This is a very good mixer with USB and line out options for input to the PC. Very low noise outpu
had a smaller version of this mixer and was pleased…needed bigger very happy with purchase
I had a Behringer 12 channel from years ago that didn’t have the effects but it finally started giving me issues. I needed to expand to a 16 channel anyway. I have to say, the affects on this are pretty cool and all the sliders and nobs feel really solid. Hoping to get many years use out of this.
La compr para una pequea iglesia. Tiene controles basicos y sencillos de operar. Los efectos son los bsicos y tiles para los cantantes locales o amateurs de la congregacin.
A veces requerimos transmitir en vivo en las redes y el puerto USB es util aunque no asi para mezclas mas avanzadas, pero como dije anteriormente, es para eventos de culto, no un estudio de grabacin.
Es la 7ma mixer que compro entre pequeas y medianas de esta marca, tanto analoga como digital… la necesidad de los canales es lo que determina cual modelo nos ser de utilidad.
Es justo lo que necesito para mis eventos, ya que tengo un grupo de Rock y lo usamos para eventos en vivo. Da una respuesta excelente, los efectos ayudan bastante. La calidad de su material es excelente. Sin duda una muy buena compra.
I’ve been using a Behringer 1202FX mixer with a 3-piece band for years, and I wanted something a little larger for those times when I wanted a couple of extra microphones. I wasn’t too fussed about the USB connectivity, but having a few more inputs and outputs was the main reason for getting the X2222USB.
And I’m not disappointed! There is so much packed into the mixer, you get a lot for your money. Each of the 8 mic inputs has three band EQ with sweepable mid range, and a basic compressor (useful if your vocalist occasionally belts out a high note). All channels can send to the built in FX unit which is basic (but what do you expect built into a mixer that costs less than 200?) but provides usable reverb options (which is what you’re probably going to use most of the time). There are a pair of other aux output (first one is pre-fade, the second is switchable pre/post). The USB has actually turned out to be fairly useful, as I now don’t need to plug the master output into an audio interface – I can plug directly into my laptop. As a bonus, the X2222 can also be used as a USB audio output, and the output can be routed to either control room or main mix (which might be of limited use, but if you’re using this to mix a small band into a Zoom call, having the return audio routed to control room/monitor is actually useful). Don’t get me wrong, this is not a digital mixer at all, the USB connectivity is just for main mix output and a limited audio return, you can’t send USB audio to individual channels, nor can you record individual channels via USB – this is not for multi-tracking.
I’ve run into a couple of negative points. There are no gain controls (beyond the travel of the faders) for the stereo inputs – an omission I can’t really understand. Also, there’s no way to route the FX output to the other 2 aux output – I ended up using a stereo jack to twin mono jack splitter cable, and plugging the FX send into one of the stereo channels, mixing the FX into the main mix that way rather than the knob for that purpose, so that I could then also add the FX signal to the other aux sends (that I’m using to drive in ear monitors – vocalists like being able to hear some reverb). These aren’t show stopping problems, but something to be aware of, and why I’ve only given 4 stars.
If you’ve outgrown a 1202FX, the X2222USB is a worthy candidate for your next step, and has the added bonus of being 8U rack mountable (so you can store and transport it in a standard mixer flight case – the mounting wings are included, you just need to remove the side trims and loosen the case screws on the sides to fit them).
Funciona correctamente hasta el momento, sobre la funcin del usb no puedo opinar porque an no utilizo esa opcin.

