I think that the chair material could be a little firmer and the Velcro on the headrest could be much longer as the elastic is too slack.
We bought a couple of these to replace old ones for the garden. While looking for replacements I noticed they were recommended as being good for bad backs. The day the chairs arrived I was having back surgery!! I have been using 1 in the house since I came out of hospital & have found the lounger/chair to be very comfortable for my back. They are well made & we look forward to getting many years use out of them. They have a price tag on for 130, I paid just short of 60 each, don’t think I would have paid full price but I’m very happy with what I paid & the chairs in general

These chairs are well made, easy to fold and store (quite light), and very comfortable because of the foam padding. The locking mechanism is simple and effective (pull loop down to release, up to lock). Having tried other brands these are the best, and amazing value.

This chair is really comfortable. The locking mechanism slips sometimes but mostly holds. Mine came slightly damaged but I was compensated by seller. Really great customer service. Will buy again.
Overall a good buy and very comfortable but the chair does not appear extend (to almost horizontal) as much as advertised. Perhaps I misunderstood.
I was a bit worried when I saw this chair fully opened, I thought it wouldn’t take much to overturn it, but that is not a problem at all, it’s lovely and comfortable, maybe not the best for anyone big to get in and out of, but not a problem, otherwise. It has a huge range of positions. I love it. But let’s just look at what could be a problem which is the locking mechanism, you really need to make sure it clicks into position otherwise if you move, it moves. Something else which would improve it would be a padded foot rest as this is just a steel rounded bar so if you kick off your shoes, it’s a bit uncomfortable for the back o& the feet. Otherwise a great chair.

These are OK, they are comfortable when you lie back but if you want to just sit in them We personally find the angle a bit strange and you can feel the bar under the seat through the fabric. Bought black- in the sun they heat up really quickly and you need a towel to stop the heat.
It looks good and feels good to sit on and when reclined fall asleep in the garden shade.

Most comfortable Lounger I have ever owned. No assembly required. The down side of this Lounger is that you keep fall asleep and it does not come with the SUN!
The chair is of very good quality – however attempting to negotiate the legs and arms when first attempting to put in seating position is very difficult and takes both effort and patience – unsure if I would recommend particularly for someone elderly

For the price point the quality is impressive. A large comfortable recliner. The seat is firm at first but still comfortable and becomes more comfortable with use.
These recliners are for my decking, They are the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever had, The quality of them are fantastic and so easy to use.
Bought a pair. Good quality and comfortable with the padded version purchased.
However the wife has difficulty unfolding and reclining as some other reviews mention.

Good value recliner, very comfortable and easy to use, the only negative if I’m being picky, it’s heavier than most recliners but I guess that’s why it’s so sturdy.
The chair is very robust but it is also heavy and quite large to store even when folded. The ratchet system for the arms doesn’t always lock properly and you find yourself folding up with the chair. However when you are lying down it’s very comfy

Great chairs . Just find the clip system for folding very tricky to know whether it’s in lock position or not . Seems awkward for all age groups in our family . Will take regular use to remember which is which and a few mistakes. Hope we don’t break them in the mean time

