for a couple of seconds. That’s explained with a sticker on the unit. If your fan hasn’t got that, then it may be second hand or a return.

I am very pleased with this fan and even more pleased it’s got a remote! I have not tried the sleep mode nor the time function as yet so can’t comment on these two modes. It was easy to assemble. I’ve owned this now for over a year. I love it. Well worth the money. You do need to hoover out the air vents both sides on occasions to keep the air flow at full strength. You can’t go wrong.

I purchased this fan on 4th July 2019 and it’s still going strong despite being left on 24/7 with the latest weather conditions.

Other reviewers have commented on the beep’s and the overall noise of the fan, however imo the beeps aren’t that annoying the fan itself is only noisy when on the highest setting and people are just looking for anything to complain about.

The fan does it’s job and it does it well. It also comes with batteries for the remote… not sure why others didn’t receive them.

  43. Shannon66X says:

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this fan in anticipation of the recent heatwave. It looks smart and takes up very little room, as it is tall and slim. It’s also fairly light to transport and there is a neat cut out in the back for you to lift it. There are three different speeds, and the highest one delivers a good cooling airflow. The swivel function also enables it to cover different parts of the room. The remote is very easy to operate and fits neatly into the back of the van when not in use. It is possible to operate the controls from the top of the fan itself too, if you happen to mislay the remote. I turn it off manually, but you can set a timer.
Slight quibble: it is quite noisy on high-speed. I certainly wouldn’t want to use it like that in a bedroom. However using it downstairs on an oppressively hot evening, it was very effective. I also found some of the modes a bit disconcerting (taper and nature), as the variable fan speed sounded odd to me, but that’s just personal preference. I was using it during really hot weather, when I just wanted to cool down as fast as possible.
All in all, I would recommend this fan. It’s pricey, and the fact that they don’t even give you batteries for the remote is unbelievably stingy, but I think it’s been worth it so far.

This is like having a mini air conditioning unit, it’s not hugely strong but if you keep it on at the right times it really does keep everything cool.

    RE BEEPS AND JUDDERING:

Complaints about the beep noted I made sure to take a good look, you must press the timer and the mode button simultaneously whilst the machine is plugged in but OFF. It then beeps to tell you the beep won’t happen! It needs to be done every time you unplug the unit. As for the Juddering in oscillation mode, it has to do with the cables position, play around with it until it stops!

We’ve had this particular fan for about 6 months now and have two of the taller models as well (for a couple of years.) The fan is okay – you have to be very close to it to feel anything even on the highest setting, it doesn’t have a very wide oscillation area, and it’s noisy. My daughter has this one right next to her head while she sleeps because she can’t feel it otherwise. Having said all that, when one of our fans broke, they were very quick to respond and replaced it right away. Also, I know it’s a heatwave but I paid 48.97 for this fan in April ’22. It’s now (July ’22) going for 65.97. Cheeky!

Panic bought this fan after state of emergency was declared for the uk next week due to extreme heat. Today has been a hot one and this fan has been amazing. Powerful air movement and relatively quiet. So many settings help create a comfortable environment to sit out extremely heat. Not only does it have speed settings but wind settings too. The remote makes it easy to change settings, set timers and switch it on and off from elsewhere nearby. It’s a really nice design and is easy to store. The only criticism is the base is a little flimsy. But don’t let that put you off. Well worth the money.

So easy to use, has a button for editing timer functions, wind power and type of air. A remote too to edit functions from across the room. Lowest function is quiet and still breezy enough to cool my partner and I down during sleep, and the timer is perfect for the night at 30mns-7.5hrs. The design is sleep and neat for any room (I use it for a large bedroom). Oscillation works great and they have instructions to remove the beeping noise from changing functions if you need too. Highly highly recommend.

I really liked this fan. It is light and can be moved around easily also not taking much space in usage or when storing it. During the hot day of July I used it in the kitchen as I was cooking and it made a huge difference because it was really unbearable to cook in those hot days. It is not very noisy and altogether a good value for money. I didn’t use the sleep mode but the timer function is also useful as it turns off itself when you don’t need it to carry on constantly.

This tower fan was easy to assemble and simple to operate. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The tower is quite transportable and we’ve used it in the living area and the bedroom during these extreme temperatures. As soon as you turn the fan on you immediately feel the benefits of cool flowing air. You can position the fan to stay still or oscillate, and choose a speed to suit. The timer is so useful as you can programme in half-hour slots up to a maximum of 7.5 hours. We were delighted with this purchase.

Has been a life saver living in a warm flat, we place this on a stool so it hits the whole room. It only rotates 90 which is a little annoying as you have to pick and choose where to place it however it isn’t too much of an inconvenience.