He pasado de una Studiomaster a la Behringer x2222usb, mayor musicalidad en la primera, pero me compensa al tener mucha mas disponibilidad en conexiones, suena bastante bien, si te dedicas a equalizar y ajustar las entradas correctamente. Con un precio imbatible. Le he metido un bluetooth, con telefono y XDuoo II, muy bien. Tres minidisc, dos cdr Pioneer, Plato Rega, salida digital del PC a la mesa por conversor digital analogico, Un Cassette Technics… Todo funciona a las mil maravillas. Me sorprende la calidad por ste precio, aunque ya tenia las pasivas B2031P bastante bien de precio, sonando increible. Me decidi por conocer la calidad de la marca.
Bien, para grabar solo tiene 2 vas , L y R o combinada en estreo .
Fantastico, c’ tutto quello che ti serve per una band al completo, unica pecca veramente grandicello e pesante, poteva sicuramente usare le nuove porte xlr+jack 6.3mm hai presente? quelle che con una porta hai tutti e due i collegamenti, invece su questo mixer li hanno separati (anche se ci sono entrambi) aumentando di fatto le dimensioni del mixer, per il resto niente da fare, FAVOLOSO.
Aggiorner la recensione dopo aver provato il collegamento usb con il pc.
Il prodotto ha un rapporto qualit prezzo eccezionale. Ha un numero di ingressi e funzionalit sovrabbondanti per studiare e registrare in studio o anche per performance live di band anche con tanti elementi (12 tra strumenti e microfoni vi bastano).
E’ comodo e facile da usare.
Integra anche alcuni effetti utili per dare un po’ di chorus o eco alla voce: anche se limitati sono utili visto che gli strumentisti in genere hanno i loro pedali mentre i cantanti al massimo si portano il microfono.
L’unico difetto che posso segnalare la robustezza/durata nel tempo. Polvere e colpi non gli fanno bene e i potenziometri del gain diventano rumorosi e poco affidabili in pochi anni.
Avevo gia’ un mixer analogico della Behringer e l’ho acquistato con fiducia per mio cugino….
Silenziosissimo e di buona fattura, lo consiglio per chi si avvicina al mondo musicale e ha bisogno di un mixer di facile utilizzo, intuitivo e completo nelle funzionalita’ !
Lo uso para pequeos directos. Completado con dos altavoces autoamplificados y el resultado es genial
I am very happy with my new Behringer mixer. It is light enough that it can be carried in a small backpack but big enough to manage all of “my” micing needs. The Phantom Power makes it easily possible to use my condenser microphones. The built-in effects makes it possible to add reverb, chorus and delay (and more) to selected channels. Having a single knob compressor is wonderful. The unit is quiet and well built.
I have not yet used the mixer as an interface so I cannot speak to that feature.
un mixer professionale di livello medio. Forse l’unico neo che scalda troppo, per il resto perfetto.
First one was ‘B’ stock – arrived with damaged packaging but unit seemed OK. However after a few hours of use it developed the dreaded hissing from the fx unit. Amazon took it back without issue so ordered a new one at full price (Amazon would not one-for-one b-stock which is fair enough). However it arrived in a box which was burst by something heavy enough to have dented the base of the mixer. Didn’t even fully unpack it or try to use it. Number 3 has arrived and been given a good test-drive. Like all Behringer stuff when it works it works well and this is no exception – clear, low noise, reasonable effects for those that want them (I don’t) and smooth noiseless sliders with plenty of options for connectivity ( I am currently using 8 mics and 2 stereo line-ins – plus one of the sub-channels so it’s getting a good work out. Value for money – definitely.
Couple of things you need to know though (looking at other reviews) – firstly the USB is 2-way but not if you want to record from your PC (e.g youtube/itunes) through the mixer back to the PC (I use a Macbook). It is true 2-way if you are using Ableton, Garageband etc to add tracks so you can monitor USB in while recording an over-dub for example. For recording off PC using USB you can do it easily enough by using a stereo 3.5mm-jack-to-2x-quarter-inch-mono-jack lead from the PC headphone socket into a stereo line in and use it as a normal input – this allows the USB to take the recording signal. You will need to adjust your computer settings to USB-audio codec as sound input and built-in headphone as the sound output. Also – like most USB mixers at present – it does not provide individul multi-track recording capability – what you get is the outboard main mix stereo signal. Again you can get round this by using the insert sockets, special leads and a multi-channel interface such as one of the bigger u-phoria models. Macbooks also uniquely allow you have several interfaces connected and ‘aggregate’ them into one on the midi control panel.
So all in all the X2222USB is a great bit of kit for the money but just be aware of what you are buying and what it is designed to do – it is primarily a PA mixer with a convenient stereo USB input/outlet – it is not multi-track recorder. Used correctly though and if you understand how these things are supposed to be used then it is a great bit of kit for the money. Will I use it live – definitely – but then sensible people normally have a useable spare on stand- by or use parallel systems as a matter of course anyway – irrespective of what level/quality of kit they own.
Apenas me voy metiendo en este mundo de las Mixer con interfaz y vaya que me he llevado muchas sorpresas. Soy nuevo en la materia sin embargo la consola me ha guiado por s sola. Tiene un excelente sonido, con unos brillos muy atractivos.
La uso para ensayar con mi banda, hemos adquirido este equipo para ensayar con monitores y ha resultado increble.

I needed a mixer for USB recording for my home studio. In the past, I have purchased a lot of Behringer mixers from 2 inputs to 24 inputs for live and studio. This USB feature is perfect for home studio recordings.
I have also purchase precious which was more costly, but this mixer does that as good for my needs at a great price.
The only thing I wish it had more than just two recordings at once. But for the price, it is okay.
I plan to order an interface from Behringer with 18 inputs and 20 outputs and run the playback through this mixer.

I had the x1832usb for years. I worked it to death. The x2222 has some noticeable changes, all good. I don’t mind not having my fingers on the EQ. The FX processor isn’t bad at all. Again very similar to the x1832usb. Excellent for live gigs. Just make sure you have quality power amps.
Brilliant sound quality, great for recording. The software that comes with it is really good too, it great to use with or with out the usb connected.

I absolutely love this item so so much. I’m quite young so I’ve only really started music production but wanted something to play guitar into my Mac for, this was absolutely perfect and for a good price. It arrived next day after ordering it even though I didn’t pay for next day so that was an added bonus. Anyone looking to easily record guitars, drums, vocals etc should definitely look into buying this, I highly recommend.

El producto es excelente. Pero como lo muestro en las fotos sin ningn cuidado con el embalaje del producto, eso me habla del poco cuidado y me hace dudar de su funcionalidad por no saber si fue golpeada o usada o simplemente no tuvieron cuidado con el. Mal muy mal en ese aspecto y espero funcione correctamente.. La empresa mal. Amazon a tiempo muy bien.
