Considering that it’s a relatively simple devise with a basic technology used, I would say it’s heavily overpriced. the container is large enough to keep a weekly supply of food for two cats, the app is easy to use as well. Have been using it for just over a month and cant fault it. that’s a handy solution for pet owners who travel a lot or go away for a week or so.
Great machine just one little comment. A portion is referred to as a cell which is confusing at the start. My cat is very happy using it and got used to it very quickly.
So impressed with this pet feeder. It works brilliantly for my 2 cats, if I’m not at home to feed them or away over night. Was a bit tricky to set up. Would 100% recommend to any cat owners.
This adds so much ease to the day to day! Now the cats don’t wake us up screaming in the morning because the robot feeds them – we even gave it a name!
We have it set to feed them 4x a day so that they don’t over eat either!
I get all my meals ready for me at certain times, they say it is something called an App that allows them to do it, all I know is when I get up super early I now have food in my bowl.
I can also hear when it goes off, so I’m up and away when I hear it.
I recommend for everyone, but not dogs, dog suck.
The lid is pretty secure which prevents my very determined and intelligent cat from accessing food early – this was essential! She has knocked it over with brute force a handful of times and once the lid did open for her, but other times it hasn’t and so she has stopped trying which is excellent. I also keep it in a corner to make it harder to knock over. I think it’s as cat proof as can reasonably be asked for!
Have had the feeder now for a month and am very satisfied. No need to rush home for feeds any longer.

Bought this a month ago don’t want to rely so heavily on my elderly parents to go to my house twice a day to feed my cat wherever I go away. Despite my cat being 9 she quickly got used to the sound of food dispensing and now sits and wait at meal times. The feeder is easy to set up and reliable both in terms of feeding on time and quantity dispensed. Just been away for two weeks and used app to check all working ok. Very happy with this item and considering upgrading to camera version so I can see my cat too
All in all, a good product. The manual isn’t great but the product works as expected. Had to watch YouTube videos on setting it up properly due to the manual lacking.
It is a great product. Easy to use and configure (easier with the app). Fulfill all the requirements as described. Can’t complain about anything. Indeed is a bit noisy when serving because the metallic plates but this is not an issue for us.
No issues, works great for the long days at work or when out and it feeds the cats at their scheduled times.

Excellent way to regulate your cats food intake, one of ours is greedy and overweight and he used to gorge on a bowl of food and then eat the other cats bowl full of food! Now he gets it little and often so hopefully it should help keep Fatty Fattersons weight in check a little bit!!
Me facilita 100% darle de comer a mis gatos. No distribuye siempre la misma cantidad de comida en los 2 platos, pero no me representa mayor problema. Mis gatos no se quedan con hambre.
The cats can steal from this feeder and have no trouble getting the dual spout off for easier access.
After getting this working it has really been helpful to keeping our cats on a schedule and they has lost a little bit of weight. Hopefully, they will lose a little bit more. One of the machines started getting really loud. Emptied the food tray and there were 2 pieces of kibbles stuck under the sweeping wheel part. After removing those and refilling the feeding chamber the loud sound is gone. Great purchase so far, wish we had it sooner.
I have been very happy with this purchase, my 2 cats didnt take long to warm to the little pattering of dry food twice a day. I know now if i have to be away for one of their feeds that they wont go hungry. I have just set up manually on the machine, yet to work out the app.

Funktioniert super. Wenn man wie angegeben, kleines und rundes Trockenfutter verwendet, gibt es nichts besseres. App ist einfach zu bedienen. Wrde ich immer wieder kaufen.
una volta capito come programmare la quantit di crocchette da erogare ho visto la sua utilit. non sono riuscita ad utilizzare l’app, ma possibile registrare la propria voce ce chiama i mici e loro lo hanno capito subito. l+ho messo nel portico e arrivano tutti di corsa. ho programmato pi distribuzioni nella giornata perch ho molti gatti e le ciotole sono solo due, ma talmente utile che penso di acquistarne almeno un altro. di solito do loro le crocchette al mattino appena alzata e l’inverno il fatto di non dover uscire molto comodo. il contenitore ben chiuso e nel mio caso il contenitore pieno dura almeno una settimana. le ciotole sono in acciaio asportabili e lavabili senza problemi. io lo consiglio molto soprattutto per i gatti perch ti permette di assentarti qualche giorno senza problemi.

