Nice little phone got as needed for my 97yr old mom who is in hospital all was well until I unplugged the charger it xame apart in my hand think it had been tightened up to tight wud send back but needed it ASAP anychance u can send me a replacement charger please
We brought this phone for a hard of hearing 80 year old who is not good with technology and she can use the phone very easily and she can hear it ring no problem. It’s been great.
