Plugged in, switched on. Nowt. As this was my recommendation, if it didn’t work I’d get the blame.
To get this to work.
– Remove the silicone tags from the motor section.
– DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREWED ON PIECE OF WHITE PLASTIC FROM THE JUG SECTION.
– Insert jug so it locks into place with the white lock/unlock decal on the jug faces forward and the handle points to the right.
Aaaaand you’re off.
My only criticism is the lock position doesn’t really lock. The motor is so powerful, the jug slowly rotates and it switches itself off. Other than that, best blender ever.
It’s portable not so much noise works efficiently so far
It’s use for blending and grinding very good blender
I would recommend it especially for small family as the jug is only 1.5l

I like the look, strength in the powerful motor and the big grinder. The Cinnamon sticks and the black peppers were grounded within minutes. Press smoothie function without worrying about overheating as it stops after one minute. Now I don’t feel grape seeds in my smoothie, its finally crushed and I get nutrition. Value for money. Product detail says 120 voltage but actually it is 220-240 Voltage. Even if it was a 120 Voltage, I had adapters for UK Voltage 230. Overall happy with price product and performance.
Blender arrived promptly. First impression are good, parts look solid better then anticipated and pull apart nicely for cleaning. Made first smoothie this morning from frozen fruit, fresh ginger, turmeric and cranberries and as you can see from the picture its not quite all smooth but with some bits floating.
Performance is really awesome.. we are using for dosa and idly batter grinding which is perfect… Also we are using for Indian masala grinding and chutney.
I love the blender, the blade is sharp and it grinds superbly. The dry grinder container is larger than other blenders I have used in the past. It is simply amazing. Good buy.
A very useful equipment for day to day work. Liked the glass jar instead of plastic for health benefit. The diameter of the smaller jar is wide so easy to clean. An ideal kitchen accessory.

1st point – The Manual says “before first use – removel all packaging materials, stickers and labels”. That should include the 3 curved plastic inserts shown in the picture above. The jug can be perfectly inserted and clicked into position with these still attached but just won’t work.
2nd point – The Manual says when you plug in the Table Blender, the three function buttons will light up with a blue flashing lght.
No “When you plug in the table Blender AND TURN THE DIAL TO ON the three function buttons will light up with a blue flashing light.
After that it should work. I haven’t tested the actually chopping capability yet, just got over the hurdle of making it work so far.
Blends really well, the glass jug is a little on the heavy side but easy to clean. Jug cracked after 11 months of weekly use and a replacement blender has been dispatched no quibbles and promptly
The blender worked great initially but we had an issue with it after a few months and it failed. The customer service was amazing offering us straight away either a replacement or refund. We really liked the blender and opted for the replacement and it’s working great. Really pleased with the blender and customer service!
Absolutely and 100% value for money. Looks nice, sturdy and has suction cups on base for added stability. Glass jug separates into 3 pieces for easy, thorough cleaning of jug and blades. The additional spice/coffee grinder cleans easily too. 3 handy presets as well as a variable speed manual control. For the price tag, I’d recommend this to anybody.

Looks cool and does the job perfectly, blue lights are cool and the suction feet are a real bonus, the jug is glass rather than plastic which I prefer, no scratching and gooing dull. I would not change it for another make.
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The glass jug is incredibly sturdy as I discovered on its arrival a few months ago when, to my horror, I immediately dropped it down the stairs (beware, once you remove the outer packaging box the internal box is liable to fall open and the contents spill out!). Fortunstely the jug is super robust and remained intact! The blending functionality is excellent and we use it regularly. And best of all you really can easily separate the blade housing from the jug and the seals for washing after every use – you will need a strong grip for this but that makes sense as when it is put back together it seals tight. Would recommend without hesitation. Congratulations to the designers behind this product; I felt like I was taking a risk when I bought it as I had not heard of the brand, but it has been completely true to its description and the quality is seriously impressive.
Have been using it for two months. So far very happy with the performance. Easy to clean, blending power is good. I make smoothie with fresh turmeric and milk and this blender blends the turmeric really well. Happy with the purchase.
After 3 weeks of daily use I can say this blender does work very well and is of good quality. We’ve even used it to grind coconut kernel and its come out full stars. Beats my previous Philps blender hands down. Just make sure to seat the lid of the grinder till it clicks in place else it will not turn on.
Good quality, better than similar priced big brands
Great product. Powerful blender and crushed ice quickly. Holds a lot and is very sturdy. It all comes apart so is easy to clean. The glass jug is easier to clean/keep new than plastic jugs I have previous blenders.
The blender and base are quite large and solidly built. So far I have used only the small stainless steel bowl to make hummus, which worked out very well. I used one tin of canned chickpeas, which was about the right volume for the bowl. I think that it would also work well for making a massala sauce for a curry.
When i bought initially I had doubts as this did not had enough reviews. But since the prices was reasonable and it had all i was looking for went ahead and bought it. But it turn out to be a great decision. Product felt very well built, sturdy and looked absolutely nice.
Glass jar had a removable blade and really easy to clean. Grinder blade it not removable, but it is not hard to clean it as it is easy put you hand in as the diameter is big in the grinder.
We used to make a thick pumpkin soup using this and had no difficulty blending it with little water. Motor was powerful enough to do that with ease.
recommend the product to any one who looks for grinder and blender combi.
As there were no reviews and the closest thing I could find to it was the VonShef 1000w blender that didn’t have a detachable blade for cleaning.