We had a wild animal drag this cat feeder across the yard three times. They could never open it. The thing is all scratched up yet still works!!
This feeder is so convenient to have when you have 2 cats and are away on vacation. No worrying that they are being fed or having someone stop and feed them daily. It’s has lots of settings, timer and can set for multiple times in the day, portion control, you can record your voice to play at certain times or just push a button for the feeder to instantly release food. Easy to use, instructions are clear.
Way back when, one of my girls has got very overweight after being spayed – I tried diet food while keeping her using her microchip feeder for all day/night grazing but after a year she had lost no weight. I tried slow feeding and finally gave in to an auto feeder. Ta-Dah – with weighed & measured portions, there could be no overeating and finally there was a slow weight loss & eventually a return to her normal healthy weight. Formally against these feeders, I’ve been converted & highly recommend them. No waste, no fuss, no begging, no worries!
First off it portions well, just trial and error the amounts until you get it right and it’s the same every time. We have 2 cats and it took like a week to get them used to it but they run to it every time it goes off now. The clock/dispenser takes some time to go through and it’s 24hr by the minute so if you pass by a few minutes you have to go all over but just pay attention to what you’re doing basically and you’ll be fine.
The new “feature” we found is that it has an internal clock!(?) We went on a 4 day vacation and unplugged the feeder while we were gone because our cats were not gonna be home, and when we came back the darn thing was only off by like 2 minutes. Didn’t have to touch it and it still feeds the cats at their regular time. Crazy.
However a huge flaw is the inability to give each bowl the same amount of food. As seen in the pictures, the internal divider is biased towards the right, which then leads to more food in the left bowl. That’s a really annoying issue. However, as this seems to be the best dual cat feeder for the money and we will mainly use when we’re out of town it isn’t a huge deal.

What a relief to not have to worry about feeding the cats in the morning. They are so mouthy in the morning but not anymore. They get fed before I even get up! Peace in the morning! Great machine and very flexible to adjust portion size and time. I would recommend it to any busy family.
Den Feeder habe ich fr meine 2 Kater gekauft, damit ich im Urlaub sicher sein kann, dass sie versorgt sind, auch wenn die Familie Mal nicht pnktlich zur Ftterung da ist.
Er funktioniert einwandfrei, auch die ferngesteuerte Ftterung klappt. Ich habe ihn tglich frs trofu in Nutzung und bin sehr Happy meine beiden versorgt zu wisse
I really like everything about this feeder but recently the agitator fell out and now the food won’t come out.
Funktioniert super manuell. Seit einem Monat in Betrieb und es klappt hervorragend. Leider aber nicht mit der Handysteuerrung bei mir. Es wird nicht erkannt aber dennoch man alles manuell einstellen.
It is easy to remove the bowls for cleaning and the food canister securely latches closed so my “think they’re starving all the time” kitties can’t get into it. You can set it for multiple feedings each day and control your portion size very easily to tailor feedings to your cats’ particular needs. For mine, they get three feedings a day and that is perfect. (Well, if you ask them, they need 15 feedings a day lol)
More than once, I have been reminded by the flashing light that the food in the dispenser is getting low when I have forgotten to check it. A great safety feature!
The voice recording feature is terrific. My cats are now so conditioned to hearing my voice call them from the feeder — when it goes off, they go running!
I have absolutely zero complaints about this feeder and can’t recommend it highly enough. A great purchase!
Before we purchased this, we had 2 individual automatic feeders. The 2 previous feeders were not of great quality, and they kept different time. The time delay created conflict between the two cats.
This unit solved that problem. They always get fed at the same time.
Ant control: I placed 2 computer case sides opposing each other with standoffs, then placed a layer of diatomaceous earth in the lower case. No more ants.

