Dries my clothes well without burning or giving them crispy edges – which my old tumble dryer used to do. So far it has been very efficient and drying the clothes in the time it said it would. I would recommend everyone to upgrade to a heat pump dryer immediately as it’s so much better than old technology condensers. If you do laundry more than 3 times a week, this is a must!
I recently bought a Bosch washing machine. I had an old American tumble dryer which had amazing capacity but was very heavy on electricity and occasionally shrunk clothes…so I went for this Bosch. Lots of people warned me off saying the condensing dryers are a pain and totally useless. IMO NOT so. I usually clean out my dryer after use, emptying the lint etc and to simply empty out some water from the water sleeve is very easy…and the water is great for house plants etc and can be recycled if you want to! It works very well. Leaves our clothes etc in great shape and I am 100% happy with it. I did find it all a bit mind blowing to use at first but one soon settles in with it. The Amazon delivery was good and the staff very helpful BUT BEWARE they are on such a tight timescale and turn around if everything is not perfect and easy your end they will leave and you will have to reschedule the delivery. I ran into problems as I hadn’t realised my old dryer was hard wired into the wall…so I nearly had to abort it’s removal. Luckily for me there was an electrician working next door who bailed me out and it all went well.
Works well. Much more efficient than previous vented dryer. Remote control WiFi functionality basically useless as it has to be re-enabled on the dryer everytime the appliance is turned on.
This is the first tumble dryer I’ve owned and its fantastic. The items are not too dried out and come out so soft. I’m not sure how energy efficient it is yet, as it’s summer and I’m not using it much
This dries clothes really well and much quicker than I was expecting. I take the clothes out and even if they feel a little damp they dry very quickly once in the air. Kind to clothes
Great, efficient, high-capacity machine which hopefully will prove just as reliable as previous Bosch machines we have owned. However, the touchscreen controls are not particularly intuitive to use with a crazy number of options for a tumble dryer. And why on earth would you want to switch it on from your phone? I’ve ended up setting a ‘favourite’ programme and we just use that all the time.
It does not take as long to dry as it says
I’m very happy with this tumble dryer. It does what it should and is quite quiet and so far reliable. Easy to use.
Did plenty of research on tumble dryers before replacing my broken one and this one came out top every time. This is my first heat pump dryer and it’s Super quiet and superb quality – as you’d expect from Bosch. Stunning looking too! Easy to use – it did take a few goes to figure out how to connect to Wi-Fi but I got there in the end – do you need it? Probably not but it’s fun to have! So far everything I’ve put in it has come out perfectly dry. I haven’t connected the drain hose kit that comes with it – preferring instead to just empty the water tank as I’m used to condenser dryers so it’s not a bother. Nice that it has a two year warranty as standard with the option to extend to five for 99 if you like. Delivery was brilliant by very friendly delivery people – I could track it from 7am and it arrived at 9am – I chose the unpack and haul away ( my old one) option which they did. So far so good and really delighted with the dryer and whole experience buying from Amazon.
It can dry well, is quiet, quick and seems to be light on electricity. The drum light, which comes on initially, is useful as well. The settings are, in my view, unneccessarily complicated and clothes can come out noticeably damp if you don’t use the right programme (the automatic dampness detector just says: ‘no’ and turns the machine to ‘end’ if you try to get clothes drier on certain settings).
Bought this alongside the heat pump tumble dryer and I can say it’s being night and day from my old machines,so easy to use near enough silent running and most importantly my energy consumption has really dropped as this machine is so efficient,a vast array of functions and quick time loads well built so should last a very long time another great built machine from bosh

Apart from a broken bracket that secures the top surface to the back or the dryer, which has not yet been resolved, the machine itself is excellent. In fact, the best one I’ve owned to date and there have been several,in various countries over the years. Quiet, quick and efficient sums it up.

This tumble dryer is good and possible the beat I’ve ever purchased.
Used to buy low to medium branded versions and though this might be more expensive I feel the value is very high.

Had it for a couple of months. happy with this. A little pricey but with current promotional 5 years extended warranty from Bosch, it works out similar.
She’s dead right, the towels come out fluffy and like new every time.
We replaced our old Hotpoint with this one and it has been a great move. We were hesitant at paying the higher price but as always you get what you pay for and this is money well spent.
Big 9Kg load, dead easy to operate, lots of settings, quiet and efficient – dries a full load of towels in under 2 hours. And it has a light inside! Thoroughly recommended.
This is an awesome machine, not to be compared to regular tumble dryers. Yes it’s pricey but worth it. Well done Bosch.

because of covid-19 collection was delayed. So we started to use it again and yes forget how a standard dryer
We found out yes it works even better it’s not to hot so it makes them almost look like they ironed.
WORKS WELL AT DRYING WASHING, IF NOT AS WARM AND QUICK AS OUR OLD VENTED MACHINE. RUNS REASONABLE QUIETLY AND ENERGY EFFICIENTLY. A GOOD BUY.