All of the buttons are located on the top of the fan and are easy to read and press. The noise isn’t the loudest but also not the quietest however it’s very easy to sleep at night with this on. It doesn’t cool, this is just a tower fan and will just circulate warm air however does work on days where it’s not sweltering.

The remote is a greate feature so we can change modes from our bed, haven’t had to use the timer function yet as this is always on. Sleep mode isn’t much different from the normal mode just a little quieter so we don’t use that much. Nature is a little annoying as it’s just varying speeds and strength of wind so the change in noise can get on your nerves a little but if you like difference in speeds it could work for you.

Has a little holder at the back so it’s easy to pick up and move around to a different space and isn’t heavy at all so there’s no struggle.

I bought two of these fans since 2018 and have been an incredible lifesaver every summer with the hot temperatures. I think it is worth the investment.
    – Very cooling – obviously not an air conditioner but holds its own as far as an air cooler is concerned.
    – Different settings – gives you options depending on how hot you feel.
    – Not unbearably loud – actually much quieter at lower settings and can be on while you sleep to keep your room cool at night.
    – Oscillating feature a great addition, I do hear a squeaking sound when it rotates to one side but again doesn’t really detract from the performance.
    – Not heavy at all – easy to carry these around the house (up or downstairs) as and when needed.
    – Cleaning – haven’t figured that out yet as I can see it has gather dust internally over time so have asked the seller whether there is an inbuilt filter I can clean or if I can open the fan up to clean. Would be happy to get other views on this.
All in all I would highly recommend this fan!

This fan is more powerful than I expected. I am a light sleeper and I found that the low and medium settings were not too loud at all – I’ve had louder air conditioning in hotel rooms. The highest setting is very powerful and the loudest, we haven’t needed to set it above medium though. It’s been a life saver this summer as our room gets very stuffy and we can’t open the window due to noise/light outside. It creates a really nice breeze which is enough to feel cooler. It has a ‘taper’ setting which means it will cycle down to the lowest setting over whatever time you set which is great for night time. There are several timer settings from half an hour to I think 4 or 5 hours. The remote control is fine but I’ve found it to be a bit hit and miss and takes a few button presses sometimes. Overall we are really happy with this fan and very glad we got it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this product, and with some few hours of use I can say that I love it.
It was bought because my boyfriend has hay fever, and with the windows open it would just be impossible for him, he would be sneezing and most of the symptons, but for hot days it is no good to not have something to give some cold air.
After reading some reviews, we thought this one would be one of the best ones.

So talking about delivery, I am a prime member so I bought in on Thursday and I got it delivered by DPD on the next Saturday, so it was quite quick. It is not something heavy, and it is quite easy to put it together. It brings the tower itself and two pieces to make the stand, which is pretty easy to do.

Once everything is all together, you just need to put batteries on the remote, which it does not bring with, it takes 2 AAA batteries, so be ready to have them at home if you want to use the remote control. But you can control everything with the remote.

So, the tower itself has 3 modes and 3 speeds, the 3 modes are normal, natural and taper, I can say my favourite is the natural mode. It basically recreates the feeling of being outside, it will be on low speed and time to time it will go to high speed to recreate the breeze, basically making you feel like you are outside. Which is amazing.

I have not tried the timer, but I would say there is not much to talk about timer, you can have a minimum of 30min and a maximum of 7.5hr, you set the timer and it starts a countdown.

Sleep mode, I did not find a sleep mode, but I feel like in the low and medium speed it is not too noisy, so you would definetily be able to sleep in normal mode with low speed, that is what I am going to do at least.

I do not find the tower to loud, you can perfectly be watching tv, listening to music and even working and you won’t be perturbed by the sound or feel like it is too noisy.

Although I have to say, if you have a big space, it probably won’t be the best choice, I live in a studio with double bed and 2 armchairs plus a kitchenette and it is perfect, but I would say for a big house it won’t be so great.

All in all, I do recommend 100% this tower fan. Obviously it could have better things like bring the AAA batteries, since you are already paying 64.97. Or having a sleep mode, which I do not find in the tower. Everything else is perfect.

  67. Anonymous says:

Not sure what the sleep mode is as it basically runs on normal mode with low speed setting, which it has the option for anyway.

As a sufferer of hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) I can’t sleep unless I have a really cold bedroom or the window open at night. My partner complains because it’s too cold for her and my 2 year old daughter currently sharing our room often wakes up with a stuffy nose and cough.

I was using a mini air cooler which you can add water in the 2 side tanks which seemed good in the summer and was using it up until now as a fan. This tower fan knocks spots off of the air cooler and will enjoy using when getting out of the shower etc as again cooling down seems to take longer.