This feeder is awesome. I have had it for over 2 years now and it has not let me down. The portions are .5 an ounce which was hard to measure between two hungry boy cats but eventually got it down tracking how much food was left in the bowl before the next feeding. And if there was too much, I just dumped it back in. Blinks blue when the food is low. 6 different feeding options for meals. Simple to use buttons. If you record your voice when it is feeding time it repeats 4 times which gets pretty annoying because it’s quite loud. Holds a lot of food too, and lasts me about a week. Also, the option to have 2 bowls or just one is nice.
Unfortunately this product stopped working 2 months after we received it. We have the dual sided version of the product, and one side is releasing food much slower than the other side. It is slow to the point that it has almost stopped releasing food entirely. We are unable to return this item since it is outside of the return policy. Disappointing.
Edit: review changed to 5 stars as the seller assisted me with a refund past the refund window. We will be ordering the product again since it is the best one we’ve seen with multi-cat feeding.
‘Adhesive Furniture Wall Anchors’ from Amazon to secure it to the ground because my boys could tip it over if they really tried and constantly moved the bowls out of their slots. Once I put in the anchors there are zero issues. I love this thing so much.

Te cuesta un poco llegar a la dosis y el tiempo cada cunto le haces enviar comida, pero eso es prueba/error: como un experimento, cuando lo tienes, ya est.
El aparato se enciende con una luz parpadeante para avisarte cuando toca llenarlo porque se est quedando casi vaco. No se llega a vaciar del todo sin avisar.
Lo nico que veo negativo: la luz brillante que tiene siempre encendida, podan haberla puesto azul, menos brillante, para los que no tenemos mucho espacio y tenemos nuestros bichitos peludos en el saln con nosotros, nos molesta esa luz siempre brillante.

Das Gert lie sich per USB Kabel schnell anschlieen. Persnlich habe wir es per USB Verlngerungskabel verbunden, da er bei uns im Badezimmer steht.
Trotz Kunststoffeinsatz kann sich die Verarbeitung sehen lassen. Der Druckpunkt der Taster ist einfach, auch wenn ich mir hier etwas grere Taster gewnscht htte.
Zustzlich kann der Automat per Smart Life App ins Netzwerk eingebunden werden.
Mit freigegebenen Standort und 2,4 Ghz Netzwerk war es kein Problem. Auch mit einem kombinierten Netz keine Probleme. Persnlich habe ich ein WiFi6 Netzwerk mit gekoppeltem 2,4 Ghz Netz.
In der App knnen schnell und einfach pro ausgewhlter Uhrzeit bis zu 48 Portionen ausgeben. Mit von uns gewogenen 10g/Portion knnen also bis zu bis zu 4,8 kg ausgegeben werden.
Auch knnen auerhalb vom Ftterungsplan wenige Portionen zwischengepackt werden.
Man kann eine Nachricht einsprechen, die direkt vor einer Ftterung dreimal ausgegeben .
Die Ausgaben laufen zuverlssig und werden auch auf dem Gert eingespeichert.
Wenn dann der Futtertank fast leer sein sollte, so blinkt der Tank leicht blau, was bei Sichtung des Automaten deutlich auffllt.
Der Futterdeckel besitzt eine kleine Kindersicherung im Deckel, wodurch die zustzlich vor neugierigen Kinderhnden geschtzt ist.
Der Futterautomat tut was er soll und lsst sich wunderbar einfach per App steuern.
Allerding ist die Einrichtung der ganzen Geschichte eine kleine Irrfahrt. Das ging schon damit los, dass die deutsche Anleitung auf franzsisch war und wir eine nicht mal auf Google-translate-Qualittsstufe bersetzung unter italienisch fanden. Generell ist es eher sehr drftig erklrt welcher Knopf welche Funktion hat.
Aber mit ein bisschen Zeit und Motivation bekommt man es hin. Am Ende gibt es ja auch nur so und so viele Mglichkeiten.
Die App selber erlaubt eine einfache Steuerung und die Automatisierungsmglichkeiten sind selbst bei drei Katzen mehr als ausreichend.
Wenn man die Geduld zur Einrichtung hat, dann bekommt man hier ein gutes Produkt zu einem guten Preis.
It does the job and so far seems reliable. It is not so easy to program. Cleaning is ok but difficult to dry parts thoroughly. Cats love it but totally dismantled everything first night and knocked it over for the feats of their lives. . It could use a true lock. As others have done I placed in a box with a strap and that works. Portions are larger than stated which is a disappointment. I wanted just a tablespoon. I think it’s nearly double that. The voice is tinny and not so loud so one cat doesn’t always hear it. My biggest wish would be that specific feedings could be easily temporarily turned on or off without having to go through the whole programming routine. In any case as I said in the title I’m generally satisfied and keeping it.
So why not five stars? Well, I’ve caught it on several occasions doing two feeds, roughly a minute apart – like it’s doing it at the start of a minute and the end of a minute. If you’re looking to control a cat’s intake carefully, that’s going to throw a spanner in the works.
Es verdad que puede ser un peln caro pero es una gran inversin. El comedero funciona genial, es fcil de instalar/configurar, se puede manipular desde la app para ver cualquier incidencia y permite programar las comidas con su porcin de pienso sin tener que preocuparte (cosa que para m gato se agradece porque no se controla la comida y no tengo que estar pasando por casa como un esclavo).
Estamos encantados en casa.
OJO! La cantidad de porcin puede variar en funcin del tamao de la comida, pero con probar una vez cunto echa por racin, se puede calcular cuntas tienes que programar para que el gato coma lo que debe.
This cat feeder puts a whole new perspective on life!! My cats were waking me up all hours of the night, begging for food. I’d feed them before bed, but they would still wake me up! After using the cat feeder for a couple of days they realized I am no longer their food source and have left me alone at night. Now, instead of them knocking things off my nightstand to wake me up, I get the best kitty cuddles.
Portion sizes are easy to figure out, as is setting the time for feedings. I recieved a helpful message from the seller prior to the feeder being delivered letting me know to look for the power button after plugging it in. The way the lid latches on top is perfect, as is the blue light indicator when the feeder is low on food. I recorded myself on the feeder saying “kitties!” As soon as the cats hear it, watch out! They bolt for the feeder and have scratched the crap out of me with their back claws if they are on my lap!
Wenn ich mir denken soll was ein Futterautomat an Features haben knnte und wir er zu bedienen ist, dann wrde genau der Automat herauskommen. Er ist sehr leise bei der Futterausgabe, sogar mein Kater ist nicht weggelaufen. Die Stimmaufnahmen tut ihr briges damit meine beiden Katzen schnell vertrauen fassen. Sehr schn sind auch die manuellen Ftterungen” ber die App. Wenn ich mal zu spt nach Hause komme brauche ich nicht den Standard-Timer zu ndern, sondern drcke in der App auf einen fttern”-Button, whle die Portionsgre aus und das war’s. Das macht das Leben erheblich einfacher.
Auch bleibt das Futter frisch da der Behlter sauber mit einem Gummi abgedichtet ist.
Die Apparat wird per Steckdose und fr den Notfall ber Batterie betrieben, klasse

