Works well. Build quality is not great. Plastic moulds don’t match well.
Got 4 of these amazing drill especially cause of the multi tool well worth the money
Machine is very robust and Heavy duty in terms of performance and of course value for money , would highly recommend this to everyone rather than going for other brands
Great product, although I bought it solely because the head is interchangeable. Sadly its pretty hard to find these different heads for it.

Got for my husband for xmas’20. Really happy with choice of different heads, already got a pressure gauge for van tyres. Light weight & practical for jobs away from sockets.
Its a good drill for home usage amd medium heavy usage.
Do not consider ot for professional use.

I’ve owned this for 5 years and I’ve abused it to the extreme and bought a number of the additional attachments. It’s a fantastic tool for the money, it’s also so good to be able to swap between tools rather than muck about with changing a bit in the chuck.
I broke the original 14.4v multievo , stripped the gearbox, I’ve been unable to break this yet!
For sure my bosch pro drill is better but this will serve the average DIY enthusiast well and do 99% of the jobs you need it to. The original battery is a bit small if you’re doing heavy duty stuff, I own the 2 and 4ah batteries too which add longevity in between charges. Note the original drill attachment isn’t a hammer action so you may want to budget for that (it’s also very good!)

Bought this to replace a previous one that broke. Works just as well but for some reason black and decker removed the little light which was a useful feature. So can only give 4 stars for this versio
This drill is really really nice and powerful. I am a newbie and was initially feeling a bit afraid of bit slips. But after viewing a few videos for beginners, I tried an initial hole punch mechanism to start with and it didn’t slip at all. I am totally new to doing this stuff on my own hence can say that whosoever wanted to buy an initial driver should look into this. As this is not too costly and higher capacity battery pack can be purchased later as well. Highly Recommended.
Have used other makes in my life but B and D are the one for me. Bought a reconditioned 9″ electric saw in 1979 and used it for all things while building large house extension. Still have it and it works perfectly still.
I like this product, easy to use, but not available 18v lithium ion battery extra to buy in amazon.
Just perfect for most DIY tasks in the home and around the garden, also the carrying/storage case is well designed and very good quality.

