Very pleased with this cleaner & find myself using it all the time. Battery life is good, but drains fast on the Turbo setting, which is very strong suction. Suits my needs & ticks all the boxes for my requirements. Lightweight, portable, small, powerful, good suction, good fittings. I have a Miele for big parts of the house, entire rooms etc. I use the hand held for tight spots, counter tops, spillages, cobwebs, high up dust. Dust canister is easy to empty. Very happy with my purchase.
Battery dead after 6 mounth and when od little full of dust no smell nice from him.

– Battery life is adequate, I don’t intent on using this machine for longer than 30 mins straight
Great build quality
– Size and weight is on the big and heavy side, but acceptable
– Power is great, the lower setting is very useful for going over the table without sucking up the table cloth, higher setting is great for doing a clean sweep with the spinning brush in vacuum head attachment
– Charging attachment is simple and effective and works well in the wall bracket
– The price is excellent in comparison to other makes and models with comparable features
Like it for all the above, but hate the run time. The run time should be 22mins but doesn’t. It doesn’t even do 20mins before the light start flashing needs charging.
This is a really good cordless hoover. Feels and looks excellent quality. Easy to use. The boost feature is perfect for us – a new carpet proved impossible to hoover with our corded Dyson due to the unduly high suction power which couldn’t be adjusted.
The Bosch normal suction power allows us to hoover most areas with ease including the new carpet. The Boost function is great when extra suction is actually required. The charging point cum wall storage is really well designed. Our pack came with an unexpected second battery which is great should we need it. As expected there was no separate slide on battery charging unit. You fit the battery to the hoover and plug the charger into the hoover. But if required a separate slide on charging unit can be purchased I believe.
Cleaning and emptying the hoover is really easy. All in all the best purchase of 2020 so far.
Easy to use, light weight and great for using in hard to reach places. Really requires the turbo function for best suction – can’t envisage using it without. First cordless vacuum and very pleased with it – good value for money

Great cordless vac, doesn’t feel as cheap as other. I bought it because it had a removable battery since charge seems to be an early problem with vacs
Great suction and overall a good product, I have however found 2 issues with it; the upholstery nozzle brush is basically useless, it keeps on folding when the tiniest pressure is put on it. This should not be an issue from Bosch, even Dyson got this one right. Secondly (smaller issue), the quality of the build is questionable, the labels on the plastic have rubbed off after 4 months use (example, the turbo button label), again, not something I expected from a Bosch brand.
I have a Dyson Ball animal 2, a plugin upright vacuum cleaner I have had for many years now and I’m do sick of it I bought this one despite the Dyson still works(ish).
This is a pleasure to use in comparison, so much less hassle, just pick it up and off you go, much lighter, no faffing with a cable.
The suction on standard mode is mostly enough for hard floors to pick up most particles, occasionally flipping it to turbo for things like big bits of cat latter. For carpets again, in my opinion the standard mode is mostly adequate. The turbo mode however in my opinion provides more suction then the plugin Dyson!
The 3ah battery supplied is enough to go around the whole house, although it does take a long time to charge with the supplied charging adapter.
Cons: admittedly you get this in the more premium version, but this doesn’t come supplied with a stand alone charger, so you have to have the battery attached to the vacuum cleaner to charge it, which isn’t convenient. It also only comes with one battery.
Personally I have invested in a separate Bosch fast charger and I am contemplating getting a spare battery so I can have one charged and ready to go at all times, and simply swap round the batteries (which very easily plug/unplug) when I’m out of charge.
The batteries are expensive though.
The only other downside is the lack of what I would consider a decent attachment for doing the stairs, the standard general use head that comes with this is in my opinion a little on the bulky side for stairs, but it’ll manage.
Overall very pleased though, and I do believe you can completely replace your plugin vacuum cleaner and have this as your main tool, not just something to do little jobs with.
Really happy with this purchase. So much easier to use than hefty Dyson I had. Don’t buy if you want to hoover a large house in one go (or just buy a spare battery) but generally pleased with battery life. Easy to empty / clea
This machine actually makes cleaning up fun for everyone in the family. Surprisingly quiet. Even my cat likes it. So EASY to operate, empty and clean. The wall mount makes it great to get to. I don’t think I’ve ever liked a vacuum cleaner as much as this one.

I have had this hoover for over a month now and i have found it far better than the “blade” although the bosch is more expensive, in contrast the battery lasts for an hour and i can do the whole house in one go! The extra utensils are very useful and i have cleaned my car with ease. Also not too heavy like a dyson. The only draw back is that the hoover doesn’t fit flush with the wall which is a minor detail, it hoovers carpets very well as well as laminate flooring, I can definitely recommend this product with confidence.
It’s much easier to use than my heavy old dyson !
Stairs not applicable. The fact that it is lightweight helps me as I have mobility problems. The dexterity of the brush head mechanism also helps with this. Easy to empty, no chord to trip over and able to keep a straight back.
So far delighted with this. Strong but light, very flexible. Certainly picks up everything well
The battery life could be a bit better when on the turbo mode but a very good piece of kit.
I have just ordered a spare battery and the fast charger unit for ours, which only come included with the more expensive variant (the BCS122GB, otherwise identical).
You can order this with utter confidence – it’s a first class cordless vacuum cleaner.
It didn’t take long for it to arrive ,but make sure you charge the battery before using the vacuum which took less then an hour .