Ich habe sehr lange gezgert den Futterautomat zu kaufen, vor allem wegen dem Preis und den doch nicht so grandiosen Rezensionen.
Da wir aber doch ab und an auf Urlaub fahren wollen musst eine Lsung her. Fr mich war es noch dazu schwierig, da wir 3 Katzen haben und ich keinen Futterautomat fr mehr als 2 Katzen finden konnte. Ich habe nun einfach den Futterautmaten etwas erhht in ein IKEA Kallax Regal gestelt (da passt er perfekt rein) und lasse ihn das Trockenfutter einfach auf den Boden werfen. Dadurch bekommen alle Katzen etwas ab. Das Regal hat auch den weiteren Vorteil, dass die Katzen ihn nicht umwerfen und ausrumen knnen – dies ist nmlich definitiv ein Problem, er ist recht leicht und halbwegs intelligenten, hungrigen Katzen kann er nicht standhalten (ich glaube zwar nicht, dass sie ihn aufkriegen wrden, umwerfen aber mit Leichtigkeit.)
Ich habe den Automat nun etwa 8 Monate in Betrieb (immer wenn wir auf Urlaub sind) und bin ausgesprochen zufrieden. Mein Automat funktioniert bisher einwandfrei. Die App finde ich ok – kann man sicher verbessern, schn wre zum Beispiel, wenn man eine ganze Woche vorplanen knnte und nicht immer nur einen Tag. Bei uns kommt eine Katzensitterin wenn wir auf Urlaub sind und manchmal kommt sie morgens, manchmal abends – da muss ich dann im Uralub immer jeden Tag neu einstellen.

