These headphones are comfortable, have excellent sound and they were easy to pair with our older TV.
However, I must mention, we read the instructions first and were a bit confused about the pairing instructions. So we contacted the seller’s online support service link for clarification.
The reply was quick and so easy to follow.
Simply plug in the two plug-in thingy’s on the headphones into the only ports that each one fits into on the back of the TV! (You get to smile now!!!)
We did. It worked. Not to mention that the sound is excellent and the unit itself is compact and attractive, considering that our TV is an old one. (Like it’s technology-impaired owners 😉

Der Sender lie sich problemlos an den optischen Ausgang des Fernsehers anschlieen. Der Bluethoothaufbau zwischen Sender und Kopfhrer erfolgt automatisch und die Verbindung ist so schnell, dass ich keine Synchronisationslcke (Lippenbewegungen passen nicht zum Ton) feststellen konnte. Anders als ein Rezensent schrieb, empfand ich die Lautstrke als mehr als ausreichend. Wem das nicht gengt, der braucht wohl keinen Bluetooth-Kopfhrer, sondern ein Bluetooth-Hrgert. (Die gibt es ja auch.) Das Beste ist jedoch der Klang. Er ist so glasklar, dass man damit bei Filmen die berhmte Stecknadel fallen hrt. Nun verstehe ich auch jedes Wort, wenn ich englischsprachige Filme anschaue. Wohlgemerkt: Ich rede nur von Sprache. Ob der Klang auch einem Opernliebhaber gefllt, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Auch ist er sehr rumlich, wie im Kino. Die Kopfhrer sind so bequem, wie man es von solchen Dingern erwarten kann (nach Stunden tut es schon etwas weh), und sie lassen sich auch fr meinen groen Kopf einstellen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Einrastmechanismus der Hrer in die Ladestation ist wacklig. Man braucht ein bisschen bung und sollte immer schauen, dass nach dem Einrasten die rote Ladelampe leuchtet, sonst geht einem irgendwann gerade bei der spannendsten Stelle der Ton aus. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Produkt, dass meine Erwartungen, was Klang und bertragungsgeschwindigkeit angeht, mehr als erfllt hat.
I am not techincally minded so can only say that I am quite serverely deaf but these headphones work for me they are comfortable to wear I hooked them up easily via the bluetooth I very much like the way the recharge on the stand when not in use so all in all only had them a few days but looking good
Used this unit to add Bluetooth capability to an older TV set. As the transmitter and headphones are a common mf’r this unit was chosen in part to avoid any Bluetooth ‘pairing ‘ issues. The sound quality is excellent and the headphones are comfortable. The installation/set-up instructions packaged with the unit appear to be ‘universal’ as there is other useful info (not included with the unit as shipped) for the product on the Avantree website (e.g. how to ‘reset’ to factory settings).
Had minor problems in achieving initial pairing, which were resolved via the noted factory reset, but that info was only on the website. Have an annoyance lingering problem, so far unresolved, where the Bluetooth transmitter spontaneously shuts down while powered (i.e. loses power ‘ON’ lamp) once every two or three days, but is quickly fixed by turning the base station power switch ‘OFF’ then ‘ON’ again. Barring the annoyance factor, noted I’m quite pleased with the product performance.
Utilis pour faire de la guitare lectrique sans dranger, le produit correspond mes attentes en terme de et restitution sonore mais surtout de latence puisque retard quasi imperceptible (ce que j’ai eu du mal trouver pour viter des produits spcialiss beaucoup plus cher, et s’viter le souffle des casques tv RF analogiques).
Je note 2 inconvnients qui lui font perdre une toile :
– livr sans chargeur usb. Il faut en demander 1 au SAV avantree pour qu’ils l’envoient gratuitement (expdi par amazon d’ailleurs). Je trouve cette dmarche pas normale.
– casque compliqu poser sur sa base comme il faut pour qu’il charge bien. Pour un acte aussi basique c’est quand mme dommage de devoir passer 5 10 secondes, et encore en se librant les 2 mains, pour arriver le positionner comme il faut.

Can I leave the headphones on the charger all the time
The headphones were bought for my, hard of hearing, 91 year old mother. They worked well and helped her greatly.
There was a problem with charging the headphones after a month or two and the customer services at Avantree were very efficient and helpful and sent a replacement unit. The headphones are working again.
The sound is superb especially when watching 4d TV in stereo mode. WiFi is great even in a different room. Very comfortable to wear. Would definitely recommend these headphones.
I have very noisy neighbours who don’t know how to communicate without shouting and screaming and slamming doors. So to save my sanity these have been a life saver. I would recommend you use a fast charger to plug the base in, use a quality one. I wear glasses and the headphones have been very comfy. The battery life is excellent I can wear them all day and evening and only charge them overnight. The range has been great, I wear them in the garden and all over the house without any break up, my house and garden is not that big though. It is handy having the volume on the side. I would thoroughly recommend these headphones as they were really easy to set up (once I changed the charger) and have saved my mental health.

