I didnt want to pay more , but I dont mind, very good quality,no issues till now.
We are delighted with this tap system. It wasn’t easy to fit as our bath is in quite a confined area but I think that was the bath and not the fault of the taps. Delighted with the quality and came very quickly. Easy to use and look great now fitted
Really really good price , half of anywhere else . Easy to fit , easy to use plus with autovrestting valve no more wet head when turning on !
These taps were easy to fit and are great value for money
Purchased this to replace a fault bathroom mixer tap. It comes well packaged with everything need to get it installed which is always good. I found it quite difficult to install and maybe it was due to me reciving a slighly defecting item. The threads on the bottom of the taps seemsed to be really tight and trying clamp this in a tight spot with it being quite tough to turn was quite hard work. I found that it was only a small section of the thread that was possibly an issue and only on the cold side. Once the clamp got past this it was fine. I also found that the foam part that goes between the tap and the clamps when tightened just moved to the side so either i overtightented it or that it needs mastik.
Overall a decent tap once fitted, looks good but can be difficult to install.
Direct replacement so easy to fit , last one lasted 10 years
Thought the shower head and holder being low quality plastic were beneath the good name that Bristain have. The holder broke and the shower head gave a poor spray. Used our old one. They should ditch this accessory and sell the mixer block cheaper.
This mixer was very good but unfortunately we had very res access to pipe work so we were unable to fit so returned the item
Bristan are good quality products, this being not only well finished but also fairly easy to install. Feels robust and solid and should stand up to daily use.
The only downside to installation is that my wife now wants the sealant around the bath renewing… and the walls painted…. and the towel rail changed…. and….

Really beautiful mixer tap, it feels soft to the touch which indicates a good quality metal. The taps are easily turned and the shower diverted works well. Nice long hose too.
This cannot be installed without a plumbing background or a plumber. It’s a lovely product and it looks very original. High quality. You can’t install it yourself so be warned before buying.
Old plumbing in our new home and we needed to install a shower this was a good value purchase easy to install and works brilliant for us good pressure and the tapped are of a good build quality

This has been installed and in use for a good few months now. Purchased this to replace two old bath taps that were starting to fail. Picked this as it had good reviews. I had heard of Bristan before and knew there taps were good quality. Removed the old taps and installed these myself, I have changed quite a few taps over the years so for me it was quite easy to do. They fit perfect and appear to be well made and good quality. Months after fitting and they still look like new. I would buy Bristan products again.

Bought these taps to replace my existing ones as the chrome had worn off. I asked my plumber to fit them as it was beyond my ability but he didn’t seem to have any problems with them and they are now working perfectly.
We had no water pressure from our electric shower so we never used it! These mixer taps are AMAZING! Not the nicest to look at but I can get over that, now I can rinse my hair.
I ended up not keeping the taps so can’t comment on performance etc. but delivery was incredibly quick and they were exactly as advertised. Returning them was very easy as well, lots of options available.
The product represents great value for money and looks and works really well.
Great taps etc but the shower head was cheap and didn’t work properly, pretty much dribbled so used an old one. Holder was cheap and plastic so didn’t use it. Just a shame it wasn’t all quality product just the taps and hose

Perfect and economical replacement for a shower mixer tap that had finally given up the ghost after years of service.
The chrome shower head supplied looks nice but I found it pretty useless and replaced it. Other than that, though, it all works as needed.
Didn’t fit this myself but was told it was relatively easy
My only problem was I would have preferred the taps to be like levers instead of having to twist and there was one but it was more expensive but the pressure was good we had to get a council plumber because the pipes were old and something broke off. overall this was good. and length of hose good too.
Such a good quality product but the wall bracket is a cheap and flimsy material, does not hold the shower head uprigh

Well made and solid materials. Quality feel both the taps and shower head and hose. Mixer lever smooth to operate. A quality product for a good price. Easy to install. Well packaged and excellent delivery service. Very pleased with this purchase.
I like the fact that it works fine and easily installed BUT the shower head holder is absolutely useless because it so weak whenever I turn the shower on it will not stand steel so I continued to use my old ones which is quite reliable. By the way I wouldn’t all it “Luxury”.
Bath tub tap. Good quality. Comes with shower hand and connection assembly.
Only issue I’ve found is it doesn’t fill up the bath as quick as the previous taps, but as I wanted it more for the shower setting I’m happy with how powerful the shower is.

Required professional installation – a plumber needed to saw off the current tap and replace with this new tap. Fitted the bath perfectly and works well – great water pressure. Excellent value for money.

Super easy to install and I’m a total beginner had no clue what to do but there where instructions inside. Cable is long enough but the shower head is more gimmicky than useful I’ll tell you that. You should probably buy a proper head and you’ll have an amazing shower on your hands
Excellent item. Exactly what it says it does. No problems at all
So, fitted super super easy, the taps and body are great quality.. however the mixer wasnt set right and I either got hot or cold, never a controlled temp. The lifter (plunger thing) if you unscrew the cap and turn clockwise you get the correct flow to mix the temp. Only downside is my water pressure is strong but the shower head doesnt flow correctly for it.

Basic stile but functional, replaced very old taps until a new bathroom will be fitted.
After two weeks use the bracket has broken and no longer holds the shower head. It will need replacing at extra cost. I am extremely frustrated by this.
Great taps just a shame they aren’t quarter turn taps.
Not easy to adjust heat or temperature but this may be do to incorrect type of boiler system. More appropriate for a combination type boilers or a pump fitted to existing system.
Good product. I bought it about months ago work petfect so far. The only negative thing is the wall shower holder is made from poor plastic it broken strait away after I fix it to the wall. I had to bay another metal one.
Brought his for new bathroom tap as wanted a shower. Works great good pressure too as o have to turn taps down so it doesn’t spray everywhere. I used my existing shower head though so couldn’t say if shower head is as good.

This was brought to be taken abroad for my father. He has no complaints he likes it.
Nothing fancy but it’s a well made tap from a reputable company. I don’t understand why similar taps from the same company cost up to 3 times more.
Clean design. Easy to use. Quick and efficient Installation as a replacement for another Bristan tap. Plumbers love the quality of the components for fitting and matching existing plumbing.
Well constructed, do the job and were easily fitted (by my plumber). Cheap ‘n’ cheerful – recommended.
Quick service. Okay for our needs. Would have liked a stainless steel shower but tap good quality. No bad for the money. Will let you know how it works once fitted.