Couvercle pour mettre les croquettes un peu dur ouvrir, ce qui permet aux chats de ne pas pouvoir l’ouvrir,
Le plus : le fait que la machine soit connect, on peut programmer la distribution depuis l’application, voir lorsque qu’il n’y a presque plus de croquettes, distribuer une dose distance, il y a un journal des distributions et une notification est envoyer lorsque l’appareil est dconnect depuis un certain temps,
On peut aussi programmer les doses directement sur le distributeur et une fente transparente est prsente pour voir le niveau de croquette,
Les bols, sont un peu grands donc peut convenir aussi pour des petits chiens

Ich entschied mich fr diesen Automaten, weil er nicht zu teuer war und als einer der Wenigen die Mglichkeit bietet zwei Npfe anzubinden. Das war wichtig, da einer meiner Kater sehr dominant ist und der Andere nicht genug Futter abbekommt, wenn sie zusammen aus einem kleinen Napf fressen mssen.
Das Gert war schnell aufgebaut und auch zgig eingerichtet. Man muss natrlich zu Beginn einmal die Menge in einer Kammer wiegen, damit die korrekte Futtermenge (Anzahl Kammern) einstellen kann. Die Fllmenge variiert natrlich, je nach Gre der Kroketten, daher muss das bei jedem Wechsel bercksichtigt werden. Wenn man aber immer dasselbe oder hnlich groes Futter nutzt, reicht einmaliges Einstellen.
Die Tiere mussten sich zu Beginn an die recht lauten Gerusche der herabfallenden Kroketten gewhnen, aber es dauerte nicht lnger als eine Woche (und mein einer Kater ist sehr schreckhaft) und nun kommen sie direkt angerannt, wenn sie meine Stimme aus dem Lautsprecher hren. Man kann nmlich auch einen Ruf aufsprechen und einstellen, wie oft er wiederholt werden soll, was ich schn finde, da so der persnliche Bezug nicht ganz flten geht. Die Edelstahlnpfe sind zwar laut, aber dafr einfach zu reinigen.
Der Automat tut auf jeden Fall was er soll und wird auch nicht aufgebrochen. Er wurde lediglich in der ersten Nacht einmal umgeworfen, weil einer meiner Kater draufsitzen wollte. Aber er ging nicht auf und seither steht er wie ne Eins. 🙂 Wenn nicht mehr genug Futter drin ist, fngt das Licht an der Vorderseite an zu blinken, sodass man das Nachfllen definitiv nicht vergisst.
Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist, dass das Licht (die Nachtbeleuchtung) nicht immer richtig funktioniert. Aus irgendeinem Grund spinnt es manchmal fr ein-zwei Tage, nachdem man aufgefllt hat. Es ist dann einfach gar nicht an und pltzlich tut es wieder. Den Fllstand hat es aber immer korrekt angezeigt. Ist jetzt kein Manko, weshalb ich einen Stern abziehen wrde, da das Licht an sich bei mir eh nicht als Beleuchtung genutzt wird. Knnte fr Andere aber durchaus Grund zur Beanstandung sein.
Die zugehrige App ist auch recht praktisch um die Futtermengen und -zeiten einzustellen. Geht auf jeden Fall besser, als am Gert selber. Und man kann im Protokoll sehen, wann Ftterungen stattgefunden haben.
Alles in allem ein top Gert, dass seinen Preis wert ist und welches ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!
Ich bin froh, mich nicht mehr stressen zu mssen, wenn es bei der Arbeit mal spt wird und die Katzen daheim hungern mssen. Und der Urlaubsdienst wird sich auch freuen, wenn er nicht mehr so oft Futter nachfllen und nichts mehr abmessen muss. 😉
Wenn ich einen Wunsch frei htte, wrde ich mir nur wnschen, dass der Fu des Gerts schwerer ist um generell einem Umfallen besser vorzubeugen. Oder, dass man zumindest irgendwas einfllen kann um ihn zu beschweren (hnlich wie bei Schirmstndern).
Got this for my cats bc a different brand I had bought broke so I decided to try this one out bc it seemed to be better quality. It is very nice looking and seemed to be well made so far. It works as it should without any problems. My only complaint is the user manual. The English in it didn’t seem to be broken so I don’t think an of the directions were lost in translation but the user manual still wasn’t the easiest to read. Directions were incomplete or jumped from one part to the next. It wasn’t impossible to figure out. The set is really kinda easy. And the manual did include pictures for the buttons it was talking about so I got there in the end. I think the hardest thing I had to do was find the “on” switch. The feeder comes with a plug in cable but not batteries. My last one was the same and could work with out the batteries so long as it’s plugged in obviously. The “on” switch is hidden under the lip where the food bowls are so I didn’t see it and no where in the manual does it mention an “on” switch so when I plugged it in and it didn’t work. I figured it just needed batteries. Got the batteries. Plugged back in. Still didn’t work. I started to get a little nervous bc I thought it was broken. But after looking a little closer I found the switch and it worked. Also it’s to mention that the manual recognizes that the feeder takes batteries but never says what type of batteries it takes. The type is D batteries. You will need four of them.
I was nervous to buy this because of the reviews saying that it’s difficult to program, the voice recording is annoying to work with or that the portion size was uneven. I didn’t find any of that to be true and I’m very happy with this purchase.
Programming was super easy. Just be aware it doesn’t come with batteries, so program it wherever you plan to keep it plugged in (or make sure you buy the right batteries first). I didn’t bother using the voice recording at all and it hasn’t interfered with any functions.
The only frustration I had was understanding the portion sizes and corresponding them to the type of kibble I’m putting in the feeder. In the end, I sort of went with a rough estimate and hoped it was fine. Haven’t seen any obvious weight changes in the cats after 1 month of using it, so whatever math errors I may have made don’t seem to have made a huge difference.
Overall, looks nice. Saves me time. Cats like to try to figure out how to get food out, but they haven’t outsmarted it yet. It also gives me peace of mind that if an emergency ever came up and I couldn’t get cat care for a couple of days, they at least won’t starve.