I purchased this item in July 2021 for an elderly parent who tends to have the volume up a little to loud on the TV. They worked really well (for everyone) until they stopped working. Base docking unit failed. Tried a phone call to Customer services first, was told I would be sent a link, which did not arrive. I then went direct to the customer care website, and completed the online form, which was straight forward, and a response was received quickly. with the help of the person who was dealing (who was very patient with me) the faulty headphones were replaced. I have not had to deal with something like this before solely using emails, you need a printer to print labels which not everyone will have. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received. Many thanks to the customer service agent who dealt with my case.

Cuffie ottime (e ci mancherebbe con quello che costano), ricezione perfetta e assenza totale di rumore di fondo…non do 5 stelle solo perch usandole mia madre che ha i suoi anni, spesso non riesce a sistemarle bene sulla base di ricarica in quanto vanno posizionate con una certa precisione, fosse stato pi immediato il sistema di appoggio sarebbero state veramente un must.

Not cheap but an excellent product in my opinion. Has everything you need for all three ways of connecting to your TV or whatever device you want it for. Extremely easy to set up, auto pairing worked perfectly and is great, ideal if not technically minded!
Sound is excellent, crystal clear, no buzzing and very good range. Earphones are soft and comfortable, important if you are going to wear them a long time – I think they claim 35 hrs battery life before recharging.
It sits on a charging dock which is very convenient.
Customer service also excellent – I got a quick reply on email dealt with by the same person each time!

Out of the box and connected to the TV set through the optical cable worked fine for me. I hope you do not have to go through the instructions video because you will be lost in model names and “herded” into registering. Otherwise it is a good product so far.

Initially had some difficulty finding digital connection to smart tv but once connected everything works brilliantly. The charger needs to have the tv on to power up and sound comes out proving sound on tv control not on mute. Sound reception first class irrespective of what others are doing. With my deafness there is crystal clear sound.

L’esigenza di acquisto di queste cuffie stata la rottura di precedenti con filo. Inoltre sono state prese per essere utilizzate da persone anziane.
Detto ci, le cuffie si presentano esteticamente belle e confortevoli.
I cuscinetti over ear (che coprono le orecchie) sono morbidi e abbastanza isolanti dal rumore esterno (non viceversa… ) .
La trasmissione del suono sui 5 metri circa (considerando l’attraversamento di una parete).
Cosa ottimale, per chi non esperto, non necessitano di effettuare alcun accoppiamento con la base, in quanto avviene automaticamente all’accensione.
La base possibile collegarla sia a vecchie TV che a nuove, in quanto presenta varie modalit di connessione grazie ai cavi forniti.
L’alimentazione della base avviene tramite porta USB, ma essendo le vecchie TV sprovviste di tale porta possibile collegarla o tramite alimentatore esterno (non fornito) oppure sul decoder (provato e funziona).
La pecca , se possibile, che per caricare le cuffie necessario inserirle correttamente sulla base , inclinandole verso dietro e non tenendole dritte. In aiuto ci viene il led che identifica la messa in carica delle cuffie.
La batteria dura anche una settimana, ascoltando musica o TV per 3 ore al giorno circa.

Good Quality Headphones great sound and like it says in the Reviews, its easy to set up. I thought it would plug straight into the mains for charging, but with this its a USB charging cable, but you can get a mains adapter for it to plug into the mains socket anyway. Failing that use your USB port on your computer.

Got these when they were on offer easy setup via the supplied optical cable(cheap and thin but does the job) got them to watch tv in bed without disturbing the wife. But also work just as well via Bluetooth for music from mobile. Comfort is good I can wear for over two hours in comfort.

I purchased these after having to return a faulty pair from a different brand that only lasted a couple of months, these are much better quality, they were easy to set up, the sound is great and they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The charging dock is great to just sit them on and they charge up quickly. So far they’re great.
My only comment is that wearing them with glasses is a little uncomfortable.
Bought for my wife. She wasn’t impressed at first with the sound as she was using a Sennheiser prior. The charge on this one lasts way longer and the trade off in sound wasn’t that great (a heavier bass) so I believe now its acceptable. 🙂

I use it beacause I have earing aids but late night I don’t wear my aids cause I prefer to use those headphone when my friend want to sleep or when he listen to tv but I can’t ear it.