Amazing chair, comfy, roomy and easy to recline. to fold closed does take a firm grip but it can be done. Doesn’t go completely flat but almost. The material is very durable, dried out quickly from the rain. The seat and back are padded which makes it extremely comfy, read in it for a solid hour without moving. Lovely.
I purchased this chair to use when doing my mobile beauty treatments such as eyebrows and Lash lifting rather than taking my heavy couch. It’s been perfect so far and my clients find it comfortable to sit or lay in. Would highly recommend.
Feel asleep on it first time i used it. Really confy, easy to move and adjust. Does what it says on the tin.
Decent chair, only downside is we have left outside and all joints are now rusty. So need to be kept away from weather.
I am quite a big lady and felt no strain on the material. I have Osteoporsis of the spine and it feels so wonderful for my back, once on i am reluctant to get off. Once you get the hang of where to push it is so comfortable. Thank you i wish i could get one for my husband
Very comfortable. Great headrest design. Lovely choice of colours. Easy to operate, with very good, easy to use locking system. Only negative point I would make is that aluminium construction would make it lighter to carry.
Sits up as a chair or lies back. The colour is lovely, and the quality good. It is a bit stiff at first but you’ll get there. It’s not the supersized kind which I have tried in the past and were just ridiculous, good dimensions, although very short people in the 5ft region may still struggle to sit down! Or anyone old. I have to kind of dive into it sometimes at 5ft 4, it is good and sturdy though. I ordered a cover for it but to be honest it is not the really rock hard kind which must absolutely have one. You won’t get too sore. Try it on it’s own first and save the money perhaps.
Arrived quickly in good condition. 10 discount from Amazon got it to a good price for the design (40). Easy to unfold and setup. Minimal (ie zero) instructions as far as I could see (but it isn’t complicated). There is a locking mechanism on the arm rests which was active on arrival and caused brief confusion. Once unlocked, the chair can easily be positioned to the upright position so that it is easy to sit in (one review suggested you needed to be a gymnast – I suspect they had the lock engaged). Once you recline to the desired position you engage the lock to stabilise – it works well). It folds to a narrow and easily stored shape. I’m 6’2″ and can comfortably recline, feet dangle over the edge of the foot bar which is OK for me, others may find it slightly uncomfortable on heels. If I could change the design it would be to modify the headrest. It is fixed; if it were more flexible, an even comfier position could be obtained.
Unfolds easily once unlock mechanism with loops under arms. Nice glide to recline. Agree with some reviewers that not easily used to sit to a table, definitely a recliner – which is what I want for comfy book reading. Opted for the slightly padded version to keep my back warmer when laying outside, pleased I did.
This product arrived promptly and was well wrapped. It’s very comfortable and easy to open/close. Unfortunately the sun has only appeared once since we bought them but hopefully they will be used for many years. Now had a chance to use it more and it’s not as easy to open as I thought (if you have weak hands) but it is comfortable
This is a great sun lounger. Very comfortable. It was a bit stiff to get it to recline at first, but that seems to be getting easier with use. Just need the weather to get full enjoyment out of it. At the moment I am using it in the conservatory
Arrived the day after it was ordered. Seems well built and I like that you can lock the seat in many positions. The canvass is quite stiff which is good for me as I have problems with my back. I’ve only had it for a week but so far I am impressed with the chair and it was 100 cheaper than another type I was looking at. So far very happy with my choice.
I won’t be using this until the good weather but I bought it and checked everything before I put it away for the summer and it seems very sturdy, comfortable and well made. The delivery was mad in good time and the manufacturer contacted me for a review so I am happy to oblige.
Quite heavy not a lightweight chair, very stiff at first but is getting easier not for people who are disabled like me, well that’s the downside. The Garden recliner is very well made, nice colour, and is very very comfortable, I love it, that is why I gave it five stars, I just wished it was much lighter.
Pleased with the chair but due to it being padded my back and legs are wet through with sweat after sitting on it for a short while.
To help I have to cover it with a towel which improves it slightly.
I bought this chair after a shot on one at a relatives.It is well made and strong and most importantly to me comfy.The material is of high quality and comes with a slide on pillow.The material can be wiped down great for the hot(sweaty) days we get in Scotland.It folds down and makes it easy to carry and store.Wife loves it so having to order another.Looking forward to the sunny summer days using them in my garden.

Tested several in shops that were half this price and they turned out to be rubbish. They were cheap and did not move as they should. After reading reviews on this chair I bought myself one. Well worth the money. Heavenly to sit in and easy to use. Folds up compactly. I then immediately purchased myself the 2nd one. You get what you pay for and these are worth every penny. Very speedy delivery as well. Would recommend company and chair without hesitatio
Bought this chair after attending Relaxation classes where they were using “LaFuma” chairs and I was really impressed. So decided would buy one for both garden use(if we ever get any sun) and meditation and relaxation use. After a little research came across the Azuma ZERO gravity chair which appeared almost identical to LaFuma which I think is possibly the original design and arguable the Rolls Royce version at more than double the price. I decided to chance the Azuma and was not disappointed, This chair is excellent quality and lovely colour, equally as comfortable as LaFuma and at bargain price. The one design difference is that LaFuma does tilt back further than the Azuma, but for me this isn’t a problem would recommended it to a friend. Since purchasing I see Amazon are selling a cheaper unit again called “Texaline reclining garden chair” which looks similar but doesn’t seem to have padded version.
I bought this product as a birthday present for my wife – always a stern critic when it comes to my presents but she loves it.
The quality of the chair seems really good and it is extremely comfortable.
The only problem we have in the house now is she struggles to get time on her chair as me and the kids all love it too.
I have to say the service and delivery when I placed my order were also excellent.
I can highly recommend this product – it’s robust (takes my 15st weight easily), well made, stylish and above all very comfortable.
We are very pleased with this product and this our second one. You would normally pay a lot more for chairs of this quality. It is comfortable (padded version), sturdy and hopefully will last us long time. We bought these chairs because we were fed up of our cushioned reclined chairs getting constantly wet and moldy even with covers on. These chairs although quite heavy can easily be folded and brought in doors with out having to remove cushioned covers. They are also water proof in case we get caught out so that is another good reason to purchase them. As I said don’t expect something light and flimsy and a little effort is needed to get it into position but no regrets.
This is an excellent product. It is well made and sturdy. I particularly like the fact that it came fully assembled and it fully folds away and stored easily. I bought a deep red one and it looks great in my garden. Very comfortable too. It is possible to recline it at any angle or sit upright and have a drink. I am considering of ordering another one now. The delivery was prompt. I am very happy and I know I am not easy to please.
These chairs are perfect for our roof terrace. They fold up small when not in use and don’t take up too much room even when fully reclined. They are really comfortable and have been much admired as they look very stylish. Don’t go for cheaper imitations – we have tried them and they are not the same!
Also it is great to get the cupholder side tables, perfect for cup of coffee and iPhone – although it would be good if they were a bit deeper to hold a glass of wine more securely, I hate to spill wine!
I specifically chose this style of chair as I had recently had major abdominal surgery and was facing 3 months recuperation. The design of this recliner was perfect for me as I have no muscle control and not allowed to lift. The ability to glide into a recline and up again was perfect. The chair is so comfortable and works brilliantly. I have also purchased the side table attachment, which is great as I now have all my essentials to hand!!! Thank you.
When the weather went through the hot spell, I fancied a garden chair. This chair showed up in my searches and I’m glad it did. So I bought one and haven’t regretted it. The reason why this has lost star is because I had to buy the side table that attaches to this chair which cost me an extra 8.00 on top. Also the ring stoppers to stop the chair reclining doesn’t work at times. Apart from that I would recommend it.
I brought this item for my husband for his birthday at the beginning of the month and thankfully the sun has now arrived for him to enjoy it! In fact we are all fighting over the chair now as it is so comfortable. We will be buying another one in the future!