This is a good product; I was able to program it to feed my two cats three times a day. The cats get upset (sometimes destructive) if they are not fed on time, so this feeder has solved that problem. Also, when I go out of town, the cat sitter doesn’t have to come quite as often.
The feeder holds enough food for my two cats to go 1 or 1/2 weeks, so I don’t have to refill it that often.
The only issue I had was trying to record a greeting to call them at dinnertime. Since my cats needed three “portions” of food, the thing plays my message three times; it’s kind of loud and it got annoying quickly. I re-recorded without making an announcements (just silence) but the cats still hear it just fine, as the food makes a sound when it hits the bowl (plus, they know when it is time to eat).

We originally thought the item was defective because it wouldn’t turn on as per the instructions in the manual. No where in the manual did it mention a power switch which is tucked away from the naked eye! I sent an inquiry to the company and they responded with a picture how to turn it on. Anyways, this machine is a life saver because I can now sleep better! Our cats would start their theatrics at 6 am waking us up and wanting their food. The only thing I would change is replacing the metal bowls with some plastic ones as the sound of the pellets hitting the bowls is quite loud! In regards to meal times which our cats are fed 4 x per day (2 big meals = 4 portions each) (2 small meals=1 portion each). It took time to find the right meal portions but now it’s good to go. It is also very easy entering the meal times and portion sizes with the buttons. I am very satisfied with this product. I don’t know why I have waited all these years to buy one!!! It’s a no brainer buy one for your cats now and save your Sanity 🙂

Amazing product. Took my cats a little while to adjust to the sound. At first it just scared them now they go running straight to the feeder when they hear it (that’s if they’re not already sitting next to it knowing it’s about to go off)