Comodo, pratico ed esteticamente piacevole . Se devo trovare qualcosa che cambierei, direi il materiale della cuffia che appoggia sui padiglioni auricolari: fa sudare e, come per altre cuffie simili, tende a deteriorarsi in breve tempo. Fosse in tessuto o spugnoso sarebbe perfetto. Aggiungo un pregio da tenere molto in considerazione: grazie al collegamento con il cavo ottico, si pu gestire il volume sia della tv che delle cuffie in maniera autonoma, con gli altri tipi di collegamento non si pu fare.
Semplice da usare. Segnale buono anche uscendo dalla stanza. Buono il sistema di regolazione volume. Le frequenze alte spesso non sono ottimali e le voci, soprattutto femminili, arrivano un po ovattate. Questo avviene a seconda dei canali. Alcuni, tipo RAI, sono meglio di altri. Globalmente un onesto sistema per ascoltare la radio senza disturbare i vicini a un prezzo accettabile.
Gert funktioniert gut, hab es fr meine Eltern gekauft. Nach relativ kurzer Zeit ist ein Schaden am Stromanschluss der Docking-Station aufgetreten. Hier ein dickes Lob an den Support von Avantree. Freundliche Untersttzung (in Englisch) und schneller Austausch.
Fantastic. I don’t sleep well so have the television on in my bedroom all night. I wear the headphones the whole time as I like background noise. I couldn’t believe my luck that they last for a long duration and recharge quickly thus doing away for the need of a second pair. Really worth the money and very comfortable

I use headphones to listen to the TV, getting older, voices harder to hear clearly. Tried an expensive Bluetooth set of headphones but they lost the signal after 2metres. My other pair were on ear headphones and uncomfortable when used for longish periods.

These are pretty nice headphones. The sound quality is good, I wouldn’t call it great, but does the job. Had a few issues with the recharge base where the headsets didn’t recharge properly because they were not perfectly aligned. All in all a good pair of headphones, just make sure you’re willing to compromise a bit.

I use them to watch tv. They are first class. A touch fiddly dropping them back in the cradle properly (so they charge) but not too bad.

I ordered the Ensemble for my husband who is hard of hearing so he could enjoy TV without turning the audio up too loud for everyone else. After a few months the headphones stopped charging and I contacted Avantree. They immediately offered replacement. Their customer service person Jeany was very patient and understanding and did everything to make sure we had replacement headphones as quickly as possible. I would definitely buy from Avantree again. It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there that stand behind their product and have customer service people who are there to help the customer without reservation. How refreshing.
I’m very pleased with this item, it has superb noise cancelling and very good range and sound quality, with 0 interference that I have noticed so far.
My only complaint is that the joints, that make the headset comfortable, can be heard moving in the headset with jaw and head movements.

The only thing I will say to help someone out there is, I didn’t get my TV to pair exactly but figured out a way to make it work and here’s how….I noticed that my TV and the headphones both had sound coming out from them at the same time so I Muted my TV and put on my headphones for a great night of Movie watching. Whatever works for me that I am not disturbing my neighbors because I am a huge action movie watcher so lots of noisy scenes.

Hasta ahora los habia probado de radifrecuencia, bluetooth pero o hacian mucho ruido o tenia que estar yo para conectarselos. Son un poco caros pero la facilidad de uso es una maravilla, con su base de carga y su conexion estable, no hay que conectarlos y desconectarlos, ademas la calidad del sonido es muy buena y son muy comodos. Muy contento.

Wow the transformation of walking into the house and not hearing such a loud TV is awesome. We can now watch our programme without ecos of the same programme in the background.

I recently broke one of the earphone cups off my 6 months old Earphones. I contacted Avantree and within a 2 day exchange of emails verified the purchase details and with a photo the break. I received a replacement within 4 days. The Avantree support is the best I experience I have ever had trying to resolve an online product purchase issue.

The headphones look good to me, and the volume controls unobtrusive yet easy to use.
The sound is excellent and the volume it can produce is impressive.
Despite carrying electronics and a battery the phones were as comfortable as any others I have used.
The transmitter/charging stand is also easy to use. Indication for charging/charged/connected are very clear.
Reconnecting simply involves holding the headset near the transmiitter for two or three seconds.
Charging was easy, simply place the phones in the holder.
Battery life – My only test of this was to connect the phones about nine in the morning and use the headset occasionally, watching four hours of a bile race in the afternoon and watching TV in the evening. The system was stilll going strong. That was heavy use for me, I am very satisfied.
I recommend this device.
I plugged it into the optical output of my TV and it was an easy connection. Happy with the purchase.