Azuma Multi Position Zero Gravity Reclining Garden Relaxer Sun Lounge Chair – Carbon
I recently purchased an AZUMA recliner for myself as a similar product by another manufacturer was so popular with my wife that it was not available when we both wanted to ‘sit out’.
The Amazon price was very attractive and the reviews were so glowing that the AZUMA had to be the choice.
As it turned out, the AZUMA chair compares most favourably with the other much more expensive reclining chair and, in my opinion, is stronger and easier to erect.
I bought this chair as I had experienced zero-gravity chairs at reflexology treatments and found them wonderful for my dodgy back. Found this at a fraction of the price of the well known expensive make that my reflexologist uses.Such a good quality chair,so easy to use and has the advantage over the more expensive one of a very effective locking system. In fact my reflexologist was so impressed that she is now buying one too! The service from XS was great too – the chair arrived two days after my afternoon order. The chair is light and slim for taking on days out and wherever I use it I get asked about it. It has been a god-send for me and helped me enjoy days out that would otherwise have been cutailed due to back ache. I wouldn’t be without it now.
When the chairs arrived the packaging was good and delivery was good. I had contacted the seller re delivery as it was due end of month, they responded promptly, advised when stock in, sent as promised and earlier than due. All contact with the seller has been promptly dealt with and courteous. I would use them again.
the chairs – simple to set up, easy to recline and most importantly comfortable. they feel safe in use and sturdy. they look smart and tidy…now all we need is some hot and sunny weather to get the very most from them!
I am finding this a really useful addition to the garden. It takes just a moment to get out and once you’re sitting down it’s easy to adjust to recline as you wish. The first few moments I tried it I thought it wouldn’t recline, I’m a lightweight so not too much ballast to swing back, but it’s just a question of leaning back firmly and then it works fine. The headrest adjusts to suit and I was pleased to be able to lower it to support my lumbar region, making it a very comfortable and relaxing chair. When carrying it I’ve found it best to lift the chair sideways using the armrest at the side. My husband hasn’t realised this yet and finds that it’s liable to unfold before he’s ready to use it! All in all a pleasure to use.
The chairs themselves are very well made. We have been looking for some chairs this good for years after coming across some on holiday in Europe, only to discover they were hundreds of pounds to buy which is a bit much for the amount of time we’d use them for, yet almost all the ones we’ve looked at in the UK are not that well made and we didn’t want to buy ones that won’t last. Yes, these chairs cost more than a lot of the others you may see but I’m a big believer in getting what you pay for.
It is no surprise that almost all reviewers have given this product 5 out of 5 stars.
The adjustments are good because as well as being able to just lean back to whatever position you want (to pretty much flat), you can then lock it in that position if you want to. The only thing you can’t do is put them completely flat to lie on your front, but it’s a chair and you won’t find one more comfortable than this.
I rarely bother to write reviews, but I do when I am particularly impressed with something, and these chairs haven’t disappointed in any way. Only the British weather has done that, so we haven’t used them quite as much as we would have like since we bought them 6 months ago but we live in hope for some sun 🙂
First impressions were very good. These chairs are comfortable and look OK. They are easy to get into a relaxed position and the locking mechanism appears to hold you at whatever angle you choose.
However, we’ve left them outside (they are garden chairs after all) and in less than a month are already showing streaks of rust on the metal frames. It has been pretty wet, but we’d have expected them to be robust enough to survive a summer outside. Time will tell whether they turn out to be a really good buy!
But what a difference. Bought 2 of these relaxers for the wife and myself late in the summer. They are so comfortable and well made. Can’t wait for a bit of late summer sun as an excuse to set them up on the patio and just relax.
Would recommend them highly – can’t fault them. Am sure that they will last for years and we will get much enjoyment from them.
