We bought this for a detached annexe and it does the job perfectly. Plenty of very hot water for the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fits nicely under the kitchen sink too.

Used to replace same , fairly straightforward changeover, have fitted before so I know they’re are really useful and give a good 15 litres of hot water ,I’d recommended
