The headphones and the mic are very good. I use it with a Rde PSA1.
Regarding the quality I can’t say nothing bad. Sound is excellent and everybody understands me clearly with the mic being around half meter away and over my head.
Only thing to consider is, that the cable on the headset is very short. I had to buy an extension cable, so that the cable does not bounce in my face all the time. Also the cable for the microphone was little bit short.
Other than that, nothing negative.

Excellent pair of headphones and mic to upgrade from generic gaming headsets.
The mic is very clear and can pick up your voice from a decent distance so no mic arm was needed at least in my case. It is also USB-C powered so it cannot get any simpler. It is literally pulling and play.
The headset is also very clear sounding and extremely confortable to the point I didn’t want to take them off. Their open back nature makes them very good in terms of soundstage and since they’re 32 Ohms they only require the sheer power of love to be loud.
In terms of built quality, they are German made. There’s nothing more to say.
Many people are a bit upset that the cable in the headset is not removable, but it seems sturdy enough that you may have to actually try to break it to do any damage. Also, the USB-C cable they bundle is about 6ft and SUPER BRIGHT ORANGE, so if you need a longer cable or you don’t vibe with the color, you might want to buy an extra one.
After testing audio Technica gdl3 and razer blackshark v2, this was undoubtedly the best choice I could make. Both in terms of comfort and build quality and in terms of sound quality
Headphones sound great to be honest but the mic did not work for console as described so I had to return it.
Ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhltnis. Mikro Top auch auf grere Entfernung gute Aufnahmequalitt. Kopfhrer sehr leicht somit gut geeignet fr lngeres Tragen. Poster sehr weich somit gut fr Brillentrger. Einziges Manko ist die dumpfe Stimmlage im TS und Discord. Lt sich mit der Samplingrate unter Windows verbessern wird aber leider nicht dokumentiert. Wer Googlefaul ist oder sich das Gert auf Empfehlung zulegt wird vermutlich im ersten Moment enttuscht sein mit der Sprachqualitt. Also unbedingt darauf achten.

Kopfhrer haben einen schnen und vollen Klang
Mikrofon funktioniert auch mit ordentlich Abstand immer noch sehr gut und macht klar klare Aufnahme
Ich habe einige Headsets getestet, das hatte mit Abstand den besten Sound und dazu noch einen bequemen Sitz.
Audioqualitt und Tragekomfort der Kopfhrer sind groartig.
Einzig dass das Kabel nicht austauschbar ist, im Falle von einem Schaden oder wenn einem die Lnge des Kabels nicht passt, ist in der Preisklasse, in der es ursprnglich angesiedelt ist, etwas rgerlich.
In einem Haushalt mit Kleinkindern oder Haustieren, wie Hunden oder Katzen, kann es gerne mal passieren dass an solchen freihngenden Kabeln gezogen oder hngengeblieben wird.
Die Aufnahmequalitt vom Mikrofon ist ebenfalls hervorragend.
Doch auch hier gibt es kleine Verbesserungswnsche:
Auf der Rckseite des Mikrofons befindet sich die Gain-Einstellung, welche allerdings nur zwei Positionen bietet. Hier wre noch mindestens eine weitere wnschenswert. Zwischen 4cm Aufnahmereichweite und dem gesamten Raum wre ein wenig Finetuning hilfreich. Ansonsten sollte man sich eventuell eine Mikrofonhalterung besorgen damit man das Mikro direkt vor seinen Mund platzieren kann.
Am meisten strt mich persnlich jedoch dass die LED am Mikrofon immer am leuchten bzw. blinken ist.
Ich arbeite viel am PC, aber brauche nicht immer das Mikrofon dabei. Nun ist es aber einmal per USB angeschlossen und ich mchte nicht jedes Mal alle Kabel umstecken.
Es besitzt zwar eine Mute-Taste, welche dann aber dauerhaft blinkt.