What a welcome surprise!! We have two cats and feed them every four hours (one is a little piggy, so we can’t just leave the food out). Feeding them this often makes it difficult to have someone watch them when we have to leave. We saw all the positive reviews and thought we’d give it a try. SUCCESS!! We’ve used it now for almost a week and the cats are getting use to the voice letting them know it’s feeding time. They still get confused when they hear my voice coming from somewhere else and they’re looking right at me :-). They still are a little hesitant to go to the feeder as the food is being dispersed, but again, they’re getting braver. If anyone is hesitant about this and wondering if the reviews are fake, I can’t vouch for anyone else, but my review is true to form. Worth the time, effort, money, and peace of mind knowing that the “kids” will be fed when we’re not home. Easy setup all the way around, you determine how much they get fed each time. With the size of our cat food, a full bin looks like it will last about 9 days, maybe longer. DON’T HESITATE, GET IT!!!! Just a final word to whomever proofs the instructions and advertisement that come with it, proof read it and make sure it makes sense in English :-). “We provide 12 months “warrnaty”, so if you “got” any quality problems, welcome to contact us….
Freaked the 2 cats out at first, especially the food hitting the stainless steel bowls, but its not become the ring of the second coming. Add to this my voice from above, and those 2 cats are so fast off their butts to get food, they leave tire marks and flames on the floor.
This was an easy setup, and the feeder holds a TON of food!.
Love the fact I can control portions, and can give them a little treat any time, from ANYWHERE!.
Battery backup is a real nice touch, just in case.

The unit itself looks quite sleek and tidy, it is quite large but I guess that’s the price you pay for such an amazing piece of equipment.
The sound of the biscuits hitting the bowl terrifies my cats still, but that’s what it is.
Couldn’t fault it really, went away for a week and my cats were happy and fed. Lots of buttons on top have no idea what they mean as I just use the app on my phone. However it’s best to programme from the unit rather than mobile phone as if I lost my phone that wouldn’t be good…
Only issue it doesn’t come with batteries…. for such a large battery needed it’s an inconvenience to figure out what to but… for the price paid i expected it to be included

I read a lot of reviews and opted for this feeder with Wi-Fi and app connection. The feeder itself is very easy to assemble and I found the set up of the meals easy too. People often talk about portion sizes being incorrect with other feeders and I’m sure there are some in reviews on this product too. I have found the portions easy to set up and they have been consistent in size. The audio recording is very simple to set up and the quality isn’t brilliant but it is good enough for a cat feeder and works well with the cats. My only gripe is the instruction manual. There is an indicator light on the front of the feeder and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to stay on or not. The manual says when food runs low, the light will blink. When you add food the indicator light will turn off. Well our light stays permanently on.
This cat feeder works really well and having the WiFi allows us to instigate additional feeds remotely whilst we are away from home. The feeder’s WiFi links to your WiFi router using the 2.4GHz frequency and we used the Smart Life app on our Android mobile phone to control the feeder. Setting this up takes less than 15 minutes and use the device named Smart Feeder. The feeder allows for up to 6 feeds per day at times of your choosing. You can control the number of portions dispensed in each meal. We use Purina One dry cat food and i checked carefully how much food is dispensed as a portion and as multiple portions. Using Purina One food the individual portion dispensed is 15 grams. So it is really easy to scale up how many portions for our cats body weight.
You can also check that the feeder has dispensed at your prescribed times by checking the log file via the Smart Life app.
Very happy that we bought this WiFi enabled model. I also have a small CCTV camera that I use to check up on the feeder bowls to see that the cats are eating and have food available.
I like where the feeding schedule is on top and not on the front. You can look down and see what’s going on, instead of picking it up to look, or squatting down to reprogram because at 75 years old it’s hard getting back up at times.
The Wifi feature is why I bought this feeder. I can look at my iphone and see the times, or adjust the times, or do a manual feed. I have 2 ten year old cats, one needs to lose weight and the other one has IDS causing her to vomit if overfed. Their feeding schedule is every 2 hours and only 1 teaspoon of dry Rx food. I manually feed during the day and the timer is excellent for nightime feeding.
I measured and found 1 feeding portion (with this feeder ) equals 1 teaspoon, so this works perfect for me. Just remember to click ‘the feeding plan” to red after entering the time or it won’t work!!!! I had to figure that out myself, again no instructions. Hope this helps y’all. The feeder is sturdy and I am happy I bought it.
I bought this in preparation for a vacation we’re taking and only have a PM sitter. Ultimately I decided to use it full time because one of our cats starts begging for food around 545AM so this is a great way to feed my cats and still let me get my sleep. I thought the set up was pretty self explanatory, I personally didn’t use the instructions other than to help me set up the meals.
For reference, we use Nulo brand kibble and I feed my cats 1/3 C each of kibble for breakfast and so that’s about 9 servings on the machine which is split between the two bowls. The only thing I don’t like is it seems like one bowl receives slightly more than the other. Not a big deal because once my one cat is done eating, if he wants he’ll just sneak some from the other bowl.
I do agree that the food being dispensed is surprisingly loud but I’ll take a few seconds of noise over getting out of bed. I like the stainless steel bowls as they are more sanitary for cats. The bowls are very wide which is good for their whiskers but I do wish they were a bit taller so there wouldn’t be so much strain on our cats necks. I have not had an issue with the bowls staying in place so far.
The dispenser does seem sturdy. My cats can be quite relentless when it comes to food and both have tried very hard to get access to the food. Neither one has gotten any food nor has the machine tipped over.
We’ve only been using a few days so hopefully this will continue to last unlike some other reviews that said it dies quickly.

