Crafts, value for money would have liked a protective cover but all in all a good buy.
I have been using this lamp for about 5 years now and I think it has been the best and brightest lamp for doing my craft hobbies, (knitting, crochet and a little needle craft) best buy I have made and best value paid for it at 26.99. Even my husband has pinched it on the odd occasion when he has needed a bright light for a job in a dark area. We all love it.
A good product but the assembly instructions need improving. The rubber grommet fitted for carriage purposes has to be discarded in assembly.

Bought as a gift for father in law. Good clear light which has made it much easier for him to do his jigsaws and to read. Light and easy to move around and adjust angle.
Excellent light level – exactly what I need for knitting and reading in the evenings and on dull days. Good, solid base for stability and useful neck flexibility. Not difficult to fit together. You will need a Phillips screwdriver for one little screw – and be careful how you take it out of the packing as it is quite heavy and there are wires with metal tubing attached. Best to unpack on the floor.

This lamp was purchased for an elder lady who loves to do jigsaws, with winter coming even with normal lights she was having trouble seeing the colours. This has been revolutionary unbelievabe the difference it has made and she is now happily doing her jigsaws again in the evening

An excellent lamp I use it more than the house lights reason being it really does provide light that does not make my eyes strain unlike the in house light the hight is just right as I have it along side my computer the price is very reasonable a lamp like this in a major furniture shop would probably cost double plus to say I am pleased is an under statement.