Die Alternative wre das Mikrofon vom PC zu trennen, die Kopfhrer vom Mikrofon zu trennen und diese separat an den PC wieder anzuschlieen. Allerdings haben die Kopfhrer dann keine separate Mglichkeit der Lautstrke-Regelung.
Alles in allem jedoch ein gutes Produkt fr den reduzierten Preis. Die Verarbeitung beider Teile ist sehr hochwertig.
Jetzt muss sich zeigen wie lange diese anhlt bei tglichem Gebrauch.
Ich muss sagen, bis jetzt bin ich absolut begeistert und man hrt einen Unterschied zu billigeren Produkten.
Die Kopfhrer sind auch nach lngerem Tragen noch angenehm.
Die Langzeithaltbarkeit muss sich noch zeigen, aber das Set macht einen soliden Eindruck.
Ich bin eigentlich kein Fan von Audio Gerten, da ich finde dass sich meine Stimme am Computer immer komisch anhrt, aber hier habe ich keine Probleme. Das Mikrofon ist berraschend gut, besonders auch in Videokonferenzen.
Bisher kann ich es nur empfehlen.
Vorab ein sehr schnes komplett Set mit gutem Sound.
Leider war das Kabel nach kurzer Zeit defekt was zu Unterbrechungen und sorgar zum Neustart meines PCs fhrte da sonst der Ton oder das Micro keine Funktion hatten.
Habe einfach ein vorhandenes USB C Kabel genommen und jetzt keine Probleme mehr .
Product is stellar, microphone is about on par or better than the blue snowballs. The headphones are where the attention should be focused on. They sound amazing, really open and the quality of the audio is insane. Very detailed but also not heavy on any particular frequency.
Dieses Set hat mich echt berzeugt. Hier bekommt man was fr sein Geld, sehr zu empfehlen! Wie sollte man es von Beyerdynamic auch anders erwarten.
Das Unboxing und der Aufbau ging schnell und war bersichtlich. Die Installation ist also super easy. Standfu an das Mikro schrauben, Kabel rein und los geht’s.
Die Qualitt des Mikros ist echt Klasse. Das selbe kann ich auch ber die Kopfhrer sagen. Einfach Top!
Also wer das Geld hat ist hier wirklich sehr gut bedient!
Ich habe das Headset mit Mic meinem Freund zum Geburtstag geschenkt. Der ist natrlich hellauf von dem Produkt begeistert, Verarbeitung, Sound ect. ist top.
Allerdings wrde ich das Set nicht bei Amazon bestellen, auf dem Originalkarton wurde einfach das Zustelletikett geklebt, kein Umkarton, null Schutz…. der Karton war noch nicht mal zugeklebt, kam somit recht demoliert hier an.
Nachdem ich das erste Paket retourniert habe, weil es ein gebrauchtes war, habe ich dieses Mal einen neuen Karton erhalten.
Zum Lieferumfang: ich sitze auf zwei Sthlen, der Karton kommt sehr lieblos verpackt, andererseits verzichtet BD auf unntigen Schnickschnack bei der Verpackung. Es ist umweltfreundlich und wird nicht jedem gefallen.
Zu den Kopfhrern:
Es ist bemerkenswert, dass bisher kein Highclass Kopfhrer von der Audioqualitt an meine alten Hyper X Cloud II ran kommt.
Tipp: nutzt in den Audioeinstellungen die Mglichkeit eure Kopfhrer ein wenig anzupassen, ich habe einen zustzlichen Bassboost von 50hz auf 9db gestellt.
Die Hhen hingegen schafft dieser Kopfhrer super.
Das Mikrofon:
Viele Nutzer beschweren sich ber den Umstand, dass ihre Aufnahmen sich entweder gepitcht oder getuned anhren.
Auch hier gibt es eine einfache Lsung in den Einstellungen, indem ihr die Frequenz auf 48000hz einstellt, dann solltet ihr euch wieder normal anhren.