It isn’t the quietist but I’m weird in the sense where I need calming background noises played when I go to sleep and as someone explained it’s like a white noise sound which I know will help.

Used this Every day since the day i got it. Im a bit of a sim Racer so surrounded by Monitors and wheel hubs all admitting Heat. Really help to Keep me Cool. Use direct or Oscillating. on lowest setting. seems there will be plenty of power when Summer comes around again.
The remote is very handy as the fan is in the corner behind my rig/Monitors. only thing is you have to have a clear path for signal to pick it up but not a real problem. Most likely fine for normal placement of fan.
It’s Not the Quietest of Fans But i have it on using Headphones so dont hear it. I need to turn tv up more if fans on.
Over all it does the job of cooling the room. I believe It will Be fine in summer handling the extra heat.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMine arrived with a cable tyre at the back -loose -which made a terrible first impression as the noise was horrid especially for 80 but I found the cause and removed it. After that it wasn’t too noisy.

The remote doesn’t show you what mode it is using when on, but you can see this on the top panel. I can’t tell a difference between sleep and normal mode. The air is nice and cool. It’s very easy to setup and you need 2xAA batteries for the remote. Nature mode pumps air quickly into the air every couple of seconds. It’s a slick design and I like the white as it blends into the room and doesn’t feel like it takes up space. Smart that you can turn off the beeping sound.

So it got marked down for the cable tyre loose in the back and the remote is larger than it needs to be, considering you can’t see the function that’s chosen when switching it on. The remote sticks up at the back so I think that ruins it’s look a bit. I also would highly recommend a child lock option in these as kids think they are toys. I have contacted the customer care and left a message around the feedback.

Not a great first impression but works well for its purpose

The packaging for this fan is sturdy and it is quicker to put it together most regular fans, simply attaching the two pieces of the base together and securing the main body of the fan to the base which is done without the need of tools.

When using the fan, even the lowest setting is quite loud (louder than a pedestal fan I previously owned), but it does not become too obtrusive as the noise is fairly low pitched rather than the whine you might get from a smaller desktop fan.

The 3 speeds are sufficiently separated and mostly the lowest setting was strong enough, although it was not in a particularly large room. Due to mostly using it on low, I haven’t got much use out of the other modes since those are based on varying the speeds.

As far as the other features, the timer has worked fine when I have used it, the remote is generally fine but the icons for speed and mode could be more distinctive. The oscillation is well suited, to using the fan to cover a whole room, it is less ideal when using it as a personal fan and having the option of a narrower oscillation range would be nice since this style of fan has a narrower field of operation than regular fans when it is not oscillating.

Overall, this a good product with some small areas that could be improved rather than it having any significant problems.

Golden Review Award: 217 From Our UsersNice fan! It’s tall with a thin design making it a good space-saving option. I like that its lightweight, I can easily move it between rooms.

The fan is very powerful and capable of cooling a large room. The oscillating function works really well. There are three noticeable speed settings, low, medium and high. The high is very loud, but that’s expected when you want extra cooling power. I use the low setting at night and still get a nice cool breeze, the noise is tolerable, I’ve got used overtime.

There are three different modes to choose from normal, nature and taper. The nature mode stimulates a natural breeze, which gives you variable air flow. The taper mode sets to low speed with a more natural breeze.

Overall I’m really happy with this fan, it gives a cool breeze even in warmer conditions. I like that it has a timer function and remote with all the settings.

    Does the job

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersAs my room is very small it gets incredibly stuffy and my partner struggles to sleep, even with the window wide open..so I bought this fan. It has been a heaven-sent, it cools the room down in very little time even on the low mode, you can choose between three different types of breeze, night, nature, and normal. The nature setting is incredibly accurate. It’s a good fan and it’s built well, and the remote can control the fan from quite a far distance. This fan does what the expensive fans do, just as good but for a better price. Very happy.

Golden Review Award: 76 From Our UsersThis fan is really nice with a lovely gloss black finish. It’s got a number of features including wind mode (tapered, natural, normal) and fan speeds (high, medium, low), oscillation on/off, and a timer function which goes up to 7.5 hours in increments of 0.5. The remote control is easy to use and you can control all features from both the remote and the fan itself. It looks good, was easy to set up, and it has good airflow too.

For those concerned about how loud the fan is, I took some sound level readings using my phone from a distance of 1 meter, to the side of the fan.

    Low speed : 39 decibels
    Medium speed : 44 decibels
    High speed : 49 decibels

Overall I definitely recommend this fan because of the features, appearance and decent price.