Inbetriebnahme
Die ist denkbar einfach. Einstecken, fllen und los. Die Programmierung ist per App oder per Hand sehr einfach mglich. Ich habe keine 10 Minuten gebracht.
Portionsgre (1 bis 48)
Die verwundert mich etwas.
Bei 3 Portionen kommen bereits 2 volle Schsseln raus. Der Behlter wre wohl schon bei 30 Portionen sofort leer. Ganz sinnvoll ist das wohl nicht. Mir reichen somit pro Ftterungszeit also 1 bis 3 Portionen vllig aus.
Meine Katzen bekommen wenig Trockenfutter und ich mchte das ber den Tag verteilt haben. Was hier absolut zuverlssig und gut funktioniert. Die Menge weicht gelegentlich etwas ab, aber das ist zu ertragen.
Zuverlssigkeit
In den letzten Tagen war es immer absolut pnktlich.
Die Katzen stehen sofort da und kommen, wenn das Futter in die Schsseln fllt. Fr mich war ein “Rufton” somit unntig. Ich mchte ja auch, dass sie nicht mehr mich fr Futter anbetteln 😉
Aufbau
Das Gert ist so stabil und sicher, dass es weder umgeworfen werden kann, noch der Deckel geffnet werden kann. Auch wenn die Katzen ihre Pfoten nutzen, kommen sie nicht hin.
App
Die App ist sehr gut durchdacht und macht einfach Spa. Ich werde auch andere SmartHome Gerte darin aufnehmen. Die Steuerung ist simpel und modern.
Reinigung
Das Gert selbst bentigt kaum bis keine Reinigung. Napf und Futterbahn kann direkt in die Splmaschine. Sehr positiv ist auch, dass die Npfe hochwertiges Material sind! Vorsicht bei Billigware: es kann hier zu Allergien fhren!!
FAZIT
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann das Gert absolut empfehlen!
Nice feeder and does the job well. My large (10kg and overweight) rescue Bengal has figured out how to prod the feeder wheel to get extra nuggets of food which is an unfortunate letdown of this feeder. However he doesn’t appear to be able to get significant amounts of food and the hopper is large enough to hold 7 days of food for 2 cats. I haven’t used the voice record feature but it seems like a nice touch
Purchased this to replace a single slot rotating style auto feeder as we have two cats and them taking turns was causing problems in the household peace keeping business. Saw some reviews about being complicated etc but have found this item extremely easy to use, setup and adjust. Portion sizes take a small amount of effort to see and adjust to your cat(s) needs. Currently have setup for 4 feedings a day. 4 portions in the morning, 3 for lunch, 2 in the evening and 2 at bed time. The best part is they have stopped gorging themselves as there is plenty for all to go around so they are eating much more leisurely now and not stuffing there faces as fast as possible and promptly finding the worst possible place possible to vomit the food back up LOL. Distribution from left to right bowls is decent, not perfect, but for what it is I’m very satisfied. It’s pretty hilarious to see them bolt for the feeder at the sound of my voice. The flashing blue led light when the feeder is low on food is fantastic. No more checking stock status, you can’t miss the tell tell light letting you know it’s time to refill. No issues being knocked over or broken into although the bowl inserts aren’t fixed and the male if feeling shorted likes display his displeasure by flinging the bowl around the kitchen…may have to figure a way to better keep them in the holder.