It’s a good enough tool for any DIY person at home doing small jobs. The Interchangeable front part makes it possible to own several tools without spending a fortune or taking too much space. It’s exactly what I needed.
It’s not a tool meant for big jobs or to work for a long time. The 800 rpm is a little low for any serious job which requires efficiency and if drilling any hard stone the hammer drill and sharp drill bits are a must, otherwise it will eat away the battery life way too early.
Other than that it’s a good enough tool for what it is. In the end it’s very important to understand that not all tools are meant for the same kind of job.
Product as described, first one the case was broken. Easy return and replacement.
It is convenient That will have many machines All at once At a value for money. Importantly, the capabilities of each tool High efficiency and durability. 18v is the turning point of cordless tools. Rest assured that you will not be disappointed.
Had the first model for three years, replaced it with this one, has a little led light on it, get the bigger battery charger as the standard one is a little delicate.
A very useful product for all diy. I was searching for such a product for more than 15 years. Planing to add on all the accessories.
The Drill
– you get a simple drill-driver in the package with no hammer action so it is useless really. But you need to buy this tool to put other attachments to it.
– Get yourself the hammer drill attachment straight away if you want to drill into brick/concrete
The Circular Saw
This is where things get very interesting. And it is because Black&Deckers 18v system is sized at the 12v category – it is really important for someone who does not cut massive boards and only needs it for occasional DIY. I did not want Bosch’s 18v saw as it’s just too big (and freaking scary!)
+ The 18v system is very tourquy and you get much greater rotational speeds with it. The cut it makes is spotless!
+ The saw attachment is VERY well made! Much better than the body of the tool! Better than 12v Bosch Blue in my opinion!!! The “target” hair is much better implemented and visible than what I have on the Bosch!
+ Excellent dust exhaust port implementation – this is a different world compared to my 12v Bosch and a 220v Word! So tidy to work with!
– The saw lacks parallel glide which is a bummer… I doubt you can get one for it either. You will need to use something to guide it.
– you can’t control depth and tilt of the saw blade like you can with the Bosch BUT what you get in return is a very stable base plate with no complications to it.
The Sander
+ The Sander is excellent, so much power to it, I got enough use out of standard 1.5Ah battery that came with the tool.
– Unfortunately I was unable to get a reliable supply of sanding papers for it, they come in packs where you get a few of each grit and if you want to buy say 20×180 grit only you will have to look at OEM supplies which won’t be as good as original.
The Body
+ It is a brilliant tool, you save money big time on not having to buy other tools and swap the battery back and forth… It is a different ideology all together and I love it
+ I love the grip this “drill” provides with the saw and the Sander.
+ I love the fact that I can expand in the second dimension of gardening tools running same battery
– you will need to buy a fast charger and probably a larger battery. Black&Decker do not make higher capacity batteries which is a mistake in my view. I can get 6Ah for my Bosch and even 4Ah is not available with the Black&Decker!
– Get that fast charger!
Conclusion:
This Black&Decker is an excellent choice for a serious DIY person, you save A LOT of space by not having to buy separate tools and only getting attachments, it also worth saying that you can run the tool body into the ground and a new one will only cost you 55 quid, will come with a battery and will power all your attachments.
I still kept my Bosch Blue, because, you know, you want to be seen with a 12v Bosch, it is just a great tool but I must say, the Black&Decker does everything my 12v Bosch does even better in a smaller package and would power gardening tools which Bosch don’t not even make. 18v Bosch would run circles around this system but it’s a completely different price range and your set will be much larger… And still it won’t power anything garden/household related (that’s my problem with Blue Bosch and is why I run Bosch tools for DIY and Black+Decker for household)
So get this Black&Decker and do consider it to be the only tool you might need as a DIY enthusiast. It has its limitations but considering it’s price/quality I would not even think twice!

I was a bit skeptical about the multi evo system at first but it has surpassed my expectations. You will need to buy the fast charger and maybe an extra battery (2ah or 4ah) as the included charger is a bit poo. Quality is great for this type of product, battery life is also ok.

Well pleased with this, have used it a couple of times so far and cannot fault it.
This is at the cheaper end of the scale but it is a very good quality item. i bought this because i have the jigsaw and air pump fittings and my previous one has died. quite basic but it does what it claims it can do so happy with that. Just be careful as if you buy all the attachments you need the drill for the long term and spares appear to be limited supply!
Really handy tool to have near… it’s made lots of small jobs much easier since I got it.
It holds charge in the battery really well… I used it after it had been idling in storage for 2 months and it worked as if it was still fully charged.
Also, the light bulb on the drill works – by no means is it powerful, but when working in darkness it is useful – I didn’t even know the drill featured this when I bought it!
2-year update: this is the first drill I’ve ever bought, and though I got it on a great Black Friday deal (for around 45), I did slightly regret not going for a hammer drill; those are wired but much more powerful. Fortunately, there are an array of attachments for this drill, though it’d probably still be best to buy a more powerful drill first.
This thing just oozes quality from the minute you pick it up, with solid construction and a hefty metal toolhead that immediately inspires confidence in the product. I got this for use down at my local Men’s Shed and it’s already been put through its paces. Tools at the shed, especially cordless drills take quite a beating and this one has stood up remarkably well. The battery deserves additional praise, as it has lasted through a whole day of heavy usage without coming close to being fully drained.
With the addition of the inexpensive extra toolheads to expand its capabilities, this drill makes an excellent choice for either the home or professional toolbox.
Move over DeWalt and Makita, Black & Decker are back in the game.

Great drill for household use. i like the attachments as this is all i need for odd jobs so the attachments come in handy . I dont think it would hold up to being used non stop at work though so an upgrade might be helpful but all in all a sturdy little drill for those jobs at home.
For a DIY guy, this is a good beginner’s tool. Very practical and good value for money.