Good quality, looks lovely, lots of features, well priced

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersExcellent tower fan, I decided to buy this as even in the winter my room can get abit hot during the day and at night. Very happy with it, it’s very quiet and it also comes with a remote which is very handy so you don’t have to worry to get up and move to turn it on/off speed the fan up ect….. it’s also got some great features. Now I don’t have to worry about going out to get one near summer time as we all know they sell out so quickly. highly recommend this though, well worth the money.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersThis fan has every feature and function and feature you could possibly need:
3 speed functions, 3 modes(normal, nature and sleep) and a timer that goes up in 30 mins increments up to 4 hours.
It oscillates and has a remote too!
The only reason i have it 4 starts and not 5 is because of 2 reasons:
1 – it’s not the tallest of fans so if you’re in bed and fancy a cool breeze in our face on a hot day then this is not for you!
2 – at night, any speed above LOW is enough to keep you distracted from sleeping straight away.

Other than those 2 minor irritations, it did keep a large size bedroom cool at night and the nature and sleep modes are a novelty and a nice to have!)
For the price, this is the best fan we’ve seen on Amazon.

Golden Review Award: 33 From Our Usersdoes what you expect a tower fan to do. Because I have bought at least one fan for every room, I put a watt meter on to see how expensive to run. With this model, the Low setting was 22watts, medium 26 watts and high 35 watts. This was without oscillation on as i never use it – these fans only will cool you if blowing directly onto you. They do not cool a room unless they drawing in cooler air from outside room.

Bought this to get us through the heatwave and it’s been amazing. Relatively quiet for a fan, yes you can hear it but it’s a steady drone in the background which you can tune out. I usually can’t sleep properly with any noise at night but we’ve had it on every night for the last 3 weeks and it’s been so much easier to sleep in this heat, the noise hasn’t been problematic at all. The different functions are good and I love the remote. Being able to lie in bed with the fan at the end and still change the settings is great! Only thing we’ve had an issue with is that we have a 2 foot high bed and the fan is only about 3 foot, but we solved this by putting the fan on a sturdy wide footstool throughout the night.
The cooling range is really good, we’ve been moving it around the house with us and it can fill a large room with a gentle breeze on oscillate. On the subject of moving it’s quite light and easy to pick up, and it doesn’t take up too much space. We have used the timer functions a few times at night which are good, but I found myself waking up when the fan turned off, possibly because the noise stopped. Instead of using the timer we’ve had the fan running basically 24/7 for the last week and it’s had no problems at all and I’ve not been woken up at night by it.
I’m really glad I bought this fan and would definitively recommend it. It’s a lot cheaper than the high end ones but works brilliantly. Don’t forget your remote batteries though, 2xAAA!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersGreat Fans, I got 3 just as the weather got hot in London, Put them in the boys bedrooms which are in the loft so gets quite warm, very good don’t take up much space as they are tall and thin, Remotes are handy as the boys can be at their desks or lying on the bed and still control the fans. There is a good selection of settings to choose from. We are very pleased with thes fans.

Golden Review Award: 28 From Our UsersI got this after that crazy heatwave in the summer (2017) since during that week all fans were emptied from the shelves across the country! 😀

After looking through many MANY different fans, I thought this was a good one, but I saw soooooo many mixed reviews that I really didn’t know what to expect. But, knowing that my money is safe with Amazon, I ordered this for 45, which is way better than the cheaper version (35) without a remote control. I mean, it even had a twisting spring timer instead of buttons! (FFS, what is this, the 1950s?!). As visible from the pictures, this one has a very nice sleek interface on the top.

It came very well packaged (as expected) and took hardly any time to assemble. It LITERALLY had 2 plastic half-plates and one screw to affix to the bottom! Anyone with a modicum of COMMON SENSE could assemble that in a minute, yet some people were crying on the comment section on how it’s not doable (it even came with an instruction manual FFS!) or how the wire goes underneath and makes it unsteady (HOW STUPID ARE SOME PPL!?! SMH). My guess is that these people have problems putting their pants on the right way and are phased by things 5 year old do easily. Anyhoo…

The item works perfectly (both for a big room and a living room), and after that heatwave (where it was around 35 in London) I haven’t used the high setting anymore. The low setting is absolutely fine for low 20s temperatures, and hardly makes a sound (the high setting does, but in that kind of heat the last thing you care about is your fan making some noise).

It has sleep and nature modes as well, which I personally didn’t see a need to use. It has a great stylish timer which can be set for 0.5 hr up to 7.5 hrs in 0.5 hr intervals. And obviously, and oscillating function too.