Die Qualitt dieses Mikrofons ist groartig.
Das Mikrofon hat allerdings keine integrierte Stodmmung, eine externe Spinne empfiehlt sich also. Zudem befindet sich der Kondensator auf der Frontseite des Mikrofons. Auf der Rckseite hrt man sich an, als wrde man in eine Dose von der anderen Seite des Raumes sprechen.
Es gibt die nette Funktion, seine Stimme via Einstellrad selbst zu hren. So kann man abgleichen,ob man vielleicht zu laut ist.
Im gesamten ist das hier ein solides Streaming Set fr Anfnger, aber wer auf der professionellen Ebene eine bessere Erfahrung machen mchte, sollte man ein paar Euro mehr in die Hand nehmen.
Pro Tipp: Wer das Mikrofon mit dem Rhode PS1A nutzen mchte: besorgt euch ein paar zustzliche kleine Gewichte, dieses Mikrofon ist recht leicht, daher wird das Stativ immer wieder zurckschnellen.

i love the mic, you can put it on a gallow, but its heavy enough to stand alone on a surface, holding the weight of all the cables with ease.
I ordered this and as a somewhat audiophile , Beyerdynamic as usual delivers in quality in build, sound and comfort. Highly recommended for gaming!
The headphones are absolutely phenomanal! Bass is just enough to be impactful and the highs are definitely not too bright but are plenty still. I use this combo mostly for PC gaming while using the mic for talking on Discord.
My friends have told me that the quality of my voice was noticed right away. I will say that I don’t care for the high/low gain on the mic. It really should have been a nob to adjust or low/med/high. Low is just too low unless you are going to record some loud music through it.
The headphones do work with a phone or even just plug and play on your PC. However, I have a dac/amp combo and it does sound better! So these do work very well with extra power and I would recommend it if you truly want to see how these deliver. Still, you can plug them right into the mic and be fine.
I have found that you can buy this set separate now which is nice. I had no problem buying both though because I am tired of gaming headsets with the poor quality of mics they include. That and gaming headsets are just not of the sound quality a true audiophile headphone is (which these are in my opinion).
The last thing I will say is that music also comes alive with this headset!
Right off the bat, I want to say the headphones kick the crap out of the Sennheiser’s/Astros A50/logitek g953 I had before this.
The headset – The audio is really good, you can listen to the whole range really enjoyable for then I listen to music and them being open back it keeps your ears cool the padding is really comfy so its good for my long game sessions. The headband is flexible but holds its shape so you don’t need to worry about it warping. To back this up to go to Youtube and look at Z Reviews video on it.
The mic – It’s nice and has clear, I have mine on an arm about 3 feet away and still picks me up fine. If you want to use the stand included its good, solid bit of metal so it won’t fall over easily but its quality is rubbish
The Flaw – Now for the headphones, most people will want to use the audio jack in the mic so that you have the audio controls, but the jack quality is so poor after a couple of weeks it starts making static noises I thought mine was just faulty so I had them replaced but it has happened again with my 2nd pair within the same amount of time.
So I asked my friend who does audio for a living and he recommended to check the headphones on the pc directly bypassing the mic and the static stopped swapped back to the mic and the static returned so I can only assume is a design flaw.
Overall I’m annoyed that they skimped on the quality of an important part but the overall quality for me is worth it as I can work around it by using a Schiit Magni 3 Heresy so that I still have audio controls but don’t have to worry about the audio jack issues.
UPDATED 12/07/2020 – The fox mic failed again due to the mic only picking up static/humming noise Amazon told me I have to send them back and it really ticks me off that I’m having to give up this EPIC headphones over this crap microphone they give you. DO NOT BUY THE FOX MIC ITS CRAP. I’m currently looking at getting the headphones on there own but Beyerdynamic only sell it as a bundle unless you buy it from them directly and that makes the cost jump a lot.