P.S. Naturally, ss a tower fan it has pros and cons compared with a traditional standing fan. It makes a bit more sound (but hardly worth thinking about) but is more compact and stylish.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersWith the hot weather we’ve had recently I bought this mainly to use in our bedroom where I just wanted something to move the air and make it easier to fall asleep. As such this review and star rating is based on that usage. If I was using this in an office I’d likely review slightly differently.

The fan has three strength settings but I’ve not actually found it necessary to use anything other than the minimum yet. Honestly, even on the slowest setting it’s noisier than I’d hoped (there were some mixed comments about that on here so I wasn’t 100% sure how it would be in reality) but it’s bearable enough that you can fall asleep with it on. It sits in the corner of the room and since it’s a tower fan it doesn’t take up very much space and is obviously sited on the floor, so again it’s not taking up any surface area on bedside tables that our previous desk fan did.

The remote works well (once you put batteries in it – seriously how much is saved by not including 2 AAAs?) but the beeps are pretty loud. It beeps with every button press and it’s a “sharp” beep, not a “soft” one. Setting the timer to 4 hours requires 8 presses (1 per half hour)… that’s enough beeps to wake my sleeping wife! A softer beep would have been enough to let you know you’d pressed it sufficiently. Having said that, I do really like the timer function and generally set it to turn off after a couple of hours… that’s a good feature.

As mentioned in other reviews, I can’t work out what they were thinking when they designed the “nature” setting. We just leave it in the “regular” blow mode. We also use the oscillate option, which also works well.

All in all, enough negatives to drop 1 star but this was a good purchase. I like it and would recommend it to others. Additionally, as I said at the beginning, if I was using this in my work office I’d likely have given it 5 stars since the noise and beeps wouldn’t have been such an issue there.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPurchased this product last week as couldn’t bear the heat in my flat any longer! Product came on time, however I thought that it could have been packaged better – box came wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap. Despite no obvious damage to the packaging, there was a small crack in the bottom right side of the fan. I initiated a return and was almost immediately contacted by the sellers, who apologised and insisted on sending a replacement without me needing to return the damaged fan. I have been using the fan as it is still fully functioning despite the crack in the bottom and so far I am satisfied with this purchase.

    Basics:
There are 3 speeds (low to high) with 2 modes: Natural – the fan seems to vary between the highest speed and the speed below it at regular intervals. Sleep – goes from the speed set to a very low speed then builds up back to the set speed. If the fan is on low to begin with, it almost turns off completely before coming back up to low speed. I don’t quite fully understand these features yet and I’ve preferred to keep the fan on a constant speed. To be honest, I am not entirely sure how useful the different modes are.
There is an option to oscillate and it does so at a good speed with about 120deg of oscillation.
The timer function goes from 30mins, 1h, 2h to 4h which is useful for energy saving when using the fan whilst sleeping.

There is a good amount of air flow and the air reaches up to 5 feet away. This fan is good for cooling down a small room, but larger rooms may require more than one fan at each end. It is almost silent on low, but I am not too bothered by the noise and am able to sleep with it on high. Overall, I am pleased with the function of this fan as have had bad experiences with useless tower fans in the past.

Packaging – these comes on its own brand box of the product and wrap in a bubble wrap for added protection but I felt like it needs to be pack more securely and very well to avoid damage whilst on transit.

Product presentation and design- what I love about these product is that it’s slim tower style which means it’s not bulky and doesn’t need much space. This is perfect to use even in a small space room as it doesn’t take much space considering how slim it is.

Product feature- comes with a remote control so it’s very practical especially when your resting and don’t want to be disturbed in getting up. You can adjust the speed, mode, timer, on & off button at your own comfort. Also comes in the pack is their own brand battery included to be put on the remote control ready to be use.

DIY- this is where you need to put the fan stand at the bottom/ base of the fan by yourself. You need to unscrew the screw and put the fan stand then put the screw back. There is also a little booklet of product information which includes instruction and other things you need to know about the product.

Quality and effectivity- the effectivity of the product according to the claim purpose of use is excellent. It provides a nice cooling air in different speed and mode. The quality of air it produce is very good. The timer is also a good feature so that you don’t need to get up to turn it off plus you have the remote control. The outer material is made of plastic which is seems to get easily break or crack if accidentally fell otherwise the over all experience in testing this product is excellent.

Customer service – I’m impressed with how fast and professional they deal with your queries. They are easy to reach and problem solve instantly. For me they have the best customer service I have tried and tested yet. Based on my experience, I’m confident enough to recommend these company and their products because they are very helpful and professional. I’m over all happy with these product and would highly recommend it to everyone.
